For months, we have been enduring a quiet, under-the-surface compression, a feeling of pushing against invisible walls. This weekend, that pattern breaks as major planetary alignments generate an intense, electric, and highly transformative energy that will bring long-standing cosmic pressure to its boiling point.  It will shift us into a sudden, undeniable flashpoint of change, creating an evolutionary turning point designed to accelerate our collective evolution.

Globally, we are witnessing the collapse of outdated social structures and the labour pains of a new collective narrative.  As the cosmic influx of light pours through this alignment, it will act as a catalyst, shattering old stagnations and forcing a sudden, undeniable shift in momentum.  The friction being generated is shaking us awake and as the status quo fractures, a powerful wave of reclamation will sweep through the collective.  This shift will replace confusion with a rapid, widespread awakening, giving us the courage to claim our absolute sovereignty, which will become greater than our fear of the unknown.

On an individual level, this energy manifests as a series of sudden, lightning-bolt moments of clarity.  The brain fog, hesitation, and invisible walls that defined the past few months are dissolving instantly.  In their place, a fierce, unshakable courage will rise, pushing you to step out of waiting, drop old emotional baggage, and fully embrace your soul’s truth, no matter how unfamiliar the territory ahead may seem.  As you cross the major energetic threshold, your reality will be recalibrated to match the new frequency.  As a result, people, environments, and opportunities that are no longer aligned with your highest growth will naturally fade away.  How you perceive time, choice, and your own potential will radically alter, revealing a version of reality where your external world actively supports your inner power.

Be mindful that this highly volatile, unpredictable energy can easily trigger restlessness, erratic behaviour, or the impulse to react defensively.  However, when you meet this energy with conscious awareness, the friction can become the fuel needed to give you the precise breakthrough required to dissolve obstacles that once felt immovable.  Trust the sudden insights and creative bursts that arrive now. Recognise that you are being handed the exact evolutionary keys required to step out of repetitive karmic cycles and into a space of self-mastery where you can redefine who you are.  Protect your focus, preserve your peace, and use this potent friction as fuel for your own transformation rather than as a reason to engage in old battles.  Remember that you are the anchor in your own storm.

January is filled with important turning points and opportunities for transformation with planetary alignments catalyzing the need for reinvention, refinement and change. This week the energies will begin to build and intensify as we move towards the first New Moon of 2026 on Sunday. We can expect the internal pressure to increase as old habits, patterns, and the remnants of the past year’s energy are brought to the surface to be released. This week we are urged to evaluate what must be released, what must be healed and what is truly sustainable.

Currently, your entire being is experiencing an upgraded, and today you will feel a palpable pressure pushing you towards the growth that is necessary, and what will prepare you for all that 2026 will bring. Today the incoming energy is amplifying everything pushing you to find the crucial balance between your inner and outer lives. Be aware that you are moving away from outdated self-concepts and into a more mature, grounded, empowered and authentic expression of who you are. Recognize that although it may be uncomfortable whatever is surfacing for healing will liberate you from what has become heavy, stagnant, and outdated. 

As you begin this week be mindful of what is surfacing, what needs healing, and what needs integrating or resolution. Allow yourself to witness the outdated patterns, fears, and limitations so you can consciously release them. This release will enable you to act with greater self-trust and faith in the unfolding of your path.

Rising Into New Earth’s Energy

There is a Divine and sacred energy that has been guiding you. This is why you may have recently found yourself pulling away from people, habits, and situations that no longer serve your highest good. Your ascending self is preparing to attract and manifest those who are aligned with you—those who match your vibrational frequency.

The New Earth energy is here to uplift, nourish, and inspire you to vibrate higher with people who reflect your healing, worth, and value. Yet nothing is more transformative than your own infinite forgiveness, acceptance, and self love. These qualities trigger powerful inner shifts, helping you recognise and reclaim your true worth and personal power.

Current planetary alignments are revealing what no longer supports your growth. They will highlight what needs to be changed, transmuted, released, and healed. Epiphanies and realisations are the theme of this collective awakening. The self continues purging toxic belief systems that have anchored you in the dysfunction of the 3D world.

Living fully in truth will be both the greatest challenge and greatest achievement on the ascension path. The world is filled with illusions, and ascension is the process of rising beyond this false reality. You are here to embody and express your true, authentic Self. Many struggle during this phase because they are still stepping back into alignment with their deepest truth—reclaiming the power they once gave away unconsciously.

The energy of November is lifting the collective into higher timelines aligned with expanded consciousness, transformation, and clarity. Everything that has been suppressed is rising to the surface to be released, freeing you from burdens you may not have realised you were carrying. This is healing the past and restoring peace in the present.

High vibrational frequencies have been entering through the crown chakra, prompting the clearing of conscious and subconscious thoughts that are no longer needed. This detox of the mind and memory signals the completion of a long healing cycle. You are safe and supported as you find relief from old patterns, triggers, and reactions.

For many old souls, the world’s former dense energy drained them to their core. It took every last drop of strength to make it to this point of planetary ascension. Many felt they had nothing left to give, and the internal exhaustion was overwhelming. This is why so many old souls are still in recovery and repair from the old energy world.

Remembering that your Ascension Team—your guides, past self expressions, light beings, and your Higher Self, an entire entourage are always available to support you, especially when transforming energies become overwhelming. Because they honour your free will, they will not intervene unless you request them to. Whenever the intensity feels too heavy or too overwhelming, consciously call on them to help slow the process, soften the symptoms, and guide you with clarity and comfort. They are present in this realm to assist you in every way they possibly can, patiently waiting for your clear instruction and ready to bring ease, balance, and support to your ascension journey.

The world you once lived in, in the old energy was never your true home—this is why so many never felt they fully belonged. Yet after reincarnating here for eons, this planet became familiar. The old world was a shadow version of the reality you are awakening into now. Moving Forward, only the higher, truthful reality will resonate.

The Divine energy within is rising into greater maturity and sovereignty. Your reactions to lower vibrational energies, people, and societal pressures are fading out. Karmic lessons for advanced souls are now complete, it is time to receive your well-earned rewards. Unconditional love and loyalty to self are replacing everything that is falling away.

Higher knowledge is guiding you toward your purpose in a healthier, clearer way. Trusting that this is all part of your ascension, growth, and evolution. Go within and find peace in your solitude—this creates the inner environment needed as your light body activation completes. You are undergoing rapid acceleration into deeper love, trust, faith, independence, and higher wisdom.

New levels of your life are manifesting. You are receiving system upgrades and the blessings you genuinely deserve. The Universe is guiding you into your next chapter on this ascending planet, where your dreams and desires manifest more effortlessly than ever before.

Greetings beloved ones, we are the Pleiadian Council of Light.

It is very good to connect with you in these moments of Transformation. Thank you for this transmission.

The Energies from the Photon Belt, are being amped in frequencies, creating a dynamic interplay that is crucial for facilitating a stability within the High 4th dimension. These frequencies are a significant shift in the vibrational landscape of Earth existence. Many factors are contributing to the waves of Love Light that your dear Mother Earth is currently receiving. As the rays of our Alcyone Star, Dance in Harmony with your Star–the Sun–whose radiant energy is instrumental in this transformation, it becomes amplified in its frequencies. Along with the many Planetary alignments, and Moon cycles, you continually experience, also contribute to the symphony of Higher Light. In tandem, the Earth herself is responding to the influx of these Higher Vibrations, adapting and evolving in ways that resonate with the new frequencies being introduced into her atmosphere.

You each possess immense power, a latent ability to alter your reality and to effectively integrate these transformative energies into your daily lives. This power is also Collective and is a reflection of your interconnectedness and the shared consciousness that binds all of humanity together.

However, amidst this uplifting energy, there are still remnants of the Dark ones who remain on Earth, desperately trying to cling to the illusion of control that they have maintained for so long. Their agenda, which seeks to divide and conquer the human race, is increasingly crumbling beneath the weight of a rising collective consciousness, as more individuals choose to join hands in Harmony and embrace a greater awareness of their interconnectedness. These forces of darkness are still attempting to instigate division in any way possible, employing various tactics to sow seeds of discord and confusion among the populace.

At this juncture, we witness a significant amount of deception, cover-up, and trickery unfolding within your current reality. Many things are being obscured, in these moments, and nothing is as it seems to be.

It is crucial to remember that you are Anchors of the Light; your frequencies pose a significant threat to the darks insidious agenda. By simply existing in a state of awareness and love, you nullify any and all Darkness that crosses your path. The act of becoming aware of the Dark Plan triggers a wave of Light energies that resonates through the emotions you project toward the situation at hand. When you stand firm in the Light, your first instincts naturally gravitate toward Love and Light. Emotions such as compassion, forgiveness, and the ability to witness the Light in others become your instinctual responses. This is not merely a passive reaction; it is a powerful force of Light that you emit, often without even realizing the extent of your impact.

The Human Collective, in its quest for understanding, finds itself confused about the direction from which the Light is emanating. Many individuals still look outside themselves for a savior, for answers that they believe lie in external sources, when, in reality, the truth resides within their own being. This internal journey toward self-discovery and empowerment is essential, as it allows individuals to tap into their innate wisdom and recognize that they possess the tools necessary to navigate these turbulent times. The awakening of this inner light is not only vital for personal growth but also crucial for the collective evolution of humanity as a whole.

By standing resolutely within the Light, you not only shield yourself from adversities that may hinder your personal journey, but also contribute to the dissolution of any negative agendas that those who seek control, may attempt to impose on the Human Collective.

Your unwavering presence in the Light serves as a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change, promoting healing and unity in a reality lost in illusion.

We are at the moment with all the planetary alignments, as well as huge Sun Flares and with the light and sound frequencies, the cosmic energies amping up beyond all known before, plus the earth’s energy centers being fully activated, in a time of profound happenings, and changes.

I am not an astrologer, as I have never felt myself drawn to it, but I do read energy and energy lines, and more than this tap into Cosmic information, and we have entered a wormhole now, (for want of a better word to describe this) on planetary, galactic and universal levels, where we literally are going through a type of birthing channel, in order to be rebirthed or recreated into a totally different dimension and frequency band.

Do not be surprised if your lower chakras are now making themselves felt, and all those parts of yourself, you need to shed, and one of these is fear, including fear of survival, and all those deeply buried things you have not yet dealt with at a very deep soul level.

As the new Crystalline bodies form, the stuck energy in all our bodies and fields needs to dissolve. Note in which areas of your body’s discomfort reigns and then go and make work of it and be prepared to delve deeply into your soul memory banks and then release it once and for all. We cannot take ANY baggage with us into the New Earth and the New Golden Age.

The base chakra holds the Seat of your Soul. The affirmation here is: “I am safe and secure. I am standing in my highest Mastery and living my highest truth.”

The Earth star chakra is the central hub where we truly anchor our soul mission and purpose into the Earth, the New Earth and the New Golden Age. We literally through our soul star and earth stars merging, become all that we are meant to be.

Just like a mighty tree, needs to be firmly rooted and grounded into Mother Earth, we too need to tend and nourish those roots, and become AS ONE with Mother Earth and allow her love to be within us and all around us, as much as the full anchoring in of the Divine Love, in our heart centers and Soul.

I am becoming more and more aware of how Mother Earth and Mother Nature have already moved into the much higher frequency band. I can see the auric energy fields in and around trees, plants, animals, etc. and I see how they all have halos around them and these energy fields are expanding.

We are in the process of huge changes and more coming.

Thus, being rooted and grounded in Mother Earth is of immense importance now, for she is much larger than we are, and indeed, through her we connect to all the energy lines, the vortices, and the pyramids on earth and in her waters.

We all need to be firmly plugged into these immense telluric energy fields now, and into the Spine of the Earth and its own Winged Rod of Power, so that, as we move through this massive wormhole, we do so with love and joy, knowing that this is a process of Illumination and Transfiguration, far beyond anything known before.

It’s not only humans who are going through this, but all forms of life, visible and invisible.

What an awesome time to be alive and well and on spaceship Earth!

2025 promises to be a year of profound transition with the cosmic and planetary alignments indicating that we are in for another powerful year... yay! (with just a touch of sarcasm).

I am slowly inching my way into the new year... 2024 was pretty brutal and I am being somewhat cautious as I enter 2025.  The energy feels different already which is good!  What I do sense very strongly about 2025 is the importance of boundaries, balance and groundedness.  The energies will be wild and unpredictable and being centered in our hearts, aligned with our soul, balanced and grounded is how we will navigagte our way through whatever the year has in store for us.

Be especially mindful of where you are placing your energy and your focus this year as this will determine how you experience each moment.  Draw on the tools, strength and resilience you have gained over the past few years while remembering that as a soul you signed up to be a part of one of the most exciting events - the shift in human consciousness.  

In 2024 I was very aware of how our energy system and body was shifting and evolving in prepartion for a deeper embodiment of our soul's consciousness.  For many this has been an incredibly uncomfortable process as old patterns, beliefs and energies rose to the surface to be released and cleared.  

This year our soul's consciousness will be grounded within our human bodies activating an ever greater embodiment and expansion.  From February each month a different energetic point will be activated generating a process of healing, release and then deeper embodiment.  To support us through this I will be offering a 12-month program called Energetic Mastery.  You can learn more about this program HERE.

At this time we are exposed to a massive plasma wave coming from many different sources, and planetary alignments. As you know, plasma is essential to build our light bodies. As we awake, heal, and reconnect the light body, the hierogamic process or sacred inner union begins. It is then when we begin to become One with our Divine Self, through the reconnection with our Soul and Monad.

The second stage of light body reconnection involves the rehabilitation of our DNA and its many layers, as well as the healing of all mental, emotional, and physical distortions, for this is just the beginning to initiate ourselves into further stages of our ascension journey. Clearing the ego and mastering it, although not denying its nature, is also pivotal, when we are on this path, for the ego is impulsive and eager to control the human self, and we need to be patient, and in total command of it, while it tries to control and manipulate reality.

As I previously shared, when our light body is consciously reconnected, first through the proper healing and secondly by building the silver cord or hara line, it is that we are ready to begin the process of Soul and Monadic integration, a process that does not happen simply due to the current energies that our planet, and hence, we, are receiving, for we need to be the ones who, through our inner work initiate this healing.

There are many who have asked me if the pain, or other similar symptoms, that they are experiencing are due to their shoulder portals or “wings” being opened. If we have not consciously initiated this process, they are not going to open by themselves, we need to consciously use the techniques, decrees, and many other tools required for this to occur.

Continuing with the second stage of light body reconnection, we now pass to reconnect ourselves with the Monadic aspect of us. As you already know the Monad, a higher aspect of us that resides in the 7th to the 9th dimensions, for everything within Creation works in triads, is the eternal observer of our human presence, the one formed by 144 souls. Extensions of who we truly are in essence, dwelling in many different planes of existence.

It is during this process that we begin to act from a balanced heart-mind space, beginning to feel as one with the many souls that like us, are part of ourselves. We begin to align our human will with our Highest Will, acting only for the purpose of assisting others, in our unique way.

To be able to achieve this inner reconnective process, we need to combine this work with the healing and reconnection of our seventh, eighth, and ninth chakras. Otherwise, if our body channels are not clear, we cannot link ourselves with our soul and Monad. We need to see ourselves as multidimensional beings, which simply means that everything from the micro to the macro, is connected to everything else. So if we desire to work with one aspect of us, we too need to work with the many connections that are linked to this aspect of us.

Once we achieve this process, our Christos Consciousness is activated as well, and we too begin to descend our personal mission, one that only we can truly know how to fulfill and put into practice, in a more material way.

As always this process begins with the will, devotion, and commitment required to do our inner work, which is what ascension is truly about, the constant healing and clearing of our entire bodies, as it is what clears illusions and allows us to reconnect with our Light Being.

Many of you are undergoing a process of light body reconnection, at this time of our ascension path. Since the beginning of this seventh universal Year of Wisdom, many are experiencing the awakening of their light bodies, while others continue building it, reaching further stages. As we embody more light and continue linking our human self with our Divine one, we will begin to experience certain physical sensations, as a result of building our light vehicles, for this process comprehend a total reconfiguring of all of our bodies.

This is a time when we are finally moving from a more passive (feminine) phase into a more active (masculine) one. However, knowing ourselves and our personal cycles is pivotal to know where we truly are in our ascension journey and what we need.

If you find yourself in the initial phases of activating your light body, healing it of all distortions, imprints, and implants, fatigue is going to be a constant, as the physical body needs time to release and embody a higher frequency, and we need to give it time before continue working on other techniques. Otherwise, it will collapse, especially due to the massive amounts of different energies that we cannot yet digest, causing us many other physical sensations and even imbalances that may result in illnesses.

It is important to remark that the light body is not just the Merkabah, as it is often called. The light body is the sum of building the silver cord or hara line, having the entire chakra system healed, and having built the shoulder portals, as well as many other body conduits. It is not until we have worked on the restoration and reconnection of all the previous that we can regain our conscious connection to our God Self and the rest of the God dimensions.

Guides remark on the importance of removing fear as well from our mental, emotional, and physical bodies, during this process, connecting with nature to help us be grounded and release the excess of energy. Fear is precisely what continues creating impediments for the energies to freely flow within ourselves.

When we begin working with our light bodies, we literally become another person, for we are ready now to release old egoic layers and embody higher aspects of our Self. It is then that a period of confusion, and fear, starts. We need to trust the process, align with our God Self, and Guides Team, and begin to look fear in the eye, as fear can be a transformative energy, if we embrace it, learn from it, and dissolve it as another human illusion.

We are not alone in this process, for there are many benevolent beings such as the Arcturians and the Hathors helping many to reconfigure their light bodies, with their highly evolved light technologies. The Hathors recommend us to work with sound therapy to help heal and build the light body, as the Hathors communicate with us through sound, mathematical patterns, and mental telepathy. Sound brings healing, clearing, purification, and restoration, helping us stabilize the body after having healed what was damaged.

The most important during this process is working on forgiveness, and soul retrieval, if we have not yet initiated this process, focusing on gratitude and compassion is vital to help us navigate through the rehabilitation process of our light body, something that shall be linked to the work with our DNA to truly shift old patterns, distortions, and manipulations.

As we consciously choose to awaken our light body and reconnect our DNA layers, we too begin the process of ancient wisdom embodiment, as this process will unlock our soul’s memories, allowing us to remember who we are, and what is our purpose, at this precise time within Creation.

A process that will help us remember unity, for once we restore our shoulder portals, which is the last phase of light-body reconnection, we will begin to also reconnect with all the planes of existence, and benevolent beings, that are part of our journey as well, and that due to our physical disconnection, we were not yet aware of their presence and assistance.

We are always assisted more than we can imagine. However, no one can do the inner work for us. But we can ask for help from our Guides team and open our hearts to healing and the Truth. We just have to have the will to initiate the process, ask for help and be courageous to navigate our own shadows, for we will never walk alone among them.
