There are many changes, many shifts within the current shift that are happening now. It may feel chaotic, out of control and a bit crazy. 

When you ask if you can weather the storm that is coming, the answer from The Universe will always be a resounding, “Yes!” 

Just breathe, keep breathing and know that you are being cared for in the best way possible.

When you are deep in the middle of an emotional clearing, it seems as if it will go on forever. 

The negative emotions will become an assault; wave after wave will continue to ravage your being with what will feel like no end. 

As challenging as it may be, my lovely child, please keep breathing and know that the conclusion is near. 

To use a phrase common to you now, “Wait for it….” 

Once it is over, take a deep breath, mull over what you have learned and rest assured you have completed another step in your soul’s growth.

For those of you experiencing the wild swinging of the emotional pendulum… just keep breathing, dear one.  

The Universe knows that linear time and challenges being presented to you now are tiring but, just like every other experience, you will come out the other side better than you were before.  

Allow yourself to let go of what needs to be released and hold your head high knowing you are prepared for the next energetic wave coming your way.

As you stand on the leading edge of the next shift, remember to keep breathing. There may be a few things you do not understand… yet… and that is okay. Take a few moments out of your day and listen quietly; you will be given the information you need. 

If a situation or experience begins to make you uncomfortable, allow yourself step back, look at it from another angle and ask for help if needed. Caring for yourself and your emotional health at this time is paramount! As always, you are always loved and protected throughout.
