Thank you to everyone who has sent me the list of patterns they wish to complete now. I have blessed and released each of these statements along with you. If you have not yet sent in the things you wish to let go of, please go ahead and do it right away.

In honor of this new time of opening, today I am releasing the following universal beliefs that no longer serve on behalf of all the beautiful souls I know:

  ·  Lack of self-love

  ·  Not loving the body as it is

  ·  The use of food for comfort or as a substitute for love

  ·  Not expressing your truth

  ·  Accommodating any relationship that does not love, honor, and cherish you as you are

  ·  Not feeling good enough

  ·  Any ways in which you are diminishing yourself

  ·  Any notion that you are separate from God or the Universe

  ·  Any ways in which you do not feel fully loved

  ·  Any fear or hesitation of stepping into the true expression of your soul’s divine purpose

  ·  Any restrictions to receiving abundance in all areas of life

The healing and releases of these patterns are instantaneous. If you wish to participate, please hit reply and say, “Yes! Goodbye!”

And “Hello!” Next week we will talk about the new energies that will be available to us in the upcoming months.

The Universe knows you have, to some degree or another, felt the wave currently moving past / through your Earth. 

Regardless of what you are experiencing, the deep changes and releases happening now are in direct preparation for something larger and more profound coming soon… a practice run of sorts. 

While you are integrating, please know that all is arriving in your highest and best for the highest and best. You are always nestled safely in the arms of The Universe.

“To everything, there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; [. . .] a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; …; a time to be silent, and a time to speak….” [Ecclesiastes 3]

Thought Adjuster: “This passage beautifully depicts the rhythmic patterns that shape the human experience — the unavoidable highs and lows, tensions and releases, declines and expansions that are part of the universal motions.

Humans instinctively reach out to the divine Point of Origin from which they were eventuated as sentient beings after their gestation as premeditated thought forms.

What has been coined as the Process of T/Ring [Transmitting /Receiving] is not the privilege of a lucky minority. While occurring on a high plane of consciousness, it is similar to the transfer of data or emotions in human relationships. It is fitting to portray this process of soul communion and spiritual communication as a time to be silent and a time to speak. You partake in a spiritual chain reaction of cosmic magnitude when you freely and humbly share your insights with other receptive souls.

To ask is a prerequisite to that process of open-ended communication with Spirit. Let Me shuffle things around in a more logical flow: Ask/Receive/Transmit [A.R.T]. You will be amazed at how resourceful Spirit is in providing feedback — directly or by proxy, pointedly or more explicitly.

There is no prescribed order in that spontaneous process. You may initiate it by candidly confiding in your live-in Soul Mate — a match made in heaven. Spirit will never rescind Its standing proposal to forever consort with you. Physical death will not part you — unless you foolishly divorce yourself from such a devoted Partner-in-eternal-love. It will always give you all the necessary air time to get things off your chest, which will act as a soothing balm for your aching or puzzled soul.

You can then access Stillness with a lighter heart and a more receptive mind. Hand over the microphone and LISTEN, reciprocating in kind with fully engaged attention. Spirit will impress Its answers upon you and give you free rein to co-creatively express them with your own words or actions.”
