Welcome dear ones.  

Our Dear readers, know that these messages are intended to provide spiritual  knowledge and principles of truth from which you can build a foundation  in alignment with the reality of your true Self. This in turn will allow you to serve yourself,  others, and the ascension process from high  levels of awakened awareness rather than from falsehood and fear.

The world at this time is in the beginning phase of an unstoppable spiritual process.  Earth, being a Divine creation was  never meant to live forever  in bondage to duality, separation, and powers over.   Much of what you are witnessing at this time is meant to serve as a catalyst that will awaken those still choosing to remain in the past, content to keep the status quo and let others make decisions for them.

Change is coming to every aspect of life.   As increasingly more awaken out of the three dimensional belief system and open themselves to oneness  it will automatically increase the Light in collective consciousness.  The changes coming from  new and higher frequencies on earth will not be those that simply present obsolete three dimensional ideas packaged and presented as being new.

Once earth's collective consciousness reaches a point of being more spiritually evolved, love and oneness rather than separation and power over others will become the dominant force behind laws, religion, education, health, and governments.  This will be the world that is only now beginning, cannot be rushed, but will continue to unfold and expand over the coming  years.

Physical bodies could not safely withstand a sudden  influx of intense high resonating energy and so the process of clearing old energy while at the same time integrating  higher frequencies must be gradual.  Even now many of you are experiencing physical, emotional, and mental discord from  clearings and integrations.

The world in general continues to consider  human beings as nothing more than disposable physical bodies at the mercy of and subject to an infinite number of  three dimensional powers be they disease, dictators, or a God of vengeance.  Let your consciousness of  ONEness be your only sword and shield as you face the daily onslaught  of negative images and words you are experiencing.

When you allow truth to become more than just interesting dinner conversation and begin anchoring it into your consciousness through practice and vigilance,  it can and will begin to express through and as you/YOU because your consciousness is you.   Just as a sun beam is one with the sun, a wave is one with the ocean, and every branch is one with the tree so are you seemingly separate but one.

Rather than using prayer or meditation for seeking, begging, wishing, asking for, imploring, wanting, or desiring what you think you don't have, let it become a time of simply resting in Oneness. You can state spiritual intentions. "I choose to more fully understand the truth of my being." or "I choose more Light". Never forget that because you are God Consciousness individualized, you are a creator, creating from the state of your consciousness.

Be aware of  so called "spiritual" mental practices that teach you to say; "I am well, I am abundant, I am this or I am that" which is mental suggestion, a form of hypnotism . Yes, the real you is all these things but we speak of mental techniques meant to make  the false human separated sense of you  well and abundant.  There is a fine line here that many do not yet understand which is why we speak of it.

Attempting to change a bad material picture into a good one is nothing more than a continuation of the three dimensional illusions you are trying to wake out of.  Good human-hood is just as much an illusion as bad human-hood because all human-hood is a concept of real Divine-hood.

Spiritual evolution is an unstoppable reality that means every person at some point will reach a place of readiness beyond personal ego and begin seeking and living from their true being.  This choice is especially important right now because the world has entered a time in which paths are dividing and every person must choose to move either forward with the high frequencies of an ascending earth or remain in the past.  Your choice.

Innovative creative ideas of any sort--artistic, music, healing, solutions, inventions, technology,  etc. can only flow from the source and substance of creativity--Divine Consciousness.  Truly new and never before known ideas do not and can not flow from the human mind because human minds are not creative, they are interpreters, avenues of awareness that access and  interpret what is already present in some form in the  collective.

Those who bring forth unique and new ideas in every aspect of life are drawing from within whether they are aware of it or not. Future leaders on earth will make choices and decisions that reflect a personal and collective consciousness  imbued with truth rather than the three dimensional programing you know now.  This will not happen overnight, but the process has begun.

We understand your frustration, concern, and even fear as you see so much that you considered permanent eliminated or changed drastically.  Know that this phase is necessary for awakening a sleeping world out of its love of and reliance on the status quo.  A new world is being born, one in which decisions, laws, governments, health, education, and most importantly religion will be  based in truth and and the knowledge that all life is an expression of  one omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient God.

Those choosing to continue living from duality, separation, and many powers, refusing to open their hearts to more, will at some point continue their evolution elsewhere as they will be unable to align with the higher frequencies of Light coming.

Always remember that darkness in and of itself has no reality because darkness is nothing more than the absence of Light.  Remember always  that as the individualization of  one omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Reality/God, you cannot die or be separated from the fullness of IT regardless of what may be taking place in your life.

Spiritual ascension has never before taken place while a person remains in physical form which makes the ascension process of earth and her people taking place at this time different and is the reason it is being closely observed by many on other planets and in the higher realms.

You are well prepared to live from this higher state of consciousness which is why you chose to be on earth at this time.  All is proceeding according to plan.  Allow the process never forgetting that you are loved, guided, supported, appreciated, encouraged, and honored by the many observing and assisting from the other side.

The Glorious Revival

The first step, it seems to me, in building Nova Earth is defining our values.

Duncan from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada, has sent me a statement of principles from a Canadian group, Civis4reform, who have recently launched a 10-year event known as the Glorious Revival Vision 2034. He says it’s:

“… a National, non-monetized group I am involved with called www.civis4reform.org (alternate website is gloriousrevival org).

“Within either of those websites is access to a document this group has put together known as The Rights of All Persons & The Duties of  Government. It is a non-partisan set of guidelines for all, once the nastiness out there has been dealt with.”

Every person* has the right to their life and liberty and to the property that they justly acquire.

As members of a country of free persons, we have entrusted governments with the duty of protecting those rights for every person in an accountable and transparent manner.

The sanctity of the rights and freedoms of every person must rise above all other laws, acts of government or decisions in our courts of law.  No person, institution, group, company or government may arbitrarily suspend or circumvent them under any circumstances.

Should any person violate those rights they must be held to account.  Should any agent of government fail to honour and defend those rights, they are in breach of their duty and any harm caused by such a failure must be remedied immediately.

The constitution upon which Canada was established is founded upon principles that ensure that the rights and freedoms of every person are protected.

With that in mind, we re-assert those principles.

PRINCIPLES

Rights of Persons

1. Every person has a body, mind and will of their own. This guarantees them:
   1. the right to live free from intimidation, coercion, threat or attack from any person regardless of their position;
   2. the right to hold their own personal beliefs and to express them in ways that do not harm the rights of others;
   3. the freedom to choose and to pursue their own goals, while respecting their duty not to violate the rights of any other person;
   4. the right to join with others to pursue their goals and to provide for themselves and their family;
   5. the right to the property that they justly create, build or acquire and to what they earn while producing goods or services for others;
   6. the right to defend themselves, their family and their property;
   7. the right to equal treatment as separate persons under laws that protect the rights of all persons equally.
2. Every person has the right to be protected from attacks on their person or their property by any person, institution, group, company or government:
   1. by threat, intimidation, exploitation, coercion, theft or any other means, or
   2. by virtue of laws, regulations, policies or practices that violate the rights of any person.
3. The family is a core institution that provides for the needs of persons and that protects and educates children in all thriving societies. It must be protected against unwarranted intrusions, including by government.

Duties of Government and Public Officials

4. Governments must protect and serve, not impose. They have been established to protect the rights of every person in a transparent and accountable manner. As a result, governments:
   1. must protect every person from direct and indirect harms, aggressions or threats against their rights by any other person, group, institution, company or cause, by any foreign power or actor, by any agent of government or by the courts;
   2. must maintain and manage public property and common assets in a way that respects and protects every citizen’s rights in those assets;
   3. must create, maintain or support essential infrastructure and services that serve the needs of all citizens and that can not be adequately provided without government involvement or funding;
   4. must assist with the essential needs of those who can not help themselves, with the aim of encouraging self-reliance;
   5. must ensure that:
      1. no statute, regulation, policy, program or action of government harms the rights and freedoms or the property of any citizen;
      2. no citizen is deprived of their right to provide for themselves and their family through just means;
      3.  no privileges are granted to any person, group, corporation or institution;
      4. no domestic or foreign organization, company, group or government undermines the rights of any citizen or lays claim to our personal or common lands or resources.
   6. must hold open and vigorous debates that inform the public of the motivation and risks associated with policies that will have a significant impact on the future of our economy, our national sovereignty and security or the rights or freedoms of any citizen of the country;
   7. must ensure that citizens have an effective means:
      1.  of preventing the abuse of government powers;
      2.  of holding those in government and private offices to account for actions that undermine these principles and for  damage done to the rights of persons as a result of their actions or omissions while they held those offices.

5. As representatives and agents of the people, those who hold public offices:
   1. must place their duty to protect the rights of members of the public ahead of their own interests and the interests of any person, partisan, corporation, institution, group or cause.

Responsibilities of Citizens and Their Right to Act to Uphold These Principles

6. Citizens, as members of a society of free persons with natural rights:
   1. must recognize and respect the rights of all other persons;
   2. must be aware of the need to exercise constant vigilance over the actions of those who hold public offices so as to ensure that the powers that are assigned to public offices are not used in a way that harms the rights, freedoms and just interests of any citizen; and
   3. may act alone or in association with others to identify and bring an end to any misuse or abuse of those immense powers by those who wish to use them for their own purposes or to pursue goals which are incompatible with these principles.

RESTORING THESE PRINCIPLES

If our society is to continue as a society of free persons of real and equal value, the principles listed above must be understood and defended.

Honourable, virtuous and ethical behavior is characterized by an unwavering determination to act according to those principles.

All members of our society must accept and act upon these principles so as to ensure that the rights of every person are upheld.

Those who hold public office must place the duty of upholding those principles ahead of the wishes, plans or actions of any person, institution, group, company or party, whether public or private.

A constant threat is posed to these essential underpinnings of all sound and enduring societies by the temptation to put one’s personal interests ahead of the rights of others and by the great temptation among those who hold public offices to use the powers of those offices to impose an agenda that violates those principles.

To protect against that threat, all members of our society must understand, assert and defend these principles. It is only by doing so that we can retain the promise of living in a country that is peaceful, prosperous, culturally-rich, morally-sound and free.
