The Universe is not doing this to purposely keep you off balance. It is sending exactly what you can handle in any given moment. Once you realize this very simple truth, things will become easier and gentler. Remembering is the key.

Just about the time you feel like giving up; that is the time to keep going.

Just about the time you want to stop completely; that is the time to keep moving.

Just about the time you wish to sleep; that is the time to stay awake.

The Universe knows these recent changes have been very trying for some of you and it is truly amazed and in awe of the tenacity you show every moment of your day! Changing can be challenging… remaining static even more so. My beautiful child, you have always the freedom to choose a better tomorrow. Use it!

Dearest child, it is perfectly acceptable to be unsettled by the recent changes and goings-on in your world. It may even trigger very old feelings you may have forgotten. 

Rather than ignoring them or telling yourself it is no big deal, allow any feelings you may be having to come to the surface to be cleared. Sometimes, the only was past is to move through them. 

Treat yourself gently during your clearing times and know you are supported by The Universe… always!

As you assimilate the most recent changes, be gentle with yourself and others. You are learning a new way to be in the world, and some may embrace this more quickly than others. When you encounter resistance, take a moment and breathe. 

When you are ready begin the deconstruction slowly, releasing each layer as you go. When you arrive at the root, send it off with unconditional love then set the intention of something beautiful and pure taking its place. 

The Universe has designed shifting to be be graceful, peaceful and easy… let it happen.

With the recent changes and new developments, you may feel a bit out of balance and looking to establish a new normal. One of the most important things to remember is to release the need to panic! 

Think of all the things you have been through, the challenges you have overcome. This is just a minuscule moment in time. You will come out the other side with a bit more knowledge and eventually, become one of the wise elders that say, “I remember when…”
