Spiritual aliveness is the result of making your spirituality the day’s number one priority. Achieving this is fairly simple – as simple as being aware of one or two secrets of the universe and then setting your intention for each day.

Life is an expression of your spiritual self. You are here to gain experience on a grand scale. The small details of daily existence may not seem important, but they are all threads in the grand scheme of the life that you, as your inner self, planned before you were born.

It makes sense, therefore, to begin each day by becoming charged with the best supply of life energy available. Then you can make the most of each day’s experiences as they unfold. Life energy, or etheric energy, is the main energy transmitted by the Sun. The Sun also radiates physical energy, such as light and heat, but the amount of physical energy pales in comparison to the amount of life-supporting, etheric energy which courses through our bodies.

At dan each day, the Sun brings a great change to your local environment. The swing from darkness to light at dawn causes a turbulence in the ethers as the life energy in the atmosphere reorganizes itself for a day of new activity. Sunrise is the time of nature’s awakening. It is the best possible time to recharge yourself for each new day of activity. Even if the sky is cloudy, the universal life energy comes streaming through your environment.

By beginning your day with a connection to the Sun’s energy, you are actually aligning with the natural system of Creation. Infinite Being constantly feeds the universe with life energy in order to maintain all motion in the universe. Infinite Being sends the energy needed to maintain life through the central sun of the universe. From there, it works its way through the central suns of the galaxies and then through the suns of each solar system. Local suns radiate physical energy in addition to life energy.

In a world where people’s main focus on life comes through their five physical senses, the Sun takes on a great significance.

The Sun is the closest thing to Infinite Being, the essence of God, within our sight.

What better way to start your day, than to breath in the power of this mighty orb as it awakens you and your surroundings to the energy of the new day?

Here’s how to achieve this, with one simple addition to the Infinite Being Meditation technique:

On each in-breath, visualize white light, representing life energy from the Sun, coming into your body via your nostrils. See this white light as filling your entire body every time you inhale.

This fills your whole being with extra life energy because air is a carrier medium for etheric energy. Etheric energy is highly responsive to directed mental pressure so, once the air is inside your lungs, the power of your visualization can be used to direct the life energy to fill your entire body. The energy will automatically follow your mental direction.

Here is the Infinite Being Meditation technique, revised to include the life energy charging technique:

1. Focus your attention on the slow, even flow of breath as it passes in and out of your nostrils.

2. Visualize each in-breath as white light filling your body. Then, at the top of each in-breath, mentally repeat once the affirmation “I am Infinite Being.”

3. On the out-breath, allow your attention to follow the flow of air from your nostrils. To induce an immediate calming effect, slow each out-breath and allow it to take longer than each in-breath.

4. Hold the breath out of the body for a short time. In this quiet space, don’t think, just be. Become quietly aware of thoughts and impressions that may arise from your inner self. The end of each breath cycle thus becomes your personal communion space with your inner being.

5. Return to active intention by starting the breath cycle again at step 1.

Start each day with a twenty-minute meditation and charging session. Start ten minutes before dawn. If dawn is at, say, approximately 7:10 am, then you would plan to start your day with meditation from 7:00 – 7:20 am.

Reorganize your daily schedule around the most important natural event of the day. The deeper connection to your inner being is well worth the effort. At least once a week, check when sunrise occurs by referring to the news media, or to weather sites such as weather.com. Then you can be in tune with the greatest cosmic forces of revitalization that occur each and every day.

Make meditation at dawn your number one priority of the day. Then everything that follows will be more energized and more in tune with who you really are.

Energetically, the highlight of every day is dawn. It is truly a magical time.

More often than not, the most profound thoughts come to you as a whisper in your ear, the sight of a butterfly weaving its way through a sunlit afternoon or the honey smelling breeze of a spring morning.  

If you release the need for everything to be big enough to shake your world to its foundation, you will find that The Universe is constantly, and consistently, speaking to you.

Life, the Universe and Everything

Thoughts on harmonious living, teleportation, and the coming disappearance of our solar system…

In the 1979 sci-fi comedy, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, the supercomputer Deep Thought was set the task of determining the answer to the ultimate question of Life, the Universe and Everything.

After eons of calculations, Deep Thought solemnly declared that it had reached a conclusion, but the audience of scientists might not like the answer. “It would have been simpler”, Deep Thought continued, “to have known what the actual question was.”

“But,” replied the head scientist, “it was the Question. The Ultimate Question!”

“Yes, but what actually is it?” countered Deep Thought.

“Everything! You know … just EVERYTHING!”

“That’s not a question. Only when you know what the actual question is will you know what the answer means.”

After more prompting, the scientists coaxed Deep Thought into revealing, regardless, whatever answer it had come up with after working on this problem for eons.

“The answer is… Forty-two!”

Since then, after the 1979 book and the two movie versions that followed, the number “42” has become enshrined as the lighthearted answer to any unanswerable question.

Recently, I was reflecting on the original 1981 TV movie with its many comedic elements like Marvin, the genuine people-personality robot (depressive model) who typically ended sentences with, “Isn’t it awful?”

Then, I started wondering what the ultimate question could have been. There was, of course, the one big question that had remained unanswered for several millennia. It was considered the greatest mystery of all time… WHY the universe was created. After all, mystics would reason, if the Absolute is perfect and unchanging in all ways, why would it decide to create a universe where a state of imperfection could be evolved back to a state of perfection it already had?

In these days of The Shift to higher consciousness, many mystical secrets are being revealed to people who are ready. In the year 2007, I was given the answer to this very question when I was visited by an ascended master. The full story of this experience is recounted in my book, Spiritual Metaphysics: Answers to the Great Mysteries of Life, and this is the answer as it was given to me in its concise, all-encompassing form:

“Curiosity was the first seed of action.”

Notice the word seed, as in, that from which everything else grew. Action (or motion) is the third component of the Law of Creation, the one that makes the first two components usable. In order to create the universe as we know it, Infinite Being, stirred by curiosity, divided its consciousness into two complementary aspects – thought and feeling (or yang and yin) – then set them into motion.

A good candidate for another ultimate question might be, “How was the universe created?” What happened next after the Creator aspect of Infinite Being decided to take action and realized that the Law of Creation was the key to creating a universe teeming with life and endless possibilities?

The Details of the Creation of the Universe

When you look at the works of the Creator, you can see that the trinary nature of the Law of Creation (thought plus feeling plus motion) appears and keeps appearing throughout Creation like a cascade of triplication effects. Everywhere you look at the way Creation was designed, there are three-of-everythings.

To create the initial structure of the universe, three areas were necessary – Laws, Levels, and Attributes. That is, Laws or principles by which the universe would run, different Levels of existence through which the adventure of life would evolve, and the Attributes or dimensional properties of matter.

Each one of those three initial areas was morphed into a three by three matrix of nine items, thereby creating nine Laws, nine Levels, and nine Attributes.

The Nine Laws or Principles of the Universe

The Laws are guidelines for consciousness. The most familiar of the nine physical-world laws is the Law of Karma. Another example is the Law of Evolution, which provides a constant desire to travel the path home to Source. Other laws include Unity and Diversity, which explains why acceptance of every person as a unique individual leads to harmonious unity in society.

The Nine Density Levels of the Universe

Of the nine density levels of existence, the physical earth currently exits in upper third density. When the ascension event arrives, it will happen as a solar energy event. This means that all physical planets in the solar system will be energetically upgraded from third density to fourth density. On Ascension Day, as strange as it may seem, if an outside observer is watching this region of third-density space, it will look as though our solar system just disappeared!

The Nine Dimensional Attributes of Matter

The nine dimensional attributes include space, time, and various expressions of energies. It is interesting to note that space is just one of the nine dimensions, even though it has three varieties (length, depth, and height). Time is another single dimension with three varieties. These are: Everyday linear time, experiential time (which varies with frequency of consciousness), and, just to add variety to one’s journey through life, parallel timelines!

Other dimensions include the amount of electric, magnetic, and etheric energies within atomic particles. Perhaps the most interesting dimension is that of Location. This is the attribute that lets an object know where it belongs in the universe. In the future, when we have recorded the subtle signature tones of various locations, we will create teleportation vehicles which, when isolated from the magnetic fabric of space, can change their location energy signatures and then re-materialize at a new location. Instantaneous travel! And, no doubt, this will be a whole lot nicer than airline travel.

So, we now have a more detailed answer to the question, “How was the universe created?” Can we, like Deep Thought, reduce it to a number that challenges the comedic answer, “42”?

We could start by counting the creation of the original three categories – Laws, Levels, and Attributes. Then, add in the nine items within each one. Nine times three categories – that’s twenty-seven – plus the original three from which they were created, for a total count of…

“Thirty!”

Well, at least it answers a real question, and…

The Ultimate Answer is 30, not 42.

5 Ways to Find Trust in the Universe During a Crisis

One Unity minister and numerologist shares vulnerable wisdom from a recent brush with cancer and explains how she kept trust in the goodness of the Universe.

Is the Universe always acting in our favor, for our highest good, even when it seems the opposite? For decades I’ve studied, taught, and written about this principle of divine order; of a loving, all-good Universe happening for us, not to us.

Yet this wisdom has never seemed as pertinent as it has in the last few weeks—during a recent health crisis.

How a Health Crisis Tested My Trust

On March 20, I was shopping in Target when I fainted and was taken to the ER. At the hospital, I was diagnosed with severe anemia due to internal bleeding caused by colon cancer, a diagnosis that was completely new to me.

This is the same illness that my first husband, Paul, died from in 1980. Paul suffered terribly for more than a year before crossing over. As his devoted wife and primary caretaker, I had been left with significant PTSD from the trauma I’d witnessed.

The night of my own diagnosis, I called on my divine guides, the God source, and my departed loved ones for what I call a soul conference. They told me that much would be revealed in the coming days and that my only job was to surrender to what was unfolding—to surrender with grace and courage, trusting in the divine order of the all-good Universe.

I spent the first night alone in my hospital room watching my favorite comedy movies. Laughter, for me, has always been a powerful way to shift vibrations, and I needed it at that time to lift me above my fear and shock.

After spending hours laughing, I fell into a peaceful sleep. If I could laugh in the face of the worst possible diagnosis, then all was well in this divinely ordered Universe. I could find a way through this dark night.

Using Intuition and Wisdom to Manage a Health Crisis

In the week between diagnosis and surgery, I focused on conversations with God, spirit guides, departed loved ones, and my extraordinarily wise girlfriends. Was this my soul’s exit point? If it wasn’t, what was the lesson my soul was trying to learn from this?

With the help of their loving insights, I shifted my perspective. I found a way to view the crisis as a gift. Our crisis points are when it truly matters who we surround ourselves with, and what kind of spiritual and intuitive tools we’ve gathered over the years.

My amazing husband Gene and I have always made our decisions based on intuition and how things feel to us. As we faced this challenge, we were able to bring our intuition to the major decisions we needed to make. I interviewed a number of surgeons and found one I had an instant soul connection with.

I needed surgery to remove a large section of my ascending colon. She assured me that my experience would be completely different from Paul’s. She was also confident that my experience would heal my PTSD from watching Paul suffer. And she was absolutely correct.

As the surgery date neared, I underwent a soul review, examining where my life had gone in recent years and what parts needed to change in order to shine my brightest light and stay here on Earth. Much was revealed in my inner searching, and I made promises to my guides and angels about the changes I would make in order to live my soul’s path on a higher frequency.

The surgery was successful, and days later we got the lab results, which determined that the 25 lymph nodes and the piece of my colon she’d removed showed no sign of the cancer spreading.

5 Ways to Maintain Trust in the Universe During Crisis

Believe That You’re Always Guided by Higher Beings

You’re eternally loved by the God force; you’re never alone. Call on your guides, angels and departed loved ones to comfort you. It’s their job to help us, but we may not feel their presence unless we shift our frequency higher by sending out love and gratitude. Easy ways to shift your frequency include humor, gratitude, compassion, and unconditional love.

Seek the Higher Meaning of the Challenge

Ask the God force, your guides, or your departed loved ones to help you see from your soul’s perspective instead of from a limited human viewpoint. You’ll know this is occurring when you feel calm and confident, surrounded by loving grace.

Shift Your Frequency by Seeking the Light

In every circumstance, there is always a light waiting for you to find it. Shifting your frequency reveals the path within each painful moment. Fear is the mind killer. Our job is to offer love to what terrifies us, gratitude to what angers us.

Rewrite Your Soul Plan

Get clear on what you need to surrender to and what you need to embrace moving forward from your health crisis. Every reinvention point, every dark night of the soul, is calling you to shift into what is next and better—even if you have no idea what that is.

Do a quick soul review; ask yourself what you could be doing better in your life. What do you regret from your past actions? Resolve to live fully in the light of your higher purpose.

Allow Numbers to Guide and Comfort You

From the perspective of numerology, numbers offer constant feedback about what’s happening in your life and how to move through those circumstances. The number of my first randomly assigned hospital room equated to the number 9, the number associated with surrender to higher lessons and trusting the divine process. In that 9 room, I received my cancer diagnosis and surrendered to where I was meant to go.

After surgery, I was assigned to room 3311. In the numerology system that I use, 11 and 33 are two very high-frequency master soul numbers that celebrate and enhance our connection to the God force. I’ve studied and taught sacred numerology since 1980, and seeing those two powerful numbers on the wall above my hospital bed was a constant reminder that my experience was part of a greater soul plan I’d agreed to for the purpose of higher learning. I felt held in the loving presence of the God force.

CIA Hired This Man To Escape the Restrictions of Time and Space: This mystery is around the “Gateway Experience,” a procedure claimed to help people access the intuitive knowledge of the universe as well as travel in time and commune with beings from other dimensions.

Robert Allan Monroe (1915 –1995), born in Wabash, Indiana was a radio broadcasting executive who became known for his research into altered consciousness and founding The Monroe Institute. His 1971 book Journeys Out of the Body is credited with popularizing the term “out-of-body experience”.

In 1958 radio broadcasting executive Robert Monroe suffered a series of bizarre events. At the age of 43, he began feeling a strong vibration deep within his chest. Suddenly the sensation grew so intense that he was forced to lay down.

Once reclined, the typically rational businessman found himself hovering outside of his body. He immediately panicked thinking he had died but the crippling fear abruptly returned him to his physical form. Similar episodes soon followed in which he weightlessly floated around the room.

A concerned Monroe visited several doctors and psychologists yet each medical professional determined he was perfectly healthy. Relieved by their positive diagnoses, the telecommunication executive decided to hone his newly acquired skill. Before long he left his comfortable corporate career and dedicated his life to the exploration of consciousness. For the next three decades, Robert intently studied out-of-body experiences.

His primary goal was to gather scientific evidence proving the existence of alternate realities. In hopes of making cosmic travel more easily attainable, he developed a technology called Hemispheric Synchronization.

Also known as Hemi-Sync, this system utilizes audio patterns containing binaural beats to create harmonization of the brain’s left and right hemispheres. Independent clinical neurologists conducted extensive testing on participants engaging in the experimental technique. To their shock, the results were clearly visible on every EEG scan conducted. Both sides of the brain are simultaneously measured equal in both amplitude and frequency. Monroe’s work was pioneering the path to tangible altered states.

Awakening can be described as a transformation of perception.

It is inspired by the spontaneous or gradual arising of higher consciousness—like lightning bolts surging upward from the base of the spine. Even beyond all that we have learned from various spiritual paths, or even our own direct experience, what is awakening from a quantum perspective? Here’s a download I received the other day that I was excited to share with you:

The Universe, as a whole, is a living, breathing, celestial organism of intelligence. Since intelligence always exists in perpetual cycles of growth, the Universe always exists in a state of ever-growing expansion. Consciousness is the fabric the Universe is made of. It is always transmitting a light-filled energy of higher intelligence to all life forms living within it. Such codes of light pouring into every life form act as constant evidence of the Universe continually multiplying and growing through cycles of expansion. Since the Universe always exists in a rapid state of expansion, we as humans live as expressions of this expansion—through the evolution of our individual and collective journey. In essence, we are multidimensional expressions of a Universe that can’t help but expand, which is mirrored in the desire and destiny to grow and evolve.

While many believe growth is a choice, in truth, how you grow remains a choice you are able to make. You can choose to grow willingly, or get pulled along by the hands of fate that cannot allow you or anyone else to stagnate too long at any particular level—since the Universe never stalls or pauses in its growth. As you choose to grow willingly and from a space of heart-centered openness, curiosity, and excitement, you will find yourself navigating each moment from a timeless dimension and perspective. Such a shift allows life to be more fulfilling, miraculous, and less like being tossed around between the ferocity of waves in a vast ocean of existence.

As you learn to say ‘yes’ to evolving on life’s mysterious terms and conditions, and without a need to negotiate your way from one breath to the next, you begin to remember the soul’s journey as a unique experience of an ever-expanding Universe. Just by evolving within our unique forms, alongside others, we celebrate the creation of numerous new worlds. We witness the birth of new vibrations of higher consciousness and welcome new generations of highly-evolved souls into all worlds—realities shaped by our realizations and changes throughout life.

Although humans often view growth as a personal journey, enhancing only their path, every growth phase benefits not just the individual, but also the surrounding world and the Universe at large—regardless of our awareness of this impact.

Understanding the connection between Self and Source, the phrase “as above, so below” can lessen the pressure you might feel, as if you alone are responsible for humanity’s evolution. Instead, may you rejoice the next time your heart chakra opens wider than ever before, and thank the expansion of a distant black hole somewhere in the center of the Milky Way for pulsing the gravitational force that helped open your heart even further. This means your awakening journey is not ever separate from the Cosmos. In truth, it is a mirror reflection of all the expansion occurring in space, and manifested as form through a dimension of time. As this truth is viscerally felt instead of over-intellectualized, you will begin to remember the Universe is always guiding the perpetual growth you have been given the honor of experiencing, and in whatever way you choose to view it.

As a quantum view of awakening expands the horizons of why you are here and what a timeless contribution your lifetime of growth offers the world, every person, all planets, each civilization, and all timelines of possibility, may it help you remember that awakening is not a destination. It’s an art form.

On occasion, it may seem as if you are receiving the same information again and again. In some cases, you are. 

When you say to yourself, “Wasn’t this mentioned yesterday/last week/before?”, it is The Universe’s way of saying ‘Pay attention to this, it is important!” 

You are being given another chance to fully understand the message or (especially after an intensive learning phase) it is being presented to another level of your Self. 

Learning and growth involves all parts…brain, body and soul. Regardless of where you are on your journey; practice self-care, keep your thoughts/actions positive and know The Universe supports you always.

One of the things you may not have known; you can ask that the format of the inflow be changed, depending on what stirs your soul, with a simple request. 

Does music call you to action and movement? Poetry? Film? Nature? 

There are infinite ways of receiving The Universe’s gifts, you are given many different tools so, have some fun and use whichever one works best for you in this moment!

TA: The Father has perfect plans for the lives of each one of His creatures. To the eyes of the world, a certain life may seem more relevant or more important than another. However, many times those who each have consciously consecrated their lives to the Divine Will and achieved a high level of spiritual progress, go unnoticed on the pages of human history. Do not think that just because you are not great from a material point of view, your life is worthless or your efforts to reach perfection are not producing the expected results. Each step that brings you closer to your true essence – to that which the Father desires for you – is a step towards Life and Light, in your world and in the universe.

“The greatest gift a human creature can offer the Father is to seek to know and to do His Will. There is a definite plan for creation and there is a path that leads directly to the greatest success for all involved. When each of you decides to follow this path, you are actively working so that the design of the Gods becomes a reality and for the entire creation to be established in Light and Life. Thus, you are contributing to the actualization of the Supreme Being, the God of time and space, who gains experience through the experiences of all evolutionary beings.

“Therefore, no life can be considered useless or irrelevant. No two human lives are equal in all aspects, and the experiences are mostly subjective, dependent on the perception of the personalities who are involved with them. Each personality has the potential to bring a unique contribution to universal wisdom. What each personality has lived so far has been a unique adventure, an unparalleled aspect of a creature that seeks to find the Father and build an increasingly coherent idea of his or her reality and purpose.

“Your life is a great opportunity to discover other original aspect of divinity. You start without any preconceived idea about the universe, and progressively you shall discover reality and, if you so decide, you start to participate in the expansion of divine ideals when you become a tool for the expression of the Creator. Then, your personal path increasingly aligns itself with the path that the Father has suggested, until the hour in which you come to understand that, in reality, the Father’s Will for your life is the path with the most love and wisdom, which represents the best that can occur and, after all, when your comprehension has been enlightened by higher truths, you shall understand it is the same path that you would have wisely chosen for yourself.
