Hello Beautiful Soul!

Great change is upon us and October will not disappoint with MANY celestial gateways and transmuting energies to propel us forward on our evolutionary path! An eclipse, comet, meteor showers and Super Full Moon along with other important portals/gateways are fueling our rebirth and calling us to our destiny.

This month we are able to heighten our inner knowing, our psychic clarity and intuition with these supportive, benevolent energies. As we do this we have the ability to fully respond to outside experiences (even if chaotic or fearful) with greater clarity, deeper heart listening and connection to our soul’s needs. Building on September’s breakthroughs in authentic truth, inner freedom and healthier sense of self-esteem, we now move into October to build on our intuition, creativity, and imagination to bring about alchemical, psychospiritual transformation and change.

Our sixth chakra, brow area, will clear/expand/rewire this month, giving us the opportunity to sidestep the ego, and open up our vibrational field to the universal energy field to receive psychic and intuitive information to support our path forward.

As well, our 9th Blue Star chakra will activate at higher frequencies engaging us in divine karmic freedom, thus allowing new opportunities/supportive people/places that align with our divine blueprint.

Our soul and body will fill with more Light, raising our vibration and moving us into this new timeline more rapidly.

The two, 6th chakra archetypes to assist us in October are The Sage and The Alchemist. The Sage supports us to make personal decisions with clarity, purpose and intuitive insight. This releases us from confusion, depression, memory loss, mental busyness/congestion and personal stagnation. The Alchemist assures transformation of the inner Self when we embrace our life experiences as a means for ascension and self mastery, NOT for the fear-based or exulted behaviour of the ego. This archetype encompasses the deep understanding that we have the inner power to change our current, personal reality, by shedding the victim and being accountable and responsible, while bringing about the changes that are necessary as we courageously release the old.

Embodying these two archetypes will support us, and ground us, to live with more purpose, harmony and balance during this very fragile and chaotic time in the world.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

It’s time for a new cycle with better relationships, aligned purpose, deep seated transformation and inner freedom breakthroughs!

It’s eclipse season and the cosmic energies are ramping up!  

In September there are powerful cosmic forces and important coded gateways that aid us to expand and rise to new heights. Tapping into this divine direction we can receive motivation, clarity, direction and energetic nudges that support our creative sovereignty, and engage our internal willpower to take inspired action with our talents and gifts.

The key is to move beyond self doubt, as this will activate our 5th chakra to engage in soulful projects, new plans/situations and ideas, while at the same time being more responsible and accountable.

In this new cycle we freely weld our creative expression for the greater good and the soul’s growth, not for hedonistic pleasure (see my video for more on this!).  The New Earth paradigm requires us to create a balanced, peaceful and loving reality within ourselves – whether through thoughts, words or actions.

Our power to express our creativity, co-create our own life experiences (with Spirit), and bridge the inner and outer Self, comes from the energy in the 5th, or throat chakra. A balanced 5th chakra ensures that we are able to skillfully voice and manifest the needs of our soul using our strengths, talents and innate gifts in our daily lives.

If the 5th chakra is blocked and our ability to express this creative energy is impeded, our health in this area is compromised and we may experience apathy, anger, procrastination, and self-loathing. We may become insecure, lack self-discipline, and ultimately self-destruct. We can harm others in the process and stay in the old, lower vibrational paradigm of lack and fear.

The archetypes that support us for healthy creative expression in the 5th chakra are the Prophet and the Muse. As we embody these two archetypes in September we can delight in and recognize the soul’s need to express itself creatively as part of our soul’s purpose and spiritual journey to wholeness.

As we creatively expand and evolve this month through the Ascension process,  we are being asked to build on this universal aspect and shine our light in this way.

All life is a journey, it is a dance with Divine Creation, and we, as part of it, are here to sing the song of the soul!

September brings winds of change and transmutation in our Year of Transformation, and deepens our sense of spirituality. Now dancing with our Higher Mind consciousness and rooted in the New Earth paradigm, we are grasping the knowledge that we create our reality, weaving our thoughts, words and actions into energetic calls to universal intelligence.

This month we continue our journey of reconnecting to Source: this can sometimes make us feel lost, unsure of who we are anymore and how to move forward. Are we really more than our earthly selves? It can feel like a deep cavern of existential crisis; a period of inner conflict where we are distraught over questions about identity, meaning, and soulful purpose.

It can also be an exhausting process to “do” our everyday life and humanness. So much so that we shut down, have compassion fatigue for ourselves (and others), and then feel a great sense of separation, loneliness, and despair. It can erode our self worth and we feel like a failure. It exhausts us so much we block off our heart chakra, thinking it is better NOT to feel anything so that we can just get through the day.

However, this stage of the Ascension process gives us an opportunity to expand the sense of who we are beyond our earthly bound self. To realise how connected we are to the universal flow of Creation, and become aware that we are truly beings of Light that radiate love at our core. And that we want belonging and unity – which is a reflection of our true state of existence as one unified being in creation looking through and mirrored in everyone and everything around us.

Overall the only true home for us is inside, knowing that everything we have is inside of us, and that we ARE Spirit.

Which leads me to ask you this question: this month are you willing to and do you have the courage to explore the depth of your spiritual heart, to open to love, to forgive, to understand that we are all One?

Or will you take spiritual shortcuts, stay in the Victim Archetype, and depend on or blame others because you are done with how “hard” life has become. This is the dance you will be doing this month and for the remainder of the year.

This month you have the opportunity to embrace your Lover and Magical Child archetypes, to embody emotional courage and pure courage to assist you on your journey. Courage is fortitude, and is the ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, exhaustion or intimidation. Courage is about taking risk, and is the dividing line between low vibrating self-serving behaviour, and empowerment in service of the higher good (see page 57 in my book). Heart felt courage will assist you to have more balance in your life, be internally strong, and live as your authentic self.

It also allows you to accept that awakening comes not from anyone or anything outside of you, but through your own effort to awaken yourself. Courageous Self-Mastery is the key to the now and the future. When you do this, anything for you is possible!

Hello Beautiful Soul!

August’s energies are calling us to complete the end of the DNA upgrade, and be aligned with the New Earth’s 5D energies. This is catapulting us into a new version of ourselves, and the upcoming 8:8 Gateway will be the peak of this process.

There are 3 Moon portals (2 being “Super”) this month, as well as two powerful gateways (877 and 88) and the start of Mercury Retrograde on August 23rd.

These strong cosmic energies are steering us toward the “destined life”, and therefore ending or completing certain patterns/circumstances/stories, and/or moving us away from old relationships to form new ones that help us engage our next level of spiritual growth and co-creative service. Whatever may have seemed to be blocking us will now “give” so that we can move on.

It is imperative that we slow down and pace ourselves again this month, as Ascension symptoms will still be intense. We continue to expand our consciousness and explore the depths /breath of our hearts, while needing to stay grounded, emotionally stable and healthy. The Enchantress/Enchanter Archetype assists in this process.

The Enchantress/Enchanter is associated with the 8th or Rainbow Chakra and supports full and complete alignment with one’s Highest Truth by accessing the higher realms and streams of cosmic consciousness available to us. It is the gateway chakra just above our head in our vibrational field that connects to universal consciousness, and allows the integration with the lower realms and bodily chakras (1-7), to support fifth dimensional (5D) living and beyond.

This archetype and chakra encourage us to live in one’s Higher Heart, be unconditionally loving and non judgmental towards others. It supports 5th (multi) dimensional living by assisting one to be “fully feeling”, interpret divine guidance, and thereby integrate multi-dimensional consciousness with grace and surrender. As well as allow one to also be deeply connected/attuned to nature, animals, the universe and intrinsically connect with Oneness.

Overall, by activating the Rainbow Chakra and embracing the Enchanter/Enchantress we can hear the divinely guided and intuitive messages about the changes we need to make in our lives, and therefore reclaim our power, courage and responsibility in service to the higher good.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

Humanity stands at a crossroads with a choice to make. Either we continue to divide and conquer each other, as well as allow others in power positions to do this, OR  the global human family comes together in mutual recognition of the value and sacredness of every human heart and soul, regardless of ethnicity, gender, diverse perspectives, and opinions.

The July 7, 2023 (777) Gateway marks the next ChoicePoint humans have to create respectful reconciliation or stay in the old 3/4D timeline of separation and division. Cosmic coding is taking us to another level of spiritual awakening and activating our 9th and 10th DNA Strands for Higher Mind and Oneness embodiment. More people will awaken and want balance, compassion and peace, and those of us already on this path will be asked to take a leadership role in creating and manifesting the New Earth.

Each of us is part of a living, breathing, universal vibrational field that is unified in thoughts, words and actions. As the Ascension process continues this field is amplified by either fear or love, and becomes particularly stronger with each DNA Upgrade that is cosmically designed to allow us to be free from the past and find divine liberation. However, here on the earth’s timeline, we must also choose to do so.

This week I reflected back to September 2021 when I wrote an Ascension Update about the Star Belly Sneetches – a children’s book by Dr. Suess. The book illustrates the tragic absurdity, ignorance and ego arrogance of discrimination, the need to be special, be on top and “be right” at the cost of others dignity, livelihood and psychological health. I wrote this update at the height of Covid, when societal division was at its worst, and most were feeling afraid, angry, violated, desperate, confused, unheard and unseen.

Since that time there has been more sifting through of our tainted, divisive past, within ourselves, our relationships, and the collective, as we deconstructed our deepest wounds and fears, laying them at our feet to examine and mourn over. We have now soul retrieved what we want to keep of ourselves that serves co-creation, and many are planting seeds of new potential. We ARE finally free via the 777 Gateway, and have the opportunity to explore our highest potential as human beings. This can be a scary, wobbly and confusing time for some, while others are ready to move forward in the 5D new paradigm with gusto.

On the New Earth, each of us is responsible and accountable for ushering in a new value and belief system that is life sustaining for us and others on all levels. We are mindfully and emotionally liberated and aware enough now to know the difference. We are attuned to the frequency of Love, and it becomes more painful with each upgrade to lower our vibration to anything else.

July is the start of rebirth, more balance and cleaning up any unfinished business to bring us into alignment with Divine Will. Those of us who choose to be empowered, and are passionate creators, innovators, pathfinders and pioneers of the new Earth paradigm will courageously rise, be a spiritual warrior and anchor in our true purpose. The Empowered Rebel Archetype is on the rise in the collective and will bring a tsunami of change.

Hello Beautiful Soul!

June’s Ascension Energies see us dive into any unresolved fear and shadow so that we may be solid in our earthly foundation going forward. In doing so we can be fully aligned with the next stage of our soul’s purpose, allow abundance, and find our passion for life again.

We now enter a new phase of our Ascension, having gone through vigorous inner transformation and spiritual uplevelling since January. The cosmic center is sending us an energetic “Call to Adventure!”

This month powerful cosmic forces influence us and seek to purify what is unfinished within us that thwarts our wholeness, and in doing so awaken to our true soulful purpose.

The key to honing our next steps is anchoring in our sense of deservingness, continuing to find empowered balance, and connecting more to our sense of Oneness and All That Is around us, so that we can fully trust and be in the flow of divine guidance and forces that shape our lives.

June is also a month for regeneration and final soul retrieval of ourselves, that we lost sight of when we were plugged into mass consciousness.

And finally, we have the choice to reconnect or find new connections with our galactic and earth communities to co-create the New Earth – it’s a monumental fresh start awaiting us!

We are dancing with our Earth Mother and Shaman archetypes this month to nurture our deepest soul wounds and desires, as well as fusing our masculine and feminine into deeper empowerment – to sift and sort, deep purification, to allow that which is more precious and pure, that which we wish to take with us into the co-creative future, and to release that which does not align with our true divine heart.

New wisdom, insights, interests and talents are also activating and unfolding for us as our Divine Blueprint drips down from the ethers, and the Divine Feminine energies bring in more peace, prosperity and success, along with healing.

The universe is supporting us as we weave a New Earth paradigm for ourselves and all of humanity. So it’s time to soften our scars so they do not pull us off course, to throw off the last emotional shackles and believe in ourselves, as a new collective, Higher Mind cycle is calling us forward!

June is preparing us for the BIGGEST and last DNA Upgrade of the year that occurs in July!

It is going to be an intense month of inner healing, so please make sure that you take the time and space to do so.

After the immense clearing and alignment of our second chakra in April, we move to a new Cosmic Cycle of Creation: Fire – this will shift us out of the slow, intense, deep, breakthrough rhythm of the last three months (Wood Cycle) into accelerated spiritual growth in May. All of our arduous inner work so far this year will start to pay off in May!

The focus this month is the earthly and spiritual alignment of our 7th (Crown) chakra, the “Seat of the Spirit”. It is here where we receive higher guidance (via the pineal gland) to uplift the human spirit and channel new ways of living in harmony, balance and reverence with ourselves and our world. It is also where our own energy or vibrational field intersects with the universal vibrational consciousness (Oneness, or All That Is).

The pineal gland, located in the head, is an electromagnetic sensor that regulates various states in the body, from our moods to our extra sensory perception. Its biochemical and electromagnetic interactions are directly tied to its role in our spiritual enlightenment.

Authentic spirituality, via the seventh chakra energy and as we ascend to align with our 8-12th chakras, is about living with is true for us as individuals. Spirituality provides fluidity in our individual experiences: it is recognizing that what is true for me may not be true for you. It provides us with the freedom to experience life and create our own unique feelings, thoughts and interaction in relationship to the Divine and our higher purpose. These are the qualities of the 7th Chakra archetypes: The Guru and The Priest/Priestess.

When we live a spiritual life we are able to grow infinitely on all levels of our being.  We are open to life and the truths that we find in our immediate world, from our moment-to-moment encounters with others to how we connect with nature. Reality can change for us in an instant, and we can witness these changes through  accommodating eyes. Spirituality promotes a world where ALL are equal, and diversity and co-creative principles are truly embraced.

May’s Ascension Energies are inviting us to move to another level of spiritual illumination that will inspire us to new personal heights and growth on our soulful journey!

Hello Awakened Soul!

April’s Ascension Energies will guide us to expand our soul wisdom, when our 9th, Blue Star Chakra aligns more fully with our second chakra to support us to express our individual co-creative power.

True co-creative power involves the union of our feminine and masculine creative energies, fused with spiritual intention. When we own our co-creative power, we can create our lives, and use it to be in service to ourselves, each other and our planet in a balanced way.

A gentle reminder that beyond the 1st-8th Chakras, there exists an extended chakra system of the 9th-12th Star Chakras that are above the human body in our vibrational field. These upper chakras are the key to the next level of human evolution. During the Human Ascension process, these upper Star chakras are becoming more activated and moving us to deeper levels of awareness and attunement of our connection to All That Is.

Our attunement continues to heighten as our consciousness shifts; we sense how intricately intertwined we are with each other and feel the collective pull to find balance between the whole and our sense of individuation.

Layer onto this the deep healing of wounds and past trauma that is occurring, so that we can be free of separation. In doing so we are healing the disconnect with ourselves, each other and nature. We cannot co-create our lives, and a new world paradigm until we shed these old skins of the past and free ourselves from ego-based scarcity and limiting beliefs systems that pit us against one another and cut us off from abundance for all.

Some may be sensing these subtle shifts in the collective by having more angst about the state of the environment, climate change or more physical /psychological sensitivity to world news or cosmic events (such as solar flares). Others may feel anger/fear about monetary lack or feel called to create their food sources and live more simply. Some may also feel cut off from their creativity or their ability to manifest abundance in their lives.

Sensitive souls may be feeling vulnerable and acutely aware of the consequences of our collective disconnect from the cosmic web of life, but are not sure of a way forward, or it feels too daunting. This heightening in attunement may be very uncomfortable, making it difficult right now to want to be in the world as the collective shadow is revealed. However, this is also an invitation to learn healthier boundaries, and balance sensitivity with a healthy sense of Self and our needs.

Wherever you may be on this collective spectrum, April’s energies support you to find your co-creative balance by engaging your Sovereign and Mystic archetypes. Both of these second chakra collective archetypes encourage the use of empowerment to maintain healthy personal boundaries and relationships, channel creativity, manifest abundance, and live a life of co-creative service in resolute faith.

Humanity is being divinely set-up for a co-creative future that is on the verge of Becoming. This can feel uncomfortable as we are in the transformative stage, and as I mentioned in my January update: requires us to have deep faith, great inner courage and endure growing pains.

This month you have the opportunity to expand your soul wisdom, and merge it with your feminine and masculine creative energies to form a dynamic of mutual empowerment  within yourself. This will illuminate your decisions and create action that comes from a deeply wise and intuitive place, helping you navigate the New Earth paradigm transition that is occurring in your life and the world.

HELLO AWAKENED SOUL!

March’s cosmic energies are supporting us to embody more creative action, live through our hearts’ (not our egos), and co-create our own life experience.

After the psychospiritual shift and DNA upgrade in February, we are now recalibrating to step into the next phase of our inner transformation.  To learn to delight in and recognize the soul’s needs to express itself creatively as part of our journey to embody individuation and wholeness.

As constantly expanding and evolving beings, we fare far better when we view our life experiences with this in mind. Life is a journey, not a race to achieve our goals with perfection, nor should we react in fear suspecting struggle and lack are lurking around every corner. Abundance is our birthright. This month will gift us the opportunity for greater personal creative expression – Creating with A Purpose.

We are being guided by the cosmos to unplug from mass consciousness in this way and find a more creative, loving, soul-satisfying way of living, to let go of a way that is too small for our soul needs. 

Therefore, the focus is on our 5th, throat chakra, as it houses our power to express our creativity, co-create our own life experience, and bridge the inner Self with outer reality. This expresses the Spiritual Law of As Above So Below, As Within So Without, and in doing so we can give voice to our soul and live out its purpose.

When our creative expression is off balance there can be anger, pain, despair, apathy, procrastination, self loathing and many other challenging emotions. Vital force energy becomes stuck in the body – we are not “in the flow”. Any feelings that are stuffed and suppress the authentic self will rise up and can manifest as a blockage that can keep us in destructive emotional and self sabotaging, mental patterns.

When we create our lives we use the throat chakra to bring out our expression of our soul’s essence by communicating it in a way that is true to us, generally through our speech, co-creative action or a creative endeavor.

In the Ascension process as we embody a new paradigm of co-creative values, we are attuning to life as a creative process, and like a musical masterpiece we have the choice to sing every note with inspiration and passion.

In making this choice we improve the flow of creativity and artistic expression while reducing the fear and anxiety of expressing ourselves. We take more risks and put ourselves in touch with our heart’s yearnings.

Another part of co-creating our life involves speaking with purpose – speaking in a more conscious way so that we can transform conflict and heal our social wounds together. This will be another theme this month, therefore being vigilant about our words, choices, actions, and constantly assessing whether they create harmony or cause harm is key. It will be important to use our mind wisely, in partnership with our heart to support this. This inspires us to be more tolerant and helps those of us who are feeling overwhelmed by responsibility and accountability to find order and balance.

Know that the voice of your soul can no longer be silenced! You can live your purpose through your own unique creative expression. Breathe life into your dreams: inspire and be inspired. So, this month you have the choice to discover how to manifest your truth in soulful co-creation with the Universe.

Listen to your soul….what is it saying….do you have the courage to act upon it?

Greetings Awakened Soul!

During January we upgraded our 3rd chakra via an intense review of how we use our power and the impact this has on our sense of self worth and self truth.

After this intense healing phase we are now collectively ready for the February DNA Upgrade that sees us rebirth, transform and augment the next phase of our Ascension and spiritual identity!

So much more joy, hope and possibilities are on the horizon!  You may be already sensing it?

The DNA Upgrade Gateway begins Feb 2, peaks Feb 11, and finishes on Feb 22. This will be a period of  accelerated psychospiritual transformation and impact your sixth (brow) chakra and your central nervous system. After that you and your vibrational field are attuning to this new version of yourself – until the next DNA Upgrade in July, during the 777 Gateway.

How does the DNA 1-6 Upgrade work?  

The process of returning to twelve strands of DNA in our earthly human form is a part of the Ascension process.

There are 12 Strands of DNA in the human body. There are two physical strands with another ten inter-dimensional aspects upon them. They hold the knowledge of All That Is and Divine Remembrance.

During this upgrade / ignition process, at the etheric level, strands 1-6 of the ten inter-dimensional strands of DNA are connected and then expressed within the circuitry of the cellular system of the body and the brain.

DNA Strands 1-6 hold the vibration and embodiment for more: Gratitude, Inner Child, Childlike Wonder, New Beginnings (through erasing old stories about ourselves), Intuitive Insight, Divine Connection, Non-attachment, Deep Faith, and Unabiding Trust

As the embodiment elevates in vibration, and as the new DNA is connected / expressed, fear-based patterns and beliefs are released simultaneously and make room for the experience of more joy, creativity, and self-expression. Each level of upgrade / ignition heightens and embodies YOU in these traits.

This energetic transformation allows YOU to release the Victim archetype (the old paradigm of living) and live in the 5th dimensional, empowered True Self.

By activation of these dormant gene codes, you are also opened to an infinite source of evolutionary wisdom.  

Why is your Vibrational Frequency so important to your evolution?

Vibrational Frequency is the new sexy, the new normal, the new black (Think: Orange is the new black) – it is exceptionally important going forward to understand this! (see my video for more about this!)

To understand that the frequency you vibrate at is more important now than your material reality and your material / earthly sense of self is crucial going forward, as this is the turning point in evolution from your perception as an earthly being to spiritual being.
