During this ongoing shift, your honesty and integrity will be one of your biggest assets. Those around you may not understand the significance of it… yet, but they will awaken to the fact very soon.
The Universe knows and recognizes the fact that existing in two worlds at once can be a challenging experience. However, the time when two worlds will become one is very close at hand.
It is important for you to maintain your boundaries and walk your path the best way you know how until that time arrives. Your Earth plane needs your light and love now, more than ever.
Keep shining brightly, dear one, you are almost there!
The further along you move into this great shift, the more you will begin to see the falseness people have been using as protection is becoming less acceptable. Those that continue to operate in this way may become angry or upset because this particular tactic is no longer working, and you no longer choose to get with the program.
If you are a human that has embraced honesty and integrity, it may be very frustrating when you encounter them. Please, do not be dismayed or take this personally. Rather than seeing you for who you are, they are receiving a direct reflection of what they need to release and who they need to become.
The world is in flux, dear one! Keep embracing who you are and know that, even though others may not get it yet, they will.

Each person has their own perception of how others should be. The missing piece of this particular puzzle is that they forget how to apply it to themselves as well.
It is not necessary to point it out to them… they already know even if it only exists on a subconscious level. You are now being asked to be a guide, a light in the darkness, a beacon of what honesty and integrity truly is.
You, and your connection to The Universe, has been called into service. It is your time to answer the call.
We are in a period which is pulling us out of the busy loops of our mind and dropping us squarely into the raw reality of our hearts. A profound emotional pressure is building, creating an intense clarity that is stripping away illusions and forcing us to see what needs to be seen, change what needs to be changed, and release what needs to be released. What we have long buried, collectively and individually, is being exposed as the energy dismantles the fragile structures built on avoidance or superficial harmony. This is pushing us to speak our truth with maturity, set firm boundaries, and honour our energy, ensuring that what we carry forward is rooted in mutual respect and integrity.
The energetic unearthing is accelerating this weekend as the energy builds toward the Full Moon on Sunday. This is the second Full Moon this month which promises to quicken the rate of insight that is arising. This energy is specifically targeting our relationships, our self-worth, and where we have compromised our integrity and value to keep a false sense of peace. To find your footing amidst this emotional tide, pay close attention to how you are responding or reacting. Remember that discomfort is often the old, restrictive skin falling away. Do not fear the truths that surface. Meet them with compassion, maturity, and a willingness to let go of what no longer serves your growth and your evolution. Recognize that the illusions are being cleared so that you can finally step into what is real.
As this cycle peaks, give yourself permission to slow down, rest, and integrate these heavy shifts. The landscape of your inner world is reforming, anchoring you deeper into your true power and soul alignment.
As you move through your day, please keep this in mind; your reality is malleable. If you believe people lack integrity, are dishonest, will take all they can get if the opportunity arises or are working and angle, The Universe will provide you every example possible to show you exactly what you believe.
If however, you believe others are inherently good, honest, have integrity, are putting forth the effort of being transparent and showing love as often as they can…The Universe will provide exactly that especially for you.
Your homework for today is to take some time and really think about your thoughts and which direction they take on a moment-to-moment basis. You are the only one who can change, and The Universe is standing by to help you in any way possible. Choose wisely.
As the intense energy of yesterday's Full Moon begins to settle we will start to feel the powerful expansion that March created within us. This expansion is like nothing we have ever experienced before and as a result, you may find yourself feeling a little unbalanced and unstable as you adjust and recalibrate.
You may feel tender, perhaps even a little raw as the the energy of the Full Moon continues to stir emotions shedding light on what has until now been unseen and or hidden. What is important is how you respond. This is not a time for rushing forward. It is a time where you are being urged to consider and reflect. You are still in a process of aligning with the shifts that have already taken place within you. Whatever has and is unfolding for you requires you to move forward with responsiblity and with integrity.
Be mindful that you are bieng called to step more fully into a more evolved version of yourself. As such you must now embrace the transformation, identity shifts and reinvention that is being offered. Remember that you are learning to transmute the darkness into light and as you continue to focus on the inner work necessary and needed, a deeper understanding of the changes now manifesting with arise.
Allow yourself to delve into the depths of your desires and motivations to eliminate the internal limitations and blocks that keep you from focusing your energy and attention on what serves your soul. This is a crucial moment where you get to confront the inner struggles and conflict that keeps you stuck and bound to the past.

Our future world will operate on the foundation of love, compassion, integrity, accountability, and inclusive unity. This is our destiny, and it is why we came here. The universe loves us and will conspire with us to manifest our visions and intentions fueled by our actions. All we must do is show up and place our energy toward our visions. The universe will see us through this dark and heavy transitional void between what was and will be.
Now that we are really in the deep end, many things are showing up that don’t seem conducive to us creating a harmonious and beautiful life for humanity. We are absolutely clear that this is not the world we signed up for nor the world we have worked so tirelessly to anchor. We must remember that where we are right now is only a transitional state. Also, our physical bodies have struggled as we navigate the turbulent void between what was and what will be. This was expected. Despite the illusion, we are still on track. Keep your sights on the future.
As we traverse this void, our primal physical body’s hard wiring will react with anxiety and fear. These normal reactions can morph and anchor into twisted, limiting belief systems if left unchecked. We can experience a lack of trust in the process. We might feel overwhelmed, have anger or judgements of anything different than our belief system. Biases are based on fear. Fear keeps us from accessing our inner truth. Once temporarily blocked from our inner truth, we often look outside ourselves and digest a lot of energy-draining speculations about our possible future outcomes. Remember, we cannot see anything for what it is until we stop viewing it through the biases of what we want it to be. When we reach outside ourselves for “truth,” we can become rigid, unbending, anxious, and even anchor ourselves in this temporary void because deep underneath, we just want to feel safe and comfortable. This is entirely understandable. We all need comfort and safety. But for us to feel comfortable in this mere illusion of a chaotic void, we try to ground these temporary energies before it is actually time to do so, and this has been only adding stress and anxiety to our lives.
Our knee-jerk, fear-based reactions are quite “normal” for what we are trying to pull off here and were even expected by many Ascended Masters and the Star Elders. They know our physical bodies are programmed with primal survival programs and ancestral lineage memories. Our ancestors have carried us this far. We honor them for giving us the foundation upon which to build a new future. But our ancestors never experienced anything like this before. There’s nobody to show you the way, but you. You are the way.
So here are some guidelines to help ease our current journey.
Please don’t feed your fears because it will swallow up your light. Please do not waste your energy on loss causes and people who do not respect or cannot receive what you offer them. Honor your energy and light and use it in ways that can make a difference.
Be a tree. Know who you are and anchor yourself within yourself like the roots of a tree while bending like a tree does in changing weather. Learn to bend, but do not break.
Keep yourselves connected in your communities and have empathy and compassion for all others, no matter where they are in their journey or their belief systems. A good support system is essential during these times.
Foster BE-ing in “Enlightened Neutrality” by knowing what is transpiring around you in your world but not making a judgment or taking a stand. Remember, all this is going to change very, very quickly. Any place you anchor yourselves is the place that will cause you stress or pain.
Stay calm, heart-centered, and confident in our positive future, but do not spiritually bypass the work that presents itself to you. You want to ground yourself in divine balance, your cosmic orientation point within yourself. Where we place our energy is what we will manifest. What we believe will become our reality. Be a witness to this transition.
Place your energy toward re-schooling your belief systems to be flexible and grounded like a tree and in a constant state of enlightened neutrality. In other words, it means knowing what’s happening but not letting it trigger or affect our balance. If triggered, you cannot access your inner truth or light-that’s it-plain and simple.
It’s essential to remember all that is happening now; all that is out of alignment with the natural laws of the universe will not be sustainable in the future or be a part of our new reality. As we move forward, the universe filters out all the miscreations in our current reality. There is absolutely no need to fight anything going on in the world at the moment. Unless the challenges show up right on your doorstep, it is not your fight. Remember, there are uncountable warriors of light strategically placed throughout our reality who are being called to battles that show up on their doorsteps. Pick your battles wisely and use your energy accordingly. This transformation is not all on your shoulders.
Do not drag with you all that seems wrong with the world now. Let it go. As we traverse this void, we must remember that this is not our destination. It’s important not to get attached, hung up on, angry, or triggered about what’s happening in the world. This is merely a transition that your soul has never experienced before. Sure, this time is scary and painful. This is the nature of transitions. But we are sure you wouldn’t want the previously used alternative: drop the body and start all over once the new cycle has fully landed. You have chosen a different way this time.
To traverse this time and actually land in the reality we want, filled with our heart and soul desires, we cannot feed, thus accelerating the fear and anxiety that rise through the dismantling of the old world. We must hold tight to the vision in our hearts. It’s up to us collectively how we will land in this new world. It will benefit our lives and the countless generations that come after us.
Remembering you are also a physical being on a physical earth is important. Everything you think, feel, and do as you walk upon the Earth affects the Earth and all life upon it. Our energy circulates around the Earth to every corner of the Earth, affecting every bit of life. If we walk with love, compassion, respect, and honor for all life, we anchor this for the entire earth to feel. If we walk with anger, judgment, spiritual ego, etc., these things will circumnavigate the Earth. Our unchecked negative egos will not elevate life; it will devalue life. We must be the counterbalance to the chaos in the world and the calm in the storm.
Lastly, be compassionate with one another, knowing that everyone in the world is doing their best with what they have in each moment. Also, be compassionate to yourselves! You are right where you’re supposed to be, even if it doesn’t feel right. If we could see the bigger picture right now, we would realize how ridiculous it is to judge anybody or yourself for anything. We are all in the same pot of soup now, and no one has made the summit of this process yet. And never, ever forget that you are incredibly valuable to this epic, once-in-lifetime transformation process, just as you are at this very moment.

Integrity, according to the dictionary, can mean wholeness, but it can also be interpreted in a way that carries a lot of baggage.
This add-on baggage includes self-defeating concepts like "should," "try to," and "high" standards. All of these concepts are facets of Old Reality consciousness.
The frequency of consciousness in the New Reality is heart-centered. Unconditional love comes naturally; you need only let it flow through your heart and allow that energy to be who you are.
When you shift to the higher consciousness of the New Reality, the universe reorganizes itself around you to reflect that higher reality. Externally-imposed rules are replaced by internal, love-based choices.
To become whole is to become harmoniously fully-functional. In such a reality, you treat yourself and others with unconditional love and care. To care less than that for yourself, or less than that for others, would mean being less than whole.
The keyword of the Old Reality was separation. The keyword for the New Reality is integrity or integration, as in a sense of wholeness. An integrated self does not have opposing parts which foster a loss of self-love and self-acceptance.
The Old Reality's view of integrity was defined by people who didn't want to be whole, and didn't want you to be whole. By separating people's beliefs into opposing, arguing, self-defeating parts, there was always room for someone "superior" to be in charge and therefore maintain the social order of that time.
In the New Reality, however, the frequency of consciousness is different. When you allow yourself to be in tune with the New Reality, you no longer strive to be separate from others, nor strive to maintain opposing, separative points of view within yourself.
The New Reality is heart-based. When you see fear for the hollow illusion that it is, and allow your heart chakra to open to everyone in your life, then your actions are determined by your unconditional love for others around you and, equally, for yourself. When your heart opens up to loving yourself as much as anyone else, then you want the best for yourself, just as much as any parent wants the best for their child.
The Old Reality sees love of self as an egocentric problem. The New Reality recognizes that, if Infinite Being - the essence within all things - is infinite love, then perhaps it's time to get in tune with the greater reality and wholly respect yourself. Besides, a heart-based reality is not an egocentric level of consciousness. It exists at a different frequency. To be specific, fourth-density rather than the old third-density.
Wholeness comes with a chakra shift, a shift of focus from the third to the fourth chakra, from the solar plexus to the heart. The fourth chakra channels heart-based, unconditional love.
With the shift to love energy comes wholeness of mind, body and spirit.
The shift to love is one big step in the direction of who you are, and who we all are. Remember, deep down inside...

2025 is really important year for the world, when the structure of society will start to change. Currently the world is pretty chaotic. I have been saying for a long time that leaders are being prepared to move us into the fifth dimension and we will last start to see this happening in 2025. At last leaders, who are not self-serving, but have vision, compassion and integrity are ready to step forward.
All the systems that are currently breaking down will start shifting into a new dynamic. I asked my guide to describe 2025 and he gave me, expansion, hope and the NEW.
2025 is a 9 year, 2+0+2+5 = 9. 9 is the number of completions and endings. Many things in people’s personal lives and on the planet will be fulfilled and completed. You can consciously assist this by tying up loose ends, clearing out old junk, papers and anything you no longer need. At the same time, raise your frequency so that when the New comes in to take its place, it will be at a higher vibration.
world will become much more Aquarian in 2025. This means humanity will seek more freedom, more autonomy, etcetera.
There will be an easing of the extreme weather conditions we have seen. However, because the challenging weather is reported in the news, it will not seem as if there is an improvement. Stay positive and calm and look to the time in the not too distant future when we will be able to naturally control the weather for the highest good.
Similarly, while there will not be peace everywhere, there will be a reduction in tensions and an aquarian seeking of solutions to benefit all.
More people than ever before will be moving onto an ascension pathway and a significant number seeking higher ascension. Right now the energies for spiritual growth are huge. It is so exciting. The full moon on the 13th of January Is the wolf moon. This year it heralds new higher energies and is an important time to meditate and establish them in your life.
So what is your vision for 2025? Remember that if you hold your vision without doubt or deviation it must take place! So always ask for it to be brought about only if it is for the highest good. You are immeasurably powerful. The energy of 2025 is right behind you.
Integrity sounds like a moral issue, but it really isn't. It's just plain common sense.
Integrity means wholeness, completeness. A person with wholeness can focus their energies in one direction. A whole person achieves their life's purpose without the dissipation of energies caused by internal conflicts. They get things done with ease, and then move on to the next activity which further pursues their sense of inner joy.
Imagine, if you worked for an employer who really should have given you a raise in salary many months ago. You want to go and ask for your long-overdue raise, but you're thinking, "Oh, God, I feel so GUILTY!" You may as well give up! At least, until you've resolved the issue of guilt.
Guilt and fear are, of course, part of the tradition that we have inherited from our forebears. That tradition is one of separateness. Separation of people into sexes, races, colors, religions. Then there's the separation of cities via competing sports teams, the separation of nations through battles and war. Even consciousness has been separated into subconscious, superconscious and regular waking states.
Separation is the opposite of wholeness. Separation divides, while integrity unifies.
It's the difference in viewpoints between, for example, "Is your community Protestant or Catholic?" and the response, "Our community contains both Protestants and Catholics."
Integrity is inclusive. Separation is exclusive.
Integrity is the ability to say "and" instead of "or."
Integrity is wholeness, or completeness. Wholeness allows your energies to be directed towards any activity without them being dissipated by inner conflicts. Integrity, therefore, empowers effectiveness.
Integrity of mind, body and spirit begins with spiritual integrity.
The traditions of guilt and fear come from the old reality, which is one of separation. Guilt and fear were primarily tools used to control other people. In the dawning new reality, we find it our responsibility to transform these tools of the dark ages. When your spirit feels crushed by a heavy feeling of guilt or fear, you can either:
a) Go into therapy. In highly stressful or severe cases, professional help should always be your first course of action.
b) Go into meditation to trace the feeling back to its source and find out who originally put that feeling fear or guilt in you. Then, when you understand the original purpose of that programming and its inappropriateness today, you can let it go.
c) Blow it away now, regardless of where it came from, using a statement of freedom, such as;
"I now release this old reality and replace it with the unconditional love which flows through all of Creation. I am Infinite Being."
Today's inherited cultural baggage includes many subconscious archetypes. Among these are the ideas of oaths of obedience, poverty and chastity. Whether you have made these oaths in previous incarnations as a monk or a nun, or just inherited them along with today's cultural mindset, they can be equally debilitating. It is time for these unconscious, outmoded restrictions to go.
Oaths of obedience serve only those in charge of an institution. It has always been easier to be in charge as the anointed leader if no one asks silly questions, like, "Do you really know what you're doing?"
Chastity reduces emotional problems in monasteries. However, in otherwise happy marriages, the same sense of chastity creates problems. Release any deep, inner suspicions that you should be "chaste for life" before your partner wonders if you're distancing yourself from them because you don't love them any more. Then, instead, you can be chased for life!
Poverty allows monks and nuns to focus on serving their institution. In today's commercial world, however, it causes ineffectiveness. If you harbor the suspicion that your bank account should be perpetually empty, then letting go of that belief in poverty will open up huge doors of personal freedom. In today's world, you can only pursue your greatest joys, especially during retirement, if you have the necessary resources. Travel, study, adventures and hobbies all take funds. At one time, a vow of poverty let you focus on your purpose. Today, however, it makes you miss out on most of the potential fun in life.
Here's how to release outdated, subconscious oaths of obedience, chastity, poverty, and anything else that crimps your modern-day lifestyle.
When the time feels right for your own personal Declaration of Independence, enter a quiet state, and then declare;
"By the power vested in me by my existence within Infinite Being, I now cancel all of those unconscious vows and obligations which no longer serve me. I release these now, and I replace them with the unconditional love which flows through all of Creation. I am Infinite Being."
I referred the other day to “courts of standing with officials of integrity, giving just and unbiased decisions.” (1)
Unbiased decisions? Give me a break. The lawfare we’ve watched recently has made a mockery of the words.
But, yes, there are ways to work with bias. Let me look at that for a moment and then let’s look at the difference integrity or a lack of it makes in the working of any system.
Bias is an opinion, usually deeply-ingrained, which operates in a world of consciousness that we hold separate from our other mind-created inner (and outer) worlds. When we switch from our normal, everyday conversation with ourselves to a normal, everyday conversation with another, we may as well have entered another world.
We may deny in our onstage consciousness a bias which we openly discuss in our offstage conversations with ourselves. That basic act of false denial is an irritant around which a pearl later grows. It’s a bend in the twig along which the tree inclines.
But there are various approaches I can take, if I have sincerity and integrity (not if I don’t), to either minimize the impact of my bias or avoid a serious mis-step. They are:
Notice the bias and, if insignificant (as with a brief and inconsequential encounter), remain aware of it and its possible impact;
If significant, identify my bias and urge awareness (watch for it!) on the other’s part;
If important to the outcome, identify my bias and recuse myself from making the decision.
In a world where politics are ethical and moral, these options, depending on circumstances, would probably all be deemed as honorable and acceptable.

Unfortunately, what we’re living in is a world in which leading political figures have been corrupted by the deep state, cartels, and mafias, blackmailed using bribes and threats, (2) real or contrived honeypots, hidden videos, etc. (3)
I could go on to list human-rights abuses they’re guilty of, but even the names are traumatic. I’d rather let Matthew put the matter:
“From time to time we have alluded to upcoming happenings that will shock most of Earth’s peoples to their very core. If any period could be considered majorly dramatic insofar as the world being turned upside down to shake out the dark elements, it is the period on your near horizon. In concert with mind-stunning revelations, energy surges will be activating ancient portals and anchoring them as interstellar beacons.” (4)
Every day our limits of what is unthinkable, horrendous, or dismaying could be pushed back by fresh revelations. Or challenged by incoming energies. And, unless we know what’s happening, we might minimize it in our haste to return to comfort and complacency.
Michael has warned us of the dangers of simply sweeping things under the carpet as we tend to do:
Archangel Michael: Everything that has need to be eliminated, everything that has need to be relinquished, everything that needs to be healed in this cesspool that we call ‘chaos’ has need to come to the surface.
Otherwise – and this has happened many, many times in human history – what happens is there is a belief [that] there is a healing, an accommodation, a remedy, and then the human collective tends to think, ‘Okay, now it is cleaned up. Now it is healed. Now it is done.’
But the core – the core issues – of the collective, and of course of the individuals, have not been addressed, and therefore it simply settles in and it festers. (5)
Another pitfall is that, subscribing to empirical materialism, our society’s influencers must see it and hear it to believe it. (6) Otherwise, entrainment (social leadership) out of darkness won’t happen.
And, even then, it cannot be only they who carry the weight, Michael tells us:
Archangel Michael: It cannot be simply the lightbearers who are holding the light, and shining the light, and beaming the light, and being the light – it cannot simply be them doing all the heavy lifting, for the entire planet to go forward. (7)

Any approach can be used by decent people to produce beneficial outcomes or by dishonest people to produce corrupt. Everything depends on the intentions of the actor.
We as a world have refused to accept the existence of something as evil as the world’s elites have created. But, in the ten days of broadcasts, we’ll be brought face-to-face with the truth, perhaps as much of it as a human being can stand.
All the pooh-poohing we’ve done has allowed that mass of evil to grow and grow, until now it has the capacity, if allowed by our star family (which they will not), to destroy most of the human race with a toxic vaccine or a nuclear WW3.
This that we’re going through is what it feels like to watch everything evil come to the surface. I’m reminded of scenes in horror movies where the source of horror is gathered up by a tornado and vacuumed to the other side. (8) Evil will have to leave an ascending Gaia, the Divine Mother says:
Divine Mother: Those people who just simply say “no, I don’t want to do this” will be gathered up in mercy, in compassion, gentleness and kindness – not brought to somewhere else, let me be very clear about that – they will be brought home for reconstitution. …
They will either die beforehand or die during, because they cannot incorporate the level of the love energy – because that is what Ascension is – they cannot incorporate that … and it literally… you have heard of situations, especially you… have heard of situations where people’s hearts simply stop or explode for no explained reason.
It is simply because they cannot continue on, and the merciful thing to do is to simply, gently and kindly, bring them home. We do not know the meaning of punishment, of what has in so many different religious pursuits been called ‘hell.’ ‘Hell’ is when you are in that place – the depth of despair. (9)

It isn’t as if we’re being asked to don battle gear. Committed and valiant men and women in the military have volunteered to do that on our behalf. There are many other things we can do in their support and ours:
* Remain informed;
* Be prepared with food, drink, necessaries, and currency (in low amounts) for self and others;
* Carry on normally and peacefully, which denies the dark forces the energy of fear (loosh) that their top echelons thrive on;
* Send them love bombs because love has the power to dissolve hatred, freeing them from their self-imposed chains, if anything can;
* Work to unite humanity in your neighborhood to cast off darkness in all its forms;
* And a hundred others.
All the time knowing, from all you’ve read here and elsewhere, that the Light has already won. (10)
