Ascending individuals are currently encountering heightened duality within and In the changing world. May is set to be a catalytic month, shaping the next 2.5 months and energetically impacting the year ahead. Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We hold you in very high esteem because you chose to incarnate at a time where there would be quite a bit of chaos, duality, and polarity. You chose to awaken before the vast majority of your fellow humans would, which has created a lonely experience for many of you. And you continue to experience turmoil there on Earth and are asked by those like us to be in a higher-vibrational state anyway. We understand why you would want to shake your fist at God, at Source, at us, at your higher selves, because it all seems like too much. It seems unfair.

And yet, we know that some of you have discovered that there is a great deal of help available to you when you open up to it and receive it. Help comes in many forms. It doesn’t always come in the packaging you would want it to come in or that you expect it to come in, but the help is always there and more is always coming. And those of you who want to help your fellow humans, those of you who want to be of service, can do so by showing others how to open up and receive what is already theirs for the taking, what is already being given freely to them all the time. Some of you know this, and some of you have practiced opening yourselves up to receive.

But we just want to remind you of how easy it is. Just get comfortable, relax, Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. Release all tension in your body, and imagine yourself to be a flower that is opening its petals. The flower receives because the flower exists and so can you.

Now granted, you still have to do other work. You will still have to check in on your vibration, become more aware of your thoughts and beliefs, and let go of what does not serve you. But sometimes, receiving the help that is coming to you from above is exactly what you need to give you the energy to do all of that and more. So please do receive the help that we are offering to you, that your guides are offering to you, that Source is offering to you, and that a whole myriad of other beings is offering to you. Once you start receiving the help and doing more with it to help yourselves and to help others, then you can guarantee to yourself that more will come because we are telling you that this is how it works.

When you receive more, you are given more. When you give more, you can receive more, and you are ready to be the light workers and the wayshowers that you were born to be. And we will always be here to help because that’s why we are here, and that is what we do. And in many ways, it’s all we have to do. So please do call upon us, but call upon us not in a pleading way, but in a way that acknowledges that the help has already been given and that you’re now ready, open, and willing to receive it, and you will. We look forward to working with more of you now on a more frequent basis, and we look forward to giving you even more help than we ever have given before.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. 

 

We know you very, very well, and we find you quite fascinating, even from our nonphysical dimension. That is we seek to help you as best we can, but it also because we know that you are a part of us. And so, you can also trust that we are a part of you. Everything that we say to you resonates with you, when it does, because we are a part of you. We are meant to bring that to the surface for you that is your truth. You can do the same with each other of course. You can look at everyone around you and recognize them as an aspect of you, and you can realize that another person can bring the best or the worst out of you and that you can do the same for that other person.

Therefore, in this universe of duality and polarity, do recognize that everyone has the potential to be both sinner and saint, and so do you. And when something brings something up for you, it is not then your purpose to shame yourself and feel unending guilt. You may need to release something that was stuck inside of you, and that person helped you. You may need to forgive yourself right after you say something or do something that isn’t your best that you could possibly offer.

There are countless reasons why you have that interaction with that other person, but this much we know to be true…nothing you ever do or say defines you. Nothing you ever think defines you either, and so it is best to go easy on yourselves when you do find yourselves slipping up, going into the dark places, and coming out not looking so shiny and new. We promise you that you can always dust yourselves off, forgive yourselves, and ask others to forgive you.

You can do the same with your fellow humans. You can cut them more slack and be less judgmental. You can recognize that sometimes someone is just having a really bad day, and you can give everyone the benefit of the doubt. You can also make it your mission to bring the best out of that person the next time you see them, and that is one of the many ways in which you serve your fellow humans just by being there and having the experiences that you signed up to have.

Now, of course, you are creating experiences for yourselves as well, and sometimes you do create very subconsciously some unwanted experiences. But again, there’s an opportunity for you to course correct, to forgive yourself, and to recognize sooner the next time around when you are headed down that track again. Be kind and gentle with yourselves and do not take any of this too seriously, and we promise you that in so doing, you will pave the way to you becoming the best versions of yourselves that you can possibly become. We also know that those of you who are awake are there to bring out the best in your fellow humans. Very good.

One of the limitations of humanity is the border for the extent of our awareness that we have imposed upon ourselves. This limitation has become part of our self-identity. We live completely within the polarity and vibratory frequency of the empirical world’s vibrations of good and evil, of life-enhancing and life-diminishing energies. The positive realm of light is beyond duality and exists in its expression of unlimited love and joy. The dark realm, controlled by psychopaths, who have lost the ability to love, has fear in its various expressions pervading its entirety. The growing strength of our energetic environment is split in its intensity, and our personal orientation is being drawn in one direction or the other. We are being challenged to expand or contract in every moment.

In order to expand we must break out of the human trance of limited consciousness and begin to realize that we are more than we have believed and accepted as true. We can do this by using our imagination to create a loving way of Being. We can practice wanting to be helpful and understanding always. There is an essence of Being that we all participate in to the extent that we allow ourselves. With a strong social vibration of limitation, we have set our own limits. We are now invited to use our free will to enhance all life and being without limitation. In our true nature, we express the wholeness of Being, inherent in the conscious life force that enlivens us, but limited by our beliefs about ourselves.

Resonating with the vibrations of our self-identity, our experiential life exists entirely in alignment with our free will vibrations. We can practice imagining that we are supported in every way, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Whenever any bit of fear arises, we can transform it in our imagination to an expression of love and joy. We can do this by opening ourselves to our inner knowing of a life-enhancing energy that enlivens and enhances all aspects of our lives. By practicing this, we become adept at it and involve ourselves in a training process for our subconscious to resolve and release our fear and doubt. When we imagine that every experience we can have is fulfilling, we can expand our awareness beyond the contracting energy of fear and into the expanding energy of acceptance, compassion and love. Being filled with love, we experience a realm of support and inspiration. We meet people who are loving and supportive toward us. We all resonate with a level of vibratory energy that does not interact with duality. These are different levels of being, existing in the same space, but in separate vibratory spectra.

As we become aware of our inner light and knowing, which we develop through practicing living in love and joy, we express these energies through our eyes. We can learn to see the inner radiance through everyone’s eyes, and this is the level of energy we can relate to, if we want to live magical and fulfilling lives without limitation.

For each of us, reality consists of telepathic communication among all of us. Our awareness is defined by our beliefs, and each of us has our own way of realizing our world of shared vibratory frequencies. How we feel about ourselves is what we believe is real. The frequency, polarity and amplitude of our beliefs create our energetic signature. This spectrum of electromagnetic vibrations becomes the quality of our experiences. We experience scenarios that share our kind of energy, and we recognize the sense impressions that we become aware of. We select an energetic spectrum that defines our role in the human drama, which we are free to change according to our realization and preferences.

In our essence, we are non-localized awareness without limits, and we are infinitely powerful creators, fractals of the infinite consciousness that constantly creates everything. When we learn to open our awareness beyond the material world, we invite into our consciousness a greater reality that is also present here, and everything is within our shared consciousness. Our incarnational limitations are soft in our essence, allowing our world to vibrate in many octaves beyond and including the empirical.

We’re being invited to be aware of the life force enveloping us, and to open our awareness of it, to feel its presence. This is our connection with universal consciousness, and it includes our conscience. It vibrates with unconditional acceptance and love, which we are aware of, if we open ourselves to it. It is in a frequency band beyond the physical, and it feels great! If we choose it to be, this is our natural state of being.  How we feel about ourselves is entirely our choice. When we realize that the physical world consists of swirling patterns of quantum light entities expressing themselves as electromagnetic wave patterns that our consciousness interprets as physical, we no longer need to make any judgments on anyone or any scenario. Awareness of the qualities of energy that we pay attention to enables us to seek experiences of gratitude and joy, revealed in our intuitive knowing.

Our thoughts are not ours. They exist as quantum wave patterns. We choose, intentionally or inadvertently, what we pay attention to and how we feel about it. This choice is unlimited. When we dwell on it with gratitude and love, we magnetize the presence of our choices in our lives. In this way we can rewrite our roles in the human play and gain mastery through our practiced realization of the energy that fulfills us the most. We are constantly creating our world just by the way we are, and how we feel about ourselves.

As we become aware of the true identity of our own eternal presence of awareness, currently expressing ourselves as our human persons, we can participate in every scenario of life with the guidance of infinite awareness and knowing. When we pay attention to what we love the most in each circumstance, we attract resonating energetics to manifest in our experience. Because our essence is infinitely creative as an energetic modulator, we can realize, with gratitude, experiences of the most life-enhancing qualities that we love, pervading the consciousness that we all share.

When there is negativity in our presence, we feel unable to be joyful and filled with vitality. In our subconscious, we have established energetic blocks that keep us unaware of the Source of our life-force. We have not known the nature of our innate vitality. Although we have the free will to feel and imagine as we choose in every moment, our culture has not paid attention to qualities of our life-force. It is the pure expression of creative essence that constantly flows through us in the ways that we choose in our modulation of its polarity, frequency and power.

Because our life comes to us through the essence of our Being, we are created to be artists with our imagination and how we feel. We all do this all the time, knowingly and unknowingly. We create the beauty in our lives, as well as everything we don’t like. By paying attention to what we don’t like, we give it our life-force. It stays with us as long as we give it our attention.

The strongest creative force is our desire, and this is where we must pay close attention, if we want greater understanding of our own nature. We innately know the energy that we want to experience. This is the expression of our life-force. It is the same for all of us, because we are all the same essence of Being. Because we share our human consciousness, we can open our awareness to the awareness of everyone. In addition, we each have our individual interests and expressions.

This is as much of our script as we are given upon incarnation. We are cut loose from awareness of our origin and source, not even knowing that we are constantly creating the qualities of our lives. It is our life-long challenge to penetrate our consciousness to find out what our essence is, and what are we capable of. While living in a sea of consciousness filled with every possible experience, each of us holds and expresses a unique set of desires.

Because we have an ego-consciousness apart from our true essence, we must look beyond the ego to realize our essence and the extent of our awareness. Only we ourselves can stop us from creating everything we need or want. Our creative life force constantly fills us with its presence. It gives us the freedom to use our power of realization to shape and enliven our experiences. We can create a new world for ourselves and all who choose to align with the life-force that we recognize as our true presence of awareness.

We are Arcturus. There has been a mirroring of messages across many systems of planetary consciousness at this time. As above so below was once a known saying in your world. A saying retorting to the mirroring of consciousness through planes of existence. And the higher planets are currently mirroring what is occurring in your world.

The Play of Duality

The play of duality is mirrored in many higher dimensions, more than you realise. This is how life evolves, through the constant interplay of polarity, dark and light, black and white, up and down. This is how manifest reality is formed.

And so as you go through this shift in your world and the light once again takes centre stage over the darkness. Those dark spots throughout this universe are also mirroring this interplay of consciousness.

The Balancing of the Light

While the darkness will always exist as a potential it is becoming less prevalent throughout this created universe. The great balancing is occurring. As a reflection of experiences in your own world where the darkness, suffering, separation and pain has taken precedence for many aeons. Also it has occurred in the higher planes. While it is not necessarily experienced as suffering, for life is different in higher realms. There has been the exploration of polarity, duality and separation in many dimensions of this universe. An overbalance towards the dark you could say.

And how is an overbalance towards the dark balanced out? By moving into a time of over balance towards the light. And this time is coming in your world and worlds beyond. The tipping of the scales is moving into the realm of the love/light polarisation.

Arcturus Wisdom

It is no accident your world has experienced pain and suffering for so long. It was by design. It was chosen by yourselves aeons ago so you could experience a very unique and special way of experiencing creation. There are few places in reality that experience such degrees of limitation and separation. And this served a purpose, for you cannot fully understand the light without fully understanding the dark.

And so the darkness your world experienced is now serving as a platform. A platform of wisdom and understanding that can spring board you into a new age of love and light in your world. And that new age of love and light is beginning and accelerating at new levels.

PWe all know what we feel when we resonate with another person, or even a group. We feel a sense of joy in connecting. When we are resonating with our heart-consciousness, we can feel this joy in every encounter. The feeling comes from within, and it is not in response to any outer situation. It is in alignment with our inner knowing. When we can realize the essence of the conscious life that we are living within, we can recognize the light of Being in everyone. We are all playing our roles and having the experiences that we have chosen and expressed by our polarity and vibratory levels. 

In order to experience our earthly lives as we do, we have created the persons that we believe we are. Through our realization of heart-consciousness, we can enjoy every moment, regardless of any surrounding energies. We can open ourselves to greater joy and fulfillment. In this way, we resonate with greater radiance and attract resonating experiences and encounters. Because we are the creators of our energetic presence, we can be in gratitude for everything and every experience. We have created it all, and we are free to feel however we want about it. 

How we feel within ourselves in every moment creates the qualities of our experiences. By being in gratitude, even in the face of strong negativity, we can resonate with our heart-consciousness. Since our state of being can always be a conscious choice, we can align with our expanded knowing and understanding of the play of energies and the nature of our participation. The vibratory range of our state of being can always be intentional. 

We can realize what we are doing with our thoughts and emotions in creating our energy signature. If we can interact appropriately in our world, while also being aware that we are constantly being guided from within by our heart-conscious intuition, we can enjoy the miracles and wonders that we can create in our lives. When we align with gratitude, compassion and joy, our radiance intensifies, and our creative power strengthens. We can come to trust ourselves to be life-enhancing in our thoughts and feelings.

As we expand our awareness within our consciousness, we become able to realize our eternal presence of awareness beyond all dimensions. Living within the consciousness of the Source of our awareness and life force, we are connected with our heart-consciousness. When we can be in gratitude for this in every moment, we transform our lives into experiences of love and joy by our nature as energy modulators.

Transcending Our Empirical Trance

Being in the dualistic empirical trance of humanity is powerfully addictive; however, it is possible to expand beyond body-consciousness. In this state we can transcend our limitations and enter a state of greater awareness beyond polarity. In our emotional expressions we are naturally magnetic, attracting resonating patterns of energy. This is how we create the qualities of our experiences. 

Expanding beyond body consciousness is a process of allowance, but just being present in awareness and allowing ourselves to expand beyond our physical presence receives resistance from our limiting beliefs about ourselves. We have believed that our reality is limited to the material world, and that we cannot go beyond empirical reality. We have believed that this is the only real dimension, resulting in blinding ourselves to others. This belief can be resolved by an out-of-body experience. Many have had this kind of experience and have reported about it in videos and books, but nothing tops personal experience.

It is possible to gain the same insights that result from death of the body through processes of deep meditation, ayahuasca, conscious dreaming and others. In conscious dreaming we maintain conscious awareness in the space that we cross between waking and sleeping. With practice we can open our awareness as we remain in the vibratory state of conscious dreaming. Here we can direct our visions and feelings in ways that our subconscious pays close attention to. We can change our deeply-set limiting beliefs in resonance with our vibratory alignment. 

Entering an out-of-body experience can occur by putting our body and brain to sleep, while maintaining conscious awareness, which we can direct to the heart of our Being. We can be aware of the feelings that come to us through our heart, expanding into joyous, life-enhancing feelings that convey our conscious life force. In this parallel energetic dimension, we can experience whatever quality we choose with anyone we resonate with. 

We can meet our angels and guides and feel the presence of our essence of infinite Being. When we open our awareness to the reality of a higher dimension of living, we are no longer enclosed in the limitations of the material world. We can direct the qualities of our experiences and even the forms, if we want. Once we learn to control our energetic alignment, our experiences may even appear miraculous.

Identifying Our Essential Self

When our consciousness expands beyond time/space and duality into a realm beyond polarity, everything is present wherever we direct our attention. Unknowns and mysteries can be resolved through multi-dimensional quantum energetics, which we can know intuitively. The goal is to awaken our sensitivity and receptivity to the energy of our heart-consciousness. We can know this consciousness by its vibratory qualities, which are always life-enhancing for everyone. 

When one person receives something, its energy patterns become available to all, because all participate in universal consciousness. We all have the freedom to recognize what something is and to realize if it is real for us. We can choose to align with its vibrations. We can choose the quality of our reality by our perspective, our imagination and emotions. Through these abilities, we modulate and form the energetic patterns of our energy signature. This is our personal radiance and is the quality that the quantum field manifests in our experience. 

Our reality constantly shifts according to the forms and sensory stimulation we feel and imagine. We have imaginary visions and feelings that arise from energetic patterns that we are receptive to in the quantum field of all potentialities. As we shift our openness to positive, high-vibratory thoughts and emotions, such as compassion, beauty and joy, we align with our heart-consciousness. By choosing to be in positive resonance with heart-consciousness, we are guided in clarity and confidence throughout our life. 

When we awaken to infinite love and joy, we are aligning perfectly with our heart-consciousness. This is our natural state of Being. As our eternal presence of awareness in alignment with our heart-consciousness, we arise within the consciousness of the Creator of all. It is a consciousness of love, joy, ecstasy and sovereignty in the enhancement of all life. 

As long as our consciousness is limited to the physical body in time/space, we align with fear of physical suffering and termination. By opening our awareness beyond time/space, we can transcend fear and replace it with confidence in the guidance of our heart-consciousness and higher etheric energy centers. We become unavailable to negative vibrations by paying attention only to scenarios that we love and can attract into alignment with us. Through our enlightened gratitude and love, we can live in the vibrations that enhance all life and bring fulfillment in every way.
