We are moving through a season of accelerated transformation with July bringing Uranus shifting into Gemini, Venus sparking new connections, Neptune and Saturn in retrograde, all stirring deep inner growth and energetic resets.  

This is both transformative and disorienting.  When the pace of life picks up our nervous system absorbs the intensity which can lead to overwhelm, tension and a scattered mind.  Energetic support is more essential now than ever.

Wisdom for the Week

Last weeks Partial Solar Eclipse with the New Moon, opened a powerful new doorway into a new era.  Leading up to this eclipse many have felt a feeling of suspension where movement felt stalled, clarity elusive and direction unclear.  This eclipse is triggering movement inviting us to finally move out of what we have outgrown and into something entirely new.  

2025 is a year of profound closures.  We are reaching the end of a collective cycle, one that has shaped us for decades.  The eclipse is just one of a series of cosmic alignments that will accelerate our transformation and ignite the fire needed to bring the new into form.  

What is beginning now is unlike anything we have experienced in this lifetime.  The energy carries a sense of awakening, and a clarity that will help us remember what truly matters.  You may find that your values are shifting, your perspective suddenly clearing, and new inspiration rising where once there was confusion.  

Be mindful that you are processing and integrating the eclipse energies this week.  Don't rush.  Don't force.  Listen.  Feel.  Let what is emerging within you take shape.  

Remember that you are not returning to what was, you are stepping forward and into something entirely new.  Take time to contemplate the areas in your life that are undergoing transformation.  What lessons are emerging?  What is being released?  What needs to be untangled and what needs healing?

With the eclipse acting as a catalyst for change engage in practices that connect you to the present moment as this will help you to stay centered amid the shifting energies.  Be patient and compassionate with yourself as you navigate this time.

This week brings a powerful build-up of energy as we move towards the New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 29th.  

We are deep in the eclipse portal, a space of accelerated change, heightened awareness, and profound transformation.  The energies are working beneath the surface, revealing what has been hidden, stirring old patterns, and urging us to release what no longer resonates with who we are becoming. 

You may feel moments of clarity followed by waves of uncertainty.  Emotions may rise unexpectedly.  Old wounds may resurface.  This is all part of the process.  Eclipses shift us on a soul level, often shaking loose what we have outgrown so that we can step more fully into alignment. 

This week is not about doing, but allowing.  Let yourself slow down.  Listen deeply.  Honour the rhythms of your body and the whispers of your soul.  The Solar Eclipse will bring a reset, a chance to plant seeds for a new beginning.  But first we must clear the space to do so.  

Let this be a week of reflection, release and realignment.  Trust what is being revealed.  Stay grounded in your heart and remember that dispite any discomfort your a new path is being illuminated.

2025 will be a year of letting go of the old self and the reidentification of the self.  We will be called again and again to release who we have been and how we have lived while refining who we are becoming.  Our consciousness will expand faster than ever and we can expect accelerated growth the likes of which we have never enountered before.

The incoming energies will continue to be fast-paced pushing us towards new insights, new perspectives and new awareness.  The challenge will lie in how we navigate our way through without falling into old patterns of fear and resistance. 

This week Mars, which has been retrograde since December, turns direct on the 23rd reigniting our energy, passion and drive.  It is important that we channel this energy in a constructive way by being selective in where we put our energy and focus.  It will require patience, planning, persistence and discipline while being present in the face of impermanence and uncertainty.  This means focusing on what is in front of us.  Seeing everything for what it is now knowing that everything is in a state of flux and change.

2025 promises to be a year of profound transition with the cosmic and planetary alignments indicating that we are in for another powerful year... yay! (with just a touch of sarcasm).

I am slowly inching my way into the new year... 2024 was pretty brutal and I am being somewhat cautious as I enter 2025.  The energy feels different already which is good!  What I do sense very strongly about 2025 is the importance of boundaries, balance and groundedness.  The energies will be wild and unpredictable and being centered in our hearts, aligned with our soul, balanced and grounded is how we will navigagte our way through whatever the year has in store for us.

Be especially mindful of where you are placing your energy and your focus this year as this will determine how you experience each moment.  Draw on the tools, strength and resilience you have gained over the past few years while remembering that as a soul you signed up to be a part of one of the most exciting events - the shift in human consciousness.  

In 2024 I was very aware of how our energy system and body was shifting and evolving in prepartion for a deeper embodiment of our soul's consciousness.  For many this has been an incredibly uncomfortable process as old patterns, beliefs and energies rose to the surface to be released and cleared.  

This year our soul's consciousness will be grounded within our human bodies activating an ever greater embodiment and expansion.  From February each month a different energetic point will be activated generating a process of healing, release and then deeper embodiment.  To support us through this I will be offering a 12-month program called Energetic Mastery.  You can learn more about this program HERE.
