January is filled with important turning points and opportunities for transformation with planetary alignments catalyzing the need for reinvention, refinement and change. This week the energies will begin to build and intensify as we move towards the first New Moon of 2026 on Sunday. We can expect the internal pressure to increase as old habits, patterns, and the remnants of the past year’s energy are brought to the surface to be released. This week we are urged to evaluate what must be released, what must be healed and what is truly sustainable.

Currently, your entire being is experiencing an upgraded, and today you will feel a palpable pressure pushing you towards the growth that is necessary, and what will prepare you for all that 2026 will bring. Today the incoming energy is amplifying everything pushing you to find the crucial balance between your inner and outer lives. Be aware that you are moving away from outdated self-concepts and into a more mature, grounded, empowered and authentic expression of who you are. Recognize that although it may be uncomfortable whatever is surfacing for healing will liberate you from what has become heavy, stagnant, and outdated. 

As you begin this week be mindful of what is surfacing, what needs healing, and what needs integrating or resolution. Allow yourself to witness the outdated patterns, fears, and limitations so you can consciously release them. This release will enable you to act with greater self-trust and faith in the unfolding of your path.
