This message from Archangel Gabriel inspires us to remember a more graceful way to live in this changing world.

All situations are opportunities for the Divine Light to shine through you as times of celebration, not fear.

Often when I come into a situation that is unknown or unfamiliar, I notice that my first impulse is to feel fearful. This does seem to be a fairly common response to the unknown aspects of life. It takes consciously slowing down on my part, taking that deep breath and remembering what my intention is. I may even ask for protection or remind myself that It is Safe to be in the Unknown.

When I offer prayers for Divine Light to flow through me and any situation or relationship I am involved with, it sets the energy I want in my world.

Fields of Living Light are malleable and can be used to change any fearful or difficult circumstance that comes up. Because the Light of God contains both Divine Intelligence and Love, the frequency shift is immediate. Creative Solutions may even start to manifest right in front of me. That is definitely an opportunity for celebration.

Harmony is one of my go-to intentions. I want to be in harmony with myself, with others, and in harmony with my soul in any situation — whatever it is. I want to remember to come back to my original intention and let the situation reflect that energy. When I do this, it is amazing to watch things start to unfold in a brighter way. I become much more at ease with myself, and attuned to my most Divine Nature. Another cause for celebration. In fact, it seems that all of Heaven rejoices when I come back into Alignment with my Divine Self and in Harmony with what is occurring in my life.

The Angelic Dimensions are very aware of what is transpiring in our lives. They are uniquely available for us to call on during this time of new beginnings and evolution. The blessings of the Archangels soothe and inspire us as we navigate these new dimensions of consciousness. Knowing there are Angels watching out for me and assisting my life helps me to stay out of the fear realms that stop me in my tracks. It is easy to go into fear. Fearfulness is all around us in the consciousness of humanity. It takes courage to move out of that mindset. It is a bold step to remember that I have another option besides fear.

When I consciously create new qualities for life within and around me, I am using the Fields of Living Light that are now available in this dimensional time of higher frequencies. It becomes divine alchemy that transforms my life and the way the world responds to me. Alignment from Heaven to Earth is the prayerful process that Archangel Gabriel inspired 30 years ago. As our world has evolved, it has become the most resourceful, and even magical, way to bring new levels of Love, Freedom and Harmony into my life.

There is an exquisitely mystical feeling within as we work with the Archangels who are surrounding us in Light. This Divine Truth transcends any fear and creates a brilliant opportunity for celebration whenever we allow it to be.

This message from Archangel Gabriel reminds us to turn away from outer appearances and find the grounded presence of Love within us and within all things.

Your job is to have no attachment to the appearance of disharmony but to hold to the Love within all things.

At its deepest essence, Divine Love is inherent within all things. Purposefully coming back into our centers and allowing ourselves to see this as our Truth is a powerful spiritual practice.

Awakening within us all is a connection to the divinity that is the deepest part of our true nature. We are here in this time on Earth to blend our human selves with the most Divine Love that exists in all the Universe.

It is very reassuring when we remember that this Love is always present, guiding us through lives that are changing more quickly than we can comprehend. I know that when I turn away from outward circumstances, come back into my heart and pray for it, there is a Peace that enfolds me in surprising ways.

I have absolute Faith that we are not alone and that we are being led through life's changes by a Love that never ends. With every breath I take, may I and all beings remember this deep and abiding Truth.

This message from Archangel Gabriel helps us to expand our perception about the experiences life is bringing to us. There is also a special message from the Divine Feminine in the offering by Archangel Hope, sacred counterpart to Archangel Gabriel.

A disruption of energy serves to bring more clarity. Bless it.

Most of the time I have received this card with more irritation than gratitude. Usually this message comes at a time when something I consider disturbing has occurred. However, when this card shows up, it almost always makes me smile.

I wish I could say that I welcome this card and gracefully begin to bless the situation around me that caused my upheaval. Often I may grumble a bit, even though the mere reading of the card has already caused me to surrender and shift from my position. It is just so TRUE. I cannot argue with the premise that certain situations can act as a wake-up call to spur me back into alignment with my most Divine Self.

There is a certain element of freedom in the awareness that my blessing the situation will cause it to vibrate at a higher frequency. To bless means to confer energy upon. When we bless something, it brings the Infinite Intelligence within the field of Divine Light to the circumstance. It also gives us the opportunity to ask for a Creative Solution when the situation seems so dire that we can't see our way through it. The Divine always offers a solution inherent in every problem, as long as we raise our frequency to match our desire.

Our prayers act as a beacon to call to the energy that we want to experience. Those who have had near-death experiences report seeing brilliant streamers of light shooting off the earth as people pray. They were even shown the angels waiting to fulfill those prayers. That is one of the jobs Angels were given to do by the Divine Presence. This is very reassuring information for me.

So when discordant situations arise in my life, I am committing to remember to bless the situation NOW, thus bringing some beautiful light into it. I also want to be grateful for the clarity that comes to me when I am shown what I do not want. It is abundantly clear that I become VERY aware during the disruption what I would prefer to experience. That is a gift.

My next step may be to write down my intentions for what I really want in my life and send blessing energy to this clear awareness. At that point I can invite the Universe to come and open the way to graceful and easy fulfillment of my prayer.

And it is very beneficial to remember to give thanks in advance, knowing that all my needs are being met as long as I am a vibrational match for what I truly desire in my life. I can trust this process because I have seen it work so often. Only now it is even more exciting, because the change that comes when I bless the uncomfortable situation is often amazingly quick. There must have been an angel just waiting for me to ask...

The tongue-in-cheek message from Archangel Gabriel this week is opening us to more ways to bring Creative Solutions into our lives.

The release of fear is a small price to pay for the ecstasy of full merging with the Divine.

This is an example of Angelic humor. When Archangel Gabriel suggests that the release of fear was a small price to pay, he was pointing out my old propensity for holding on to what is uncomfortable but familiar.

It also is a gentle chiding to help me notice what might be my experience if I were ready to trust enough to release the fear and open up to new possibilities for my life.

For some reason, our culture seems to think that the responsible thing for us to do is to focus on our fears, as if worrying about the future is the preparation we need to make good things happen. We know from the study of magnetism that this attitude is exactly opposite from what is the truth in our lives.

Our spiritual journey is a path of surrendering our thoughts of fear and allowing them to be replaced by the infinitely creative intelligence of the Universe. When we are engrossed in thoughts that are fear-based, it overshadows the possibilities that also exist at the same time.

We live in a field of Pure Potential. There is so much opportunity waiting for us to claim and acknowledge, but we cannot see clearly until we are willing to open the door to the possibilities for Creative Solutions. It becomes simply our focus of attention.

Full merging with the Divine means I align myself with the spaciousness of the Infinite Intelligence where miracles occur. To do this, I need to create a dedicated space where I can go to pray and have a quiet time to focus on the spiritual truths that exist beyond appearances. It does not have to be elaborate, but it does require my commitment to take the time to raise my vibrational frequencies so I can begin to see from a heightened perspective.

This meditation time soothes my nervous system; my calm deep breathing centers me, and the Infinite Wisdom within my heart begins to feed me with new ideas and Creative Solutions.

I am demonstrating a new willingness to ask for what I truly want to experience and invite the support of those beings of Light who are always with me. This is called prayer. Prayer can help us acknowledge and accept our experience, while creating a focus on new possibilities and miraculous outcomes.

We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of The Gabriel Messages #31 to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives. This week's message reminds us how to get in touch with our deep, most Divine Self.

A full relationship with your Higher Self is only possible when you give yourself time to receive from the deepest sources of your being.

Fortunately by the time Archangel Gabriel showed up in my life in 1990, I had already established a spiritual practice from the years I spent with my teacher from India.

Using my time first thing in the day to sit, concentrate on my breath and pray before my meditation had become the most important way to begin my morning. My days were very different and never as comfortable if this was interrupted.

After my visitation from Archangel Gabriel and the beginning of his teachings, my focus in the meditation time became very different. There was less attention to energy from the outside of me and more awareness developing a relationship with my Higher Self as my new best friend.

The teachings involved a recognition that I had never experienced — that my Higher Self acted as the guardian of the gates to my guidance system. I was told that it was important to set my intention to allow my Higher Self to be the filter that received wisdom from the higher frequencies. This would attract only those non-physical teachers that were in harmony with my Soul’s purpose.

There had been times when I allowed an open channel to any teachings that wanted to come through me. It was very exciting, however it led to quite a bit of confusion and stimulation in my mental realms. Sometimes I would end up feeling disoriented and sick. But when I paid attention to my Higher Self and allowed an opening to that channel, the creative work began to pour through me. And most importantly, all of this work was centered in my heart.

I began to feel waves of loving feelings that healed much of the old patterns that made feel so alone and cut off. The Divine Light poured through the new doorways my Soul had opened to higher consciousness, and I literally began to “lighten up.”

These powerful experiences were deeply rewarding and healing to me. They also stimulated more desire to strengthen this connection to Source energy. I noticed that when I was aligned with my Soul through my Higher Self, I felt wonderful. There was a feeling of being happy for no apparent reason.

When I let my spiritual practice slide and did not focus on this powerful connection to the higher frequencies, I would start to feel lost and less empowered. 

The inspiration I needed to feel whole was inside me. That was a new focal point for me. There in the special moments I gave myself, I experienced a flow of Divine Love greater than any I had experienced in the world around me. It filled up the empty vessel in my conscious awareness and gave me new life.

We all have this capacity to receive Divine Love. It is there waiting for us to open the receptive channels to receive that which we most desire to experience. The focus of our awareness and our intentions become of great value in order to have a deep and fulfilling relationship with our most divine and authentic self. And it only takes intention and a willingness to sit quietly and receive.

This message #27 from Archangel Gabriel reminds us that we actually radiate our energy into the world with every thought and prayer.

Your Prayers are a Beacon Calling to You the Love and Wisdom that You Seek.

The word that most stands out for me in this message is Beacon. It makes me think of the importance of Beacon Lights as signals in the world, such as the lighthouse that protects ships from wreckage on the rocks.

I have been fascinated by the idea of guiding lights since my association with Archangel Gabriel in 1990. He has continuously spoken of the importance of letting our inner light radiate into the world and has given many different processes to encourage that practice.

It's important to remember that Divine Light contains both the presence of God's Love and the power of Infinite Intelligence. Both of these empowering attributes are necessary for us to lead a life that is fulfilling from the Soul's level as well as from the purely human.

When we are in alignment with this Presence within us, Divine Wisdom and Love become more available for us. Our heart's wisdom is accessible and we find new levels of clarity and certainty to enhance our daily lives.

We have been told for many years that Love is the greatest healer there is. When we invite the Light of God to work in our lives, we begin to create a resource that we can allow to work in every area of life where healing is needed. This power of Love within God's light is so profound that it brings new high-frequency energy into our hearts, and from there into our bloodstream to enhance our health and well-being.

Many studies have been done demonstrating the efficacy of prayer. When we pray with a full heart of gratitude, it can raise our vibrational frequency and attract to us what we need. Paramahansa Yogananda said that our thoughts are prayers and we are always praying. The benevolent presence of the Universe is continuously providing what we are focused on in full, loving commitment to our happiness.

The problem is our focus of attention is often on what is lacking or what we intensely do not want to experience. This intensity of feeling creates the magnetism. Our feelings profoundly affect our ability to manifest the life we most want. To change the course of our experience, we need to place our attention on our intentions for the life we want to live.

Remembering that I am radiating energy into the field around me like a Beacon Light is important. Being an expression of Divine Light to the world requires my heart to be full of Loving Gratitude. When my heart is full of gratitude, I can more easily see there is Beauty everywhere around me. I am so filled with this natural beauty that I feel like my heart is bursting with Love. It thrills me to let Divine Love shower through me like a waterfall. My very cells begin to dance with Life Force. When I allow this fullness into my being, I naturally become a Beacon of Light and radiate this presence into the world.

These feelings within me are powerfully magnetic. The radiance of this pure Joy becomes a magnet for more of this ecstatic and nourishing experience ...and that makes me happy.

 

 

Divine Presence,

May every thought in my mind be a blessing to the world. Help me to raise my vibrational frequency through my prayers and love so that my every thought is a Beacon of Light to humanity.

May all that I do, think, or say be in Alignment with the highest Will of God working in my life.

Thank you for your blessings of Grace and Divinity in every area of my life. May the Light that shines through me carry Divine Intelligence and Love into my life and to others in every moment. May this Light bring more awakening and empowering peace into the heart of each person on the planet. And so it is.

For this week's issue, our message from Archangel Gabriel reminds us that God's Love is always with us and all we have to do is be willing and open to receive it.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week...

You are always receiving God's love whether you tune in or not.

We live in an Ocean of God's love. I was told that you can come to the Ocean of Infinite Abundance with a teaspoon, a bucket or a tanker truck, the Ocean does not care. The Ocean of God's Love is eternally available. You can take as much as you need.

This is the Divine Substance in which we live, move and have our being. We swim in this Ocean like a little fish, so much a part of Divine Love that we forget that it is all around us. And yet ~ if we only turn a small part of our attention toward this Infinite Source, our entire being is illuminated with the Light it radiates. What a gift!

I spent years feeling alone, alienated and cut off from love. I tried to fill myself with many things that did not satisfy that deep need within me. I went after all that I was brought up to believe would make me happy. I found out very early that all that the world considered to be successful proved to feel very empty to me.

It then took years for me to discover how to live a spiritual life in a country that still considers that goal to be less than important, maybe even weird. And when I was trying to receive love and approval from outside myself, I experienced rejection and felt even more separate.

The good news I learned was that those experiences were my soul's requirement for sending me within myself to find the love that I truly needed. In this way I was lovingly coerced into continuing to focus on my spiritual practice, which then became a rich source of inspiration and deep abiding love.

It seems as though many people are feeling bereft of the love they so want to experience in life. If sharing my process assists one person in opening to the Divine Nourishment available to all of us, the struggles that I experienced become more worthwhile.

Receiving this message encouraged me and created a new deep awareness that even in those moments when I was not focusing on my spirit, God's Love was continuously working to keep me nourished. I know I can trust that Divine Love is available for me always. All I need to do is open my heart and allow it to be filled to overflowing.

 

 

 

Divine Presence:

Thank you for blessing me with your Love. I AM now opening my receiving channels so I can fill my heart so full of your Love that it overflows into the hearts of all humanity.

May I become more aware that your Love is always with me, guiding me and protecting me, even when I am not paying attention. With every step I take may I, and all beings, know truly within the heart that we are not alone and that Love always exists for us. And so it is.

This message from Archangel Gabriel is encouraging us to learn how to receive more gracefully on all levels.

 

One way to balance within is to allow yourself to love and be loved.

In the midst of strong and powerful currents of energy we are all experiencing, Balance has become one of my more sought-after experiences.

This card is reminding me that allowing myself to receive Love is just as important as giving it. How often do I shy away from a sincere compliment? What about those times when, for varying reasons, my receiving channels are closed to those who want to support me?

Often I find it so much easier to give love to others than allow myself to receive it. But this card makes me question that practice. If I am more focused on giving, doesn't that block the flow of receiving? And when I start to think of all the other places that I might be shut down to receiving, like to the flow of finances or creativity, it becomes a much bigger deal than turning aside a compliment that was well-meant. None of us can afford to put a block in the flow of supportive energy toward us.

Receiving graciously the support that is being offered is an important way to demonstrate gratitude to the bounty in the Universal flow of Good toward me. When I am willing to receive, my heart is opened to new opportunities to receive more Love and Support on every level.

The biggest discovery for me is finding that just loving myself turns out to be the most empowering and fastest way to bring me back into Balance. It does not feel good when I am closed down to receiving. I don't have the energy I need to do what I love and would most uplift me. One of my favorite long-time affirmations is:

 I now allow myself to be loved and supported on all levels.

In times of resistance to the flow, it is often difficult to remember, but the power of opening my heart to myself is the key to coming home to Balance within me.

An Alignment to my most Divine Self is the magical momentum that opens the channels. As I keep my intention for vertical access to God through prayer and meditation, it brings me back into the depth of Alignment that I long for.

It is also important to allow this Light to be active within my physical body. I am here to embody my Divinity, bringing Heaven to Earth by allowing the Light of God to work in and through me. It is essential for my happiness and necessary for my Soul's purpose to be aligned to Divine Light through the core of my being. I need to be conscious enough to allow this flow of Source energy to work in my life. When I do, it brings Vitality, Well-Being, Beauty, Creativity, Abundance and of course Balance to every area of my life.

Everything I do has this intention for Alignment at its base. Deep within I know that Love is my guiding force and living from my heart is the key for Balance. When I come from this place, the energy I feel inside helps me to remember that I am connected to my Soul and doing the work I came on Earth to do at this time.

 

 

 

Divine Presence,

 

Thank you for opening my heart and mind to receiving all the Love and Support available to me on every level. May I be a clear receiver of that which I need and be very grateful for these gifts offered so generously to me. I AM being cared for eternally and all my needs are being met with Grace and Ease. My heart is overflowing in Gratitude for these and all my blessings.

As I generously receive, I am also able to give from my overflowing cup of Divine Energy. Thank you for giving me all the Guidance and Love required to be a clear channel of Peace. May I be as generous with others as God is with me. May all of Humanity be blessed and receive the Loving Support available to them.

Most importantly as I become a more powerful receiver of Divine Grace, I AM anchoring the Divine Feminine Energy through me on to the Earth. Thank you God for these and all the blessings in my life. And so it is.

I ask for Benevolent Outcomes and Creative Solutions for times when things look so dark and feel so uncomfortable in their unknown state. Let me rise above the fear that tries to surface at these times. I am inviting the Angels to show me the way. Flood my heart with Divine Love and allow the presence of the Angelic Dimensions to lift my consciousness so I can truly remember that I am not alone, no matter what it looks like in my life.

Whenever fear occurs, help me to learn how to celebrate and focus on hidden opportunities. I now set my intentions for more Love, Clarity and Harmony every day. I allow myself to receive Divine assistance. I am so grateful that my Higher Self is bringing my soul's gifts into the world so I can become more resourceful, open and trusting at all times.. This card always shows up at opportune moments when I notice I am being less than compassionate with myself. This attitude is a very old habit.

 

Over the years, it appeared as if I thought being relentless in my criticism about myself would somehow make me better. My ego must have wanted to ensure that I was doing "it all correctly." This made me live in a very contracted state, and of course I attracted people that would step right in and add more judgments in case I relaxed my vigilance.

 

It was during the millennium shift when I received a brilliant gift from the Universe, disguised as the loss of everything I held dear. At that critical juncture, I realized that if ever I needed compassion, that was the time. I also started giving myself more permission to be authentic and live in my truth. I noticed that when I would back off from my critical mind, my heart would open, and I felt more love for all things — including myself. It was a new experience.

 

It is clear that if being very critical and hard on myself could create my enlightenment, it would have happened long ago. What my spirit needs is tenderness and support. It takes a different kind of vigilance to be aware of my habitual thoughts about myself and my world. My feelings let me know. When I'm hard on myself, I feel awful. There's the first clue. I go out of my way now to be as kind to myself as I am with others. Usually, I am very kind to other people and give them the benefit of my love and compassion. This is what I need as well.

 

Sometimes I just put my hand on my heart when I notice my thinking has gone off the love track. (This is the Quick Coherence Technique from HeartMath.org.) That simple gesture brings me back into a loving place with myself and helps me attune to the One Heart within all beings. Just touching myself kindly in this way is also very soothing to my inner self, as well as my mammalian body.

 

Synchronicity was demonstrated beautifully after I wrote the above paragraph. I went to my email, and there from HeartMath was an article about the importance of self-love. When this happens, I love it. It helps me to know that I am in tune. Here is a portion of the article:

 

Self-love means being more compassionate, patient and accepting of ourselves. It means choosing to make self-care a priority. The idea of self-love might feel a bit awkward, but it is not selfish. It is necessary. As we get better at self-love, we feel more confident and understand that self-love and loving others is simply a reflection of our deepest essence.

 

A little child thrives when she is adored and encouraged. The same is true of our inner spirit. We need to be our greatest cheerleader and supporter in life. The steps we take to give ourselves the benefit of our love and reassurance will lift our vibrational frequency, making it safer and even easier to feel love about ourselves and the world. 

It begins with our thoughts and our intention to stay in a loving, accepting place with ourselves, honoring the tender innocence within us. Often all it takes is the willingness to give to us the compassion and kindness that we truly deserve.

Know that you are totally lovable and worthy of all that is good. If that does not resonate with you, here is an easy three-step process to change your thinking:

Place your hand on your heart and breathe.

 

Now into your heart, on the in-breath, receive Love and Compassion from the Source of all Life, from the Angels, and most of all, from yourself.

 

Exhale, then check inside and notice how much better you feel.

It seems to me that most of us are very critical of ourselves. Have you noticed this? Honestly, if criticizing myself unmercifully could have brought me into a perfected state, I would have been enlightened long ago.

There are some real difficulties with this type of behavior, some more obvious than others. The most important aspect for me is that it lowers my vibrational frequency to think in negative ways. My intention at this time is to create as high a frequency as possible, because it is from this level that opportunities become obvious and miracles occur. We just cannot afford to allow ourselves to sink into the old forms of stinkin' thinkin.' We don't have time for that. Especially when we are in this powerful new life, where unlimited possibility exists in the quantum fields around us. It is our thoughts and the feelings they create that attract all the Beauty and Well-being that we need to be happy.

We also don't deserve to be treated with less than love and compassion. We need to go out of our way to see our inherent value and recognize the many gifts we have that make our contribution important to the world. No one has the specific talents and gifts that we have been given, and this makes us especially unique and valuable. I spent most of my life trying to be a chameleon who fit into whatever color someone else wanted me to be. Have you tried that? It does not work. Did you hear about the chameleon who continuously changed colors to be what others wanted him to be? He thought it was working until the day he crawled onto plaid. The moral of the story is, trying to please everyone can make you feel crazy!

Each of us has the radiant spark of God's Light within us and is following the soul's impulse to grow and become our most True, Divine and Authentic self. This is who we came on Earth to be, and this is who we truly are. We are here to blend our human qualities with our most Divine gifts so that we can be a bridge between Heaven and Earth. The whole being that we are becoming has been called Homo Luminus — a human being of Light.

We each have moments when we can see our true essence and sit in the wonder of that. Most of the time we end up caught in our daily life and we let the truth of those moments slip away. This lowers our frequency, and we start to look at ourselves in less than compassionate ways again. We need to acknowledge and honor those moments of true clarity and remember that we are a growing, evolving being of Light coming back to our center of balance. We want to raise our vibrational frequency so we can be more resourceful and happy.

Remember how important it is to love and accept all aspects of yourself so you can feel encouraged to grow and thrive in the fullness of your being. Treat yourself with the compassion you would give to a tiny kitten and know how blessed you are to be on Earth right now. You are unique, you are valuable and you are truly loved.

The tongue-in-cheek message from Archangel Gabriel this week is opening us to more ways to bring Creative Solutions into our lives.

 

The release of fear is a small price to pay for the ecstasy

of full merging with the Divine.

 

This is an example of Angelic humor. When Archangel Gabriel suggested that the "release of fear is a small price to pay," he was pointing out my old propensity for holding on to what is uncomfortable but familiar. It also is a gentle chiding to help me notice what might be my experience if I were ready to trust enough to release the fear and open up to new possibilities for my life.

For some reason, our culture seems to think that the responsible thing for us to do is to focus on our fears, as if worrying about the future is the preparation we need to make good things happen. We know from the study of magnetism that this attitude is exactly opposite from what is the truth in our lives.

Our spiritual journey is a path of surrendering our thoughts of fear and allowing them to be replaced by the infinitely creative intelligence of the Universe. When we are engrossed in thoughts that are fear-based, it overshadows the possibilities that also exist at the same time.

We live in a field of Pure Potential. There is so much opportunity waiting for us to claim and acknowledge, but we cannot see clearly until we are willing to open the door to the possibilities for Creative Solutions. It becomes simply our focus of attention.

Full merging with the Divine means I align myself with the spaciousness of Infinite Intelligence where miracles occur. To do this, I need to create a dedicated space where I can go to pray and have a quiet time to focus on the spiritual truths that exist beyond appearances. It does not have to be elaborate, but it does require my commitment to take the time to raise my vibrational frequencies so I can begin to see from a heightened perspective.

This meditation time soothes my nervous system; my calm deep breathing centers me, and the Infinite Wisdom within my heart begins to feed me with new ideas and Creative Solutions. I am demonstrating a new willingness to ask for what I truly want to experience and invite the support of those beings of Light who are always with me. This is called prayer. Prayer can help us acknowledge and accept our experience, while creating a focus on new possibilities and miraculous outcomes.

Please help me to remember that I am not alone, that I can dwell in Well-Being, and to allow myself to feel surrounded by Wings of Pure Love always. And so it is.

I love the energy in this message. It inspires me to expand my heart to open into the spaciousness of multidimensional life that we are being offered at this time.

Things are rapidly changing in the world around us, so coming back to our hearts to recognize the Light of Divinity working in and through us, helps to keep our center and is so very healing. This Light contains all the wondrous Love and Intelligence of the Divine Presence available for us to receive, integrate and radiate back into the world for the evolution of all life on Earth.

We are being encouraged now to open and receive our highest soul’s gifts, and use this opportunity to bring these divinely inspired qualities back into the world as our passion, our joy, and our service.

These evolutionary times have given us a world of brilliant polarities. The challenge for me is to learn to keep my emotions balanced. When I can stay in equanimity, I remember that as the power of Divine Light is flooding the planet, it is pushing to the surface all that is not in harmony with the higher frequencies. I know the discordant vibrations are here to be transmuted and released. When I engage with the darkness that I see, it lowers my frequencies so I am not able to remember the higher reality as well.

How much more resourceful it is for me to find the inspiration I need to soar high and expand into the greater truth that exists in all circumstances. That reminds me to claim Well-being for myself and all others, finding more love in my heart so that the Light of Divinity will be the radiance I am emanating, not fear.

If I take the time, it is even more powerful to do this exercise with my spine against a tree. The presence and alignment of that strong and steady being fills me again with the true wonder that nourishes and sustains me. From this place, my heart can open to the many more miraculous possibilities that are here for us in these new times.

We are here to bring so much Divine Light into our lives that it transmutes the darkness. One person anchoring Light helps to lift the hearts of all humanity. The millions of people who are banishing the darkness with their Light are making a difference, and the consciousness of the Earth is truly evolving in wondrous ways.
