The present moment is all there is. NOW is all there is and NOW is all you are.
The past and present are simply stories, dreams, and illusions.
In this moment right now, here, in the space between breaths, is life.
And in this present moment, nothing is wrong and no disturbance exists.
All disturbance comes from the stories going on in your mind.
But if you would anchor in the present moment, here and now in your breath, peace would arise, and this peace is the reality and truth of who you are.
Be that. Be the present.
