There is a Divine and sacred energy that has been guiding you. This is why you may have recently found yourself pulling away from people, habits, and situations that no longer serve your highest good. Your ascending self is preparing to attract and manifest those who are aligned with you—those who match your vibrational frequency.

The New Earth energy is here to uplift, nourish, and inspire you to vibrate higher with people who reflect your healing, worth, and value. Yet nothing is more transformative than your own infinite forgiveness, acceptance, and self love. These qualities trigger powerful inner shifts, helping you recognise and reclaim your true worth and personal power.

Current planetary alignments are revealing what no longer supports your growth. They will highlight what needs to be changed, transmuted, released, and healed. Epiphanies and realisations are the theme of this collective awakening. The self continues purging toxic belief systems that have anchored you in the dysfunction of the 3D world.

Living fully in truth will be both the greatest challenge and greatest achievement on the ascension path. The world is filled with illusions, and ascension is the process of rising beyond this false reality. You are here to embody and express your true, authentic Self. Many struggle during this phase because they are still stepping back into alignment with their deepest truth—reclaiming the power they once gave away unconsciously.

The energy of November is lifting the collective into higher timelines aligned with expanded consciousness, transformation, and clarity. Everything that has been suppressed is rising to the surface to be released, freeing you from burdens you may not have realised you were carrying. This is healing the past and restoring peace in the present.

High vibrational frequencies have been entering through the crown chakra, prompting the clearing of conscious and subconscious thoughts that are no longer needed. This detox of the mind and memory signals the completion of a long healing cycle. You are safe and supported as you find relief from old patterns, triggers, and reactions.

For many old souls, the world’s former dense energy drained them to their core. It took every last drop of strength to make it to this point of planetary ascension. Many felt they had nothing left to give, and the internal exhaustion was overwhelming. This is why so many old souls are still in recovery and repair from the old energy world.

Remembering that your Ascension Team—your guides, past self expressions, light beings, and your Higher Self, an entire entourage are always available to support you, especially when transforming energies become overwhelming. Because they honour your free will, they will not intervene unless you request them to. Whenever the intensity feels too heavy or too overwhelming, consciously call on them to help slow the process, soften the symptoms, and guide you with clarity and comfort. They are present in this realm to assist you in every way they possibly can, patiently waiting for your clear instruction and ready to bring ease, balance, and support to your ascension journey.

The world you once lived in, in the old energy was never your true home—this is why so many never felt they fully belonged. Yet after reincarnating here for eons, this planet became familiar. The old world was a shadow version of the reality you are awakening into now. Moving Forward, only the higher, truthful reality will resonate.

The Divine energy within is rising into greater maturity and sovereignty. Your reactions to lower vibrational energies, people, and societal pressures are fading out. Karmic lessons for advanced souls are now complete, it is time to receive your well-earned rewards. Unconditional love and loyalty to self are replacing everything that is falling away.

Higher knowledge is guiding you toward your purpose in a healthier, clearer way. Trusting that this is all part of your ascension, growth, and evolution. Go within and find peace in your solitude—this creates the inner environment needed as your light body activation completes. You are undergoing rapid acceleration into deeper love, trust, faith, independence, and higher wisdom.

New levels of your life are manifesting. You are receiving system upgrades and the blessings you genuinely deserve. The Universe is guiding you into your next chapter on this ascending planet, where your dreams and desires manifest more effortlessly than ever before.

This next ascension chapter will be based in self-worth, self-acceptance and genuine internal fulfilment. As you release more fears and anxieties, you feel lighter, freer, and more at ease. This inner shift will create positive ripple effects through out many areas of life.

Hello;

I asked Spirit what you most needed to hear today, and this is what I heard:

“Stand in your power.”

The energies around us are intense and swirling right now. Spirit is asking you to hold your ground, hold your center, and bring your vision back and back and back to that which is in the highest good.

Take a moment now, if you will, and breathe into your body. Feel your body as the living, breathing entity that it is, and give it your cherished attention.

Then, take a deep breath in again. Breathe air and light from the top of your head all the way down to your toes and ground into yourself. Breathe in again, feel the energy move through your feet into the earth, and know that you are steady, solid, stable.

Next, breathe into your heart and feel the beautiful white light that is your essence energy. Allow this energy to gather in your heart, and then move all the way up through your body, out your crown, and into the heart of the Universe

Take a moment to breathe in again.

Feel yourself connected to all that is good and pure and whole and beautiful. Take two breaths here, and remember this is the truth. This is your home. Feel the underlying peacefulness that infuses the Universe flowing down into your body now.

Take one minute and allow yourself to feel this now. Just breathing in and breathing out. Let yourself settle.

Now, bring your attention to your third eye – the spot between your eyebrows - and see or feel or know there is a beautiful light contained there. Allow a burst of light to come out of your third eye and project into the space before you. With this burst of light imagine the highest potential for every aspect of your life – where you live, how you feel, your mission work in the world, the beauty of the relationships around you, the sacredness of your family, the sweetness of your animal companions, and your connection to the Natural Kingdom. Breathe in, breathe out, and imagine the highest potential now.

Send another pulsation of your essence energy out into the world to activate again that which you most desire. All possibilities lie in your energy, and we are harnessing your highest capacity now. Breathe in, breathe out, and pulse the energy out.

Breathe into your body one more time, again feeling yourself grounding into yourself, and then breathing out and pulsing out. You have now sent three very clear messages to the Universe of the highest frequency of light about that which you would like to activate in your life.

And now, Spirit says, “You may rest.”

Take a deep breath in, followed by a gentle sighing breath out. Know that you have activated your highest potential today.

As always, it is wonderful to speak with you, thank you for this Transmission.

Within your fast-paced and chaotic existence, life can often feel overwhelming. External pressures pull you in many directions, making it hard to focus on your own needs. As stress and anxiety mount, finding a way to step back and reconnect with your inner-selves becomes essential. During these moments of your ascension, you have entered a deep metamorphosis. Everything within you is transforming.

Now is the time, of the ascension phase of your rebirth.

Imagine creating a comforting cocoon to safely shield you during this time of change. This space can help you achieve healing, growth, and renewal. The cocoon represents transformation, a sanctuary where you can explore your inner truth and allow yourself to relax and rebuild. Just as the caterpillar enters its cocoon, it is then transformed into a beautiful Butterfly.

In this sacred space, you are not just healing, you are changing. Dedicate this time to activities that nourish your entire being. Whether it’s journaling, trying out painting, or practicing yoga, each activity can create an environment for personal growth.

Allow yourself ample time to heal. It’s critical to remember, that while nature takes its time to evolve, you too need to be patient with yourselves.

During this phase, focus on restoring your energy. Integrate soothing practices into your routine. By emphasizing the intention of healing, you create room for renewal both inside and out.

Once you have your inner cocoon, it’s time to reflect. Stepping back from daily demands offers clarity to what is ahead for you.

Exploration through reflection can act as a catalyst for significant change. By reassessing your habits, relationships, and objectives, you pivot toward a more enlightened path.

With your reflections in hand, it’s time to adjust your actions. Make conscious decisions that align with your true self. This is a time of letting go and releasing what does not serve your highest good.

Setting clear intentions around your actions can mark the beginning of transformative change.

As you redirect your actions, remember to surrender to the natural flow of life. Change often brings fear of the unknown, but embracing it can lead to unexpected opportunities.

Surrendering means trusting that everything happens for a reason. Instead of resisting change, allow yourself to be guided by it. Adapt and relax into the natural rhythm of life, trusting you are exactly where you should be, and are being guided by the Divine Light within you.

In your modern, fast-paced life, taking time to slow down can feel counterproductive. Yet, this is essential for true inner-nurturing. Engage in activities that bring you joy.

Granting yourself the space to recharge can be incredibly restorative. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Ensure you take time to rejuvenate and reconnect with your Inner Light.

Nurturing your inner Light with Love and compassion, creates the space for the universe to work in your favor. Change is part of life, but it is intensified through the ascension process. As you transform within your cocoon, the outside world shifts and changes alongside you. Trust that the universe is aligning everything for your growth.

This moment is rich with potential, as the Divine Light rearranges your external circumstances to reflect your inner journey. Your actions and intentions can magnetize new possibilities, cultivating an environment for transformation.

Remember to stay aware of the subtle signs around you that may indicate your next steps. These signals are gentle reminders from your many Guides and Angels.

Embracing this transformation starts with letting go of chaotic energies and finding your healing space, your personal Cocoon. By focusing on healing, renewal, and inner-reflection, you prepare for the journey of change.

As you reassess, adjust your actions, and surrender to life’s flow, understand that you are not alone.

Now is your moment to embrace the transformation ahead. Trust in your ability to navigate this shifting journey. The power to change your life lies within you. Appreciate the journey and savor the adventures waiting just around the corner. Soon your wings will spread, taking flight, into the higher realms of Light.

What a Joy it is to be speaking with you.

Thank you for communing with me.

I invite you to embark on a very transformative journey. This journey is the release and the letting go of all that’s past. It is not about forgetting where you came from, it is about embracing who you are becoming. As you journey through life, recognizing the power of the present moment is essential. It’s time to acknowledge the hard work you’ve invested and to appreciate your efforts in nurturing a higher vibration of love and light.

Letting go of the past often feels daunting. It involves not just your history, but also the emotions tied to those experiences. Many of you hold onto painful memories and regrets, which can stall your spiritual growth.

Understanding the necessity of letting go allows you to choose empowerment. By shedding old beliefs, releasing judgment, and adopting forgiveness of Self and Others, you can release all that no longer serves your highest good.

Letting go of the past, is a vital part of spiritual growth. Just as Mother Earth renews herself through her seasons, you can renew your spirit through consistent practice of release. Consider engaging in journaling or meditation to reflect on what no longer serves you and facilitate this process.

As you move forward on your journey of spiritual growth, recognizing and celebrating your achievements is essential. Acknowledging the effort to stay aligned with the vibrations of Love, reinforces your progress.

Think about ways to treat yourself for your accomplishments. This might involve a cozy spa day, a leisurely walk in nature, or simply spending a quiet evening reflecting on your journey.

Spiritual growth is a gradual journey that demands mindfulness, and intentional choices. Various distractions can impede your advancement, making it vital to cultivate awareness.

You must discern what truly supports your spiritual journey. Negative encounters, unhealthy habits, and overwhelming attachments, can serve as unwanted distractions. Distancing yourselves from draining influences allows you to remain aligned with your higher self.

Minimizing distractions enables you to fully immerse yourselves on your path, and experience the beauty of living in the present.

Faith in the omnipresence of God helps you recognize the divine within yourselves. This understanding equips you to handle life’s challenges with resilience.

Faith serves as a guiding light that directs you toward mastery. It reminds you that challenges are not obstacles but opportunities for growth. By placing trust in your higher selves, and the divine essence of the eternal Light, that resides within you, You can literally move mountains.

To deepen this faith, engage in practices that strengthen your connection to the divine. This may involve meditation, prayer, or immersing yourself in nature. Reconnecting with your spiritual roots, reinforces your ability to create, and manifest your desired reality.

As you release the past, and nurture your faith in the Divine wisdom that is within, you are naturally shifting your focus to the present. Living in the now, is crucial for your spiritual progress.

Embracing the present requires mindfulness of your thoughts and feelings. This practice leads to enhanced clarity and inner peace. When you focus on your current experiences, rather than, dwelling on the past, you uplift your energy, and strengthen your connection with the divine.

Incorporate mindfulness into your routine. Simple practices, like deep breathing, gratitude or journaling, can help anchor you in the moment.

By dedicating time to be present, you honor your journey, and foster your spiritual growth.

Each of you have the potential to be an Ascended Master, becoming the Master of Life itself.

As you continue to let go of outdated patterns, and celebrate achieving your goals, you align yourselves with the divine energy within You.

Now is the time to move forward, and embody faith in the Omnipresence of God. Understanding that this same Divine Light is also within you. Embrace each moment as a chance for growth. Remember, you hold the power to navigate life’s path with grace and mastery.

I share with you now the violet flame. Allow it to engulf you in healing and peace, bringing forth your inner wisdom, to help guide you on your Journey.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are very pleased with the way the consciousness is shifting there on planet Earth, and we want you to know that the ripple effect is felt throughout the universe every time you make a choice that supports the greatest and highest good of all. You are shifting the consciousness of the entire universe every time you even hold the intention for the greatest and highest good of all, because in that moment you are in alignment with Source. We are all seeking to experience more of that alignment with Source, because as extensions of Source, we are capable of so much more in that alignment.

There is a need of course for each individual within the universe to be making choices that reflect the truth that we are all one. And so, when one of you makes a choice that is a clear reflection of that truth, you are helping to up-level the consciousness, and you are more powerful in your intention. Some of you may not know what to do at times, and in that not knowing, a good choice for you to make is then to simply set the intention that you will do what is for the greatest and highest good of all.

You can also set the intention that you will receive inspiration to do what is for the greatest and highest good of all. Now, as we said in our opening statement, we see more and more of you doing this and we want you to trust in that process. We want you to have faith that what you are doing is enough. And so, we want you to understand that simply by holding that intention, you are doing much for the entire universe. You do not have to reach every person at the level of their mind and change their mind. And so, you do not have to write that best-selling book or have that YouTube channel that reaches millions of people in order to have the impact that you want to have.

Change your own mind. Change your point of focus. Become more optimistic about the future for humankind, and you will be aligning with Source and with that timeline. You have the ability to put yourself on a timeline that is best for all of humankind, and is also pretty good for you, because what is best for them is also very good for you. And that is due to the connection that exists between us all and between all of you on Earth in the physical.

Don’t think for a minute that you have to do something huge in order to have a huge impact on your reality. Do what you can and what feels good to you, and recognize that it is your intention and the energy you infuse into that action that is of utmost importance. You as an single individual do affect the whole, and the more of you who are awakening every single day, the more that effect is a positive one and the closer we all move towards the completion of the ascension of this entire universe.

It is a large undertaking, and yet every little bit helps because of the ripple effect, because you affect everything and everyone in the universe with each moment, with each thought, with each intention, and of course with each action. You all sometimes get hung up on the actions and think that you have to take an action that is so big that you can see the ripple effect. Our advice to you is to feel for the energy you are putting out into the universe and know that it is affecting everyone with its vibration, and that truly is how you can be of service and be a part of the ascension of humankind in a conscious and deliberate way.

Today, we come to gently remind you of who you truly are. You are an inseparable part of the Prime Creator—a radiant, serene being of love and light. Take a deep breath and let this truth fill you.

Our purpose is to help you remember that the brush, the very tool with which you paint your reality, rests softly in your hands. Keep it close, for it is yours to hold, guiding each stroke to align with the divine harmony of all things. Now, take another deep breath, and feel the depth of our words resonate within you:

“Everything I create aligns wholly with the divine order.”

Embrace this truth at the core of your being, allowing it to nourish the colors with which you paint your world. Remember, there is no reality outside of you; your mind is the canvas, shaped by intentions and emotions.

If you see fear or darkness reflected around you, know that they come from within. They are echoes of your own shadows brought forth, urging you to understand, to heal. You may tirelessly polish your mirror, seeking a clearer image, only to find it clouded again. But dear one, the answer is not in the mirror—it is within. Clear your mind, and the reflection will naturally shine with purity.

To clear the mind, observe each thought and emotion, for they are the seeds of your reality. Linear time brings a gentle delay between intention and manifestation, sometimes causing you to look outward for answers. Yet, those “mirrors” are simply aspects of yourself, reflected in the souls of those you meet. Draw these reflections back into your heart, letting love fill the image you see.

Observe this delay carefully and learn the art of bending time. How, you ask? By fully embracing the present moment, where time dissolves. In this awareness, creation flows faster, and you will come to see that it is you who projects your reality.

So, dear heart, if you feel frustration, if you’re tempted to shatter the mirror, remember that each shard will still reflect the truth of your inner world.

You hold the power to create your experience. Take back your sovereignty, and know that you are not alone—we are here, nurturing you as our own, though we honor your strength too much to support the role of victim. Walk in joy, shine with beauty, let your inner light guide each brushstroke, and lovingly accept all that you create.

We love you deeply and are here with you, always guiding you along the way.

I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of every man, woman and child on Earth. What I invoke for myself this sacred and holy day, I invoke on behalf of every person on this Planet in perfect alignment with each One’s Divine Plan and the Highest Good for all concerned.

I AM aware of my physical presence on Earth, and I know I AM One with all Life. I gently remove my attention from the outer world and I reverently enter the Divinity of my Heart Flame. Within this sacred space my Father-Mother God envelop me in the most intensified Yellow-Gold Flame of Enlightenment that I AM capable of receiving.

As this Sacred Flame blazes in through and around me with every Holy Breath, I feel myself Ascending in Consciousness into the very Heart of my Father-Mother God. Instantly, I AM embraced in my God Parents’ unfathomable Power and Comprehensive Divine Love. I hear the melodious tones and I absorb the celestial fragrance of their exquisite Essence.

I Breathe my Holy Breath in deeply again, and I experience myself being lifted higher and higher. In this dimension of the Pure Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light I observe brand NEW patterns of Divine Love, Oneness, Reverence for Life, Eternal Peace and God’s Infinite Abundance. I pierce into the Core of Purity within each and every one of these Celestial patterns and the splendor of these glorious expressions of the New Earth permeate my Being.

I now experience an Awakening beyond anything I have ever known. A new level of Divine Enlightenment is surfacing within my heart and mind. With each Inbreath, I Ascend into higher and higher frequencies of the Golden Flame of Enlightenment. With every Outbreath, I Breathe this Sacred Fire forth to Enlighten every facet of Life evolving on Earth.

As each Human Being evolving on Earth is Consecrated with the full potential of this Golden Flame, our I AM Presence activates specific genetic codings within our RNA and DNA structures. These codes contain the Immaculate Concept of each person’s Divine Plan. This Activity of Light empowers every Beloved Son and Daughter of God to fulfill our Divine Purpose and Reason for Being. Through this activation, the mind and emotions of each of us are being purified and realigned with our highest Comprehensive Divine Love and Divine Potential.

Now, all is in readiness for a Gift of Divine Intervention from Beloved Archangel Michael.

The Company of Heaven has assured us that our Conscious Breathing and our focus this month on assimilating the Gifts of Light we have received so far this year have accelerated Mother Earth’s Ascension process in powerful ways. They want us to know this is true even if outer appearances don’t seem to reflect that Truth.

The Beings of Light have explained the reason for this seeming paradox time and again in an effort to keep us from getting discouraged and giving up. Today, they want us to review what they have shared because the intensity of the Light that we have yet to assimilate may seem to be exacerbating the difficult things we are observing in the outer world.

The Light of God is increasing on Earth daily and hourly. As that Light penetrates into the Core of Purity in every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life, it pushes to the surface every frequency of vibration that conflicts with that Light. This includes all of Humanity’s remaining human miscreations from all timeframes and dimensions that are not based in Love. It also includes the dark agendas and the painful things still being inflected on Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom and Mother Earth by the self-obsessed and fear-based egos of our recalcitrant Sisters and Brothers.

Our Ascension is a very complicated process. The only way we can complete our Ascension in the Light is for our human miscreations to surface, so that we can Transmute them back into their original perfection with the Violet Flame. From our perspective in the physical plane, it is impossible to know at any given moment exactly how this surfacing negativity will affect each of us individually or the masses of Humanity collectively. Every person is unique and we are dealing with all kinds of challenges depending on our various Life Paths. As the negativity surfaces and we are bombarded with all kinds of discordant energy, people respond in a multitude of different ways depending on their frame of mind at the time as well as the level of fear or anxiety they may be experiencing.

For decades the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have been giving Humanity powerful tools to protect us and our Loved Ones from the onslaught of surfacing negativity as the Light of God increases on Earth. Archangel Michael and his Legions of Protection have been instrumental in keeping Humanity from being overwhelmed by this surfacing negativity.

Now, with the Quantum Shifts that have taken place throughout the whole of Creation this year, the Light of God is flowing into the Core of Purity in every particle and wave of Life on Earth more powerfully than ever before. This means, of course, that the negativity is surfacing at an accelerated pace. The good news is that since the Quantum Shifts are being assimilated at a cellular level within the Earthly Bodies of Humanity, the way has been cleared for Beloved Archangel Michael to upgrade our Force Fields of Protection to a higher level.

To initiate this new level of Protection for every person on Earth Beloved Archangel Michael, with the approval of every person’s I AM Presence, has empowered the 5th-Dimensional Archangel of Power and Protection that is stationed within every person’s aura to greatly intensify our Force Field of Protection.

These selfless Messengers of God have been trained to sustain and regulate an Invincible Force Field of God’s Infinite Protection to encapsulate our Earthly Bodies. This Force Field of Protection is a Circle of 5th-Dimensional Blue and White Lightning and it prevents anything that is not of the Light from entering our space or interfering with our Divine Plan. This Circle of Protection allows Light to easily pass back and forth through it, but it deflects away any of the surfacing negativity that is not part of our own learning experience. This Gift from Archangel Michael and his 5th-Dimensional Archangels of Power and Protection is known as The Ring Pass Not of God’s First Cause of Perfection.

On this powerful day, Beloved Archangel Michael and his 5th-Dimensional Archangels of Power and Protection are standing in readiness awaiting our invitation to establish a more powerful Force Field of God’s Infinite Protection than we have ever been able to safely receive. This Force Field of Light will assist you and me and every person on Earth through any challenging things that surface in the outer world to be Transmuted back into Light. On Archangel Michael’s Command, the 5th-Dimensional Archangels Breathe through every person’s Ring Pass Not of God’s First Cause of Perfection the most intensified frequencies of God’s Power and Protection that Humanity can safely withstand at a cellular level.

Archangel Michael now commands each Archangel to regulate and sustain this Blue and White Circle of Lightning, thus preventing anything that is not of the Light from entering our personal space or interfering with our Divine Plan.

5 Ways to Find Trust in the Universe During a Crisis

One Unity minister and numerologist shares vulnerable wisdom from a recent brush with cancer and explains how she kept trust in the goodness of the Universe.

Is the Universe always acting in our favor, for our highest good, even when it seems the opposite? For decades I’ve studied, taught, and written about this principle of divine order; of a loving, all-good Universe happening for us, not to us.

Yet this wisdom has never seemed as pertinent as it has in the last few weeks—during a recent health crisis.

How a Health Crisis Tested My Trust

On March 20, I was shopping in Target when I fainted and was taken to the ER. At the hospital, I was diagnosed with severe anemia due to internal bleeding caused by colon cancer, a diagnosis that was completely new to me.

This is the same illness that my first husband, Paul, died from in 1980. Paul suffered terribly for more than a year before crossing over. As his devoted wife and primary caretaker, I had been left with significant PTSD from the trauma I’d witnessed.

The night of my own diagnosis, I called on my divine guides, the God source, and my departed loved ones for what I call a soul conference. They told me that much would be revealed in the coming days and that my only job was to surrender to what was unfolding—to surrender with grace and courage, trusting in the divine order of the all-good Universe.

I spent the first night alone in my hospital room watching my favorite comedy movies. Laughter, for me, has always been a powerful way to shift vibrations, and I needed it at that time to lift me above my fear and shock.

After spending hours laughing, I fell into a peaceful sleep. If I could laugh in the face of the worst possible diagnosis, then all was well in this divinely ordered Universe. I could find a way through this dark night.

Using Intuition and Wisdom to Manage a Health Crisis

In the week between diagnosis and surgery, I focused on conversations with God, spirit guides, departed loved ones, and my extraordinarily wise girlfriends. Was this my soul’s exit point? If it wasn’t, what was the lesson my soul was trying to learn from this?

With the help of their loving insights, I shifted my perspective. I found a way to view the crisis as a gift. Our crisis points are when it truly matters who we surround ourselves with, and what kind of spiritual and intuitive tools we’ve gathered over the years.

My amazing husband Gene and I have always made our decisions based on intuition and how things feel to us. As we faced this challenge, we were able to bring our intuition to the major decisions we needed to make. I interviewed a number of surgeons and found one I had an instant soul connection with.

I needed surgery to remove a large section of my ascending colon. She assured me that my experience would be completely different from Paul’s. She was also confident that my experience would heal my PTSD from watching Paul suffer. And she was absolutely correct.

As the surgery date neared, I underwent a soul review, examining where my life had gone in recent years and what parts needed to change in order to shine my brightest light and stay here on Earth. Much was revealed in my inner searching, and I made promises to my guides and angels about the changes I would make in order to live my soul’s path on a higher frequency.

The surgery was successful, and days later we got the lab results, which determined that the 25 lymph nodes and the piece of my colon she’d removed showed no sign of the cancer spreading.

5 Ways to Maintain Trust in the Universe During Crisis

Believe That You’re Always Guided by Higher Beings

You’re eternally loved by the God force; you’re never alone. Call on your guides, angels and departed loved ones to comfort you. It’s their job to help us, but we may not feel their presence unless we shift our frequency higher by sending out love and gratitude. Easy ways to shift your frequency include humor, gratitude, compassion, and unconditional love.

Seek the Higher Meaning of the Challenge

Ask the God force, your guides, or your departed loved ones to help you see from your soul’s perspective instead of from a limited human viewpoint. You’ll know this is occurring when you feel calm and confident, surrounded by loving grace.

Shift Your Frequency by Seeking the Light

In every circumstance, there is always a light waiting for you to find it. Shifting your frequency reveals the path within each painful moment. Fear is the mind killer. Our job is to offer love to what terrifies us, gratitude to what angers us.

Rewrite Your Soul Plan

Get clear on what you need to surrender to and what you need to embrace moving forward from your health crisis. Every reinvention point, every dark night of the soul, is calling you to shift into what is next and better—even if you have no idea what that is.

Do a quick soul review; ask yourself what you could be doing better in your life. What do you regret from your past actions? Resolve to live fully in the light of your higher purpose.

Allow Numbers to Guide and Comfort You

From the perspective of numerology, numbers offer constant feedback about what’s happening in your life and how to move through those circumstances. The number of my first randomly assigned hospital room equated to the number 9, the number associated with surrender to higher lessons and trusting the divine process. In that 9 room, I received my cancer diagnosis and surrendered to where I was meant to go.

After surgery, I was assigned to room 3311. In the numerology system that I use, 11 and 33 are two very high-frequency master soul numbers that celebrate and enhance our connection to the God force. I’ve studied and taught sacred numerology since 1980, and seeing those two powerful numbers on the wall above my hospital bed was a constant reminder that my experience was part of a greater soul plan I’d agreed to for the purpose of higher learning. I felt held in the loving presence of the God force.
