It is a time of great change, and of course, this means that everything is affected. It is not like a single stream of light that inspires a plant to grow, it is a planetary, universal change that is comprehensive and profound. So be kind to yourself and others. This is one big birthing process and there are many, many contractions required to bring this transformation into being over a period of many years. You came here for this, so ride the waves of change with as much patience and grace and trust that you can. Helping your mind understand the magnitude of these times is helpful, for it gives you a detached, wise view. If your view is small, you will easily get caught in the undertow. Think big, be big and hop up on your surfboard. It is important not to get caught in your body’s daily aches and pains of transformation, for this can take you down. Stretch, support, find the fire within (no matter how small the flame) and keep breathing deep into your toes. You are birthing your body through radical transformation and it is capable of doing it, especially if you believe it is so.

You know by now that this is a consciousness revolution, so use your own expansion of being to lead you through the changes. Your small mind will keep you myopic and small, when connecting to divine mind will support you through this the entire way. Connect with your deep inner knowing. Your heart will tell you the truth. This is monumental, global, galactic recalibration and it is also happening to each microcosm as it contributes to the macrocosm. If you are only focused on survival in your small world (which is what the oppressors intended) then you will miss the magnificence of these times. Think big, be big, know big, act big. Contribute huge positive energy into the cosmic stream.

Lightworkers have always been separated out in their incarnation. They are doing their best to heal the myriad of persecution wounds they have experienced in order to remember the powerful being they really are and fire up to participate in the transformation into the Aquarian Age on Mother Earth. We are coming together out of our solitude to strengthen in solidarity. We have had to heal our loneliness and realize it was only an illusion that pushed us toward our greater being. A child without playmates has many in spirit, physical challenges inspire the development of extrasensory abilities and an isolated adult chooses to seek companionship with God; this is often the path of the spiritual warrior. This conflicted experience perfectly prepares the incarnated Soul to know at a deep level they are never alone and are always connected to All That Is. Otherwise, a Soul is trapped in an unrealized expression. Our job is to be a lively expression of our authentic Selves to contribute to this Great Awakening, both within and in the stream of inspiration for others.

Hold onto your hats for an onslaught of realizations coming to the outer world. The dam has been broken as the false barriers can no longer be sustained in the higher frequencies of light now resident on the planet. Be the calm that others can find theirs as they traverse the flood of new information. You were a forerunner so that you could hold the light at this time, for nothing really surprises you anymore. Hold the line. Be there for others who ask for insight but being an evangelist during a crisis is never welcome and usually contributes to further shut down. Stay strong, stay open and stay kind with those who are trying to understand. You are being asked to be the calm in the storm all the while trusting the storm as necessary, helpful and hopeful. No one knows the outcome for it is being created by the new consciousness and you are an important part of that stream of creation. The primary covenants are divinely guided and are founded on love, peace, equality, truth, and abundance for all. It is up to the collective consciousness to build upon that and create a new world inspired by these divine, heart-centered principles.

Know that you are contributing to the creation of the new Earth as you continually calibrate your thoughts, intentions, words and actions to these indelible truths.

You are so much more than you know. It is so easy to perceive and feel that you are small and weak and insignificant, but this is just not true. When you realize that your skin is not your outer limit but just the shell of your container, you can conceive that there is actually no limit to you. You are both a receiver and a transmitter, and you have profound influence on the field. The combination of all of your faculties that resonate together to receive and then broadcast creates a tone, a frequency, that contributes to creation. You are either quietly tapping along with the music or beating on a giant drum or ringing an immense bell, what do you choose? Your consciousness about what you contribute is also an important factor, for then, simultaneously you become the composer, the musician and the conductor. Do you see that you are created in the image of the Divine that you can hear and contribute to The Great Symphony?

So, think about what all of those roles must do to and keep in tune. Hold a frequency in your own body that is responsive. A clear bell rings clear, a broken or encumbered bell rings dull. Stay connected to Divine Source for inspiration and trust that it is always there for you. Stay neutral and be open to receive. Show up with your talents to transcribe and perform the music. Practice and play often to keep yourself in the groove. Maintain your love of music and curiosity to learn more. Avoid being tangled in theory and imperfections. Keep doing it for love. Stay happy and positive as much as possible, while also understanding that your own emotional complexities help you know the depths of those important base tones too. Naturally step up as a leader as inspired. If you can hear all of the varying tones and complexities of the music and each player’s role in it, then you are perfectly ready to be in the conductor role, all the while remaining humble. Your childlike sense of play, deep love for self and others, and wise perspective will bode well in leading the group. Keep your ego in check and allow your True Spirit to lead. Always remember, with unwavering conscious devotion, your original purpose of receiving and transmitting the music of the spheres. Keep showing up. Your participation and your contribution makes a difference. The song of your heart matters. You are a valuable member of the band!

There is much interfering noise trying to distract you from all of this. The first step is to make sure your bell can ring clear; this is your greatest responsibility. Ensure that your mind is not running off with you and making you crazy with fear. You are in charge! Stop the ruminations and redirect them to work for you and to creating what you do want. If you are the victim of your mind’s ramblings, it is critical for you to change this entrapment. The outer world does all it can to influence your mind for its own purposes, so do not allow anyone or anything to have control over your precious mind. Once your mental sovereignty is secured, you are safely in the influence of your Higher Mind and aligned with the direction of your Sacred Heart that does not lead you astray. Live from your heart and expect your mind to follow your intentions as established there. Line up with love. Line up with peace. Line up with all that you desire for yourself and the world. One for All, All for One. Maintaining your sovereignty over the external noise means it does not have power over you. No longer your primary influence, you are free. Now you can hear the promptings of your own Soul. Now when you pick up your instrument, you are playing in alignment with the real music, the real healing and uplifting tones of the universe. So shut out the noise and listen. Nature is already attuned, so any time spent listening to that melodious symphony will recalibrate you. Choose the real sound, not the false ones meant to suppress your True Self. When you are in your True Power, nothing can have power over you, and then you are humbly connected to Divine Power without interference.

So, as of this moment, choose to hear only the pure, true tones of your Divine Self. Intend that all false sounds cease and your authentic harmony with the Great Divine Tones continue. There will be no limit to the miracles of creation that will resound from you.

Your nervous system is charged up with frequencies to help your body transform into its higher state. The ear-ringing, body tension, sore muscles, different sleep patterns, emotional swings, brain fog, appetite fluctuations – all of it is a result – so it is important to be especially gentle with yourself now. Mentor yourself through everything now by ensuring that you are in communion with your higher self, listening to and trusting your inner voice, instincts, intuition and promptings. You are your own best guide through it all. Defaulting to external guidance just keeps you in a spin. There is lots of dross out there, so choose your external inspirations wisely. If it uplifts you, allow it to, and if it doesn’t, discard it right away. There is tremendous sorting going on right now and it is essential that you learn to repel lower frequency things immediately so that you build up your natural shielding. This is the time to bring out your inner warrior; the one who has been trained out of you to comply and accept and avoid and not to upset the status quo. Well, the status quo has become so tainted and controlled that it is time to be a systems buster. Not by resistance, but by not allowing the old corrupt system to infiltrate anymore and to turn, in strength, to emanate what it is you do want and create from there.

On one hand, you are integrating intense new energies coming in to support the revitalization of your true self, and on the other, you are standing strong to deal with the acknowledgement and sorting of that which no longer supports the new world you are creating. Bring out your warrior spirit to handle it all. The most important thing to do it to know, in every aspect of your being, that you are powerful. You are wise. You are receptive with fine acuity to your inside and outside world. You know, in your heart, what serves you and others. You do not allow your mind to run off with you, as it is not fueled by fear, it is committed to service for love. It is locked in now. Your heart guides you. You are strong, so you are able to identify and accept the truth immediately because your attention is required in service to it. Assess the situation and act accordingly to your heart’s truth. Rest well, trusting your heart will inform you of required action in the perfect timing. Be like a cat – able to chill without being on red alert, and yet attuned to your environment and able to react with grace and agility in lightning speed. Yes, be like a cat. Connected half and half with the physical and etheric world, wise and confident, sensitive and strong, ready for anything, anytime and yet able to completely relax in the warm sunshine. You are all of this and more.

Much is churning in the outer world. With conviction and courage, and the determination to know the truth – and your truth – intend that you are most responsible for dealing with your own experience with integrity and strength. If each one did this for themselves, it makes the greatest contribution to The One. At our core, the beings of light are all here for the same purpose, to resolve the imbalances that have occurred by eradicating the world of the distorted darkness so that all can live free. It is time in this evolutionary story, for the consciousness of light to expand and take back charge of this Earthly realm. This is your ultimate purpose, to contribute to and experience this transformation. Feel deep inside of yourself how you know that you are a part of this next step in our evolution. Your heart has always known this. Your head will tell you there is nothing you can do, but do not listen. What you emanate in every aspect of your being in every moment, contributes to the whole. You are love. You are powerful. You are God consciousness in action. You care about it all. You know, deep in your heart, that you are part of the stream of life and that stream is coming alive and imbued with greater light in every moment! You ARE the stream of light that is creating the new world.

Use the power of your consciousness to create. Envision the world as it could be in its highest expression. Envision everyone coming together and living their lives based on love. Imagine how the world supports the magic of children and of new creations and of systems that are created by each one of us together, the brilliant people who care about people. Imagine heart-centred communities and interactions in harmony with the natural world. Imagine a clean world where we all live and travel freely without restriction. Imagine rules based on morality and freedom. Out picture a realm that honours all others as expressions of the same Source light. It is all possible as we make it so. Our hearts all desire the same thing, it is time to unite in common purpose. All we each need is to be and do, in each moment, what it is we desire to create. Each emanation creates the whole. We’ve got this!

Remember, too, to be guided by the purity of the universal laws of cause and effect, attraction, correspondence, rhythm, oneness, polarity, etc., for they govern our realm. Continue to intend that you are strong, resilient and responsive. You are a warrior for the light and the reestablishment of the rightfully powerful human love beings on Mother Earth. Estimate only your true power and contribution to this, after all, it is why your Soul chose to be here at this transformative time. You know, to shine in your greatest feline glory!

We Have the Power

We Have the Power

As we continue on our path of ascension, it's important to remember that we are in control of the process to a certain degree and can use our heightened awareness to affect the process. With the gift of free will and by directing our personal will, we can choose the direction our lives take. We have so much more power than we realize!

When we take the time to understand this moment in time and what is at stake, we can then choose to fully step into our power and do what we need to do for our highest good. But it is our Soul that will lovingly and gently guide us through the process. Our challenge is to be able to align with our Soul and understand the language it uses to communicate with us, and then to have the wisdom to act upon that guidance.

Right now, for us to continue on the ascension timeline we will need to diligently clear from our system all toxic emotions we still hold in our four-body system. These trapped emotions lower our frequency and prohibit us from making the shift. We have to do the work in order to first help ourselves, that we may be of service to others.

Ultimately, we have the power within us to do what is needed to make this shift of the ages...we just have to decide to do so! There is such power in The Great Awakening and by joining together in unity we are creating the magnificent world we all desire!

Everyone has their own Council of Light Within, it is just that they don’t choose to connect. Their own guidance and wisdom and insights are just a breath of light away. But it is a busy, crazy world out there, so it ends up infiltrating within. This doesn’t have to happen, but we have not cultivated lives that encourage internal focus, internal landscape, internal power, internal vitality…and so we keep running and chasing and end up in a constant state of fight or flight. And so, our nervous systems become the loudest internal communication, which is a state of emergency red alert. In this condition, we can’t handle another stimuli of any kind, and we are easily manipulated by outside forces of any kind. This has been the state of the modern world spinning ever more into chaos. There is one powerful way to stop it all, and that is focusing on our magnificent, powerful, resource rich, wise, peaceful world inside. There is no other way to turn the whole thing inside out. So, in the midst of the storm, close your eyes. Breathe. Settle your heart rate. Deepen into the great well of peace within. It is from this place that we change the world, one breath at a time. One choice at a time. Once frequency shift at a time.

Nothing can be solved by your mind. It processes information, but it is not the resolver. This is the capacity of the heart. So, take your concerns to your heart. It can handle everything. And by this we mean the resonate heart that encompasses the body’s physical heart. If your physical heart is burdened by trauma or outside pressure or red alert, it is difficult to get past the physical pain to access the wisdom of the sacred heart. It is your responsibility to keep your physical heart clear so that you can follow the guidance of your wise, spiritual heart. Ask for team’s help to clear what keeps you burdened. Intend that you are freeing yourself from anything keeping you down. Call on the angels to make the lessons clear so that you can release, through forgiveness (of self and others) all heart pain. It is time to untether yourself and be free to rise to a new, more radiant, expanded way of being. It is time to be more of the real, original you. Life has taught you well, now it is time to encompass all of your learning and elevate to the next level. It is your graduation point. Allow yourself to feel the truth of this and stand in your power. Take charge of your life and your experience. It all begins within.

When you get in touch your natural GPS, everything changes. You are no longer driven by external stimuli; you understand from a new perspective and are inspired to focus, and then act, in a new way. You begin to chart a new course; a new trajectory unfolds. Everything that no longer aligns with your new expression naturally recedes and as if from the ethers, new perspectives arise. It is like moving through clouded water and suddenly the water clears, and a spectacular reef appears. It was always there, but now you have moved to it and can perceive it with new eyes and new senses. This is the way dimensional shifts happen and you are the pilot making your way from muddy to clear waters!

What we speak of sounds so simple, yet it is the greatest leap one can make in their journey from victim to victor. From mass consciousness to individuation. As long as we are driven by the external world, we are enslaved. Once we realize we have the power within to navigate ourselves free, everything changes. And then we realize that we are the creators of our new experience, not just for ourselves but for everyone and everything, then the whole world changes.

Oh, how the world needs your light now! It is so vital that you show up inside of yourself every moment of every day. You have trained well for these times. As the tumult continues to rise, your counteraction of peace is always the best antidote. Stay calm, stay grounded, stay clear and remember all that you already know: there is a greater plan and it is working out!

You have been through many storms so that you are well-tempered for more to come in a way that ensures your ability to stabilize and thrive in times of change. And you know in your heart that this change is so critical, vital, essential for the positive evolution of your planet and all who inhabit her. You came here at this time to be an Earth Angel with great purpose: to hold the light of the world that it may release all that has held Her back from Her true magnificence. We have learned much on this journey, this wild journey of experience, that it is time now to choose, by greater wisdom, authority and creation, what serves the highest good for all. We can no longer be held back by ignorance or lack of foresight. We are powerful creators, and it is time to exercise our full capabilities!

The complexity of the gameboard is mind-blowing…but nothing is so for the vast chambers of the heart, which is the true leader of the new world. Nothing could prepare our minds to understand the vast intricacies of what has transpired to bring us to this point, but our hearts know the truth and what to do in each moment. That is all that really matters and that is all we need to know to navigate the storm. Keep checking into your pure heart. Keep asking what it would have you do. Do not allow an ounce of fear or mental churning to influence your navigation. The mind is only the processor of what the heart discerns. Make sure, in each moment, that you do not have your current reversed. You have worked long and hard to rewire to your true capacity, so don’t allow any defaulting to the old, confused way of navigating. That has been a primary method by which the enslavement took place, to invert the electrical pathways through the use of fear and manipulation. The way in which we maintain our immunity is by not allowing fear to embody. It is no longer welcome. We recognize it and block the charge. Love overrides all lower frequencies, and so now fueled by love, we navigate quite differently. Like the Master who is able to be among it all and not be harmed. It is time!

Unity is of great importance and power right now. Come together. Picture yourself in a large web of connection with those of like frequency. Power in numbers. Gathering of the tribe. Being part of a huge wave of love that engulfs the planet and reaches each heart. The gathering of the love tribe of many colors is the antidote to everything. Come together, recognizing each has a piece of the whole and a valuable contribution to make to cocreation of the true way of being. Everything that your heart has ever desired is possible to experience now, especially when the whole recognizes the universal nature of the heart. We all want freedom, we all want abundance, we all want peace, connection, magic, wellness, cooperation, harmony, family, meaning, belonging, love. We all want the same things and we will all join together to create a world, fueled by our commonalities that honors our uniqueness. The desires of our hearts will be met!

Nothing is clear externally while the storm is raging…so allow the winds to whip and the waters to muddy…all the while remaining calm and clear inside, no matter what. Trust that you will know, by the wisdom of your heart, what to do in each moment. Keep grounded and connected to your heart. Then, as the calm comes and the air clears, you will see greater truth revealed. The truth will set us free, so trust the process. Trust that you are well, no matter what appears outside. You’ve got this – inside!

Know that you are not alone and coming together with who and what you love is essential in staying in touch with the truth of your heart. It will guide you every step of the way.

It is always a delight to communicate to you in this way. You are transforming so much inside it is always important to keep connected to your highest wisdom and that is always within. The outside world continues to spin off that which no longer resonates with the higher frequencies of light that are being bombarded upon your planet. Do not get injured by the immense debris field!

Stay in the quiet eye of the storm, always in the middle, always in the calm. From this perspective you can see that which is effluvia and that which remains as truth. Intend always to be in the light of truth and so it shall be. It takes all of your strength and all of your attuned faculties to NOT attach to the debris. Observe and don’t absorb. This is a constant calibration and a constant intent to focus on the present now moment and not in mental calculating and future deciphering. Stop. Rest. Go within. Breathe. Connect. Let the crap fly by. An awake master can observe with neutrality and remain unharmed by what is being witnessed. Witness with natural observation, and this high state is attained through compassion. If you are all things and have been all things and know all things and are connected to all things, then the highest way to witness this mass clearing is from a place of compassionate neutrality, trusting that you came here to help in this way at this time. You are part of the solution and not the lower density that is being released. Any other reaction than this place of compassionate detachment is not in support of the higher plan. See as God sees. Know as God knows.

You are well supported during these tumultuous times. You are not alone, nor ever could you be. Your strength comes from your divine connection within and also your deep knowing that you are not alone. And it is vital that you feel the power of unifying with others of like intent. There are many awakened souls joining you on this incredible journey and being together will help keep your fires lit and remind you that the unification of purpose is the way of the higher dimensions. We are originally One with Source and we split off to experience remembrance and creation that we can once again return to Source as One. So, unification is the way. Even if you feel you are desperately alone in your daily experience…keep seeking the omniscient presence within, all the while seeking the solace of others who are doing the same. Humans need to be in community, it is an important part of the Earthly experience. Find it wherever you can in media, books, groups, classes, neighbours…you will be surprised how close they are and how easy it is to connect when you set your intention. Do what you love, and love will show up. Know, feel and trust that you are not alone. Get strong in this, for as others awaken more suddenly, you will be there in strong community to attract them, help them, catch them, support them. This is an important part of your role as an awakened One, and where your service to the New Earth continues.

If you are wondering what your purpose is, it is to embody the attributes of the master: remain calm, go within, stay in the centre, avoid debris, observe don’t absorb, be in the present, rest, breathe, connect, recalibrate constantly, stay in compassionate detachment, connect with others, be in service, and most of all – emanate the love that you already are.

Being all of this will be your greatest accomplishment. What will come of it will be magnificent!

And remember – you are not alone.

The outside world is a chaotic cauldron of miscreation. It is vitally important for you to remember at all times, that you are not that! It is easy to perceive that we are involuntarily polluted by this burning off, this release of effluvia. You are not that, so do not allow the baby to be thrown out with the bath water! In each moment that you hold the chaos inside of you or mistakenly believe you are not separate from it, your internal world is polluted, but this is not necessary. It is so important to realize that you are the antidote to it. You have the power to command peace, to command natural order, to hold a space of balance in the midst of it. The more that you can do this, the more the storm will be calmed. You are the solution.

So “how do I do this?”, you ask? The answers are the basic tenants of the spiritual aspirant:

First, take command of your breath, all the while knowing that this breath of life is the body’s experience of the interconnectedness of all things, of the fuel for human existence, of the preciousness and the illusiveness of life. Without the breath, you are not embodied on Earth. Cherish it and nourish your body with it consciously.

Feel the magic of your body and its miraculous perfection; how it naturally thrives and serves as the most complex and untapped organic technology we know of on Earth. Tapping into the miracle of your own body draws the miracle of all life into your consciousness. When you are aware of your own extraordinary nature, all nature – no matter its form – can be revered. It lives in you.

Learn to witness the mind and separate the identity of yourself and your mind. You are not your thoughts…you are so much more. Expanded consciousness does not allow the squeakings of the machine to dictate its course. When you feel the disassociation of the mind from your being, you witness your experience from an objective stance that shifts your perspective to one without boundaries. This is a profound peek into the Divine Mind…and the more you experience it, the more you realize that you embody it! There is no separation.

When these things come alive inside of you consciously, you begin to realize your power. The power to take dominion over your own existence, your own body, your own mind, your own perception, your own energy, and then the real fun begins. A deep strength abides in you, for you know that you are here for just that purpose: embodiment. You are here to bring your light to the world however you are inspired to do so. You bring alive all of your physical senses and especially, your extra-sensory abilities, all completely natural and built-in to your sophisticated biocomputer. And you realize it is just the beginning of the utilization of your true abilities which can be used to help others and serve the evolution of our realm and beyond.

You also realize that you are never alone, nor could you be. You are deeply interconnected with all things and you have a tremendous sea of support and communion around you…all accessed by your consciousness. While the external attachments may draw way, what fills them is an association with much more expanded, more interdimensional associations that have no limitation. You also begin to realize that you hold within all that you ever sought outside of you. You are what you were always looking for “out there”.

A strength builds. A clarity arrives. The connection deepens. Peace permeates. Your heart leads. Magic unfolds. Synchronicities are natural. Miracles abound. The old dissolves and the new flows in. Learning is constant. Things lighten up. Love abides. Truth reigns. Your mind gets blown. Your internal eye can see farther. You disidentify with the body but become more present in it. Paradoxes abound. Dualities make sense. Black and white merge. You hear beyond sound. You sense what is real. You know you are not separate from any of it. You feel to create. You know what to do because you are connected to Divine Mind. You effortlessly act on what you know to be right and true and good. You have boundless energy because you always know that you are connected to Eternal Source. You receive continual positive, expansive upgrades to your operating system. You care about everything and yet are detached. You trust in the unknown. You are already in paradise…you contributed to creating it by becoming it. This is how you are the solution to creating the new world. One breath at a time.

Does any of this make sense? Yes and no. But we do promise that all questions contain the answer.

Seek and you will find. Knock and the door with open. Ask and you shall receive.
