How Does Sleep Impact My Healing?

When you sleep, your body repairs and restores itself. Studies have shown that poor or interrupted sleep slows down healing and has a negative effect on body systems.

How can I improve my sleep quality?

• Slow down: create a routine for winding down at the end of your day. This might include sipping herbal tea, doing a calming meditation or breathing exercise, stretching gently, or curling up in bed with a book.

• Turn off: power down your electronic devices at least an hour before bed. The blue light from your screens can suppress the melatonin secretion that signals to your body that it’s time to sleep.

• Create routine: starting your bedtime ritual and going to bed around the same time every night can strengthen your circadian rhythm and improve sleep quality.

• Move your body: regular movement can help you sleep better and longer—as little as 10 minutes can make a difference!

How Does Nutrition Impact My Healing?

When your body is recovering from an injury, surgery, or illness, your nutritional needs increase—you require more energy and nutrients to heal your tissue. Certain compounds like vitamins A, C, and D; amino acids arginine, glutamine, and methionine; and micronutrients like zinc can support your body’s healing response.

How can I improve my nutrition?

• Eat more plants: brightly colored vegetables and fruits contain antioxidants, which your body uses to protect itself from damage, and phytochemicals, which can decrease the risk of everything from cancer to diabetes to neurological disorders. If eating more plants seems daunting, consider adding just one new fruit or veggie per week. The more deeply colored, the higher in helpful nutrients!

• Drink more water: dehydration can make it harder to concentrate and solve problems and may also impair mood. Your body needs to be properly hydrated to perform its regular functions, including tissue repair.

• Look for clean proteins & fats: grass-fed beef and free range eggs & poultry pack a healthier punch than their counterparts. Plant-based fats like avocado and olive oil are full of monounsaturated fat which may help reduce inflammation.

How Does Stress Impact My Healing?

Stress has a negative effect on virtually all of your body’s systems. It can slow your healing by disrupting the hormones that coordinate the healing response and can wreak havoc on your digestion, interrupting your ability to absorb nutrients that your body needs to mend itself.

How can I improve my ability to manage stress?

• Start meditating: self-compassion (aka metta or lovingkindness) meditation is an effective tool for reducing stress and promoting mindfulness. Even 5 minutes of meditation can be significant, and bonus—you can go for a guided meditation if the thought of silently sitting by yourself makes your heart pound!

• Breathe deeply: breath work has become the go-to for cultivating calm if meditation doesn’t appeal to you. Just 1 to 3 minutes can be enough to diminish your fight or flight response by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for slowing heart and breathing rates after a stressful situation.

• Move your body: exercise, even a short walk around the block, helps you sleep better, releases endorphins, and helps regulate hormone and neurotransmitter levels.

When we talk of sending light out into the world, we are referring to a subtle energy, empowered and conditioned by spiritual intent.

Etheric energy is life energy. It is the energy that passes from spiritual healer to patient. It is the vitality or life force contained within air, water and food. It is the mystery energy which powers the endless orbit of electrons in their atoms and planets around their suns. More subtle than electricity, etheric energy is the life force that streams toward us from the Sun, energizing and motivating all forms of life.

Etheric energy has been known by many other names – prana, life energy, vital life force, chi or qi, orgone, universal life force, odic force, cold electricity, scalar energy, tachyon energy, radiant energy; the list goes on.

Cosmologists – scientists who study the structure of the universe – are actually on the trail of etheric energy. They have detected its presence in the cosmos through its gravitational side-effects, but they haven’t been able to see it, so they call it ‘dark energy.’ The existence of dark energy – and its related dark matter – is one of the great, unanswered mysteries of science today. According to the observed movements of galaxies, it is calculated that 23% of the universe consists of dark matter and 73% of the universe consists of dark energy.

The universe, it would seem, is filled with unseens. At least, to the limited capabilities of physical eyes. When a cosmologist stares at a clear, night sky, wondering where all the missing energy and matter is in the inky blackness of the depths of space, it would come as a surprise to them if they knew that a clairvoyant – a person who has developed the ability to see subtle energies – sees the same night sky very differently.

It may sound unconventional, even rebellious to tradition, to suggest that a scientist should ask a clairvoyant what they perceive, but it has been done before, and with breakthrough results. For example, in the mid 1800s, one of the top research scientists of all time did exactly this. Carl von Reichenbach had heard that clairvoyants can see a subtle energy of which science was unaware. The fact that he, like most people, lacked clairvoyant vision did not deter him. Such a minor complication was not to be an obstacle to his curiosity and his desire to understand this new form of energy.

So, for his experiments, he hired a group of skilled clairvoyants to describe to him what they could see. He cataloged the appearance and behavior of etheric energy, which he called the ‘odic force,’ around substances such as magnets, crystals, wood and metals.

Today, a cosmologist could, if they dared to be that adventurous, ask a skilled clairvoyant what they see in the clear, night sky. The clairvoyant would report that they see the etheric energies that surge through the universe. To their subtle perception, etheric energy does not appear in the least bit dark. In fact, it glows brightly with the light of its own life energy. To them, the night sky is filled with a brilliant interplay of pure and magical, etheric light.

Etheric energy is one of the three fundamental types of energy in the universe. These three energies are electric, magnetic and etheric. Electric energy operates at a right angle to magnetic energy. The third energy of Creation, etheric energy, operates at yet another right angle to the other two.

Physical matter is made from electro-magnetism, which is the interplay of electric and magnetic energies. Etheric matter is quasi-physical, i.e. solid only to the subtle senses, and it is made from ethero-magnetism, which is the interplay of etheric and magnetic energies.

Etheric energy and etheric matter are the missing components in today’s cosmology. Etheric energy is the mysterious ‘dark energy’ and etheric matter is the mysterious ‘dark matter.’ Knowing that it can be seen by the subtle senses certainly makes it a more immediate candidate for study and research.

The possibilities for research into this fledgling field are almost unlimited. For example, many of Nikola Tesla’s experiments involved a strange new form of energy that he called “cold electricity.” When his experiments are reviewed in the light that cold electricity is none other than etheric energy, then they begin to make a lot more sense.

Etheric energy is the third energy of Creation. It is not a form of electricity. Etheric energy and electric energy share the common bond of interacting with magnetic energy. They bring to life the magnetic fabric of space when they intertwine with it to invoke physical electro-magnetic energy and quasi-physical ethero-magnetic energy.

To those in the ancient healing traditions, etheric energy is the life force of acupuncture, qigong, Reiki, and other forms of life-supporting practices. To the lightworker today, it is the medium through which we can transform ourselves and heal the world using the Love and Light Technique.

Yesterday, when many people were focussed on the election in the USA, my American friend and I decided to take a whale watching trip in the Bay. It was a great decision. first of all, we never left the area in front of my home, the first picture, because for a few weeks there has been a small pod of Humpback whales that has taken up residence in our bay. Local wisdom is that there is a rich source of food near the harbour wall and so they hang around.

We saw many whales surface all around us.

But for me the best was when a whale came under the boat and surfaced right next to me. What a thrilling event! Humpbacks don’t stay long so it surfaced and then went down again. But even the captain of the boat said that the whale came to me! I felt the usual “whale buzz” that I get in close contact with whales, but also a deep peace and love.

The Planet is filled with Fire/Sunlight and Water, and on this day, wind as well. These are the elements that provide a matrix for a new creation. Everything was bright and magical and filled with absolute wonder.

No matter what happens, the planet is on track to express its Ascension into Higher Consciousness.

Greetings! From heart to heart in this moment we speak, I am Kejraj(KayRy).

Water. It is the closest physical manifestation on Earth of that which you call Source Creator.

Water is neutral. It has no positive or negative charge. It cannot be polarized.

When the human vessel is immersed in a body of water, shower, a stream, lake, sea, your vibrational frequency automatically rises. And a cleansing takes place, physically and energetically.

The water can increase your intuitive abilities, and help you become a better channel for anchoring higher energies, as well as channeled and telepathic communication.

Telepathic and channeling communication does not only occur via the brain. True communication via telepathy occurs with the whole body, including and especially the water in it, are in coherence with the heart, and those taking part in the meeting are in resonance with each other’s energies, which again, are brought into balance by the water in your body.

The human vessel is around 70% water. Your DNA is also made up of crystallized water.

Think of yourself as a body of water, and flow in that way. Do not be rigid. Allow your emotions also to be like water, let them flow. And of course, take in purified or natural spring water throughout the day. It’s importance cannot be overstated.

With your thoughts, purify the water you are drinking, energize it also by holding the glass by your chest, visualize light flowing into the water.

We believe Lahaina is the spark that is going to unite the people, a grand wake up call as to the agendas of some very dark souls that care nothing for your children, your culture, the air, water, and land they seek only profit and power over others. They are inhumane and morally challenged. If you want to end the denial you have to come to terms with the fact that the reason there is so much inhumanity on the planet is because there is nonhuman interference. Interference that thrives on the pain, suffering and loss of the people. It is not just the corrupt physical people on earth we are dealing with, it is a multidimensional problem that goes back 450,000 years. We have been fighting against draconian law ever since. There are some very dark unseen negative influences. They are referred to as Satanic/Luciferian, reptilian, negative grey aliens and a host of others. They are responsible for the child, drug, and sex trafficking. Those who lust for fame, power and wealth sell their souls to these forces and unfortunately hold some of the highest seats of power. To them humanity is less than livestock, to many of them humanity is a nuisance and anyone who wants to live free according to Universal Law is a threat.  

In other words the fire that consumed Lahaina was a land grab. It was genocide against the Hawaiian people and their culture.  

What do we know about those behind this. The dark side of the Global Elite, the CFR, UN, WHO and a host of other organizations. They have two agendas. One population control, reduce the population with whatever means possible. Two total control of every aspect of your life. This can be done by removing the previous occupants from the land using manmade disasters, epidemics and deadly vaccines called safe and effective. Recent statistics prove they are neither safe nor effective. They can alter weather, create droughts, create fires, tornadoes, steer hurricanes, create earthquakes and make volcanoes erupt. They often use DEW, directed energy weapons as in the case of Paradise California, Lahaina, and other locations they desire to build their 15 minute smart cities. In the 15 minute smart cities they will have total control over where you go, what you eat, what you buy and if you buck the system you lose everything. It is China 2.0.  

They have had their eye on many cities globally for quite some time. They have drawn up plans for these smart cities for years. The only problem is they are occupied. The fires in Paradise were unnatural and broke all the laws of physics. While some trees exploded burning from the inside out other green trees were left standing surrounding completely demolished homes. It looked more like a war zone than a fire. Metal, aluminum, even porcelain toilets were melted to the ground. Guard rails had the wood intact with the bolts melted, metal drain pipes under freeways were melted. This is a microwave or a DEW weapon signature and the temperatures to melt most of these metals can’t be generated from regular house or forest fires. We cannot ignore the obvious. 

Hawaii is the heart chakra of the planet carrying the Aloha spirit. Lahaina is the main anchor and home of most of the Royals. It is the antithesis of those heartless, morally, and spiritually challenged people responsible for these events. What better target to send a message to the world. Sounds unbelievable? Let’s look at what we know.  

The disaster sirens did not work despite the fact they are run on solar independent without the need of power lines to operate.  

The children were sent home due to high winds and power outages. The high winds according to weather stations did not come from Hurricane Dora, it was mysteriously generated locally. 80+ mile an hour gusts. 

The parents were not notified, most had no idea their kids were home due to cell phone communication interruption.  

There were bright flashes of light inconsistent with transformer explosions in areas where there were no transformers.  

Many of the exits were blocked to get out of Lahaina, according to locals, some for no reason.  

The firefighters were sent home from what they call the source of the original fire calling it 100 % contained knowing high winds were coming. 

Where were the police, firefighters and other first responders to warn the people?  

They claim it was a 17 minute fire where everything was destroyed, has this occurred before? The bodies of humans and animals were incinerated even those in the streets with no vegetation around them.  

Why did they have plans already drawn to turn Lahaina into one of their 15 minute smart cities and why did the Governor give himself the power through executive order to condemn property and take it away from the people at the end of July?  

Why is the police captain the same captain who handled the false flag shooting and killing of 50 people in Las Vegas? There were multiple shooters, not just a lone gunman according to the official story. Why is the incident commander blocking people from seeing the evidence, arresting locals and censoring their stories? 

Why were they blocking rescue operations, food and supplies to help the survivors? Many have already been sent to Oahu, relocated. 

The answer to many of these questions is obvious yet hard for most people to even grasp other than the locals who have experienced a history of land grabs and genocide. This is just a bigger scale. 

What is the solution?  

We need to listen to the testimony of the locals. 

We need to hold accountable those responsible for in ignorance or willingly carrying out orders that perpetuated this deadly disaster.  

We need to hold officials responsible for agreeing to these 15 minute smart cities, Those who held meetings ahead of time and those who paved the way for removal and genocide of the local occupants. 

We need to find out who built these weapons, who bought the weapons, where they are stored and who is operating these weapons. Let’s all band together as one people and figure this out. Time to hold accountable those responsible. This is nothing new; it has been going on since 1942; they have only gotten better at it. 

Because just as there are malevolent unseen negative influences there are also benevolent. Might want to pray to the Ascended Masters, Ancestors and Star Nations for some help.

After years of dishing out abuse and accusations to those who sounded the alarm on geoengineering, the federal government itself has published a major report detailing ways to block the sun to mitigate non-existent “global warming.” This Technocrat initiative seeks to shrink economic activity by controlling energy, food and water. It will not save the world, but rather will destroy it.

The accompanying White House statement was quick to distance itself from the eye-opening report, which in political terms means they are actually seriously considering it.

“Importantly, this report does not signify any change in policy or activity by the Biden-Harris Administration, which remains focused on reducing emissions, increasing resilience, advancing environmental justice, and achieving true energy security. Release of this report fulfills a Congressional mandate, and there are no plans underway to establish a comprehensive research program focused on solar radiation modification.” — Technocracy News & Trends Editor Patrick Wood

Despite the European Commission’s recent warning that large-scale interventions such as solar engineering to reverse “climate change” could have “unintended consequences,” the White House published a new report Friday indicating that the Biden administration wants to manipulate planetary systems to block the sunlight to save the planet.

The congressionally mandated report released by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy shows the Biden administration is very eager to explore “geoengineering” methods to block sunlight because they allege the planet is burning and there’s an imminent climate crisis that will destroy the world.

“A program of research into the scientific and societal implications of solar radiation modification (SRM) would enable better-informed decisions about the potential risks and benefits of SRM as a component of climate policy, alongside the foundational elements of greenhouse gas emissions mitigation and adaptation,” the White House report said.

The report continued, “SRM offers the possibility of cooling the planet significantly on a timescale of a few years.” 

In a statement, the White House said, “There are no plans underway to establish a comprehensive research program focused on solar radiation modification.”

There is no official government policy that was attached to the report. The administration noted Congress ordered the report.

The report was released one day after the European Commission outlined the potential risks and “unintended consequences” of manipulating planetary systems to fight global warming.

The commission warned:

In the context of accelerated global warming, deliberate large-scale intervention in the Earth’s natural systems (referred to as “geoengineering”), such as solar radiation modification, is attracting more attention. However, the risks, impacts and unintended consequences that these technologies pose are poorly understood, and necessary rules, procedures and institutions have not been developed. 

Some of these risks include:

These technologies introduce new risks to people and ecosystems, while they could also increase power imbalances between nations, spark conflicts and raises a myriad of ethical, legal, governance and political issues. 

Blocking the sun’s rays globally with artificial particles in the name of “climate change” is gaining traction. However, there’s too much risk involved that could possibly harm biodiversity and agriculture on a global scale. The fact that this technology could alter global weather patterns and the Biden administration wants to explore it — is frightening.

Neptune travels retrograde from June 30- December 6, 2023, in the sign of Pisces.

Neptune is the ruler of water, spirituality, intuition, creativity, illusions, deceits, dreams, art, fantasy, entertainment, and mind-altering susbtances. Whenever Neptune’s energy is strong, it casts a veil, which can sometimes create fogginess or confusion. Neptune does this as it wants us to look beyond our external world and move into our internal world for guidance. When the outside world is foggy, Neptune reminds us that the only place to look is within.

When Neptune enters Retrograde however, the veil is lifted, and we are confronted with the truth. Illusions can come crashing down, and deceits can be exposed. Neptune Retrograde can reveal untruths or things that we perhaps didn’t want to see.

If we have been using any Neptunian vices to escape from reality or bypass our truth, Neptune Retrograde can be a time when we need to wake up and confront things.

The Neptune Retrograde Cycle 2023

This particular Neptune Retrograde cycle will guide us to look back over events since December 4, 2022, to see if we need to look at things with a healthy dose of reality. We may have to take our rose-colored glasses off and face up to the truth.

Creative Blocks

While unconditional love is a notable spiritual practice, sometimes we have to practice loving from afar and loving through our own boundaries.

Reality Check

Neptune is the planet of escape. Its essence is getting lost in a movie, a piece of poetry, or being transported to another world in a fantasy novel. While all of these things are wonderful and have their place, if we have been using them to continually escape from facing up to things, Neptune Retrograde can sometimes bring us crashing back down to reality. With the Neptune veil lifted, we may be forced to confront things, see the real truth, and to address what we have been trying to bypass. Neptune also rules over addiction to mind-altering substances, so issues with this may also come to the surface during this retrograde period.

Secrets Revealed

When Neptune travels retrograde, it’s like getting backstage access to what is going on behind the scenes. There you are able to see what is real and what is not. As Neptune journeys retrograde, it can lift the veil, allowing us to see the truth. If someone has been deceitful, or if you have been ignoring the truth, Neptune can force you to confront it. Neptune Retrograde can sometimes be like taking off rose-colored glasses and seeing the reality of what is around you. It can bring awakenings and reveal the truth. I AM, I belong to Earth and I call her Mother!

Life needs water! A frog is born in the water and then becomes amfibic. And so does other species.

You are a being of air, but you need water just as much, you even often feel soothed by being in water.

You live in your mothers womb for 9 month and then you are ready for a life on Earth as an airbeing, but you miss the joy, the harmony, the music that comes from your mothers heart, it is the first drum you hear.

As you grow up you need to reconnect with water, from day to day and of course you need to drink water as it is absolutely necessary for you to survive.

When you reconnect with Mother Earth she can soothe in a similar way from the fifth dimension, she will cradle you as an infant when you just before you take a nap for example.

She is your Mother too, you do not only have your biological birth mother.

She too loves you and she cares for you as one of her children.

She loves to make you feel relaxed and cared for from her motherly heart, if you can feel her energy!

She only approaches you when you are totally ready! It is pure love! I assure you!

So know that your Mother Earth loves you and that she listens to you and knows what you feel!

She wants to keep you close to her heart always!
