Why Ancestral Healing Matters

Spirit Pathways

We are living through a profound period of change.  Across the world, many are questioning the beliefs they have inherited, the structures they have relied upon, the identities they have built their lives around, and the ways they have learned to relate to themselves and others.

There is a growing desire to live more consciously, to understand ourselves more deeply, and to create lives that reflect greater authenticity, compassion, connection and purpose.  As we move towards a deeper level of individual and collective awareness, understanding the past we carry is an essential part of creating the future we are ready to embody.

Our lives do not begin with us.  We arrive in the world within families, cultures and communities that have their own histories, beliefs, experiences and ways of understanding life.  Long before we develop the capacity to question what we are taught, we begin absorbing ideas about who we are, what is expected of us, what is safe, what is acceptable and what we must do to belong.

Some of what we inherit supports us.  It gives us resilience, wisdom, a sense of belonging and a foundation from which to grow.  Other aspects may carry the imprint of unresolved pain, fear, loss, trauma and survival.

Ancestral healing invites us to explore these inherited influences and understand how the past may still be living through us.

One of the things that can prevent people from exploring ancestral healing is the belief that they need to know their family history before they can begin.  They may feel that they need to understand what their parents or grandparents or even great-grandparents experienced, know the stories of previous generations, or uncover particular events that could explain the patterns they are experiencing in their lives today.

We do not always have the information we thing we need to explore our family systems and the patterns that have shaped us.  Much of what influences us operates outside of our conscious awareness. We may experience the effects of a pattern long before we understand its origins.

Ancestral Healing provides an experiential way of exploring the relationships, loyalities and patterns that my be influencing our lives outside our conscious awareness.  Rather than relying exclusively on stories, memories, or historical information, Ancestral Healing creates a space in which we can explore our relationship with an issue and consider it within the wider context of our family system.

We do not need to arrive with a complete family tree or a detailed understanding of our ancestors.  We can begin with the experience we are having in the present and remain open to what the process may help us notice, shift and release the influences that have not previously been considered.

We may never know every detail of the lives that came before us.  We may never uncover every story or understand every influence that shaped our family system.  We do not need to.  What matters is our willingness to release ourselves from what was never ours to experience.

If you feel drawn to this work, I invite you to explore an Ancestral Healing session and discover the healing that is possible when you choose to untangle yourself from the past.

Much love,

Kate

 My notes:

  • God the Source is unconditional love, not a zealous god of [some] dogmatic religions.
  • All articles are the responsibility of the respective authors.
  • My personal opinion: Nobody is more Anti-Semite then the Zionists.

Reminder discernment is recommended
from the heart, not from the mind

The Truth Within Us, Will Set Us Free. We Are ONE.
No Need of Dogmatic Religions, Political Parties, and Dogmatic Science, linked to a Dark Cabal that Divides to Reign.
Any investigation of a Genuine TRUTH will confirm IT.
TRUTH need no protection.

Question: Why the (fanatics) Zionists are so afraid of any Holocaust investigations?
