Today Neptune, the planet of spirituality, dreams, intuition and illusion moves retrograde until December. This five month period offers us a time of introspection where we are urged to reconnect with our spiritual nature and deepen into our intuition. It is an opportunity to reflect on our inner beliefs and gain deeper insights into our feelings and intutive perceptions. It will encourage us to reflect on and question what we are engaging with and determine whether our decisions, choices and actions are aligned with our soul. This may mean re-evaluatin our commitments, relationships, and the direction we are taking. The veils of illusion will lift allowing us to see more clearly while confronting truths we may have until now been ignoring.
This is a time of great cleansing which is also charged with powerful potential as an evolutionary shift is causing the death of your former self and the birth of a new self. Now is the time to simplify, to be mindful, conscious, awake and to conenct more fully with the light you hold within. Make room to connect with your light, to listen and receive the insights, guidance and healing that is needed. Confront the fears that prevent you from growing and thriving. Do the inner work necessary to give you the confidence you need to move forward.

There is a harmony being called forward within you each to find a compatible path for both your physical well-being and your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For many, there has been a heavy emphasis on one over the other, and the new template for humanity is one of true balance where all parts of oneself are embraced as in the whole. Where all the parts are considered equally valid and important to be attended to.
So, you will find that as you move into new timelines of higher frequency, your schools, your businesses, your products will reflect this. They will not only reflect the sustainability of respect for your planet, but they will respect the spiritual nature of all beings, the physical health of all beings and be created for the benefit on all levels of a divine being, living on planet Earth.
So, as we move into these new timelines, consider that in terms of what you choose to bind yourself to. Consider what things you give your focus and allegiance to, for those are the things that are being brought forward within many on your planet. These are to bless all, not just a few – but everyone with respect for each dimension of well-being within you for the highest good of all concerned.
Let your businesses be based upon this fundamental philosophy. Let your creative projects find ways to communicate this. Allow yourselves to learn to live and harmony like this and to discover what that means in all areas of your society. For those of you who are leading the way, this is an important component of your creations to understand the value of all the aspects as one of the whole, without disregarding any.
So even if you are creating a garden in sacred devotion, your respect for the plans, the environment around you, the spiritual purpose of the land, the harmony with its neighbors (as an example) are all important. And when you create new ways of living your life, please take this into consideration, that all aspects must find their place of balance for you to receive the most dynamic unfolding as a divine being informed in this realm.

One of the questions I hear most often these days is, "Why do I feel this way?"
These are powerful and unusual times in which we live. The level of consciousness is rising across the globe, and we are witnessing the possibility of Heaven on Earth, of Oneness, coming alive in our reality. As a result, people are waking up to their essential spiritual nature more so than at any time in human history.
The process of waking up can be beautiful and expansive and blissful, and disorienting and frightening and anxiety-filled. It can feel like you’re disintegrating at times. So much emotion can come rushing out in response to life’s events, it can be overwhelming.
There are many layers here: the long-held emotional experiences of adulthood, adolescence, childhood, the womb.
There are past lives, too, if you believe in them, possibly hundreds of them. And from each lifetime, all the unresolved emotions, experiences, and traumas are held in the energy body, in the spiritual DNA.
We also carry the experiences of our ancestral lineage, at least seven generations going back.
And beyond this, there is the collective consciousness of our shared humanity.
It’s all there.
And it’s coming out.
To become our highest, most light-filled selves, it must come out. You may notice this even more in the weeks and months ahead. If it is stored in your cells, and it’s not pure light, it will be coming out.
You may notice an increase in crying, sobbing, yawning, uncontrolled laughing, physical releases, and deep, unexpected emotional outpourings. All of this unresolved experience is spinning out of your body at a faster rate than ever before.
So, to answer, "Why do I feel this way?"
Because you’re healing.
Because everything that is no longer aligned with your most beautiful self and your most exalted destiny, it’s coming out.
Stay steady, and breathe through it, and trust that who you will become on the other side of it will astound you.

The third ‘Dimensional Reality’ of today, is not real. In fact, today’s reality is a consciousness trap. Who and what we really are has been hidden from us. Our spiritual nature is our only true form. And that too is mainly the power of secret societies to make us forget, to keep us imprisoned. When people can’t see the past, you are stuck and see only the illusion which is not real. And, has no bearing on reality or truth, it is a manipulated inspiration of lies, an untrue deceptive illusion. Only when you become aware of this fact, your Great Awakening has begun. The various episodes about human history on Earth have arisen through succession of alien and extra-terrestrial colonies that exerted their territorial and cultural influence on planet Earth. In historical reality lie the answers to questions often asked ‘who we are’, ‘where we came from’ and ‘how we evolved’ to become the beings we are today.
Millions of years ago, the Galactic Federation worked closely with the High Sirius Council to serve as a Guardian race to help keep the reproductive and evolutionary process on planet Earth going at the lowest density, which today is called the first Harmonic Universe on the three-dimensional timeline.
The origin of life goes back much further in time, than is generally known – and still less known, as the episodes of human history. The exploits begin beyond the boundaries of this planet and originate in star kingdoms, galactic federations, and extraterrestrial civilisations of Atlantis, Lemuria, Mu and older civilisations recently discovered, among others.
The great historian Zacharia Sitchin expressed his admiration for the countless people, who were never believed regarding the ancient knowledge they recorded for us;
“When we consider that these ancient texts come to us over a period spanning millennia, we have to admire the ancient writers who recorded, copied and translated the earliest texts, probably often without knowing what certain terms and expressions originally meant, while always stubbornly adhering to analogous traditions in order to ensure an accurate rendering.
It also proves the substantive compactness of their reporting, which explains,
“That the first settlements on Earth were established by astronauts from another planet, as was dramatically depicted by the Sumerians.”
Consistently, numerous texts refer to the premise, which always reads as follows: 432,000 years ago, before the Great Flood,” i.e. the deluge, “the venerable ones came to Earth in rocket ships from their own planet.”
While it may sound somewhat arrogant and exaggerated, many people will become convinced, once they have read and understood this version of our history. Which will become popular and widespread in the not-too-distant future, and will eventually be studied and taught in schools, universities and scientific institutions.
The breakthroughs in astronomy, anthropology, archaeology and Egyptology support this thesis of Sitchin and others, based mainly on translations of Sumerian writings.
And remember; The language of an awakened consciousness is not understood by sleeping minds living under the collective MSM hypnosis. There are no topics or arguments available that can work together to awaken someone. This language can only be understood by awakened souls among themselves.
“Spiritual living mightily increases true self-respect. But self-respect is not self-admiration. Self-respect is always co-ordinate with the love and service of one’s fellows. It is not possible to respect yourself more than you love your neighbor; the one is the measure of the capacity for the other.” [UB, 156:5.14]
Thought Adjuster: “Let us ponder the weighty content of this statement and the correlation between all its components. Spiritual living mightily increases self-respect because it pertains to your God-given marching orders — not those dictated by your animal urges and the pleasures of the flesh.
Once you prioritize the pleasures of your spiritual nature, the random way you previously played or squandered the deck of cards handed to you at birth shifts into the focused approach of the pros — the true veterans of life. At a young age, Jesus spent much time on the inner, reflecting on the ins and outs of his spiritual nature and acting on the best-informed prompts of his divine Indweller. Jesus’ life withstands all scrutiny, as he was truthful to himself and others. It is how his spirit earned its promotion to the Spirit of Truth.
Jesus had no reason to disrespect himself because he operated as a harmonious being. Lack of self-respect is the outcome of the internal conflicts that plague you when you are not living according to what should be your governing values. You sacrifice the collective wellbeing for self-gratification, doing your best to repress the guilt that bubbles up.
Interestingly enough, many low-achievers draw great pride from scant past acts of bravery. Their self-absorbed reminiscence places them on a pedestal of self-admiration. Nevertheless, they fail to grow in self-respect, as, given their current state of spiritual complacency, they feel deep down like con artists.
It will never be too late for a conversion experience. Own up to your spiritual nature and prioritize it as a decisional criterion. It will dispel any inner conflict and reward you with lasting peace of heart and mind. You will be able to live with yourself and worship The One who vested you with such potential for stellar achievements of self-realization and cosmic-wide altruistic contributions. You will have earned his trust and respect.”
