We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are very aware of how many of your journeys have gotten a bit rockier in this year of 2025. We want you all to know that you are choosing to take on more at this time because you want to clear out as much as you can in your chakras, in your energy fields, and in your minds. You are readying yourselves for higher-frequency energies, and in order to handle those higher-frequency energies, you need to do that house cleaning.

You need to let go of that which is lower vibrational in nature, and facing that which is lower vibrational in nature can be quite the harrowing experience, quite painful, both physically and emotionally, and can bring you to your knees at times. It is at those times that you need to remember how much you took on by incarnating there on Earth at this time of great awakening and ascension, and you also must remind yourselves that everything is serving you in some way. Everything that you experience is serving a greater purpose for you. And right now, the purpose is moving you towards the types of extra-terrestrial contact experiences that you want to have.

You need to have a higher vibration to handle what it is that you will be facing when you are facing a physical e.t. This is why the ships haven’t landed yet, but they are coming, and you will be prepared because you are preparing yourselves. Of course, on the physical, human, egoic level, you are not choosing to take on so much at this time, but you are taking it all on nonetheless. You are making these choices from a higher level of your consciousness, what you might call your soul or your higher self. Acceptance is the key.

Whatever comes your way, you can accept it and you can always ask yourself the question of, ‘How am I meant to grow from this?’ ‘What is all of this pointing at within me?’ ‘What can I let go of?’ You ask yourselves those questions and you will get some answers, and you will get those answers because you are awake. You who comprise The Awakened Collective are more aware. You have more insight. You go within more frequently, and you get the answers to those questions.

We are giving this to you now because we want you to ask yourselves those questions before you get to the point where you are on your knees begging for help. The help is always there and it’s always coming, but you’ve also got to help yourselves. You’ve got to do the work of rooting around inside of yourselves and finding what isn’t working for you, what you are resisting, what you are in judgment of, or what you are fearing so that you can move past these lower-vibrational experiences and be ready for the open e.t. contact experiences that you’ve been calling in for so long.

We will always be here for you as will the ascended masters, the archangels, your guides, and everyone else who is interested in helping you personally and humanity as a whole.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in awe of humanity once again, because you have just crossed another threshold of collective consciousness there, and you have done so by opening yourselves up to the help that you have been receiving from above. It is not through hard work that you receive. It is not through reciting the right prayer or mantra that you get what you have been asking for. It is through the acknowledgement that the help is there and then surrendering to it. When you acknowledge how much help you have all around you at all times, you become the open conduits for higher-frequency energies you were always meant to be in this lifetime.

Now, one of the ways that you get to this point of being willing to open up to the energies is by creating challenges that seem to be insurmountable in your lives. Many times you do this in order to go to that last resort of asking for help, and then after asking for help, you have enough hope within you that you will receive the help in order to receive it. But that is the hard way. The easier way to receive that which is coming to you from above is to get curious about the beings. Seek to establish relationships with your guides, your galactic team, the ascended masters, the Archangels, faeries, and all of the other helpers that you have around you.

People are often catching glimpses of orbs and spheres in the pictures that they take and in the videos that they make. This is wonderful because with your technology you are able to perceive something that normally only a clairvoyant would be able to perceive. Again, see these orbs and spheres as your helpers, because they are. They are higher-frequency beings, and that is why you do not see them with your physical eyes all the time. Some of you might see them out of the corner of one of your eyes at a time when you are in alignment, when you are in a higher-vibrational state. 

The orbs and spheres are coming to observe and to help because they too recognize what a beautiful transition you all are making there on Earth, and they also want to be a part of it. They are wanting to help without interfering, and they are doing a wonderful job of that, especially by showing up in your photographs and videos. They let you know that they are there, and they show up as these beautiful beings, which they are, and people are starting to get the idea that they are in fact surrounded by higher-frequency, higher-dimensional beings at all times. 

Therefore, we recommend that you take the weight of the world off of your shoulders and just open up to receive that help that is coming from above, because it is always there, and you are worthy of receiving it. If you can know that, instead of just hoping for it, that will make all the difference in the world in your lives. And please do trust us when we say that you are more than worthy of receiving all of the help that is coming to you from all the helpers from across this beautiful universe of ours.

Acknowledge yourself for how far you have come

instead of how far you think you have to go

I loved receiving this message from Archangel Gabriel in the early 1990's. It demonstrated a bit of angelic humor. The operative word that struck me most deeply was how far you think you have to go.

At that time I was in a fast-moving portion of my life, growing personally and spiritually as quickly as possible, while starting a new business working with the Angels. Being in the business world was completely overwhelming for me, but I was convinced I could create work that was based in spiritual principles and stay in that focus while my business grew.

My mission for my business was to create Peace on Earth one person at a time. This was before it became a popular phrase. My focus, of course, created a spiritual incubator that kept the learning experiences coming fast, deep and strong. When one goal was met, I was on to the next one without a breath in-between.

This message was meant to draw me back into present-time awareness; especially to get out of my head and remain in my heart so I could truly notice that I was encountering milestone events practically daily. These situations needed to be acknowledged, and my inner spirit had to be validated for this powerful time of awakening in my life.

I notice that my intentions remain unchanged in many ways decades later; the same principles and dedication still apply. The old form of my business disintegrated so that it could morph into a new form for this day and age. What is different is that all of humanity is having this experience of spiritual incubation.

If you are reading this article, I know you are doing your best to live your life in alignment with spiritual principles. We have gotten the memo that to feel happy and fulfilled, our lives in the world are meant to align with our spirit. We are diligently discovering what it means to live in the world but not of the world. We are doing our best to bring as much Divine Light into our lives as we can handle moment to moment. We want to be focused on becoming more conscious and spiritualizing our lives so that we can take advantage of the magical qualities available in this new dimensional time.

So in this message your soul, in conjunction with Archangel Gabriel, is saying:

We know you are busy and have a lot going on in your life. We love you and see how hard you are working on yourself. And we would just like to encourage you to slow down enough to acknowledge yourself for how far you have come in this life before you go on to the next thing.

For just a moment stop and breathe in how truly wonderful it is that you are focused on raising your consciousness. Remember how important that is to the world. Do your best to actually feel the steps you have taken and how you have evolved on an inner level even though it may seem as though your life is not any different. You are being honored by the realms of Angels for your dedication to the awakening of consciousness on the planet.

Divine Presence,

With every breath I take may I slow down enough to allow myself a greater perspective. In that way I can see how my soul is expanding along with the growth in my every day life.

Help me to acknowledge that my intention is for bringing my soul’s gifts into the world and manifesting my dreams in amazing ways. If I do not notice this, help me to remember that Divine Timing is in process. May I have the support to keep my intentions clear and focused, with patience, and allow them to manifest at the perfect right timing for my highest good.

I ask to remember that I deserve to receive all the goodness that is available for me because that is the gift to all humanity from God. I allow myself to receive from the deep wellspring of the Divine more than ever before. Deep within may I know that I am being guided by a Love that never ends and all is truly well. And so it is..

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have enough experience at this point in working with beings in physical dimensions to know how to help you live better lives there in your physical dimension on planet Earth. We know how significant it is for all of you to actually be there in those physical bodies, and we want you to understand that you are there to ground in higher-frequency energies for the collective of humanity and for this entire universe. We want you all to embrace the fact that you chose to be there and you chose to have a physical body at this time. We invite you to look for that which is in the physical realm that can give you a reason to feel grounded. 

In other words, we know there is something about the physical reality there on Earth that you can appreciate, love, get exited about, and participate in on a regular basis. And in so doing, you offer yourselves up as conduits for higher-frequency, nonphysical energy that is coming from the higher-dimensional planes. So you see, even following your bliss is an act of service for not only humanity, but for this entire universe, and you are all needed at this time to be right there on Earth, living the lives you are living. But you must find something about living your fourth-dimensional life on Earth at this time that is enjoyable to you in order to be of greatest service. 

That means you have to put away your picket signs and lower your raised fists, and stop looking at what is wrong with life on Earth at this time so that you have the time and the energy to put towards those things that truly do light you up and give you a reason to get out of bed in the morning. You are very lucky there on Earth because you have such a variety of choices available to you in every day, and we invite you to see it that way as well, because if you are just sitting around waiting for the ships to land or waiting for the solar flash so that the ascension event will be complete, then you are not being a part of that conscious ascension journey. 

You don’t need to wait for anything to happen in order to be your fifth-dimensional self right now, and you can live a life on Earth that not only contributes to the higher-frequency energies that the human collective consciousness needs so much, but it can also be a life that inspires others. You are there to be leaders in thought, word, and action, not ones who are just waiting for the next prediction about what’s going to happen and when. We suggest you get more proactive in your lives, that you get out and connect with Mother Earth, Mother Nature, and other humans, and we suggest that you don’t wait around for anything at all to happen before you do. 

We have seen this work on so many worlds, in so many dimensions and so many star systems, and now it is time to let all that has already been work for you there on Earth. We guarantee you success.
