Take a deep breath, get grounded and stay as centered as possible because more changes are on the way. There may be growing pains as you move away from the time-established routines and habits of your current existence but, The Universe knows you are up to the challenge! 

Think of it as a piece of art that looks quite messy when you are up close; taking a few steps back often helps the picture become clearer. Do not be dismayed if you cannot see it right away… giving yourself a bit of time to adjust is sometimes all it takes.

If someone using harsh words toward you, The Universe is asking that you step back, take a deep breath and think about what was just said. Did your energy play a part or is the person experiencing something you are unaware of? 

Most of the time, those who use hurtful words are expressing disappointment, anger, hurt or internal emotional distress. It has absolutely nothing to do with you! When you use this tool, you will begin to see what is really going on in the world around you. 

Do not take it personally, my child, just send Unconditional Love. That is what they need the most.

As the energy begin to rise for the next phase, butterflies and tremblings of anticipation are increasing as well. 

Because some of you have been raised in a less than ideal environment, it may be mistaken for anxiety or fear. 

One of the things being introduced now is a way to clearly identify your emotions. 

Today, rather than relying on your old ways, you are being invited to take a step back, breathe and really feel what is coming in. 

The world may appear to be in chaos, this does not mean that you must participate. 

Know that The Universe will always guide and support you through your personal progress. 

In maintaining the peace and love you so richly deserve, you are radiating to your world in the best possible way.
