When you live in the truth, you live in freedom. But what is truth?
The ultimate truth is that you are one with God, a divine being having a human experience.
God is love, and that means you are love too. Love is the truth that sets you free.
Whenever you respond with love, in love, and from love, freedom becomes your experience in body, mind, heart, and soul.
All suffering and discomfort come from the absence of love, and all freedom comes from the presence of love as your abiding place.
Love will release you from any bond fear has held you in.
It is the truth of who you are. Be that!
