Take a deep breath, dear ones, the next wave is on its way. Unlike the others, there is nothing special you need to do, no effort involved and, hopefully, no rough housing.
This new arrival is about receiving; being capable of it, being comfortable with it and allowing The Universe to provide whatever you need.
Part of the reason you may have had a challenging time with it in the past is because there was always something to pay back, some expectation attached or thing you needed to do in return.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are receiving all of your requests, and we recognize that you have many reasons to make those requests of us. We also are aware of the requests you make to your guides and your higher selves, to Source, and to anyone else who will listen, because we are so tapped in to the human collective consciousness at this point. We know that help is always on the way, and we also know that some of you are aware of the help that is on the way. Some of you also feel as though you are missing out on the help that is coming to you because of your asking and just because all of us in the higher realms like to help.
We want to reassure you that we will always find a way. Your guides, your higher selves, your oversouls, and all the other beings who are responsible for the successful completion of this journey on planet Earth are also orchestrating events and circumstances in your lives so that one way or another you will receive the help that you have asked for, and even the help that you haven’t asked for yet. You see, you could not be more supported, and when you acknowledge that you have that support, it becomes easier for your support staff to do what they can and will do to help.
This is why practices of gratitude and appreciation are so important. It is because in the thanking of those you have to thank, you are in acknowledgement of all the helpers and all the help you have. That acknowledgement relaxes you and opens up to receive. You may think, in very human terms, that if you are thankful then the benevolent beings will appreciate your thankfulness so much that they will give you more, but that’s not how it works here. That’s how it works there. All you have to do is surrender control and know that you don’t have to do it all, and you automatically begin receiving more help for whatever it is you are struggling with in your life experience.
When well-meaning teachers and beings tell you to let go, they are not just telling you to let go of your attachments and to let go of your judgments, but rather they are also telling you to let go of this idea that you have to do it all yourselves and control everything. You are there for the ride, for the journey, and when you let go and surrender, you can sit back and enjoy the scenery a bit more. Recognize that often problems solve themselves and people show up out of the woodwork to be your hero, to be your angel in the flesh, and there wasn’t anything you could have possibly done to conjure that person up in your imagination, because you did not even know it was possible and did not even know they existed. But sometimes helpers will take physical form, because they will get that prompting to reach out to you or to offer their helping hand in your time of need.
So you see, you don’t have to do it all yourselves, and you don’t have to figure it all out either, but when you do acknowledge that you have asked, that help is on the way, and that you have so many helpers around you, then you can receive, and you can receive so much more than you could possibly imagine. We will all continue to play our roles for all of you, and when you recognize that it is your role to experience and then receive help, you will begin to live a life of joy, freedom, and creativity.

Right now, we’re all here in this dimension, influencing and receiving each-other’s radiance. Some of us have become aware of a larger reality that expands into infinity. Being aware of what it is, we can realize our own presence of awareness beyond spacetime. We are non-localized and infinite in our essence. We are everyone and everything, and at the same time nothing and nowhere. In our essence, we are beyond physicality and dimensions, and we are also embodied as our human persons. Our reality is beyond words and thoughts, but it exists in our realization. Through our intuition, we can gain expanded realization about everything.
As we practice releasing our resistance to life-enhancement, we begin to travel the path to Self-Realization of our true essence. Along the way, we can recognize our self-imposed biases about life. When we accept them, we can resolve them by realizing that we created them without the higher guidance that we have become aware of. When we open ourselves to our deepest, heart-felt, energetic vibratory patterns, there are worlds beyond worlds that we can be aware of. This we do, by giving each of them our attention and recognition through our desire and intention. When we are in love, we can receive our experiences in gratitude and joy, regardless of any energies outside of ourselves. This is our natural state of Being in unending majesty and greatness of living.
As we open ourselves to realizing our true presence of awareness, we can choose to be in alignment with the life-enhancing vibratory patterns of our heart-consciousness. Instead of paying attention to circumstances that we feel as life-diminishing, we can focus on the nature of the challenge with the fear that arises in us. When we change the fear to gratitude in our circumstances, we conquer the fear by changing our polarity from negative to positive. Our frequency becomes elevated and our life conditions change according to our energetic signature.
To many of us, the belief that at some point we all fall into permanent unconsciousness along with the demise of the body engenders imaginary fear of the unknown. Actually, unconsciousness does not exist. The conscious mind can go to sleep, but the subconscious is always awake and aligned with the vibratory patterns that we predominantly pay attention to. Even in outer space there is consciousness. Astro physicists have discovered that what we thought was empty, unconscious space is a plasma of electromagnetic energy patterns, just like the space in the atoms of our bodies.
There is much that our conscious minds cannot know, including our own eternal and infinite essence. The conscious mind is an energetic expression that we create to experience the intensity of the empirical world. As part of our presence of awareness, it operates without the higher guidance of our deepest knowing, but it can be trained to live in gratitude and joy, while being aware of the light in everyone and every experience.
Explore these thoughts on receiving spiritual care from someone of a different faith — and giving it.
We live in a multireligious, multicultural society. This is a treasure, but it often comes with challenges. When hardship and crisis strike we are rightly grateful for the kind souls who rush in to care for us—especially those who offer spiritual and emotional care, such as hospital and hospice chaplains, spiritual counselors, funeral directors, or even the caring person in the checkout line who reaches out when we are in a vulnerable moment. Increasingly in our culture, however, those kind people practice faith traditions that are very different from our own. How can we receive the grace they offer in the spirit that they intend? And when we are the ones helping, how can we be of greatest service to folks whose faith is different from ours?
If you are the one being cared for, it is important to remember that you and your caregiver are both human, and have the same human needs, feelings, aspirations, and struggles. No matter how different your spiritual paths might be, simple kindness and compassion are a universal meeting point.
If your caregiver is a professional, you can trust that he or she has been well prepared for ministry, and is a person of significant spiritual maturity. Most likely, there is nothing you are going through that he or she has not seen before.
Even though the metaphors and stories of religious traditions are very different, the process of spiritual growth and the spiritual practices employed by spiritual traditions are remarkably similar. A question like “What happens when you pray about that?” is valid regardless of whether the speaker (or the hearer) is Hindu, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or Native American!
Your caregiver may also surprise you with his or her knowledge of your tradition. Caregivers are often used to working with people of diverse cultures and traditions, and are often well informed about many of them. Most importantly, remember that no matter how exotic your caregiver appears to be, he or she cares about you, respects you and your spiritual path, and wants to help.
If you are a professional caregiver or just a compassionate person who has an opportunity to give comfort in a difficult moment, remember that a person in need—no matter what his or her faith tradition—has the same needs as you do. Grieving people need comfort, and frightened people need encouragement. You will not be able to use the sources of spiritual wisdom (such as liturgy or scripture) that you would with someone of your own faith, but kind words, caring presence, and reassuring touch are universal.
Remember to be humble about the truth claims of your own faith—what we don’t know is always far greater than what we do know. And while our own tradition is rightly precious to us, it is not the only way to walk a spiritual path. “Different” doesn’t mean “wrong.” We must always be diligent not to fall into the trap of privileging what is dear to us.
Please remember that trying to convert or invalidate the faith of someone who is in a vulnerable place is a betrayal of trust. For professionals, it is malpractice. Even if your personal theology emphasizes conversion, remember that as a professional caregiver, you hold a position of public trust. Do not betray it.
There is no harm in praying silently in whatever way feels natural. But when praying aloud, make sure to use neutral language, or (better yet) use the prayer forms and language favored by the tradition of the person you are caring for.
People don’t need “fixing,” they don’t need suggestions or answers. What they need most is a compassionate ear and the loving presence of another human being. Keep in mind that the Divine does the healing work in any difficult situation, not us. The most effective caregivers are those who know how to get out of the way and allow the Divine to do the work. The best way to do this is to be as aware of the Divine presence as you are of the person you are caring for.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are so very consistent in our offerings of energy to all of you, because we are offering you energies even when Daniel here isn’t channeling us. We want you to know that you can open up to our transmissions at any time, and you will receive the latest. We also want you to relax into the receiving. We advise you to let in our energetic transmissions. There is no trying involved, and struggling to feel for them will not help. But if you can relax into what is coming to you, and you can do that consistently, day after day, moment after moment, you will feel the expansion of your consciousness occurring in leaps and bounds.
Now, as we have said many times before in these transmissions, we are not the only game in town. We are not the only ones who are offering you higher-frequency energies. We are not the only helpers you have here in the higher realms, and so at times you may feel like opening up to Pleiadian energies, or the energies of your favorite ascended master or archangel. You may even feel like faerie energy is what you would like to attune to in that particular moment. It’s good for you to know that your spirit guides and higher selves are also very consistent in their offerings to you.
The transmissions just keep coming and coming, and many of you feel for them. Some of you realize that you have been feeling them after the fact. You may notice some changes in yourself or in your world, and then when you look back at the past several days or weeks, you will realize that you have been receiving energies and you have been working with them. For some of you, this is not new. You’ve been doing it for a very long time, and you know then that it is part of your journey to help others to recognize that they too have energies they can tap in to, receive and work with at any time.
A lot of people who are receiving this transmission are wondering how to do it. It’s quite simple really. You just have to relax. Let go of all of your tension, your anxiety, your thoughts, your worries, your fears, and then you naturally open up to receive those higher-frequency energies that are coming to you from above. And as we’ve said, you can point yourself in any direction you like. You can receive archangel energies one day and Sirian energies the next. The day after that, perhaps you will be more into faerie energy. Think of this as choosing what you’re going to wear today or what you’re going to eat today, and know that we are always open for business. We are always seeking to help, to heal, to guide and to support.
Most of what we offer is just love, healing, compassion, peace, and all the other high-frequency vibrations, and sometimes it is more specific. And when it is, Daniel here usually tells you about it with our help. Right now, just luxuriate in all the energies that are positive, playful, and helpful, and all around you all the time, and you will never feel alone again. You will never feel separate or abandoned again, and you will always feel full of everything you need to create the beautiful 5D Earth you are continuously moving towards.

WE ARE Archangels Amethyst and Zadkiel, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss receiving the higher energy.
Your planet is continuing to receive higher frequency energy. These bursts of incoming energy are increasing in strength. Each burst contains higher frequencies and ascension codes of Light. They are clearing the path of obstacles that have prevented a rise in consciousness and the accompanying ascension. This is leading to an unprecedented opportunity for planetary and individual ascension.
Each arrival of new energy is inviting you to ascend to higher levels and be of service for highest good.
Preparing yourself to receive this new energy can facilitate its assimilation into your current energy field.
One of the first ways to prepare is to have a desire for receiving the new energy. Then, set your intent to receive and assimilate it in a harmonious way. This prepares your cells and energetic body to know that a change will be taking place. They can be in a receiving mode rather than a resisting one. You may wish to communicate to your body how excited you are about the new energy and how it will benefit you on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels. This puts the body in a state of readiness and anticipation.
In this state of readiness, you may wish to review your spiritual path, your mission of service, and where you would like to be.
Manifestation occurs more rapidly in the new energy. A clear picture of what you want for your path will direct the energy to form the thoughts and images you project into reality. The clearer you are with your desires, the more likely the energy will arrange itself into that pattern.
This is also a good time to review how you currently see yourself and whether you wish to make any adjustments to be current with who you are in the present moment.
If there are situations or items that are no longer a good fit for your path, simply express gratitude for their service and release them with Love.
Remember that change is ongoing with the incoming energy. It is continuing to invite you to look at what you want and make adjustments as desired. What calls to you may change. Remain focused on the present moment and what you are feeling,
Another aspect of receiving the higher energy is to remain heart-centered. Some of the higher frequencies can only be accessed in a high vibrational state. This is to safeguard the use of these energies.
Being heart-centered is enhanced in many ways. You may wish to spend some quiet time at the beginning of the day and focus on your heart center. Express gratitude for your blessings, and ask that you may serve as a channel for the highest use of the new energy.
Feel Love for all Beings. Each Being originated from the same Source and carries a Spark of the Divine. This leads to a feeling of Oneness with all Beings and all of Creation. This focus on Love and Oneness invites the higher frequency energy into your Being.
To maintain this vibration, you may wish to pause during the day and repeat this process for a few moments. The more you practice this, the more automatic it will become. Being heart-centered will be your default pattern.
You will have a clear focus on Love when receiving the higher energy. Your heart-centered focus and Love will radiate out to those around you and throughout the multidimensions. You will be a force for highest good.
Beloveds, we are happy that you are receiving the higher energy through being heart-centered and using it for highest good.

Does that mean more joy and love and harmony and peace and freedom and wellbeing and purpose and fulfillment and meaning? Yes!
We have said that when it’s a really big thing that you want, you are holding yourself in an experience of a gap. It’s really big. If it’s really big, it’s not the logical, obvious, next perfect step. Your job, your opportunity is to be so aligned to your passion and what you love and what brings you joy that you experience this beautiful unfolding journey until the moment you can truly sit in the now, here as the impeccable creator that you are and let the logical, obvious, next perfect step come to you because that thing that was once really big just really isn’t anymore. It’s the obvious, logical, next perfect step on this beautiful unfolding journey to becoming everything you wish to be. Although, everything you wish to be you already are.
You are divine love here on Earth. You are divine light here on Earth. You are here to embody that which you most want for this world, which is why you are living your highest potentials, those of you that have this level of consciousness and know how to summon energy into form.
We think you would all agree that you want an extraordinary existence, an extraordinary existence. We think you would all agree that you want to experience magic and miracles every day. We think you would all agree that you want to really live at the highest levels of love and worthiness and aligned to the power within you. We think you would all agree that you want to receive. We think you would all agree that what you really want is for what you want and need to be there even before you know you need it. We think you all want to live in this experience of just it shows up and it’s a yes, it shows up and it’s a yes, it shows up and it’s a yes.
Allow yourself to receive. And some of you would say, ‘Well, I don’t know if the Universe is clearly getting the message on what it is I want and what it is I need. Yes, I want to receive, but I want to receive these very specific things that I think that I want and that I think that I need.’ And yet, we’re saying receive it all. When you resist anything, you resist everything. When you let yourself receive something, you open up to receive everything.
There is something really magical going on here within you that is moving from within you fully into the force field of consciousness around you, that is creating a reality within your experience, that is something beyond what you have ever allowed yourself to receive before. Your human mind is not going to figure it out, but your human mind can allow it, can receive it. The instant manifestation of allowing is joy.
So what’s the instant manifestation of receiving? What’s the instant manifestation of receiving? Celebration? Happiness? Fulfillment? What is it for you? When you have allowed yourself to receive something significant to you, wanted or unwanted, when you have allowed yourself to receive a surprise or a gift, when you have allowed yourself to receive guidance or support, what is it that you feel? Fulfillment? Love? Happiness? Excitement or celebration?
We think the instant manifestation of receiving, the instant manifestation of receiving is expansion. If you want to expand your wellbeing, receive. If you want to expand love, receive. If you want to expand your prosperity, receive. If you want to expand the beauty, receive. If you want to expand your passion, receive.
The instant manifestation of receiving is expansion. You’re here for expansion. You’re not here to need and want from an experience of lack and limitation and fear and separation. You’re here to receive so that you can continue to experience the very reason you are here, which is for expansion. Expansion into all that you are, expansion into all that is possible for you, expansion into new levels of creation, where you express yourself more fully and draw to you experiences that continue to bring forth new potentials and new possibilities, not only to you and your experience, but to all of humankind as you yourself live in the expansion of the potential and the possibilities.
Oh, dear master, receive, and you will expand. Receive, and you will expand. Receive, and you will expand.
You are always receiving God's love whether you tune in or not
We live in an Ocean of God's love. I was told that you can come to the Ocean of Infinite Abundance with a teaspoon, a bucket or a tanker truck, the Ocean does not care. The Ocean of God's Love is eternally available. You can take as much as you need.
This is the Divine Substance in which we live, move and have our being. We swim in this Ocean like a little fish, so much a part of Divine Love that we forget that it is all around us. And yet ~ if we only turn a small part of our attention toward this Infinite Source, our entire being is illuminated with the Light it radiates. What a gift!
I spent years feeling alone, alienated and cut off from love. I tried to fill myself with many things that did not satisfy that deep need within me. I went after all that I was brought up to believe would make me happy. I found out very early that all that the world considered to be successful proved to feel very empty to me.
It then took years for me to discover how to live a spiritual life in a country that still considers that goal to be less than important, maybe even weird. And when I was trying to receive love and approval from outside myself, I experienced rejection and felt even more separate.
The good news I learned was that those experiences were my soul's requirement for sending me within myself to find the love that I truly needed. In this way I was lovingly coerced into continuing to focus on my spiritual practice, which then became a rich source of inspiration and deep abiding love.
It seems as though many people are feeling bereft of the love they so want to experience in life. If sharing my process assists one person in opening to the Divine Nourishment available to all of us, the struggles that I experienced become more worthwhile.
Receiving this message encouraged me and created a new deep awareness that even in those moments when I was not focusing on my spirit, God's Love was continuously working to keep me nourished. I know I can trust that Divine Love is available for me always. All I need to do is open my heart and allow it to be filled to overflowing.
Divine Presence,
Thank you for blessing me with your Love. I AM now opening my receiving channels so I can fill my heart so full of your Love that it overflows into the hearts of all humanity.
May I become more aware that your Love is always with me, guiding me and protecting me, even when I am not paying attention. With every step I take may I, and all beings, know truly within the heart that we are not alone and that Love always exists for us. And so it is.
You are always receiving Divine Love whether you "tune in" or not
Dear One,
God’s love is the energy that permeates the universe. It is the essence in which you live, move and have your being. There is no time when you are separate from Divine Love, whether or not you are aware of this fact. Divine Love is always there for you.
If you do choose to be aware that you are basking in the Light of the Universe in every moment, your life can change for the better. When you remember that you are always receiving God’s blessings, you know that you are supremely loved. No matter what you have done, or not done, you are loved. No matter how imperfect you feel, you are loved. You are the beloved child of a benevolent God who wants you to be happy, free, wealthy, and filled with love. This is what you deserve because you are you.
You have come to this place and time to hear this message. You need to remember how much your life is worth to the Creator of all that is. Bask in this possibility for a moment. Breathe in the Divine Light and know, really know, how much you are loved.
There is no one else in the world with the gifts, talents and abilities that you have. When you realize this, you can give thanks, knowing the way is now open for you to use your God-given talents and abilities to expand and enrich your life. For this you came to earth.
You also came to earth to learn the lessons your Soul has chosen to learn. These lessons may feel difficult. You may see no way to accomplish your dreams. You may not even feel as though it is okay to have your dreams. Yet within you there is a spark of light that knows that you are always receiving Divine love.
This love, which you are continuously receiving, holds the energy that can carry your dreams into the world. This love can heal all that causes you pain. This love brings hope and carries the seed of truth within its light-filled energy. It’s here for you now. Breathe in Divine Love.
The Angels are messengers of God. They carry Divine Love to those who will listen and receive all that is available to them from the Universal Presence. So ask to receive this love. You are worthy to have the love of God in every area of your life.
Remember as you go through this day, no matter what you are doing or where you are:
You are always receiving Divine Love, whether you "tune in" or not.
Recently I went through a massive shift where I had to move through an intense amount of density.
There were days when I felt like I was pinned down to the couch, so heavy, like a stranded whale.
When this happens, it is a sign that we are receiving MASSIVE upgrades and are undergoing cosmic surgeries from our spirit guides. This usually happens at nighttime but when we are experiencing huge shifts and accelerated timeline changes, we can be receiving cosmic surgery throughout the day and night.
At the moment, many of us have agreed before we came here to receive these cosmic surgeries and upgrades in this life which are going to be particularly potent in April 2023, which we are now preparing for.
WHEN DO WE RECEIVE COSMIC SURGERY?
Most of the cosmic surgery we receive is at night and many of these surgeries happen unconsciously and have also been pre-decided before you even came to earth. As a soul in the quantum before coming into physicality, we may have agreed to undergo a lot of cosmic surgery at a specific time and space. The purpose of this is to upgrade and embody more of our crystalline divine genome in this incarnation.
We can also consciously ask our team for cosmic surgery. If we have a template that we know is no longer serving us for example feeling unworthy of love, abundance, having a healthy body and so on. We can ask our team to help us through cosmic surgery.
But we do need to ask. Because of the universal law of non-intervention, our light beings friends and soul family can’t help us and perform surgeries, unless we ask them to.
However, when we ask them for help, it opens a door and creates a process of co-creation with our light-being friends.
When we receive more from our spirit guides and high council, we open up the gates to receive more from the current matrix system and this reality that we co-create together.
MANY OF US PRE-DECIDED TO RECEIVE COSMIC SURGERIES IN THE COMING MONTHS.
We did this so that we could receive more of our soul essence flowing through our body – which is going to be MASSIVE during April this year (2023).
So at the moment, many of us are preparing, we have already started feeling it and it will feel especially strong after the equinox.
Feeling exhausted, lost, emotional and not sure what you’re doing or why you are here, is completely normal.
THE COSMIC WEATHER IS VERY INTENSE.
We have also just recently had Saturn move into a new sign which means that people around the ages of 29, 58 & 87 will be entering their Saturn return. This will be particularly intense for those people but the effects of Saturn moving into Pisces will be felt by all.
Saturn brings us tough love and hard lessons that help us mature and advance – this isn’t pretty or easy.
We also have Pluto shifting signs for the first time since 2008 on the 23rd of March 2023. Pluto moving from Capricorn into Aquarius marks the beginning of a new era. It will bring in a lot of new energy and major shifts on a global level.
During April, we will be recalibrating and upgrading and May will be the month that we will begin to integrate the crystalline light that will be flooding our planet.
HOW TO HELP THE BODY PROCESS THE INFLUX OF ENERGIES
We may feel exhausted for no reason. Cold and flu symptoms may appear such as a runny nose, headaches, swollen throat and blocked sinuses.
To help the physical body process all of this, it is important to activate our lymphatic system and make sure that is it clear and functions.
To keep the lymphatic healthy, avoid all toxins and only eat high vibrational food. Also, make sure you practice lymphatic drainage techniques. These include:
Lymphatic massage
dry brushing
Sauna
Sweating
Anything that gets your body moving and flowing so that toxins can be released more easily. These toxins can be physical toxins from the body and environment but also lower fractal reflection frequencies from all of our other systems: Mental, emotional and spiritual. This can help to clear trauma and patterns that are not serving you.
YOUR ROLE IS TO BE THERE FOR YOUR BODY!
In my teachings, I always share the importance of embodiment. This allows us to become the highest version of ourselves in this reality and ground and activate our purpose and our mission in this present moment.
THE BLUE AVIANS ARE HERE TO ASSIST US.
The Blue Avian frequency is very present on earth at the moment to help humans process and clear this density from their field so that can access and activate and integrate more of their crystalline divine genome and light codes that are coming through.
The Blue Avians help us to release and upgrade our physical, emotional and mental systems. This will help us to change our narrative about ourselves and our lives and help us to use our emotional system more effectively.
Effortlessly receive the descent of your oversoul network in your physical body and connect your energetic body all the way to your light body.
EMBODY A HIGHER IDENTITY & OPEN UP NEW TIMELINES.
By the time we get to May, with the help of our Spirit Guides and the Blue Avians, we should be ready to embody a higher identity. This higher identity will be able to open new timelines where you can quantum jump realities to experience more embodiment of your unique gifts and your purpose.
Feel happier but also be of greater service to others and in your contribution to The Great Awakening that is upon us.
I have shifted a lot of density from my physical body in the last few months so it is easier for my body to receive the upgrades coming. I have also taken the entire month of April off to spend time in the sacred land of North India in the Himalayas and Rajasthan.
At the moment, it’s intense, it’s potent and it is very life-changing. I can’t wait to start integrating my new reality!
