Befriending and Directing Our Subconscious

Although we have one personal consciousness, our conscious awareness and our subconscious awareness act according to their separate abilities. Having only deductive reasoning ability, the subconscious does not understand the conscious mind, which also has inductive reasoning. This places the conscious mind in a position of control; however, the conscious mind is limited by beliefs in the reality of negativity in its own life. This creates separation from the subconscious, which cannot make inductive judgments. According to our predominant conscious state of being, the subconscious controls all the life processes in our bodies, represented in our energetic signature. To the extent that we harbor fear and doubt, we create anomalies in our vibratory patterns. These result in physical, mental and psychological defects.

Unless we believe that our defects are inevitable, we do not need to continue to live with them. This is proved from people who have multiple personalities in which two or more persons share the same body. In this case, one of these may have defective vision and need strong glasses, but another one may have clear vision and not need glasses. The body adjusts itself instantly to accommodate the personality that is present in the moment.

Breaking free of these limitations is a process that we can pursue successfully. It involves keen awareness, a heart-centered perspective, willingness to be unconditionally accepting, and trust in the inner guidance that comes through the subconscious from our deepest essence. It involves communicating with our subconscious in loving and accepting ways, as we do with young children who have not yet developed much inductive reasoning. Because we have lived without higher guidance for our conscious mind, we have programmed our subconscious haphazardly, resulting in experiences that we may not like.

For exuberant health and well-being, the conscious and subconscious must be in energetic alignment with higher guidance. That means being in alignment with our essence in unconditional acceptance and love with full realization of our infinite creative ability. Our state of being is the creator of our energetic signature. It is our vibratory level and our spectrum of consciousness. By being in alignment with our essence, we can become the confident masters of our circumstances, guided by our own inner knowing.

The quantum field contains all possible patterns of energy and experiences. They always exist—all potentialities. We experience them by realizing their reality for us. To the extent that we can imagine experiencing them, we can open our awareness to them and attract them into our lives. There are no limits of believability. We are the directors of our awareness, and we determine its limits in every moment. Since we are responsible for creating all of our limiting beliefs, we are the ones who must resolve and transcend them through our inner knowing and heart-consciousness.

We are always limited by our beliefs in what we allow ourselves to be aware of. We are being challenged to allow our limitations to dissipate and dissolve, because they no longer are helpful for us. They are all created and held in fear. In order to be fearful, we have to believe that we are finite and mortal, that we can be threatened by anyone or anything outside of our own being, and that we are incomplete and in need of anything beyond our own ability. In order to be fearful, we have to believe that we must depend upon others for our well-being and our personal fulfillment. Fearfulness requires that we believe that we are weak beings subject to the control and manipulation of others more powerful than we are. Is this who we really are?

Quantum physics has shown that universal consciousness is the essence of everything. Everything that exists in all dimensions is conscious and has a unique energy signature that is measurable. We are not only conscious, but we are self-conscious, and our self-consciousness permeates dimensions beyond the physical. The first expression of our self-consciousness is our personal energy signature, vibrating within the quantum field of all potentialities. Our self-consciousness is beyond time and space. We are eternal beings, sovereign in ourselves, capable of modulating energy into any form that we desire. When we are aware of energetic beings, they become manifest for our recognition. When we do not observe them, they express themselves as pure energy.

We are constantly creative beings expressing thought forms and emotions that create personal experiences for us in the same energy patterns that we imagine and feel. We constantly have patterns of energy that we can be aware of flowing through our being from the quantum field. Our presence in our current dimensional awareness is a projection from our greater Self, which is fearless, sovereign and infinitely creative. If we choose to be aware of high-frequency thoughts and emotions within our own consciousness, we can feel and know this presence through the energy of our heart. We know it as our intuition, subtly guiding each of us toward freedom and personal fulfillment in all areas of life. This guidance can reveal itself through energy that courses through our body, thoughts, feelings, images, events, symbols, melodies, dreams and many other methods of communication. It is conveyed with a knowingness that permeates our being. It is our connection to the Source of our Being and our guidance to infinite love, joy, beauty, abundance and peace in all dimensions and is supportive of life in its most glorious manifestations.

We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of #51 of The Gabriel Messages Book and Cards to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives.

This message from Archangel Gabriel reminds us to pay attention to the deep desires of our hearts and to remember to invite in a Benevolent Outcome.

You would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it.

It has been said that inherent in every problem is its solution. It is the same with your desires. Some part of you believes that it is possible or you would not even have the desire.

Your Soul knows that certain desires are necessary for you to fulfill in order to accomplish your learning in this lifetime on Earth. These are not the desires that are stimulated by mass marketing. These desires are the ones that are often buried deep in the heart and are so precious that you may have to give yourself permission to even think about them.

Sometimes it is necessary to expand and stretch into the idea that all things are possible. It's important that we not to allow ourselves to rule anything out when first a creative thought pops into our awareness. That may be only the beginning of a dream or a desire that we truly need to entertain for our life to have meaning and purpose. The dreams that keep coming into my awareness are the ones that I now know I need to pay attention to because my Soul keeps prompting me and the desire won't go away.

We live in a quantum field of pure potential where we create changes and new life abounds through the focus of our attention. As spirituality and quantum physics come together, the power of this truth has been proven through years of scientific experiments.

In this new and powerful time of awakening, it feels important that we bring the dreams of our hearts into reality by focusing our intentions on what will most empower us, what gives us passion and brings delight and meaning into our lives. Is it a risk? Always, but to me it is more of a risk to not follow the intelligence of my heart and the desires of my Soul.

Do you remember where you were before you were born? Where do our memories go, beginning at incarnation? Our earliest memories disappear from our ego-consciousness, but they’re still in our subconscious, including memories of past lives, and can be retrieved through hypnotic regression therapy, deep meditation in a theta wave state and in consciousness beyond the body. The subconscious records everything and stores it for us and for universal consciousness.

For the limits of our conscious minds, we’ve set boundaries of frequencies and polarities, so that we wouldn’t reach total freakout by the dark force, while allowing it to move gradually toward complete control of humanity. We have things happen to us as a result of giving our life force, through our attention and alignment with energy patterns, to the qualities we hold in our thoughts and feelings. The dark force exists apart from the world of life-enhancement. As a result, it has no natural life force. It must be parasitic to us, because it needs our life force to survive. If we withdraw our attention from it and instead focus on gratitude, love and joy, we enter a higher dimension and become exempt from the dark force, provided that we maintain a higher perspective in our thoughts and feelings. This requires practice until we have thoroughly trained our subconscious mind and transformed our limiting beliefs.

We are all capable of creating truly wonderful experiences for ourselves and everyone around us by transforming ourselves in greatest love and joy. This is what we all want, which means that it’s our innate state of being. We can unlimit ourselves from all of our deeply-held beliefs in suffering, illness, aging and death. From within ego-consciousness, this seems impossible, because the ego cannot know who we are beyond our limiting beliefs. Without limiting beliefs about ourselves, the ego does not exist, except as a cooperating participant with us in the empirical world, which we can direct with inner knowing in the heart of our Being.

Because the empirical world consists entirely of patterns of energy that our consciousness can interpret as physical sensations, we allow ourselves to believe that things exist apart from us or outside of our conscious presence. We have developed the realization that we are separate persons from everyone and everything else. This is a trick that we play on ourselves, and we all do it together. It’s part of human consciousness, which we all participate in empathically and telepathically, without knowing what is beyond the empirical world, or even how we exist.

This is where quantum physics can help us. It has discovered that everything is an expression of infinite consciousness. Although the quantum sciences haven’t discovered the origin of universal consciousness, we have the innate ability to go beyond the empirical world of physicality and find out about our true essence. We now have many books and video reports from people who have died and come back, informing us about their experiences beyond body-consciousness. The reports all confirm that beyond the body our awareness expands as far as we’re willing to go in an environment of great love and joy in the company of many wonderful persons, including friends and ancestors. If we can transcend our limiting beliefs, we can open our awareness beyond the body and even regenerate our bodies and live in this world as long as we desire in deepest love and joy. This is our destiny, and it’s governed by our beliefs about ourselves.

The energies of our cosmic environment are drawing us into alignment with the consciousness of the Creator. Quantum physicists recognize universal consciousness, but they do not know the qualities of its essence. They do know that we are part of it, and that we participate in infinite consciousness. Every entity that exists arises within universal consciousness. We all share in the identity of humanity, expressing ourselves in ways that enable us to participate in experiences that we choose to have. We choose them by the qualities of our beliefs about ourselves and our perspective, by which we modulate the energies that we recognize and focus our attention on. We direct the vibratory expressions of the qualities of our thoughts and feelings, creating our personal radiance.

All of us together participate in the consciousness of humanity and create our state of being. As we become more observant, we can realize our increasing compassion and desire for peace. The desire for greater freedom, love and abundance is increasing. When we are able to realize how we are the directors of our attention, the qualities we desire can come into our experience through our alignment with their vibrations. As we imagine ourselves being compassionate and kind in every circumstance, including for ourselves, we come into alignment with the energy of the heart of our Being.

We are being prompted to resolve our attachments to everything. Because we have the innate ability to create and manifest everything we could ever want through our connection with universal consciousness, we are the creators of everything we realize as real. We control our realization, subject to our beliefs about ourselves. We choose our own limitations in every moment, either intentionally or by default to our subconscious programming.

By reprogramming our subconscious, we can intentionally expand our conscious awareness and transform our realization. We can take drastic steps in interfering with our subconscious operations to open our awareness to our innate, expanded identity, by challenging ourselves to overcome our perceived limitations, and by living to realize that we are greater than we had believed. If we challenge ourselves to be grateful in situations that we dislike, we enable the reprogramming of our subconscious to vibrate at a higher resonant frequency.

Since we hold all of reality, as we know it, in our own consciousness, we have the ability to change our conscious awareness to a realm of compassion, love, joy and personal fulfillment. This can occur by our intention to elevate our own reality. By imagining that we are living in a world of energetic support for all life, we can realize this quality of vibratory alignment in our mental and emotional state of being, transforming our life experience in alignment with our true essence in the consciousness of our Creator.

In order to be in alignment with the consciousness of the Creator, we must have our own inner knowing of what this is for us. We will find this knowing only within ourselves. it is not available anywhere beyond our own awareness. Anyone else can only help to bring our attention to our own essence. We must align with it completely in the vibrations of the enhancement of all life in unconditional acceptance and love. This approach creates a radiance in our Being that transforms our lives in magical and wondrous ways. By holding a perspective of great love and joy, we are modulating the energetic patterns enveloping us in the quantum field into alignment with our visions and feelings. This process selects for us the reality that matches our frequency and polarity.

Every possible reality already exists in the quantum field, and we experience the one that we vibrate in resonance with. Because we live in the consciousness of humanity, we are limited by the realization of all of us, but we can use our own abilities of imagination and emotion to transcend this band of energetics, creating a new world of love that we can inhabit with everyone who is also creating it. Since the frequency range of both worlds runs parallel, the difference is in polarity. In the world of love, there is no negative polarity. Fear and doubt are absent, transforming all experiences into spontaneously joyful scenarios. This is a step toward mastery of our lives and being able to create whatever our heart desires without attachment.

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have been experiencing the ripple effects of your evolution of consciousness there on planet Earth, and we must say that from the ninth dimension, what you have expanded into feels so very good. You see, every time we offer you something that can help to elevate your consciousness, and you receive it and use it, we benefit from that as well. This is true throughout this universe. We are all co-existing within the same universal consciousness. Therefore, when we help you, we help ourselves. The same is true for you there on planet Earth. When you help another, you are truly just helping yourself. You are going to get more of what you give, and that works in the other direction as well. If you are harming someone else, if you are even thinking harmful thoughts about them, you are only harming yourself. 

This is why it is so important to pay attention to what you are thinking about, what you are saying, how you are feeling, and how you are vibrating, and know that you have the ability to help others in far corners of the world with what you are thinking, with how you are sending energies in that direction. And as you send out the love, the light, the healing, and the compassion, that is what you will get back from your fellow humans.

You have so much power within you, and it is really time for you all to tap in to that power, to allow that power to be what you experience on a moment-to-moment basis. Any thought or belief you are using to convince yourselves of how small and insignificant you are must be cast aside at this point if you are going to enjoy this journey of ascension. This journey of ascension is really about knowing yourselves as more than what you have previously thought yourselves to be. 

You are not small and insignificant; you are powerful, and you are All-That-Is in the flesh. Recognize this within yourselves and in others and you are awakened. Be aware of when you are operating from this knowing, and when you are not, and you will be able to release that which is limiting to you, that which is telling you that you are small and/or insignificant. Your power extends even beyond your dimension and your Earth, as we feel it, and others feel it in the nonphysical dimensions when you step into your power, when you align with Source. You are in this process of becoming all the time the masters that you truly are, and it is time for you to let go so that you can enjoy the ride and experience the growth that is inevitable, that is part of the ascension process and therefore your birthright in this lifetime. 

This is a universal ascension. We are all doing it, and we are all affecting each other when we go with the flow, and we accept these changes that are occurring. Resist nothing and resist no one, and you will be in that flow. You will be recognizing that you are the creator of all of this, and it is all to benefit you. It is all for your spiritual evolution and growth. And when you experience it, you naturally want others to experience it as well. You want to share the wealth. You want to share the knowledge, the wisdom that you attain through your growth experiences and your successful navigation of them. 

What you put out into the universe when you have one of these successes benefits all. All can learn from your experiences, even if you never write about them or speak about them. We truly are all in this together, and we are supporting each other in this ascension journey, and that is power. That knowing that you are not doing it all by yourselves allows you to let go a bit more of the struggle and to let in more of the help and more of the positive experiences that others are having on your planet and throughout this beautiful universe of ours. We are ascending as well. We are rising up, becoming more of who we are, and we are sending all of that light and love and positivity to all of you there on Earth. Make sure you are taking some time in your busy day to open up to what’s coming to you from above.

Our ego is our programmed consciousness, which contains our awareness. In our ego-consciousness, we do not know what is beyond time and space, because the ego does not recognize our inner knowing. This allows us to feel separate and be fearful of the unknown, particularly what happens after the body dies. This fear is held in our consciousness and pervades our awareness, keeping us believing that we are insignificant, shameful, victimized and terminal. It is all in our imagination and can be changed, if we desire to evolve. When we recognize the power of our beliefs, we can be grateful for the gift of this power, and we can learn to direct it in life-enhancing ways.

To free our ability to direct our lives in confidence, we can examine the basis of our limiting beliefs about ourselves. They hold our awareness locked into negativity. We hold ourselves in fear and doubt about our lives. We do not know what may happen to threaten us. This anxiety keeps us from realizing our higher guidance within and everywhere. When we feel threatened, we cannot have an open heart, even though the threat must be self-created, because we are eternal, sovereign Beings. We have the ability to transform these limiting beliefs by realizing the unconditional love vibration at the heart of our Being, symbolized and embodied by our physical heart, which lives to enliven us, regardless of what we do to it. The heart has been shown medically as having by far the strongest energetic radiance of any organ in our body, including the brain. The heart is the source of our intuitive knowing and is our connection with infinite consciousness. Intuitively we can know whatever we want to know in every moment.

Consciousness is infinite and is in everything. Trillions of times each second, consciousness creates every form and substance that exists, including our essence. It enables our personal expression through the beliefs that we imagine and apply to ourselves. consciousness lives beyond all energetic expressions and is within them. We may think of universal consciousness as a living Being that we arise within and are given freedom of thought, emotion and attention. To us, this Being may be God the Creator or Allah or the Void within which all arises. In the realm of science, quantum physicists began to recognize universal consciousness in the early 20th century.

Although each of us has our own awareness, we all participate in infinite consciousness, including everything manifest and unmanifested. To open our awareness to infinite consciousness, we must resolve, release and transcend our limiting beliefs about ourselves. We needed them for our human experience, but when we are ready to expand beyond the world of good and evil, we can recognize that all of life, including the Earth, is trending toward compassion, love and understanding. If we are stuck in negativity, we will have to search intentionally for positive and higher vibrations to align with. When we align mentally and emotionally with the energies of gratitude, joy and love, we are enabled to see and feel the light in all beings and to connect with their awareness.

In our incarnation into this realm of duality, one important experience is encountering deeply negative energy and dealing with it. We naturally try to avoid negative energy, because we deeply know that it diminishes life. We know much more deeply emotionally than we would if we were only observers. For this reason, we have expanded universal consciousness into interaction with negative, life-destroying energy. Our interaction is what’s important. We have the opportunity to be creatively life-enhancing and observant, or to engage with the negative by resisting it. This would bring our energetic resonance into alignment with the negative. It then takes our life force and may even enslave us. We know all of this on a very deep level, and we must learn how to interact with it successfully. 

Because unconditional love is the essence of our lives, it is the most powerful force in our life. We are being challenged to realize this, which is our path for transcendence to a higher dimension of greater realization. We have the opportunity of experiencing the power of life-enhancing love in every moment.

If we meet someone who has been deeply hurt and, as a result, is deeply negative, assuming that this is an organic human who has some ability to love, and this person is insisting on engaging with us, we have some options as to how to deal with the situation. In order to engage with negativity, we must do so in its vibratory spectrum. It is the nature of that band of energy to be destructive. Attempting to be positive at the level of ego-consciousness is doomed to failure. Another option would be to treat this person as a cherished sibling. When we expand our realization of what is real, we know that this is the natural energy of this situation. Everything arises out of infinite love. The negative person cannot engage with this, unless (s)he rises to our vibratory level; otherwise, (s)he will disappear from our experience, because we are not energetically in resonance. The negative cannot reach us. It is a different polarity.

This outcome assumes that we are heart-centered always, and we express this energy in every aspect of our Being. By making this our predominant vibratory level, we align ourselves with the rising vibratory level of the Earth. When we can realize that we are the creators of our experiences, we can free ourselves from any kind of dependence beyond our own consciousness, and we can know the expansiveness of infinite awareness.

All the assistance that we need is available to us in remembering our essence of Being. It is all within our own consciousness. We are each an eternal presence of awareness experiencing life as a human. We are the one who hears through our ears and receives sensory stimulation. We are our awareness of ourselves, able to play any roles that we desire for the creation and enhancement of all life.

As humans living in a realm mixed with positive and negative energies and experiences, we have been blind to how awesome we are. So that we could experience living in duality, we have adopted a portion of universal consciousness that enables us to have limiting beliefs about ourselves. The next step toward our spiritual evolution is expanding our conscious awareness. It involves becoming aware of our deepest inner knowing of everything and realization of our infinite essence of Being. In our expanded Self, we are each a location-less center of consciousness. We are our limitless presence of awareness, possessing every possible ability and creative power, limited only by our personal beliefs about ourselves. All of these limitations depend upon our belief in fear and mortality. They are self-created through the social conditioning that we inherited and acquired as children. We can recognize and resolve our limiting beliefs through inner knowing of our deepest Self. Beginning with our conscience, we can expand our awareness of life-enhancing thoughts and feelings in alignment with our heart-consciousness.

In the world we are creating, we can expand beyond empirical awareness to etheric awareness, including our realization of refined bodies in prime condition without entropy (time-decay). We can align our vibrations with the heart-conscious energies of life-enhancement through our feelings of gratitude, love, compassion, joy and all of the uplifting thoughts and emotions. By focusing on people and things that resonate with these vibrations, we align our personal energetics with them. In every moment, what we experience is the qualities of the vibrations of what we feel, do and think about. 

What we believe is real, is what becomes real for us. This can be understood through the realization of infinite consciousness, which envelops our essence, and in which we arise as Self-Conscious Beings. It is a realization that we can open ourselves to and can transform our reality. But we can’t fool ourselves by thinking that we have this realization. It must be acquired intentionally in alignment with our heart-consciousness and a desire to release our limitations by paying attention to what we love.

There are many ways of becoming mentally and emotionally clear and free of personal drama and empirical fixations. There is a process using natural energies to help us become aware of our inner knowing. Contacting the Earth with our skin can help us align with the vibrations of Gaia. Being present in spectacular places on high mountain ridges, in giant canyons, in old-growth forests, in pools beneath waterfalls and in the beauties of the clear ocean, all can inspire us to open our awareness beyond our limiting beliefs. We can ask within for our awareness to be filled with Creator Consciousness.

Because we are fractals of Creator Consciousness, arising within the infinite essence of life, our nature is drawing us into greater and greater Self-Realization. We have the choice of remaining in limited consciousness or expanding into infinity, with many uplifting steps along the way.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have been experiencing the ripple effects of your evolution of consciousness there on planet Earth, and we must say that from the ninth dimension, what you have expanded into feels so very good. You see, every time we offer you something that can help to elevate your consciousness, and you receive it and use it, we benefit from that as well. This is true throughout this universe. We are all co-existing within the same universal consciousness. Therefore, when we help you, we help ourselves. The same is true for you there on planet Earth. When you help another, you are truly just helping yourself. You are going to get more of what you give, and that works in the other direction as well. If you are harming someone else, if you are even thinking harmful thoughts about them, you are only harming yourself. 

This is why it is so important to pay attention to what you are thinking about, what you are saying, how you are feeling, and how you are vibrating, and know that you have the ability to help others in far corners of the world with what you are thinking, with how you are sending energies in that direction. And as you send out the love, the light, the healing, and the compassion, that is what you will get back from your fellow humans.

You have so much power within you, and it is really time for you all to tap in to that power, to allow that power to be what you experience on a moment-to-moment basis. Any thought or belief you are using to convince yourselves of how small and insignificant you are must be cast aside at this point if you are going to enjoy this journey of ascension. This journey of ascension is really about knowing yourselves as more than what you have previously thought yourselves to be. 

You are not small and insignificant; you are powerful, and you are All-That-Is in the flesh. Recognize this within yourselves and in others and you are awakened. Be aware of when you are operating from this knowing, and when you are not, and you will be able to release that which is limiting to you, that which is telling you that you are small and/or insignificant. Your power extends even beyond your dimension and your Earth, as we feel it, and others feel it in the nonphysical dimensions when you step into your power, when you align with Source. You are in this process of becoming all the time the masters that you truly are, and it is time for you to let go so that you can enjoy the ride and experience the growth that is inevitable, that is part of the ascension process and therefore your birthright in this lifetime. 

This is a universal ascension. We are all doing it, and we are all affecting each other when we go with the flow, and we accept these changes that are occurring. Resist nothing and resist no one, and you will be in that flow. You will be recognizing that you are the creator of all of this, and it is all to benefit you. It is all for your spiritual evolution and growth. And when you experience it, you naturally want others to experience it as well. You want to share the wealth. You want to share the knowledge, the wisdom that you attain through your growth experiences and your successful navigation of them. 

What you put out into the universe when you have one of these successes benefits all. All can learn from your experiences, even if you never write about them or speak about them. We truly are all in this together, and we are supporting each other in this ascension journey, and that is power. That knowing that you are not doing it all by yourselves allows you to let go a bit more of the struggle and to let in more of the help and more of the positive experiences that others are having on your planet and throughout this beautiful universe of ours. We are ascending as well. We are rising up, becoming more of who we are, and we are sending all of that light and love and positivity to all of you there on Earth. Make sure you are taking some time in your busy day to open up to what’s coming to you from above.

Any of us can be a quantum healer. It works as a result of our conscious intent. In our essence we participate in universal consciousness, and consciousness is in everything. This includes the sub-atomic entities comprising our physical bodies. All of our atoms exist in a quantum field of etheric energy. Their powerful spinning and spiraling is so fast that it becomes tangible for us. Every part of our bodies is conscious and is part of our consciousness in a quantum dimension. Because we share the same consciousness with everything, we can direct its energetic patterns with our intentional awareness.

Our clear intention immediately attracts energetic patterns that align or resonate with our own. Being a true healer of every physical defect requires complete alignment with the quantum radiance of our heart-consciousness. This allows us to know the natural energetic design of the human body and to align with its vibrations, as conveyed to us through the heart of our Being. By intentionally being aware of our heart-consciousness, and aligning with its life-enhancing energy, we hold in our awareness the true form of anyone in the etheric dimension. 

By clearing ourselves with infinity breathing for a short time, we can direct our attention to the infinite joy and love flowing through us. This creates a powerful radiance of creative power that invites another person to align with its vibrations. If the person in need of healing can resonate with gratitude and joy, a quantum healing occurs, straightening out any defects, which are incompatible with life-enhancing energies and exist in a lower dimension, where there is energetic duality. Within our consciousness we can radiate quantum healing and life-enhancing energies directed toward everyone we choose to heal. We do this by aligning with our intuitive knowing. 

By our clear heart-consciousness, we are the first cause of every condition we intend to create. We are the energy modulators through our etheric heart-alignment, creating the qualities of high-vibratory living in gratitude, compassion and love. Anyone who can feel life-enhancing energies and resonate with them can be healed. That includes all of us. The more closely we resonate with our heart-consciousness, the more radiant we become and can project quantum healing energy powerfully. 

We can project our visionary healing through our eyes, our hands and our intention. Because we’re working with quantum energy, distance between a healer and a patient is meaningless, as is time. Quantum time is always now, and it is everywhere. Our effectiveness depends upon our ability to direct our consciousness through our focus, and to pay attention.

By living in a state of transcendence in awareness beyond good and evil, we can become masters of the human experience. We can live in our eternal presence of awareness with unlimited creative power for the enhancement of all life. This is the state of Being that we are being attracted to by the enveloping consciousness all around us. We are participants in the consciousness that constantly creates everything trillions of times per second. 

In realizing that we are fractals of universal consciousness, we can know that we have always been the creators of our experiences in collaboration with all other humans and everything we interact with. We have our species consciousness, just as the animals and plants do. The Earth has her planetary consciousness, which is becoming more powerful in recovering her creative life force, as she rises in vibratory resonance. To continue to live here, we must align our state of being with her. We can benefit by being in nature as much as possible, often by ourselves in places of beauty and majesty, with our skin on the earth when possible.

In order to be able to utilize our unlimited creative ability, we must live in harmony with our environment and everyone around us. We must align with the qualities inherent in universal consciousness. These are the qualities of infinite love and joy with complete confidence in our abilities. It is primarily fear and doubt that have restricted our awareness and realization. When we know and feel in alignment with life-enhancement for all in every moment, we can trust ourselves implicitly, and our abilities become unlimited. We can resolve and release our limiting beliefs about ourselves.

In realizing our presence of awareness beyond time/space, we cannot be threatened or invaded by negativity. It does not exist for us, because we are in different energetic dimensions. In our human lives, this results in ultimate freedom and personal sovereignty, regardless of what may be happening around us. It is all within our consciousness, and we can choose which vibratory patterns we want to pay attention to and align with. This is how we create our quality of life, and we can experience what we love the most.
