Freedom is your natural state of being. Your true essence, your divine nature is freedom. 

Freedom, therefore, is a choice you get to make in this present moment. Believe you are stuck and bound, and you remain so. 

Accept that you are already free and your life unravels to unveil that freedom. 

You are not a powerless being. Your true nature is power. 

And when you turn to the truth of your divine nature as one with God, the only power there is, this freedom becomes a present reality for you. 

You need only get your acceptance of limiting beliefs and stories out of the way and abide as the freedom you already are. 

Freedom is your divine birthright.

Beyond the mind your true nature IS. 

You are not the mind, you are not the thoughts that arise in the mind, and you are not the stories your mind makes up to torment you. 

You are the observer constantly aware of the mind and its thoughts and stories. 

This place beyond the mind is who you are. 

In silence, just being, you can experience the truth of your being and ease your striving and suffering. 

Observe the mind, but don’t be controlled by it. The mind is a tool to guide your body’s actions, but it is not who you are. 

Be still and know. 

What peace is yours when you are no longer controlled by your mind’s changing nature! 

Be that!

When you live in the truth, you live in freedom. But what is truth? 

The ultimate truth is that you are one with God, a divine being having a human experience. 

God is love, and that means you are love too. Love is the truth that sets you free. 

Whenever you respond with love, in love, and from love, freedom becomes your experience in body, mind, heart, and soul. 

All suffering and discomfort come from the absence of love, and all freedom comes from the presence of love as your abiding place. 

Love will release you from any bond fear has held you in. 

It is the truth of who you are. Be that!

The present moment is all there is. NOW is all there is and NOW is all you are. 

The past and present are simply stories, dreams, and illusions. 

In this moment right now, here, in the space between breaths, is life. 

And in this present moment, nothing is wrong and no disturbance exists. 

All disturbance comes from the stories going on in your mind. 

But if you would anchor in the present moment, here and now in your breath, peace would arise, and this peace is the reality and truth of who you are. 

Be that. Be the present.
