In many ways the last few months have been brutal with the incoming energies pushing us into greater self-awareness. With an increase in self-awareness our perception shifts offering a wider perspective of ourselves, our lives, our world and our place in it. A clearer view of our emotional and mental landscape ensues helping us to better understand our emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. With expansion we have been confronted with emotions, thoughts, situations and circumstances that need healing, release and or transformation.

October has been a big month energetically. Life and consciousness has been altered in some way for everyone. Today is for distilling, sorting, processing and contemplating all that has come to light and what is unfolded for you. Wisdom and insight can be gained if you are willing to see what until now has been unavailable to you. Allow yourself to see fully who you are and whether that aligns with who you are meant to become. Remember that there is no more growth or benefit to hanging onto the old. Life is calling you to embrace something new, to step out of your comfort zone and open yourself up to fresh opportunities.

Our beliefs are incredibly powerful, and they are the governing factors of our lives. Even though they are seated deeply in our subconscious, they can be entirely under the control of our conscious choice. We may have to use our imagination at first to get ourselves into a calm and loving space. Unless we know our true essence, we cannot master the human dimension. Our essence is our potentially infinite presence of awareness.

Our consciousness exists beyond time and space. We are the real masters of time and space, but only if we allow ourselves to be. If we can trust ourselves absolutely to be who we truly want to be, we can know our infinite intuition, and we can transcend the entire human situation in favor of a greater realization of our access to the quantum field of all potentialities. This gives us the ability to modulate the energy that creates time and space. This ability must come into our awareness, and we must direct it with our attention and emotions in alignment with our true intuitive knowing. This is how we come to trust ourselves. 

All beliefs are false, because they are all limiting our greater realization and expression. From a limited perspective, we cannot allow awareness of our non-local, infinite conscious essence. It is beyond our limiting beliefs about ourselves and our abilities. While we are beginning to realize the truth of our eternal expansiveness, we can still be subject to doubt about our creative ability. Doubt makes us vulnerable to incursions of negative energy into our experience, because it aligns our polarity with negativity, disabling our life-enhancing creativity, while creating life-diminishing energetics. 

Doubt is our creation. In order to have doubt, we must have fear and the belief that we can be terminated. Beliefs create situations that confirm their existence. This is our challenge, and we will continue to have doubt and fear until we can trust that we know our eternal presence of awareness with infinite creative power in alignment with the vibratory patterns of our heart-consciousness. We are the creators of the qualities of our experiences, and our reactions create further experiences.

At some point, we can realize that human life is a play of consciousness with meaningful experiences. These are designed to show us our own energetic expressions and how they feel to those around us. Because human life is a play of consciousness, we can learn to direct our experiences in ways that create and enhance all life in alignment with the consciousness that creates everything, and which we are part of. Once we realize this, time and space become our medium of expression.

According to the Schumann Resonance graph at https://schumann-resonance.earth/, our planet has increased its resonating frequency from its historical 7.83 cycles per second to 14, then to 20 and to 26 Hz. There are many times when it rises far beyond that. The vibratory frequency of our planet is expanding and rising. This means that the Spirit of Earth is expanding her consciousness into a more refined way of being. She is restoring her natural systems of vitality, and life-diminishing energies are dissipating. In order to continue living here, humanity must also awaken from the hypnotic trance that allows for alignment with negativity and low vibrations. This is the direction of our enveloping environment, changing our reality dramatically. All of the darkest negative energies that have been hidden for eons are coming into the light, and the degenerate and destructive powers we have acceded to are losing their control over our belief systems.

We are being prompted to have a deep desire to awaken to our true magnificent presence. This is what our planet wants her inhabitants to realize. She wants an enlightened race of humanity. How we want to be is entirely our choice. If we desire for all of our experiences to be based in the vibrations of love and joy, we can make that choice. To enable that to happen, we can intentionally be grateful for everything we experience. By our vibratory presence, we have created it all. 

By taking control of our thoughts and emotions through our attention and awareness, we can open ourselves to our heart-consciousness, which begins with our conscience and expands into as much love and enjoyment as we allow ourselves. We set our own limits of every kind. 

We’re involved in a game of consciousness with ourselves, creating experiences in our imagination. We live in a quantum field of all potentialities, waiting for us to recognize them and make them real in our experience. As long as we enslave ourselves by holding unresolved limiting beliefs about ourselves, we cannot allow ourselves to realize the unconditional love that constantly enlivens us as our conscious life-force and presence of awareness. Our transformation begins with our desire and learning to direct our attention to the qualities that we love the most. If we can recognize them with our intentional awareness beyond personal limitations, they are present in every situation we are presented with.

Because we are all the same consciousness, everything is happening within our own consciousness, and it is infinite. Although we cannot comprehend this, we can realize it intuitively, and we can be aware of as much of it as we allow ourselves. By our own energetic signature, we are the creators of our lives.

In order to change something in our lives, we need to change our focus of attention from the way we realize that things are, to the way we can envision and feel them to be. When we imagine actually experiencing what we want, our imagined scenario already exists in the quantum field as soon as we pay attention to it and give it reality for our experience. This is how consciousness works. With our mental and emotional processes, we create our experiences by realizing the reality of their energetic vibratory levels. At the same time, we have limited ourselves by our imagined confinement of awareness. 

Through our social training and personal experiences, we have created and accepted deeply-set limiting beliefs about ourselves. They confine awareness of our reality. If we have awareness of our innate Being, we know that we are eternal in our conscious essence. This realization must come from our deepest inner guidance, our connection with universal consciousness. When we are open and receptive to our intuitive knowing, it is always available to us immediately, stimulating us to feel grateful, joyful and compassionate. Its guidance is always life-enhancing for us and everyone. 

At this time in our history, we are going through a dimensional shift from duality to a world beyond polarity, where everything is life-creating and enhancing. This is the vibratory realm that we are being invited to participate in. Duality is disappearing from a portion of the etheric body of humanity. If this is what we want, our experience will soon be consist of freedom, abundance and kindness. If we want to stay in the realm of duality, that is also a choice that we can have. There are divergent paths available for us.

How we feel about ourselves determines our vibratory signature. As long as we believe in mortality, we create it. Without our belief, it could not exist. From within this belief, we could not know this, but we have another process of inner guidance that we can open our awareness to. Becoming aware of our intuition requires alignment with its energetic vibrations of life-enhancement. When we imagine being grateful in each moment for each experience, regardless of how our ego-consciousness might judge it to be, we continue to create experiences that we love. 

As long as we pay attention to negativity, we cannot pay attention to love and joy. We have free choice about this, whether by default or by intention. Not understanding how our consciousness works, we have been creating our lives by reacting to circumstances. If we desire to transcend our limitations, we must become acutely aware of our intuitive guidance and be willing to understand it and follow it. Our awareness of it comes from our energetic alignment in resonance with its life-enhancing visions and feelings.

In our expanded Self, we do not know fear. It is an unknown vibration. We do not know doubt, depression or suffering or any other negative state of being. In order to know these vibrations, we created a realistic realm of consciousness limitations, and we convinced ourselves that we are empirically mortal. Realizing mortality is the basis of the human belief in self-limitation. Part of this belief in mortality is the belief that we are our empirical bodies. These beliefs do not allow us to realize our essence beyond time/space. 

Living with us, there have always been spiritual masters and shamans, who are aware in realms beyond the physical world. Our ego-consciousness is not especially interested in those realms. It is entranced in the material world of duality. We’ve been able to expose ourselves to the results of negative thoughts and feelings, and now we know more than we did prior to our incarnation. By transcending ego-consciousness, we can open our awareness to our true essence of being. We can realize ourselves in our eternal presence of infinite awareness, able to express ourselves energetically as anyone we desire to be in any dimension. We can open our awareness to the awareness of all conscious beings. In our essence we are empathic, telepathic and much more. Our consciousness is infinite, and we arise as fractals of universal consciousness, able to create qualities of experiences in all realms.

This awareness allows us to live here among our brothers and sisters of all humanity, creating and enhancing everything that we love and every experience in alignment with our heart. We now know what negative energy feels like, and we can return to our expanded Self-Realization by filling our awareness with gratitude, infinite love, compassion and joy. In this way we transform our lives with our unlimited Self-Realization, which now includes knowing fear. We can release fear by aligning our attention with the inspiration of our heart in every moment. 

By knowing the consciousness of our heart and aligning with it intuitively, we can change the experience of our reality. We have an inner knowing that is natural for us and that connects us with universal consciousness. It is infinite and all-knowing of everything that everyone has ever known. It is beyond polarity and is entirely life-enhancing in the way we describe as unconditional love, and it is much deeper than any description we can provide. When we can realize its reality, it is present for us always, making all of our limiting beliefs unbelievable. .
