Matthew Ward: What are commonly known as ‘global warming’ and ‘El Nino’ are part of Earth’s natural processes to return to her original moderate climate everywhere. While she is achieving this, glaciers will melt, the vast deserts will become arable, rain forests will flourish, and variations in temperatures will markedly decrease-ultimately, every place in your world will be comfortably habitable.

People now living in the coldest or the hottest climes will adapt, but it is unavoidable that the few animal species in the polar regions will disappear and some that live on the fringes will survive by migrating; the affected species instinctively will know not to reproduce or when to move. (1)

When will the negativity enveloping Earth be eliminated?

Matthew: She won’t [become violence-free] next week or next month, but aided by light forces within, on, and beyond Earth, she is moving toward that space at a speed that is unique in this universe and all along the way, violence will lessen and so will storms, quakes and volcanic activity.  …

‘New’ negativity caused by ongoing violence is being released through a series of earthquakes in areas where there is little, if any, loss of life or land destruction, and the same with volcanic eruptions. More is being dispersed via torrential rainstorms in some areas and wildfires in others—water and fire are Nature’s cleansing elements. (2)

Grace in Matthew: We’re all set for the time when Earth has dumped all the negativity and we can act on her choice for a moderate climate everywhere. It won’t take as long as you might think to turn deserts into vegetable gardens! (3)

I’ve heard of “suppressed technologies.” What can you tell us about them?

Matthew: The ever-intensifying light is … exposing the self-serving interests that have long-suppressed your developments in free energy sources and other technologies.

Soon those will ‘come to light’ and along with your space family’s advanced technologies, they will be used to cleanse and purify soil, water and air; and transform your methods of transportation, medical care, food production, construction, manufacturing and communication. (4)

What can you say, by way of summary, about our future?

Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self: Your weather is giving cause for concern but be assured that the outcome will be more settled and acceptable. Mother Earth is wiser than you may think and quite able to manage the changes required to give you a more moderate weather pattern without the extremes you are experiencing now.

It will take time and inconvenience many but it has to be carried out. In the end you will be pleased and well satisfied. It takes time to come out of the dark period and leave behind that which has no place in your future. There is so much being done to resettle you into a more acceptable life pattern and it will come in due course. (5)

What’s already being done for the environment?

SaLuSa: We … continue with our program to minimise the effects of pollution both on and off Earth. This is something we have been involved in ever since the first experiments with nuclear devices. A considerable amount of our time has been cleansing your atmosphere of radioactive fallouts, and in more recent times the chemtrails. …

We have always kept watch on Mother Earth and her human population, and where allowed have often limited the effects of earthquakes. As you should know by now we only go as far as the higher councils authorise us, and we would not do anything that could be seen as interference. You have created your reality and it is not our place to prevent you experiencing the consequences. (1)

Atmos: Problems such as the pollution in your seas, in your soil and air can be largely left to us, as they present no problem. (2)

[But] remember, Dear Ones, that you are party to the cleansing of Earth, and it is your responsibility to do all you can to reverse the damage that has occurred over many years. (3)

Matthew: Even if every person on the planet did know what is transpiring [i.e., movement to a temperate climate worldwide], it would not negate the collective responsibility to stop desecrating Earth and repair the extensive damage that has been done to her. Other civilizations are eager to assist in this gargantuan task, but it is your planet home and you must take the lead. (4)

What should we be mindful of as these changes take place?

SaLuSa: Be in mind of the changes and be prepared, but do not allow any sense of foreboding to fill your mind. Although there will be some that affect your day-to-day lives, remember that these will only be of a temporary nature.

They are a means to an end inasmuch as to cleanse Mother Earth requires wide-scale changes that will cause upheaval depending upon which area you live in.

The changes have already started, and we are carrying out damage limitation exercises. Once we can openly work with you, preparations can be made in advance that will protect people from the outcome. Better still, we can quickly arrange for you to be transferred to another safe place. (5)

Matthew: Naturally Earth changes will impinge themselves upon you depending on where you live. Be assured however, we are fully aware of the likely results and are always present to lessen damage to life and limb.

However, Mother Earth like you has a cleansing to carry out, and it is inevitable that some of you will get caught up in it. You will be found where it is intended that you be for the end-times, and you will have known this before you incarnated. (6)

The record high and low temperatures, droughts and flooding that are part of Earth’s transition to her original moderate climate globally will present hardships for a while longer.

Gradually some sea level coastlines will become submerged; this need not present anxiety as there will be protective and compensatory measures for any inhabitants of those areas. (7)

SaLuSa: Naturally there are dangers simply by being on Earth, but understand that you are protected and guided so that you will rise above them. Only karmic reasons would result in you being pulled off course, and if it happens know that it is part of your life contract that you have already agreed upon. (8)

What’s really happening to the global climate?

SaLuSa: Your beautiful Earth is preparing to cleanse away the pollution and rubbish that Man has left as a legacy of his time upon it. It must come as the Solar System moves into the higher vibrations as part of the Ascension of the Universe. (1)

Matthew Ward: Climate change is of serious concern, so, for newcomers to our messages, we are happy to say again that this is Earth’s transition to a moderate climate globally.

Record-breaking temperatures, increased solar flares, melting glaciers and polar regions, low islands slowly being submerged and strange new juxtapositions of planetary bodies are aspects of Earth’s ascension process and the return to her original health and pristine beauty. (2)

Matthew: You who are familiar with these messages know that Earth’s restoration to her original Eden self includes the polar and tropical temperature extremes giving way to what ultimately will be a moderate climate worldwide.

 This actuality also is unknown to your scientists, and to most of the rest of the populace too. (3)

SaLuSa: Global warming is currently very much the topic of the day, and it is well that you try to understand how you can reduce the damage you are causing. However, what is not fully taken into consideration is that your Sun is changing, and is by far the main reason that the changes are taking place. In time they will settle down and you will have more temperate conditions throughout the world. The extremes of weather as you have always experienced, will no longer occur and life will become more pleasant and totally bearable. (4)

SaLuSa: Your weather worldwide is changing and it is Mother Earth and your Sun adjusting to the new incoming energies. The outcome will eventually be a more temperate climate without the extremes that you are used to experiencing. This not only affects you but also all life forms that may disappear or move to new location where it is right for them. The fauna will also be affected and again the changes will encourage growth for some varieties, whilst others may no longer flourish as previously.

The outcome of all the changes is to uplift all life upon your planet, and that which is of the lower vibrations will disappear completely. Anything less cannot advance unless it too is of the higher vibrations. What is happening on the Earth is occurring throughout the solar system, but on planets that were already working on a slightly higher dimension, the changes are less extensive. (5)

What’s the extent of the problem with Earth?

SaLuSa The extent of the problem [with Earth] is far greater than you realise, and, with the rapid decline that is taking place, your Earth would have become totally poisoned. We mention these matters because it is important that you are aware of how urgent it is that we join you and immediately tackle such massive worldwide problems. (6)

Atmos: The negative energy that is around you and also runs deep within the earth must be removed to enable an increase in its vibration. (7)

A report published this month by globalist dark money groups calls on the US to shut down the military for the climate.

“Not Just Less Pollution — Less Military,” reads a policy recommendation in the report published by the Climate and Community Project (CCP) and Common Wealth, two think tanks funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. “Scaling back military operations and hardware acquisition is essential to emissions mitigation.” The groups also urge the military to start closing bases, which are “unnecessary in a foreign policy agenda that prioritises peace and cooperation.”

“There must be a reduction in the US and UK military’s sprawling infrastructural footprint. Base closure processes should include environmental assessments and financing for environmental remediation.”

But before it closes, the US military should pay $106 billion in “climate reparations,” adds the report, with the British military contributing $5 billion. According to climate calculations shown in the report, both countries should “introduce a specific military-focused climate reparations approach alongside other leading military powers.”

This $111 billion should be placed in a “global superfund” that will be used to help countries affected by “climate change.”

On its website, the Climate and Community Project (CCP) notes it is sponsored by the Tides Center, an organization that funnels dark money given to its sister entity, the Tides Foundation. According to Influence Watch, the Tides Center functions as an incubator for other Left-wing nonprofits such as Black Lives Matter, helping to fundraise, find office space, complete payroll, apply for grants, and other tasks.

The Tides Center in turn is sponsored by a long list of donors which include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the David Rockefeller Fund, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Rockefeller Foundation, Google founder Sergey Brin’s Sergey Brin Family Foundation, and many others.

Shutting down the US military is only the latest policy recommendation from the CCP. Earlier this year the organization joined with University of California, Davis to publish a report advocating for a reduction in private car ownership.

The report explains that, because electric vehicles (EVs) are built with lithium batteries, the current push to convert cars into EVs by globalists like Joe Biden — who has mandated that EVs constitute 50% of US cars by 2030 — will lead to a lithium shortage. When that happens, lithium will need to be mined, which will harm the environment.

By 2050, the report projects, the EV market will require triple the lithium currently used and will thus require significant mining.

Therefore, since the “solution” to “climate change” will, in fact, cause more climate change, the authors suggest reducing car ownership, which it euphemistically refers to as “car dependency.”

A reduction in car ownership will also “ensure transit equity” and “respect indigenous rights.”

This report finds that the United States can achieve zero-emissions transportation while limiting the amount of lithium mining necessary by reducing the car dependence of the transportation system, decreasing the size of EV batteries, and maximizing lithium recycling.

Reordering the US transportation system through policy and spending shifts to prioritize public and active transit while reducing car dependency can also ensure transit equity, protect ecosystems, respect Indigenous rights, and meet the demands of global justice.

The report’s authors then explain why car use in general is hazardous.

Car use poses massive economic externalities. Traffic violence is a leading cause of death for US residents until the age of 45, and it is the leading cause of years of potential life lost. Noise pollution has a surprising array of negative social consequences, causing increased levels of violent crime and a startlingly high proportion of neurodegenerative conditions.

These factors, combined with the massive proportion of land area given to cars, make large swaths of the United States dangerous and unhealthy for people outside of them.

What happened time and time again in California (as, no doubt, in Canada last week) certainly did not result from lightning, or excessive heat, or free-lance arson, but some kind of military program that incinerated houses, but left trees standing; that burned “water-loving” trees from the inside, leaving their needles and leaves intact; that burned hot enough to melt glass (which natural firestorms cannot do); that burned rubber tires with metal rims, but not plastics; and that were followed by the quiet replacement of underground metal pipes with others made of plastic or concrete, and by the impoundment of certain plastic items from the rubble of incinerated homes.

Was it energy-directed weapons (DEWs) that did this? We don’t know what was used to do it, but we can reasonably speculate as to why it was done: as usual, to stoke mass fear (of “climate change”); to kill the soil, in furtherance of food shortages; to thwart the self-sufficiency of those living in the stricken areas; and, relatedly, to drive America’s rural population into the “smart cities” planned by the WEF, UN, Bill Gates et al.

Despite the existence of an extensive literature on weather modification techniques for military purposes, the subject is considered taboo. “The U.S. military states in its documents that it can influence the weather, and both the UN and the EU were concerned about this issue,” explains Canadian emeritus professor Michel Chossudovsky in an interview with De Andere Krant.

“Weather modification techniques should at least be part of the discussion on climate change.” The 1977 UN ‘ENMOD’ convention, on the prohibition of applying weather modification techniques for military purposes, provides a starting point for this.

Michel Chossudovsky, Professor of Economics (emeritus) at the University of Ottawa, is the author of thirteen books, including “The Globalization of Poverty and The New World Order,” “Towards a World War III Scenario: The Dangers of Nuclear War,” and “The Globalization of War, America’s Long War against Humanity. He is the founder of the Center for Research on Globalization, and editor-in-chief of the highly informative site www.globalresearch.ca. Over the years, he has published several articles that demonstrate, using documents from the US government, EU and UN, that the application of weather modification techniques is not an urban legend.

Elze van Hamelen (Der Andere Krant): In several articles you point out the literature on ‘ENMOD’ – Environmental Modification Techniques for military purposes. Can you give an example?

Michel Chossudovsky: One of the most important documents is titled Weather as a Force Multiplier. Owning the Weather in 2025. The document is significant because the U.S. Air Force here recognizes that owning the weather as a weapon is a military strategy.

Owning the Weather was written in 1996, and they state very clearly, I’ll give a literal quote:

“Modification of the weather will most likely become part of national security policy, with national as well as international applications. Our government will pursue this policy at various levels, including unilateral action, participation in the framework of NATO, within the membership of the UN or through participation in another coalition. It can have offensive and defensive applications, as well as being used as a deterrent”.

Weather modification gives the possibility of generating precipitation, or fog or influencing ‘space weather’ (electromagnetic disturbances, ed.).

The paper distinguishes between suppression or intensification of existing weather patterns, and in extreme cases, the creation of totally new patterns, control of storms and even climate change.

Climate scientists make a distinction between weather patterns and the climate, and that changes in the latter are long-term processes. But the moment you start intervening directly in weather processes, of course that also has an effect on climate. They talk about a set of technologies that can create artificial weather. What’s important is that they indicate that the advantage of influencing the weather is that they can intervene in a hostile country without the enemy realizing it….
