It’s important to understand is that there is not one single new or original idea in Klaus Schwab’s so-called Great Reset agenda for the world. Nor is his Fourth Industrial Revolution agenda his. Nor is his claim to having invented the notion of Stakeholder Capitalism a product of Schwab.

Klaus Schwab is little more than a slick public relations agent for a global technocratic agenda, a corporatist unity of corporate power with government, including the UN, an agenda whose origins go back to the beginning of the 1970s, and even earlier.

The Davos Great Reset is merely an updated blueprint for a global dystopian dictatorship under UN control that has been decades in development. The key actors were David Rockefeller and his protégé, Maurice Strong.

In the beginning of the 1970s, there was arguably no one person more influential in world politics than the late David Rockefeller, then largely known as chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank.

Creating The New Paradigm

At the end of the 1960s and into the early 1970s, the international circles directly tied to David Rockefeller launched a dazzling array of elite organizations and think tanks. These included The Club of Rome; the 1001: A Nature Trust, tied to the World Wildlife Fund (“WWF”); the Stockholm United Nations Earth Day conference; the MIT-authored study, Limits to Growth; and David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission.

Club of Rome

In 1968 David Rockefeller founded a neo-Malthusian think tank, The Club of Rome, along with Aurelio Peccei and Alexander King. Aurelio Peccei, was a senior manager of the Fiat car company, owned by the powerful Italian Agnelli family. Fiat’s Gianni Agnelli was an intimate friend of David Rockefeller and a member of the International Advisory Committee of Rockefeller’s Chase Manhattan Bank. Agnelli and David Rockefeller had been close friends since 1957. Agnelli became a founding member of David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission in 1973. Alexander King, head of the OECD Science Program was also a consultant to NATO. That was the beginning of what would become the neo-Malthusian “people pollute” movement.

In 1971 the Club of Rome published a deeply flawed report, ‘Limits to Growth’, which predicted an end to civilization as we knew it because of rapid population growth, combined with fixed resources such as oil. The report concluded that without substantial changes in resource consumption, “the most probable result will be a rather sudden and uncontrollable decline in both population and industrial capacity.” It was based on bogus computer simulations by a group of MIT computer scientists. It stated the bold prediction, “If the present growth trends in world population, industrialization, pollution, food production, and resource depletion continue unchanged, the limits to growth on this planet will be reached sometime within the next one hundred years.” That was 1971. In 1973 Klaus Schwab in his third annual Davos business leader meeting invited Peccei to Davos to present Limits to Growth to assembled corporate CEOs.

In 1974, the Club of Rome declared boldly, “The Earth has cancer and the cancer is Man.” Then: “The world is facing an unprecedented set of interlocking global problems, such as, overpopulation, food shortages, non-renewable resource [oil-w.e.] depletion, environmental degradation, and poor governance.” They argued that,

‘horizontal’ restructuring of the world system is needed…drastic changes in the norm stratum – that is, in the value system and the goals of man – are necessary in order to solve energy, food, and other crises, i.e., social changes and changes in individual attitudes are needed if the transition to organic growth is to take place.

In their 1974 report, Mankind at the Turning Point, The Club of Rome further argued:

Increasing interdependence between nations and regions must then translate as a decrease in independence. Nations cannot be interdependent without each of them giving up some of, or at least acknowledging limits to, its own independence. Now is the time to draw up a master plan for organic sustainable growth and world development based on global allocation of all finite resources and a new global economic system.

That was the early formulation of the UN Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, and the 2020 Davos Great Reset.

David Rockefeller and Maurice Strong

By far the most influential organizer of Rockefeller’s “zero growth” agenda in the early 1970s was David Rockefeller’s longtime friend, a billionaire oilman named Maurice Strong. Canadian Maurice Strong was one of the key early propagators of the scientifically fraudulent theory that man-made CO₂ emissions from transportation vehicles, coal plants, and agriculture caused a dramatic and accelerating global temperature rise that threatens “the planet,” so-called Global Warming.

As chairman of the 1972 Earth Day UN Stockholm Conference, Strong promoted an agenda of population reduction and lowering of living standards around the world to “save the environment.” Strong stated his radical ecologist agenda: “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” This is what is now taking place under cover of a hyped global pandemic.

Strong was a curious choice to head a major UN initiative to mobilize action on the environment, as his career and his considerable fortune had been built on the exploitation of oil, like an unusual number of the new advocates of “ecological purity,” such as David Rockefeller or Robert O. Anderson of Aspen Institute or Shell’s John Loudon.

Strong had met David Rockefeller in 1947 as a young Canadian high school dropout of eighteen and from that point, his career became tied to the network of the Rockefeller family. Through his new friendship with David Rockefeller, Strong, at age 18, was given a key UN position under UN Treasurer, Noah Monod. The UN’s funds were conveniently enough handled by Rockefeller’s Chase Bank. This was typical of the model of “public-private partnership” to be deployed by Strong – private gain from public government.

In the 1960s Strong had become president of the huge Montreal energy conglomerate and oil company known as Power Corporation, then owned by the influential Paul Desmarais. Power Corporation was reportedly also used as a political slush fund to finance campaigns of select Canadian politicians such as Pierre Trudeau, father of Davos protégé Justin Trudeau, according to Canadian investigative researcher, Elaine Dewar (Elaine Dewar, op cit. p. 269-271. )

Earth Summit I and Rio Earth Summit

By 1971 Strong was named Undersecretary of the United Nations in New York and Secretary General of the upcoming Earth Day conference, the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (Earth Summit I) in Stockholm, Sweden. He was also named that year as a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation – which financed his launch of the Stockholm Earth Day project (Elaine Dewar, op cit. p.277). In Stockholm, the United Nations Environment Program (“UNEP”) was created with Strong as its head.

By 1989 Strong was named by the UN Secretary-General to head the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development or UNCED (“Rio Earth Summit II”). He oversaw the drafting of the UN “Sustainable Environment” goals there, Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development which forms the basis of Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset, as well as the creation of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (“IPCC”) of the UN. Strong, who was also a board member of Davos WEF, had arranged for Schwab to serve as a key adviser to the Rio Earth Summit.

As Secretary General of the UN Rio Conference, Strong also commissioned a report from the Club of Rome, ‘The First Global Revolution’, authored by Alexander King which admitted that the CO₂ global warming claim was merely an invented ruse to force change:

“The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.”

President Clinton’s delegate to Rio, Tim Wirth, admitted the same, stating, “We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.” (Elaine Dewar, Cloak of Green: The Links between key environmental groups, government and big business, Toronto, James Lorimer & Co., 1995, pp. 259-265. )

At Rio, Strong first introduced the manipulative idea of “sustainable society” defined in relation to this arbitrary goal of eliminating CO₂ and other so-called greenhouse gases. Agenda 21 became Agenda 2030 in Sept 2015 in Rome, with the Pope’s blessing, with 17 “sustainable” goals. It declared among other items:

“Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlement, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership also is a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice … Social justice, urban renewal, and development, the provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole.”

In short private land ownership must become socialized for “society as a whole,” an idea well-known in Soviet Union days, and a key part of the Davos Great Reset.

At Rio in 1992, where he was chairman and General Secretary, Strong declared:

“It is clear that current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work place air-conditioning, and suburban housing – are not sustainable.” [emphasis added]

Strong did not heed his own call. What Strong did not tell his environmentalist allies at Rio was that he had also made a huge purchase of the Colorado Land and Cattle Company, from Saudi arms dealer and CIA asset, Adnan Khashoggi.

By that time Strong was at the very center of the transformation of the UN into the vehicle for imposing a new global technocratic fascism by stealth, using dire warnings of planet extinction and global warming, merging government agencies with corporate power in an unelected control of pretty much everything, under the fraudulent cover of “sustainability.” In 1997 Strong oversaw the creation of the action plan following the Earth Summit, ‘The Global Diversity Assessment’, a blueprint for the rollout of a Fourth Industrial Revolution, an inventory of every resource on the planet, how it would be controlled, and how this revolution would be achieved.

At this time Strong was co-chairman of Klaus Schwab’s Davos World Economic Forum. In 2015 on Strong’s death, Davos founder Klaus Schwab wrote, “He was my mentor since the creation of the Forum: a great friend; an indispensable advisor; and, for many years, a member of our Foundation Board.”

Before he was forced to leave the UN in disgrace over an Iraq Food-for-Oil corruption scandal, Strong was a member of the Club of Rome, Trustee of the Aspen Institute, Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation, and Rothschild Foundation. Strong was also a director of the occult Temple of Understanding of the Lucifer Trust (aka Lucis Trust) housed at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, “where pagan rituals include escorting sheep and cattle to the alter for blessing. Here, Vice President Al Gore delivered a sermon, as worshippers marched to the altar with bowls of compost and worms…” xvi

This is the dark origin of Schwab’s Great Reset agenda where we should eat worms and have no private property in order to “save the planet.” The agenda is dark, dystopian, and meant to eliminate billions of us “ordinary humans.”

May the WEF Plot Suffer the People’s Resistance

The World Economic Forum had its annual conference last week in Davos, Switzerland. Once again, the Davos crowd ran a demolition derby for the destruction of liberty around the globe.

The WEF seized the Covid pandemic to champion a “Great Reset” to radically increase the power of politicians over every aspect of modern life. In June 2020, the WEF announced that “the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate…We need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.”

The Covid policies and vaccines that the WEF championed were complete disasters. Thus, one of the WEF’s big themes this year: “restore trust.” More than sixty heads of state from around the world flew in to blather about why they deserve more trust and deference from the people they plunder and oppress.

The WEF seeks to “restore trust,” not by honestly admitting that it peddled horrible advice to governments and the media, but instead by “crushing dissent,” more or less. The WEF is proclaiming that the greatest peril humanity now faces is “misinformation and disinformation.”

And how can we recognize “misinformation?”

Easy: it denies that WEF cronies should rule the world.

OK, that’s a paraphrase. WEF’s latest Global Risks Report warns, “Some governments and platforms…may fail to act to effectively curb falsified information and harmful content, making the definition of ‘truth’ increasingly contentious across societies.” In other words, governments must suppress “falsified” information to save truth.

The WEF presumes governments are founts of truth—regardless of endless rascality from practically every political party on earth. Apparently, anyone who manages to capture political power with a gun or a ballot automatically becomes trustworthy.

The WEF notion that governments deserve deference is practically a theological edict. But that is a primary source of the WEF’s peril to humanity. And this folly is compounded by the presumption that vastly increasing punitive power is necessary to redeem humanity.

One of the wackiest shows at Davos was performed by British environmental activist Jojo Mehta, the chief of “Stop Ecocide Now.” She hectored Davos attendees to recognize that people making money from farming or fishing could be as guilty as people committing “mass murder and genocide.” But if the elites succeed in stopping farmers from farming and fishermen from fishing, future Swiss shindigs may run short of caviar.

The WEF previously promised young people that by the year 2030 “you will own nothing and be happy.” (Davos attendees are exempt from that lofty edict.) Recent political reforms in many nations have furthered the first promise, ravaging private property rights and subverting individual independence.

But the world’s kingpins will need to tighten all the mental thumbscrews for propertyless serfs to “be happy.” Public euphoria could be in especially short supply considering other policies championed at the WEF.

“Individual carbon footprint trackers” are a popular panacea at Davos, and the WEF has proposed the “setting of acceptable limits for personal emissions.” How many burps will it take to get sent to a re-education camp? These types of footprint trackers will be useless without imposing universal “digital identification,” another WEF pet project. How can government “serve” people unless it can find and accost them at any moment, day or night?

Vaccine passports are also a cause célèbres for this crowd. Count on the Master Wizards to exert far more effort to compel injections than to assure vaccines actually provide the protection they promise. While congressional committees in the United States probe the Covid policy failures and cover-ups, the Davos crew continues by effectively whooping up a worldwide Bio-Security State.

The WEF is also gung-ho on Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). The US dollar has lost 97% of its value since the Federal Reserve was created in 1913, but politicians deserve more arbitrary power over the currency, right? Never forget that “cash is printed freedom.” But CBDCs have powerful appeal to would-be financial tyrants. Saule Omarova, Joe Biden’s nominee for Comptroller of the Currency, proposed in 2021 to give government total control over every person’s finances; “There will be no more private bank accounts, and all of the deposit accounts will be held directly at the Fed.”

“Climate change” is probably the WEF’s best short-term hope to put a halo over tyranny. This is a topic which requires boundless censorship in order to keep peasants in their place. Cartoonists have long ridiculed all the private jets that fly in for the WEF conference. Such details need to be suppressed on “world security grounds,” or some such crap. The same is true for the appalling failure of green energy schemes such as windfalls to provide energy at reasonable prices.

To boost confidence in the all-electric future, government censors will need to be extra vigilant during harsh winter weather so that people are not warned that their Tesla becomes a useless block of metal during cold snaps.

But the point of the “climate change” hysteria is not to protect either the environment or humanity. It is to provide a pretext for perpetual, boundless subjugation by the elite. If Davos folks were meeting in the woods and subsisting on nuts and berries, they would have more credibility to lecture everyone else on their diets.

WEF Chairman Klaus Schwab practically echoed Marx’s Communist Manifesto, warning of a new specter haunting the world. Schwab derided “an anti-System which is called Libertarianism, which means to tear down everything which creates some kind of influence of government into private lives.” But it is not libertarians’ fault that Schwab’s standard for “some kind of influence of government” is eerily similar to medieval serfdom. Schwab also warned of the rising danger of individuals becoming “egocentric.” And we all know that the worst form of selfishness is refusal to submit to your superiors.

The most effective rebuttal of the WEF sirens of subjugation came from the newly-elected president of Argentina. Javier Milei came to Davos and exhorted the friends of freedom around the globe: “Do not be intimidated either by the political class or the parasites who live off of the State. The State is the problem itself.” Milei’s scoff at people “motivated by the wish to belong to a privileged caste” was perhaps the ultimate face slap for the self-proclaimed saviors.

Many of the follies championed at Davos arise from the boneheaded delusion that political power is irredeemably benevolent. We should not trust elitists who portray “truth” as the same type of despicable luxury as eating meat or owning your own automobile. And we should not trust those who seek to convert officialdom into a priesthood with the right to blindfold people, to muzzle them, and to slash their living standard.

Luckily, people still have freedom to scoff on social media (thanks in large part to Elon Musk). Maybe the next Davos confab will convince critics to cease referring to the “World Enslavement Forum.” Will the WEF cease fearing “runaway skepticism” with the same dread that old southern plantation owners viewed runaway slaves?

Who’s Behind the Push for “Digital Driver’s Licenses” in the U.S. and Mexico?

As so-called digital or mobile driver’s licenses begin rolling out across North America, we must ask who is behind the expansion of this potentially dangerous technology.

In my previous reporting I have outlined how the push for digital identity programs is a scam disguised as a human right. This scam is designed to lull the world into accepting digital identity schemes as beneficial, convenient, safe, and necessary for the world of the future.

The United Nations and the World Economic Forum are promoting the use of digital identities using blockchain technology and biometric data gained by scanning the faces or retinas of individuals. The World Bank and the UN have also been funding the development of such programs as part of the Identification for Development (ID4D) initiative.

The World Bank is also funding digital biometric ID programs in Mexico, pushing digital ID in poorer countries with the ostensible goal of providing legal identity to the 1.1 billion people who do not currently have one. The goal is to get the world on digital IDs by 2030 as part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a collection of 17 interlinked objectives adopted by the United Nations in 2015 with the ostensible goal of ending poverty, protecting the planet, and spreading peace and prosperity to all people by 2030. However, privacy advocates and digital rights groups have warned about the dangers of digital ID programs.

Indeed, during the COVID-19 panic many nations implemented “vaccine passports” as a means for travel and work. These programs were essentially the equivalent of a digital ID. Despite the panic having subsided, in June the European Commission and the World Health Organization announced a “digital health” partnership to establish a new Digital Vaccine Passport system for the world. Clearly, digital ID schemes are not going anywhere.

The Era of Digital Driver’s Licenses Is Upon Us

One of the latest efforts to normalize the use of digital IDs is known as mobile driver’s license (mDL), or simply digital drivers licenses. These digital IDs are beginning to roll out across North America in 3 common forms, including proprietary apps owned by a local, state, or national government; various state-approved apps like SmartID; and the Apple Wallet, which 4 U.S. states are currently using to host their digital driver’s license.

According to a guide to digital driver’s licenses, users will open the chosen app, scan the front and back of their physical driver’s license, and then verify their identity with a selfie (or similar biometric data) — something very similar to what appears to already be starting on Twitter. Once verified the user can began using their digital ID app as they would a physical ID card.

In May 2021, the American Civil Liberties Union discussed efforts to mandate digital driver’s licenses. In a report titled “Identity Crisis” the ACLU warned that the use of digital driver’s licenses,

raises the danger that there will be no balanced assessment of the costs and benefits of such a system and that we will adopt systems that do not strike the right balance between the needs for identification, security, and convenience and Americans’ well-founded aversion to government and corporate surveillance and regimentation.

Jay Stanley, senior policy analyst with the ACLU’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, said the switch to digital IDs would have “big implications” for American life. “If not done just right, digital driver’s licenses could be disastrous for privacy, increase inequity, and lead to pervasive ID checks in American life, including on the internet,” Stanley said.

The first version of an electronic ID appeared in Mexico as far back as 2007 with the Gemalto smart-card platform. Gemalto was an international digital security company focused on smart cards, token, and digital wallets. The smart-card was deployed for use in Monterrey, Nuevo León near the Texas border.

In 2016, the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) partnered with Gemalto to pilot the “digital driver’s license” in Washington D.C., Idaho, Colorado, Maryland and Wyoming. Colorado would go on to become the first U.S. state to deploy a digital license using QR codes stored in a digital wallet. Coloradoans who volunteered for the program would install the “DigiDL” app on their phones and then download the license.

Gemalto, the company behind these first attempts at digital driver’s licenses, was purchased in April 2019 by the Thales Group. Thales is another one of the driving forces behind the expansion of mobile/digital driver’s licenses.

The Thales Group’s Fingerprints Are All Over Digital ID Programs

The Thales Group is a French multinational corporation which is partially owned by the French government and the 8th largest military weapons contractor in the world.

Beginning in 2007, Thales, in cooperation with local partner Cosmocolor, implemented the first Mexican smart card driving license in Nuevo León. Thales has expanded their technology to the Mexican states of México, Veracruz, and Sonora.

“With over 127 million inhabitants and some 55 million drivers, there are many potential benefits for migration to smart cards driving license in Mexico,” Thales states on their website.

Thales is also involved in bringing digital driver’s licenses to Arizona. The company signed a 3-year contract with Thales to develop the licenses and made them available to the public in March of 2023. Thales has developed similar plans with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Thales says this will make Florida “the first state in the United States to provide mobile Driver Licenses with leading-edge security mechanisms which are fully compliant with “rigorous national and international standards.”

One positive note is that it appears that most Floridians are not yet using the Thales funded mDL.

Currently, Thales provides driver’s licenses and “ID card solutions” to 18 jurisdictions across North America, including Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, New Brunswick, New Hampshire, New York, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Texas, Washington D.C., Wyoming and Arizona.

The Thales Group also recently celebrated the TSA’s expansion of digital ID programs. “The TSA is rolling out a new version of its Credential Authentication Technology (CAT) scanners to airports across the country so they can accept digital credentials,” Neville Pattinson, Head of Federal Government Sales at Thales Group, recently wrote.

The CAT-2 units are equipped with readers that allow TSA PreCheck-eligible travelers to use mobile driver licenses or photo IDs for TSA identity verification purposes.

Thales has also been involved in digital identity programs in Queensland, Australia and in India, where Thales says they have provided Indian enterprises and organizations with “secure digital services for millions of individuals and their transactions.” The company has worked on biometric products, banking cards, passport readers, smartcard-based driver licenses, and e-vehicle registration cards.

The multinational corporation operates in 56 countries around the world so there is a high likelihood that their digital ID programs will continue to expand internationally.

The Thales Group is a Piece of The Great Reset

Overall, Thales Group has been a part of the international shift towards digital identities and the promotion of the technology as a human right. In a February 2021 blog titled “Digital Inclusion. The Human Right to Have an Identity” the Thales Group wrote:

The lack of identity is not just a loss in terms of being seen by the system and society. It is an exclusion that prevents people from achieving their full potential. They cannot be educated, they cannot access healthcare services, and their children inherit this legacy as they’re born outside the system.

Of course, the general assumption is that there is no life or liberty to be had “outside the system.” This should come as no surprise to those who have been following the “Great Reset” plans of the WEF and UN since their announcement in June 2020. The Thales Group’s efforts to expand digital identity play perfectly into the Technocratic State envisioned by the Great Resetters.

In June 2022, the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice, a “hub for human rights study” at New York University (NYU) School of Law, issued a 100-page report detailing the growing dangers of a reliance on digital identity around the world. The report, titled Paving a Digital Road to Hell?, examined the role of the World Bank and other international networks which have been promoting the use if digital ID in recent years.

This report points a finger at the World Bank and the aforementioned ID4D initiative but also notes that the program was started with a “catalytic investment” from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Omidyar Network, as well as various governments.

“We have noted that the World Bank and its ID4D Initiative do not stand alone in pursuing the digital ID agenda. They exist within a global network of organizations and individuals,” the report states. In addition to governments like the UK, U.S., and France, philanthropic foundations, and banks, the NYU report also points a finger at “private biometrics corporations like Idemia, Thales, and Gemalto”.

(The report notes that “new networks such as the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA) and ID4Africa” play a role in expanding digital ID programs. TLAV will report more on these networks in the near future.)

The Thales Group is not only invested in the digital ID scam, but they are a major player in the military defense industry, aka the war industry.

Thales has been partnered with Military-Industrial-Complex alum Raytheon since June 2001 when the two combined radar and communication systems divisions. The resulting company is known as ThalesRaytheonSystems and is 50% owned by both parent companies. In 2016, Raytheon and Thales restructured their partnership to focus exclusively on NATO agencies and NATO member states.

As we continue to uncover the names and faces behind the digital ID scams we must remain vigilant. These programs are being introduced at a rate like we have never seen before. Refusing these programs, opting out, and boycotting those promoting them is absolutely necessary.

We must stand strong to protect our privacy and liberty or we will lose it within the next 5 years or less. Do not ignore what is happening around you, or allow fear to push you into apathy or nihilism. Together we can educate our peers about the dangers of digital ID schemes. But we need to start now.
