Today may go one of two ways for you; a huge slow down or a speeding up of time.  Even though you know time is relative, whatever you are experiencing is custom made to clear what you need to clear before the next shift.  

If you are a thinker, you may need a bit more time.  For those of you in fast mode, most has already been cleared and you are ready to go.  Remember, there is no right or wrong… just your pace. 

Just like in films, you are preparing for a hyper-space jump!  Take some time today to care for your body, your heart and your soul.  All components must be in peak operating condition for an optimum experience!  

Ready… set… go!

As you stand on the leading edge of the next shift, remember to keep breathing. There may be a few things you do not understand… yet… and that is okay. Take a few moments out of your day and listen quietly; you will be given the information you need. 

If a situation or experience begins to make you uncomfortable, allow yourself step back, look at it from another angle and ask for help if needed. Caring for yourself and your emotional health at this time is paramount! As always, you are always loved and protected throughout.

Dear one, it is time to change your narrative. 

During this next shift, you are being challenged with seeing yourself and others in a light much different than any other time in your life. 

Words of effacement, derogatory phrases internally and to others as well as messages of pain and suppression are no longer needed on your Earth plane. 

Instead of tearing down…now is the time to start building – time to begin building your future, what you want to manifest, how you choose to see your fellow human beings. 

These things cannot be done with negative words and thoughts. 

Please remember, this is not a call to eliminate any negative emotions and/or feelings (those come and go) but, to change the way you interact with each other. 

Peace and love is attainable when you make the conscious effort to move along that path.
