The light body is based in the metaphysical structure . It is made up of the higher self energy-based existence beyond the physical self and human body. It is the full embodiment of a heightened state of source consciousness, the spiritual awakening into an interconnected state of being .

Associated with energy centers (chakras) it is responsible for creating balance, alignment , self healing, and full transformation. The light body’s function is activated during conscious ascension in human form . It is the embodiment of spiritual evolution , mastery and higher self-actualisation .

The human energy field is made up of several layers. The etheric body , mental body, astral body, and emotional body. the metaphysical aspects of the crystalline light body. Beyond these earth densities and in higher ascension awareness the crystalline frequencies activate in the physical form .

Building The Crystalline Light Body at the current collective ascension stage the ascending can hold up to 80 per cent of light in their cells, yet still inhabit a physical body . The planet’s level of ascension has greatly increased and Earths harmonics are now rapidly changing and evolving .

Over the next 20 years and more , as this crystalline Ascension matrix is established within the Earth, Ascending one’s will start to notice many more physical changes in their physical bodies that will attune them to the planetary ascension energies.

When the crystalline light body is in the process of activation, as many ascending are now experiencing, the physical body will Eventually not need so much food. Light, like sunshine, will be metabolised as a source of body fuel. The ascending have the abilities to tune in to and absorb the light and healing of the Great Central Sun.

As the Ascending move further into these ascended and elevated earth energies, the physical body will expand into higher frequencies . Physically, many will change shape over time . The metaphysical human being over time will eventually develop longer heads similar to the Atlanteans and ancient Egyptians , this is for the enlarged and expanded brain structure connecting to the energy of the expansion in the crown chakra.

Evolution in the physical human will eventually result in the template being taller and thinner , more androgynous. Operating consciously in the etheric realms , their frequencies will operate at much higher dimensional levels .

The crystalline light body will be activated and completely managed by the 12 fifth-dimensional chakras. walking the earth as masters, the ascending in future timelines will have full access to source light energy maintaining the self in best health and optimum condition.

Once the crystalline light body is activated, sincere practices in unconditional love are necessary to maintain the elevation in the light body to the conscious state . The crystalline body is the result of maintaining a constant frequency of unconditional love. Having healed every wound, purified every thought, and released every judgment, the Light body will ignite and activate .

This higher self state of being and vibration allows many to achieve ascension and true enlightenment. Yeshua the Christ and the Buddha ascended in this higher human form here on earth , the density in planet earth was far lower in vibrations than the energies of today, This however did not prevent them from achieving this highest state of physical being . The Expression of the Metaphysical self.

In their perfection of the human, they became the reflection and example of God source and showed the way to accomplish this higher frequency in self . The teachings of both masters are true examples for humanity in illuminating the path for self and others to follow. Neither of them were looking for followers , they were seeking leaders to reflect this higher self reality into the world .

Ascension is the attainment of full cosmic consciousness. The activation of the crystalline body represents the highest level of the human body and function . This activation’s purpose is to hold higher light frequencies .

Mastery of the physical form and understanding of the light body teachings are a big part for ascending humanity. The ascending are reminded that we are far more than just physical beings. We are the manifestations of a vast universe beyond human perceptions and limited understanding.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

 

You do tend to notice when you are not in alignment with Source. However, you have many different names for that state of being and many different ways of describing it. You are meant to be using the feedback that you are getting from your emotions, from your bodies, and from the conditions of your life to determine whether you are pointing your consciousness in the right direction or not. When you point your consciousness inward and you discover the alignment with Source that you are seeking, everything out there, including the physical and its conditions, tends to be taken care of for you.

But that is a tough sell to humans who have been taught that they manipulate their world through words and actions to get it to conform to their desires, and you are also taught that some people are better at that than others. Now, someone who is in alignment with Source and who has nothing, tends to be happier than someone who is out of alignment with Source and has everything, but that doesn’t mean that you have to give everything up in order to be in alignment with Source. That is something that many people must release because it is a false idea. It is a limiting belief, and many in the new age have taken it on as their truth.

You don’t need to sacrifice anything in order to have anything else. You don’t need to sacrifice material wealth in order to be in alignment with Source. And so, it becomes then an opportunity for you all to look at whether you are giving up your alignment with Source because you think you need to in order to get something that you want that is outside of you.

Now, some of you are wondering at this point what exactly we mean by ‘alignment with Source,’ so we are going to tell you. We are talking about you feeling the way that you want to feel emotionally. We are talking about you operating from the vibration you want to operate from. When you’re focused on that which brings you joy and that which lights you up, you feel in alignment with Source.

When you are focusing on the lack of what you want, or on the reasons why you cannot have what you want, you are out of alignment with Source. When you are focusing on what someone else said to you that hurt your feelings, you are out of alignment with Source, and when you are focused on the beauty of a flower, you are in alignment with Source. Source is that flower, and Source also loves that flower.

And so, you do seek balance in your lives between focusing in a way that puts you into alignment with Source and taking actions that you need and want to take. Ultimately, you want your actions to be inspired from that place of having found your alignment with Source, and then those actions are fruitful. Those actions tend to be an expression of that alignment with Source, instead of a bunch of things that you’re doing to try to get the things that you want. And so, knowing this as you do, any reasonable person would seek out that alignment with Source first, and we know you to be reasonable and logical people.

Therefore, we ask you to consider on a more regular basis whether what you are thinking about or doing is putting you more into that space of alignment with Source. Again, you don’t need to give it up in order to get something outside of you, but you do need to trust that your alignment with Source will bring you everything that you do want. And it will also bring you the inspired ideas that you can then act upon, so that you can joyously take your actions towards those desired outcomes in your lives. We invite you to make this a regular practice throughout your day and to notice how wonderfully your lives change as a result. Very good.

We are approaching a time of realizing the essence of our consciousness. On the way to clearing ourselves of all fear and doubt, we can pay attention to a realm that transcends our human awareness. We may have to stretch our imagination until we can recognize our greater awareness. It arises from the consciousness of our heart, which is our connection with the Infinite Source of our life. Every part of our physical presence is filled with vitality, as much as we consciously and subconsciously allow. We are hindered because of unresolved fixations, which need recognition and acceptance. By examining the kinds of energies that usually come into our awareness, we can realize our vibratory signature. Its polarity and frequency constitute our perspective and state of being. These are expressions of the quality of energy we radiate through the thoughts and emotions in our attention. We can be aware of these things, while also being aware of the consciousness in the heart of our Being. We can recognize this by desiring to open ourselves to unconditional love, compassion and life-enhancing energies residing in our heart and higher energy centers.

Within the energetic spectrum of the consciousness of the heart, we can realize our timeless presence of awareness with limitless creative ability. In this state of Being, we can align ourselves with its energetic patterns, knowing and feeling our creative power and using it intentionally for greater and brighter life all around, including our own. By opening our awareness beyond the outer world of good and evil, through our desire, we can pay attention to what feels really good within. This is the intuitive radiance of our heart and our inner guidance to transformation. We all have the ability to open our awareness to a higher dimension of life. We can align ourselves with the feelings of acceptance, unconditional love, gratitude and compassion. Continuing in this state of being, creates a kind of leap in consciousness, where everything is different. In ego-consciousness, fear of the unknown arises constantly, but as we begin to open ourselves to infinite consciousness, everything happens telepathically, first in our imagination, and then in our experience as we feel ourselves living in unbounded love and joy, freedom and abundance.

We have the option to create whatever life we desire. Nothing can stop us from realizing this, and once we do, we are no longer subject to fear, unless we want it and identify with it. Then we give it our life-force through our attention. Realizing what is happening on a very deep level, we can turn our attention to the scenarios we love and want to live in. Without fear or doubt, our intentions become the energetic qualities of our experiences. Filling ourselves with gratitude, love and compassion, we can regain our limitless abilities as fractals of the consciousness of the Infinite One. In resonance with our inner guidance, we can have as much awareness as we desire, within the entirety of infinite consciousness.

For most of us, this doesn’t just happen. It requires great intentional practice and willingness to go beyond our fears and doubts to actualize our passionate desire for unconditional acceptance and love for all conscious beings, for in our essence we are all the same eternal, unlimited Being. Eventually we come to realize this. Every part of everyone is a conscious quantum of light, beginning with the smallest subatomic entities and expanding into the entire cosmos and beyond. We are all part of infinite consciousness, each of us having a localized presence with a non-localized awareness. Expressing ourselves as our embodied human selves, we are playing a game of consciousness, enclosed by limiting beliefs about ourselves. These we are capable of identifying, accepting, resolving, releasing and transcending into full awareness of our eternal, infinite essence and creative ability.

When we have unanswered questions about life, it is because we are not listening to our inner knowing. Our inner knowing has no unanswered questions. Inner knowing comes from the conscious life force that we constantly receive. We enhance or diminish it, according to our desires. By our intentional focus of attention on the energetics we imagine, we are the creators with unlimited potential in everything. When we have resolved and released, with love and understanding, all limiting beliefs about ourselves, we become free to use our consciousness to enhance all life. With love and joy, we can respond to every prompt for conscious expansion and alignment with our true essence. As we imagine these desires, we align with the consequences of our state of Being.

We can create the reality we desire without attempting to manipulate any living beings, in order to support our own fear of lack. We surround ourselves with persons who have the same fears of the unknown that we have. There is only one fear that cannot be manifested, and that is fear of the termination of our consciousness. Our conscious essence is eternal and beyond space, and our bodies are only costumes for our human drama. We can change or evacuate them as we choose. Whatever we choose is the direction our path will take energetically in whatever dimension we identify as real. Usually we create the frequency patterns and polarity that we are accustomed to feel and imagine, unless we use our ability to choose something different, perhaps something inspiring.

We can identify the desires aligned with life-enhancement, and we can feel what they are like. This is the energy of Creator Consciousness. If we choose to embody this expanding consciousness, we become endowed with great love, joy and compassion and deep understanding. In everything we think and do, we can feel like contributing to the expansion of human consciousness into infinite love and joy. We can do this by holding expectations of feeling these energies, while enjoying them in the present moment.

Our life path constantly changes and evolves in resonance with our feelings and perspective. Although we have a script to follow in the human play, our free will allows us to feel however we want in every moment. Our feelings and imagination can change the course of our lives at any time. When we know that we can be fully cared-for in every moment, regardless of what may happen within and around us, we can be calm and assured that all occurrences are a result of our own state of being.

The process of resolving our limiting beliefs will continue until we realize that we are infinite beyond time and space. We are unlocalized, everywhere and nowhere. We are our conscious presence of awareness in whatever situation we imagine and feel. If we choose, we can free ourselves from fear and at the same time become completely loving and joyful. Our reality depends entirely upon what we believe and realize. We can train our realization with our creative feelings and by imagining life-enhancement everywhere in our awareness. Life is pliable in every way beyond all limitations, and we have the ability to live in alignment with our heart’s desire in every reality we identify with.

When we sit in meditation, we may begin with gratitude and innocence in alignment with the Source of our awareness. How can we know the Source of our awareness? We innately know it is creative and strives for balance, keeping the cosmos and everything in it in equilibrium. This has resulted in negative and positive offsetting polarities in everything. In essence, this means creation and destruction in all electromagnetic patterns. For eons on this planet, the negative energy has predominated, resulting in experiences of life force becoming self-destructive, as directed by the alignment of human consciousness in fear. This resulted in the diminishing quality of life and the disappearance of species. Every life form on Earth is designed to interact with the life force of humanity in balanced ways. When there is heart-felt enhancement of all life, everything works well. This is what we are returning to now. Moving beyond the balance of negative and positive polarities in the density of the empirical world, we are being drawn into a quantum scalar realm of life-creation and enhancement in all ways.

As we go deeper into our awareness by directing our mental and emotional energies to relax and stabilize in gratitude, love and compassion, we open ourselves to more of our essence beyond our realized reality. With the recently awakened applications of scalar technology, we can begin to realize that our awareness is not bound by time or the material world. If we have the opportunity to sit in deep meditation with a being who is leaving the physical world in death, by feeling their presence, we may accompany them in crossing into another dimension of reality. Not only is this profound, it is filled with love and joy, if this is what we want, and what we pay attention to. With this leap in consciousness, we can become aware of our eternal essence.

Beyond the realm of fear, we are infinite Beings. We can be everywhere and nowhere, and we always are who we are. We are free to use our infinite creative ability as we desire. Although we have deprived ourselves of this ability by our fear and limiting beliefs, we can become completely trustworthy in the use of our attention. As we open our awareness beyond what we have known, we can align ourselves with the consciousness of our heart, which is unconditionally accepting and loving. It is a magical alignment with the consciousness of the Source of our conscious life force. By creating this alignment, we elevate our vitality and creative power.

When there is peace and balance throughout our being, we can expand our realization beyond the human trance, to the realm of all potentialities. When we are confident and living in alignment with the enhancement of all life, every possible path and experience becomes possible for us. We are in alignment with the consciousness of the Source of our life.

Currently humanity is facing chaos, pandemics, riots, demonstrations and threats of war and revolution in many countries. People feel vulnerable, threatened and fearful. How does one live in the matrix of these energies and be the disinterested observer, while projecting love, forgiveness, compassion and joy as a state of being? The atmosphere of fear is a negative polarity, low-frequency energy, which we can transform with positive, higher-frequency energy. We can elicit this alignment at will, if we practice doing so. By being in a state of joy, we radiate that feeling and transform our life experiences. We are multi-dimensional beings who can be anywhere we focus our awareness. Only by our deepest fears and traumas are we limited. Once we recognize our limitations, we can lovingly forgive any grudges, knowing that all of our experiences have been for our learning and ultimately for the expansion of our conscious awareness.

Everything depends on knowing who we are in our essence. In our current state of being, this is not obvious to us, but we are capable of realizing it. Throughout the centuries, many spiritual masters have lived among humanity. They have told us that they are of the same essence as we are. They could bi-locate at will, perform miracles on demand, even raise the dead, and they said that we can do all of these things and more, once we know who we truly are. Further proof arises from the experiments of quantum physicists, who have determined that consciousness is the source of everything, and we participate in universal consciousness. On this level, everything is known, and our personal abilities are infinite.

How can this be? Currently most of us appear to be victims of our circumstances, but it all depends upon our beliefs and perspectives. We are here to learn mastery under difficult conditions, so that we may never feel intimidated or be defeated again. It is a psychological game in a containment of consciousness that we have devised and are playing together. In our true Selves we could never take this game seriously, because we know that we are eternal, infinitely-powerful creators and fractals of the consciousness that creates everything.

Deep inside, we know this, and we know our true identity. We just have to make our way through the propaganda and false beliefs that we have acquired about ourselves. We set up this artificial container of consciousness to be as real as possible, complete with systems of religion, politics, education and indoctrination to hold us in a trance that we cannot escape from, unless we are powerfully motivated to find out the truth about ourselves. The awakening must come from within our own realization.

There are many ways to travel the inner path, and all lead to our freedom from all constraints and the realization of our eternal presence of awareness with infinite ability as participants in the Consciousness of the Supreme Creator. This is the basis for the realization that unconditional love is the most powerful and transformative force in existence. It is the natural essence of everything, which is why we are drawn to the feelings of love, joy and peace.

There are no random accidents or happenings. We are being asked to pay attention to everything and understand what is going on. Every dimension has a plan that we participate in. What matters is how we react, receive or just observe what happens. We are naturally sovereign beings and energy modulators, and nothing can affect us adversely without our permission. By being aware of our heart energy—the love and the joy and the gratitude—we become the observers who naturally have an expansive awareness and acceptance of every scene and experience that we encounter. The part of our lives that seems to be outside of us is a reflection of our state of being—the vibratory spectrum that we live within. We can intentionally be aware of feelings of higher vibrations. This awareness attracts experiences of the same quality, eliciting higher frequency-feeling situations or energy patterns.

Darkness doesn’t actually exist apart from our attention, personally and collectively, by which we contribute our life force. It’s just a low-frequency spectrum which doesn’t feel good to be in. If we find ourselves in this kind of environment, we’ll feel motivated to leave and look for a better-feeling space. If we can’t leave, we need a strong intention to be in the light—to envelop our being in light and love, withdrawing our support for the dark energy and transforming our presence by aligning our vibrations with the consciousness flowing through our heart.

We are free to pick a vibratory level that we want to live in and experience in our lives. We do this by the polarity and frequency of our thoughts and emotions and how we feel about ourselves. How we react to encounters that we have believed are outside of ourselves is purely an inner process within ourselves, apart from outer appearances. The outer appearances are only a mirror of our state of being. It is all within our own consciousness. In our presence of awareness, we are beyond spacetime. Only our focus of attention is localized, and we control this.

 If we want to, we can use our attention to transcend our limiting beliefs about ourselves. By opening our awareness to our intuitive knowing in the heart of our Being, we gain understanding that, in our essence, we are infinite and multidimensional. In every moment, we can align ourselves with unconditional acceptance and gratitude for all of our experiences. They are reflections of our energetic signature, which we create with the vibratory quality of our state of being. We are present within the consciousness that constantly creates everything, and we arise as fractals of infinite consciousness. We can imagine ourselves living in any dimension that we pay attention to. Dimensions are numberless within and beyond the empirical world. Every time we change our perspective, we move into another dimension. Usually this is subtle, but it can be dramatic. Our life experiences change in alignment with our state of being, which is a combination of our subconscious and conscious operations. 

The subconscious holds our limiting beliefs about ourselves. To find them, we must delve deeply into the hidden parts of our consciousness, places that have been imprinted with great fear of survival on many levels. By opening our awareness to them in acceptance, and by understanding what they are in their essence, we can neutralize them in our subconscious. We can come to accept everything about ourselves with the acceptance of a loving parent, who wants to enhance and empower the lives of her creations. In our lives, we are playing the roles that we have created. Events in our lives are all creations of the energy of our attention and alignment. 

By choosing to live in a single polarity, we can intentionally enter the deepest darkness or the most powerful light. Either choice creates a personal transformation. We can also move incrementally in either direction in our imagination and emotions, changing dimensions as we do so. The good or bad part for us is how we invite experiences into our lives and how we feel about them. All of this is personal choice. We can feel however we want. We are bound to events only by our willingness and vibratory engagement. By changing our attention and feelings, we enter another dimension, in which everything comes into alignment with our new state of being. We can know this by doing it.

This state of Being is what comes to us when we release everything we think we know about ourselves, requiring complete openness in trusting our eternal presence of awareness beyond any beliefs that we are limited in any way. We are Creator Consciousness expressing ourselves as humans with inner awareness of the Source of our conscious life stream. We can call it intuition. It is the realization of our infinite essence of life. The essence of Creator Consciousness that we share is a fractal of the entirety of universal consciousness. Through our mental and emotional abilities, we are the creators of the expanding cosmos, by sending our personal radiance into the quantum field within universal consciousness. We are all the consciousness of the Creator of all. 

It is possible for us to realize our expanded personal reality. We are expressing ourselves through our bodies for our learning with empirical experiences and negative energy. These were unknown for us prior to our first incarnation in this spectrum of energetics. When we learn to calm the mind and emotions into a state of neutral observation, we can be aware of our inner guidance, which is not intrusive. To be aware of it, we must seek it within ourselves by directing our attention to the most love and joy that we can imagine. 

In order to open ourselves to our true intuitive knowing, we must align with the energy of the heart of our Being, the Source of our awareness. We have absolute control of our attention and the freedom to use it however we desire. We are learning to trust our Self in an environment in which we can’t do too much damage, because we thoroughly doubt our abilities, disabling our creative intentions. We wanted experiences in negativity in order to enhance realization of our inner light and infinite presence of awareness. We knew that we’d become entranced in this limiting world, and we gave ourselves a way back to Self-Realization through our intuition.

Awareness of our intuitive guidance requires more than intentional searching for it. It requires recognition of its energetic expressions everywhere in our awareness. Paying attention to the feelings that arise in us in every moment, can convey to us realizations, knowing and understanding. With this guidance we can walk through the valley of the shadow of death and be unfazed, while we maintain inner awareness of our infinite Source. This is the ability that we are all learning.
