Global instability continues as the incoming energies strengthen in power and purpose.  There is no coincidence to what is unfolding as current astrological alignments and planetary influences can generate impulsive, explosive and erratic behaviour.  These are extraordinary times and these energies promise to act as a catalyst bringing greater awareness and deeper understandings for us both individually and collectively. 

Tensions will continue to brew this week and it is vital that you do not over-extend yourself or scatter your energy.  Fear and uncertainty are very prevalent at the moment which makes it essential that you remain grounded, stable and heart centred.  Make a point of seeing things the way they are rather than how you wish or want them to be.  Fear can cloud your perspective.  Allow yourself to be fluid and curious remembering that there is purpose in all things.

Realizing the Essence of Our Consciousness

We are approaching a time of realizing the essence of our consciousness. On the way to clearing ourselves of all fear and doubt, we can pay attention to a realm that transcends our human awareness. We may have to stretch our imagination until we can recognize our greater awareness. It arises from the consciousness of our heart, which is our connection with the Infinite Source of our life. Every part of our physical presence is filled with vitality, as much as we consciously and subconsciously allow. We are hindered because of unresolved fixations, which need recognition and acceptance. By examining the kinds of energies that usually come into our awareness, we can realize our vibratory signature. Its polarity and frequency constitute our perspective and state of being. These are expressions of the quality of energy we radiate through the thoughts and emotions in our attention. We can be aware of these things, while also being aware of the consciousness in the heart of our Being. We can recognize this by desiring to open ourselves to unconditional love, compassion and life-enhancing energies residing in our heart and higher energy centers.

Within the energetic spectrum of the consciousness of the heart, we can realize our timeless presence of awareness with limitless creative ability. In this state of Being, we can align ourselves with its energetic patterns, knowing and feeling our creative power and using it intentionally for greater and brighter life all around, including our own. By opening our awareness beyond the outer world of good and evil, through our desire, we can pay attention to what feels really good within. This is the intuitive radiance of our heart and our inner guidance to transformation. We all have the ability to open our awareness to a higher dimension of life. We can align ourselves with the feelings of acceptance, unconditional love, gratitude and compassion. Continuing in this state of being, creates a kind of leap in consciousness, where everything is different. In ego-consciousness, fear of the unknown arises constantly, but as we begin to open ourselves to infinite consciousness, everything happens telepathically, first in our imagination, and then in our experience as we feel ourselves living in unbounded love and joy, freedom and abundance.

We have the option to create whatever life we desire. Nothing can stop us from realizing this, and once we do, we are no longer subject to fear, unless we want it and identify with it. Then we give it our life-force through our attention. Realizing what is happening on a very deep level, we can turn our attention to the scenarios we love and want to live in. Without fear or doubt, our intentions become the energetic qualities of our experiences. Filling ourselves with gratitude, love and compassion, we can regain our limitless abilities as fractals of the consciousness of the Infinite One. In resonance with our inner guidance, we can have as much awareness as we desire, within the entirety of infinite consciousness.

For most of us, this doesn’t just happen. It requires great intentional practice and willingness to go beyond our fears and doubts to actualize our passionate desire for unconditional acceptance and love for all conscious beings, for in our essence we are all the same eternal, unlimited Being. Eventually we come to realize this. Every part of everyone is a conscious quantum of light, beginning with the smallest subatomic entities and expanding into the entire cosmos and beyond. We are all part of infinite consciousness, each of us having a localized presence with a non-localized awareness. Expressing ourselves as our embodied human selves, we are playing a game of consciousness, enclosed by limiting beliefs about ourselves. These we are capable of identifying, accepting, resolving, releasing and transcending into full awareness of our eternal, infinite essence and creative ability.

There are many paths to enlightenment and no particular right or wrong way to get there. Essentially it is about going within, working on your thoughts and belief structures and tapping into your subconscious mind. There becomes a time where the conscious and sub conscious minds merge; where as before the sub conscious was hidden, yet still influencing your thoughts and day-to-day living.

To me this defines what enlightenment means, to have greater awareness. One-way of accessing your sub conscious is by meditation and daily affirmations. Affirmations are stated in the now, as if it has already happened. Use words such as “I am” and “I am now”, rather than “I will be” or “Try to be”. Essentially affirmations can be used on any area of your life that you feel needs improvement. Think of your sub conscious mind as simply something running in the background on “auto pilot”. It is only when we start going within, does the unknown begin to become the known.

Meditation is essentially focusing your mind and intent on something you desire. There are no short cuts to enlightenment and it takes many years of practice and diligence. It is about becoming a master over your body, mind and spirit and feeling empowered with this knowledge.

The ego is quite happy for us to play the victim through life, as it does not know any better. In a sense our soul has to teach our ego and this is where many people feel resistance. To become enlightened does not mean to ignore our ego, hoping it will go away. It is about acknowledging our lower emotions, balancing them and keeping them in check. The only way to do this is through intent. We have all been in situations, where we have let others influence our emotions and reactions. But over time, one realizes that we also have a choice how we respond to situations.

There are only two emotions in the universe, love and fear. As a free-will human being we have the choice whether we react out of love or fear. With practice, we become more in control of our thoughts and less likely to react to situations in our life. It is okay to feel fear, as we all do at certain times of our life. The trick however is not to feed the fear with negative thoughts and anger.

Being enlightened means to have greater awareness of yourself and the life around you. You simply don’t just wake up one day enlightened. It’s a conscious choice and a gradual process of processing and releasing lower emotional states. It is work in a sense, because you have to peel away layers of pain and hurt in order to be rewarded with a higher awareness. This pain can be very old, carried from previous lifetimes or early childhood. It remains trapped in time in a sense, until we are ready to deal with it again. With the release of old wounds, we can be rewarded with new healing abilities and psychic abilities from spirit.

Dear people,

I am the voice of Earth. I greet you with all my warmth and love. Feel me flow through you; I am in every cell of your body. I want to be there for you and to join with you, which is why I reach out to you.

In the joining I make with you through your body, I give something to you. Yes, you heard that right – I give something to you. I give you security, protection, health, vitality. I want to nourish you with the life energies that are part of life on me, Earth: the rhythms of the seasons, of the moon and sun, of day and night. I want to make you part of my world and in that way provide you with everything you need. This is what I want to give to you, from my heart and soul, so receive it from me. Dare to rely on the reality of what I am and feel sustained by me. This is what I want to give to you.

But at the same time, I receive something from you. By my being present in the physical matter of your body, I take on your consciousness and it radiates through me. It renews me and allows something fresh to shine through me. And through this interaction between us, my consciousness is enriched; it becomes vaster and deeper, and I become an angel in my consciousness. I, too, am going through a process of growth, a movement toward a greater awareness, and this is done by and through you. We are on a path together.

Today, you have talked about the intention of your soul to express itself on the Earth and how you give earthly form to your soul, although you sometimes have trouble doing that. However, your mission is to manifest your divine soul energy in earthly form; to join your soul with the Earth. That is your bridge to the Earth and, in this way, you join with all other life forms when you take on form in flesh and blood.

For me, the movement is the other way round; I am already “flesh and blood”. I am already living, physical matter, but it is through you that I experience my highest level of expression. When you express yourself through earthly forms, I express myself through you. When you are deeply joined with me, you let matter become enlivened. For example, consider an artist who creates a sculpture from a lump of clay. What that person is doing by working with the clay is adding consciousness to matter. That matter, the clay they have in their hands, becomes imbued with consciousness and meaning.

It is not only the consciousness of the artist that expresses itself through matter – it is more than that. It is a universal light that is given form on the Earth, and that light is of benefit to me. I, matter, the consciousness in the clay, begin to dance, grow, and flourish when I am met in this way with your consciousness, respect, and imagination. You see how, as an artist, you are making a movement from your soul toward the Earth. But equally, there is a movement from me toward you, the artist. You have need of me, but I have need of you for my inner process of growth. It is like a dance that we enter into together.

This dance can only be performed when you dare to give and dare to receive, but you have become blocked in both directions. When you try to let your soul flow out onto Earth, and into earthly form, you are often inhibited by fears and self-doubt which you experienced today when you wanted to be an open channel from your soul to Earth. However, you were able to do that by allowing some part of what moves you most deeply to become visible.

At the same time, you have also seen and experienced that there are inhibiting energies in you. Above all, it is fear that plays tricks on you. Where that fear has lodged, your physical being is not fully imbued by your soul. Your soul hovers somewhat higher and does not fully participate in earthly life. And when your soul is not able to do that, and I cannot quite reach your soul, then the interplay between your soul and me cannot appear in its full glory and flourish.

When you dare to give of yourself, dare to show who you are, and dare to speak and be from your heart, your energy flows through to the Earth, and in doing so, washes through me. I then receive you, and your consciousness helps me to become a more powerful angel – it lets me bloom. You are my god; you bring something to me that elevates me, and although you are not aware of that happening, yet it is so. When you allow your own divinity to show, and when you dare to express your originality, your star-light, in this world, I can give so much to you in return. Then, there is a bridge between us so I can fully reach you. What you need in an earthly sense, what you desire, I can give to you, because you are then rooted and present on this Earth.

I want to now do a little exercise with you to show you how, in your life, the interplay between Earth and soul, between above and below, is happening. We begin with your body. Become very aware of your body by moving away from your head, and experience your body as part of me, Earth. Just as the plants and the animals are part of me, so your body is part of my world, with my laws, my rhythms, and my nature. Feel the strength of that union for a moment and ask yourself: “What do I need, what would be of especial benefit for me right here, at this moment?” Your body is nourished in many ways, physically by food, but just as much by the energies of feeling, which are spiritual energies.

Let your attention descend into your body’s awareness, completely feeling your physical self. Your muscles, your nervous system, your organs, naturally seek for harmony and a balanced rhythm, because they are part of my nature. There is a movement in the body toward health and harmony, so the body can repair itself using many things. Observe your body’s awareness objectively and with the knowledge that your body is a part of me, the Earth. Ask your body: “What do you need? How can I take care of you? Name one thing that I can do to make you feel better.” Imagine that you will receive what your body says you need. Allow that “something” to enter your energy field and see what it does for you.

When you descend with your soul, your highest consciousness, into your body, you can feel what you need, what it takes for you to be connected and joyfully present. To descend with your soul’s consciousness is an act of giving to your body that allows me, as Earth, to then respond to you by providing you with what you need.

Now look at the field of your work, the area of your life in which you creatively manifest on Earth. Here, I again ask you to fully descend with your soul’s consciousness into your body. Fill your chest and abdomen, your arms and hands, your hips, legs, and feet with your soul’s consciousness. Connect completely and be present. Feel then what it is that wants to flow from your heart out into this world. That is the energy you want to give; that is your “job”. Dare to feel it, because doing that can make you aware of, and open to, how much light and gentleness, how many beautiful things, you have to give. You are an angel. Descend with the energy you have to give and connect that with the Earth.

You fear the hurt of being rejected and made to feel unworthy. But go ahead and feel that fear, and take that fear by the hand the way you would a child. Imagine that you are holding this anxious child with one hand and with your other hand you hold on to an angel who is next to you, who is somewhat larger in stature than you are. That angel tells you to trust and to allow the light to flow through you. In this way, you receive both the light of the angel and the admiration of the child who sees your light and your beauty, and who feels your strength and feels secure with you. It is your task to have compassion for the frightened child in you. It is allowed to be there, but it should not block the bridge between you and Earth. Take the child with you; take it by the hand when you cross the bridge.

Dare to shine in this world and become wholly visible to me, and when you do, I can come toward you across the bridge. I can take in your energy, and by experiencing what you truly are and need, I can come to you with opportunities in many areas. And this process will increase your energy and let it to manifest even more.

Trust that when you take that first step – that choice to be truly present – the Earth answers and the world answers: “You belong, there is a Home for you here.” You then begin to live from a stream of opportunities and possibilities which have not been created by your own hand, but which are extended to you as a gift from me. Dare to go into that flow that is the dance between your soul and Earth. In that dance, I can give to you everything you desire, while you give to me the highest of yourself: your star-light, your soul. Trust me; I will not let you down.

Divine Ones,

The energy potential you are all in, right now is simply magnificent! We see you and we see so much progress. So much evolutionary change happening within you and within your world.

There is a much greater awareness of one’s innate divinity within so many more people. They may not use that exact wording, but many more people are starting to realize that they have value. That they are worthy. That even though family systems and worldly systems, may have conditioned them to feel less-than, or to feel badly about themselves, and/or the way they are naturally.

More and more people are starting to realize anything which denies this value isn’t true.

People are waking up to the realization that perspectives that diminish anyones value and worthy, are expressions of someone not in sync with who they truly are, someone who also got these messages and internalized them, and then is passing these views along to others.

Both are true — each of you have innate value, as you are. And each of you are worthy; meaning you deserve love, respect, well-being, resources, connection, opportunities for expression, freedom. And more and more people are realizing this. It may be a challenge to really believe it, internalize it, step into it and embody it. But the awareness is there that the way many of you have experienced these aspect of your lives has been all upside down for a very long time … and there is tremendous energy being liberated in these many, many, many freeing shifts. And a great deal of relief.

For those who are awakening to their inner connection and to their own ability to love, this time of change is opening up wonderful new potentials.

There is the possibility now, for the first time, to totally clear the energy of feeling bad about yourself. It is possible now, for human beings to feel a kind a pure and beautiful self-love without in anyway diminishing the love that anyone else is worthy of. There is, in this, a growing awareness of the sacredness of ALL LIFE, and we find this tremendously beautiful.

Of course not everyone is there, or moving into that yet. But a lot of you are. A lot of you are really feeling the underlying connection and the underlying truth of your Oneness with Life Itself and your innate significance.

This is a cause for tremendous celebration and for spending time each day centered in this knowing. Feeling your way into the underlying connection that each of you have, with ALL LIFE. Feel that. Feel that and sink deeply into it.

It is wordless, in many people’s experience. As Ailia feels for it now, there are no words, but it is a specific state of orientation, and connection and being: feeling the Oneness that is All and knowing you are of it and resting there.

This can nourish you so deeply 

The more you do this, the more your life can flow.

The more you do this — orient to the underlying truth of your being, the more you can shine true. Be you.

And a huge and significant aspect of the Infinite falls into place, on Earth as any of you do this.

In this way of being…

Feel the flow of love and life and breath and being, expand and continue to propel you through the moments of your experience.

It is beautiful to behold, too, the trust and feelings of security and safety that you are in when you are aligned like this, and aware of this and then allowing yourself to be, continuously connected in this way — FLOWING.

You may not be aware that you are feeling safe, or secure, but we notice this in a big way. We see and sense how you shift out of fear, when you root into ONENESS.

We see how your flow expands and your body is refreshed when you are aligned with this underlying truth and in this way of being present, you are aligned with your Divine Self, your True Self, All That You Are and so, good things can come to you. You’re in a state of allowing. Of receptivity and openness.

Divine Ones, you have come SO VERY VERY FAR.

Feel this and smile.

What we are sharing are huge indicators of change at deep levels.

Take to heart the reflections of your evolutionary expansion and elevation that we are sharing with you now. Let yourself enjoy the journey and the remembering that you are embodying!!

Nothing is more useful to you, then being aware of the truth of your being. Nothing.

And that is why we recently shared the energy of Source Truth* with you. For that energy furthers this. Opens it up more.

It may seem like such a simple thing — of course conceptually you may know that All Life is connected, even, or that All Life is Unified and One.

But it is different to actually know it. Live it. Flow as that awareness.

It is a different experience to actually rest into the knowing and the connection with the Oneness. To be in a state of felt-unity. Aware of it, and enjoying this connection.

And there are many levels of realizing this.

For there are many levels of ascending into the Infinite Oneness.

And you are starting to move through the frequencies into the ones where Unity and Significance are established and your entire energy system embodies this.

And which each level of realization about who you truly are and the UNITY OF LIFE that underlies everything, you anchor into a new level of presence.

Ailia feels like the idea of shining true, which we spoke of recently, isn’t new. That she’s thought about it for a long time. Felt the familiarity of it, for a long time. And she is wondering what is different now, about this.

We are glad for her asking. We are glad for all of you being in touch with your own inner discernment and asking for the insights and shifts, the expansion and perspectives that help you to grasp the significance of things you’re feeling and sensing.

Here’s the thing that makes all of this so big right now: You are becoming capable of LIVING UNITY. Of FLOWING UNITY. Of LIVING the TRUTH OF YOUR BEING. Of SHINING TRUE.

You cannot grasp it from the words, can you really.

But it’s an experience that now that we’ve pointed to it, you will notice it more readily and it will be significant to you as you do.

So that is why we’ve been pointing to it, saying what we can and continuing to talk about this.

The point is, Beloved Ones — you’re starting to live in a really different way.

You’re starting to live in an expanded state of multidimensionality.

Aware of your localized humanity, but no longer being or feeling separate even in that identity, even when you’re focusing on what you might think of as very worldy things.

You are always, now, in conscious communion with All That Is and All That You Are. Unity Consciousness is much more actively present within you and more consistently being expressed through you and by you.

And even though those words sound very simple, the implications of actually now being able to live this are significant, and a huge milestone.

So if it helps, realize too, that the changes you have all been accomplishing, allowing, creating, summoning, integrating, embodying, using to transmute and transform who you were into who you are now…have happened so many times. In such natural and graceful ways, even though at times, so many times this has all felt really challenging.

Nonetheless, you’ve continued, you’ve moved through it and done it. And now you’re here where going inward and drawing down the light that lifts you and aligns you with who you truly are, and feeling the energy of your presence, and repeatedly remembering the Oneness that underlies everyone and everything…is natural and how you live.

All while going about your day to day life. Washing your hair and face. Making breakfast. Walking the dog. Weeding the garden and shopping for groceries. Loving your friends and family.

All the while, you’re doing each of these things with a state of presence that has come so very far from who you used to be and it’s happened so steadily and so incrementally, that you really don’t see the huge leap that has already been made.

But we do.

And we are beaming with joy, for you and shining the light of our loving knowing to you, in a passionate and enthusiastic focus, so that you might light up and feel your own beauty, and really, really, really know:

I AM DIVINE. AND I KNOW IT.

You are and you do.

And you belong.

And, you are abundantly, generously supported.

Life is taking care of you.

And ALL IS WELL.

ALL IS WELL.

ALL IS WELL.

Take this all, very deeply into your heart and feel the joy there, of All That You Are, in Unity with you, celebrating this!

Expanding consciousness requires a strong desire on our part to participate in greater awareness, freedom, abundance and love. It needs our constant attention to the vibrations of our heart. Not the physical vibrations, but the feelings of vibrancy and unconditional acceptance of every moment. It is a completely different world from the life-diminishing world of ego-consciousness in fear and negativity.

Unless we have this strong desire to know our essence, we are unaware of the truth of our Being. Ego-consciousness must be transcended. To create the opening of awareness, we must align our vibrations with our heart-consciousness. If our awareness is in the world of fear and limitation, we cannot create an opening into the world of compassion, gratitude, love and joy.  

Once we decide to live in awareness of unconditional vitality and love everywhere and in everyone, we transform ourselves into living is a world of vibrations that support and enliven life everywhere. An ego-consciousness that is in fear cannot participate in these energetic patterns and, thus, has no awareness of them. 

Negativity exists in our experience only by our energetic alignment with it. We make it real for ourselves by our attention and realization. We know that the constituents of our physical reality are truly without substance. They are swirling patterns of electromagnetic energy within a spectrum that we can recognize. This recognition happens when we align our vibratory signature with the human spectrum of awareness.

When we desire and imagine ourselves living in a world of life-enhancing energies, we feel them and attract those energetic patterns into our awareness. By realizing their reality, we open ourselves to an energetic alignment with them. This becomes our world of experience. To ego-consciousness, it appears as if miracles are happening. We can open our awareness to the vitality of everything around us and of every cell in our bodies and all of our constituent, conscious, sub-atomic beings. We live in the physical embrace of trillions of conscious beings. All of them are aligned with our energetic signature.

With our awareness of the inner light of conscious life, we can bless everything and everyone with our recognition of their essence beyond spacetime. We are all different aspects of the same essence of infinite consciousness. Playing a game of physicality, we have been deeply entranced, If we examine the energetic basis of our physical reality of good and evil, we find that it’s all patterns of energy that we imagine and align with. This alignment allows us to be aware of it and feel its vibrations, and so we live with it, until we decide to open our awareness to a different spectrum of energetics, the subtle vibrations of our heart and the energetic realm of infinite creativity.

We are free to choose to recognize any energetic spectrum that we can imagine and desire to experience. Through our energetic alignment and realization of its presence, we bring it into our experience. Because we are fractals of universal consciousness, our creative ability is as limitless as we can open our awareness to. Our unseen guides and angels can prompt us to become aware of a world of heart-conscious energies that invigorate, rejuvenate and enhance all conscious beings and all aspects of our lives in alignment with the consciousness of the Creator.

When we choose to be carried in joy on the vibrations of Creator Consciousness, we enter a space of unconditional love. This is unknown in ego-consciousness, because there is no element of fear. Ego-consciousness is based in fear of suffering and termination. Intentionally choosing gratitude and joy as our state of being, enables us to become aware of transcendence beyond ego-consciousness. In this realm we can realize ecstasy and fulfillment in every way. This energetic field enhances all life. For us to be aware of this dimension of reality, we must realize it in our inner knowing. This realization happens when we open our awareness intentionally and without attachments to limitations. 

Limiting beliefs about ourselves hold us in ego-consciousness. In Creator Consciousness there are no limitations, and our entry into realization of its reality is personally transforming. Our entire lives change for the better. We do not need to be attached to anything, because we can create everything we want in every moment.  From fear we can switch our focus to love, and we no longer provide our life force and alignment to fear and threats. We are completely cared-for and are beyond negativity. We can realize its unreality in the face of our eternal presence of conscious awareness with unlimited creative ability.

Even without awareness of our creative ability, we are still creating the qualities of our experiences by our thought patterns and emotional attachments. This is our nature, and we can direct it intentionally. We can train our subconscious mind to align with the nature of our heart-consciousness and work creatively with us. When our entire consciousness is in alignment with our inner knowing, we concentrate our creative power, resulting in immediate experience of our creative intentions.

Each of us is unique, and we get to determine the quality of our thoughts and emotions in every moment. This is our creative energy, and it reflects back to us as the qualities of our experiences. It all depends upon how we feel about ourselves. The polarity and frequency of our thought patterns and feelings about ourselves and our conditions magnetically attract resonating energies in the quantum field. All possibilities always exist for us to experience through our recognition and feeling. Through our imagination and emotions, we can bring anything into our realization, when we align in clarity with our intuitive presence of awareness.

The consciousness that we all share is infinite, but the portion that we are aware of is localized within our chosen, accepted and realized limitations. In order to have greater awareness, we must recognize our limitations for what they are and realize that they are all based on beliefs that we have created for ourselves in alignment with belief in our mortality. We have believed in the inevitability of deprivation, suffering, aging and death. Through the vibrations of these beliefs, we have attracted experiences that resonate with them.

If we want to be more light-filled in our Self-Realization, we must resolve our limiting beliefs about ourselves. We created these beliefs for the purpose of developing greater compassion and deeper understanding of the effects of encountering and engaging with negative energy. Aligning with negativity is always life-diminishing. We are learning to identify negative energy and transform it to the vibrations of life-enhancement. We do this by using our mental and emotional powers in inspiring and loving ways in all of our encounters and experiences. This is not weakness. It is the most powerful way of being, because it establishes a personal vibratory quality beyond the experience of negativity.

There is no need to judge anyone as bad or inadequate. These are traits within our own consciousness, and we project them upon others, not having been able to accept them for ourselves. We have lived without higher guidance, and in many ways we have participated in things that we do not want to acknowledge. We must choose to forgive ourselves for our inability to love ourselves and everyone unconditionally always. Only when we are perfectly in alignment with the energy of our heart can we have this ability, because we can transcend our limitations by realizing our eternal presence of awareness and infinite creative power that constantly arises for us within the life-essence of universal consciousness.

Once we realize that our physical presence is an expression of our essence, we are free to change everything about ourselves. All we need to do is expand our realization of what is real. Within our own awareness we have the ability to feel, know and realize our expansive Self. It requires our intentional awareness in gratitude of the great joy and love constantly arising and radiating from our heart-consciousness. This is the transformative energy that lives within us and guides us to experiences that we deeply desire. Expanded realization and knowing is a gift that comes from opening to heart-consciousness.
