This weekend we have the last New Moon of the year and the Solstice which brings us to a profound intersection of personal, spiritual and collective transformation. The convergence of the year’s last New Moon and the Solstice creates a potent gateway for deep, foundational transformation. Their combined energy amplifies the natural cycles of release and new beginnings, creating tension between letting go of the past and embracing the future. This intense energy will act as a catalyst, bringing deeply buried or unprocessed emotions to the surface pushing us to confront them in order to evolve beyond our previous limitations.

Growth and freedom rarely occur within familiar, comfortable situations. Take time to acknowledge your growth and see how past challenges have shaped your current self and perspective. Recgonise too that the inner shifts you have experienced are allowing you to now approach life with greater wisdom and clarity. Continue the work of identifying what needs to be released while strengthening your faith in the unfolding of your journey.

Be mindful that we are in a phase of closure and completion which does require a letting go of the old before we can move into the new. Holding on to past hurts, regrets, or attachments takes up valuable emotional and mental space, space that is needed for new experiences. Be willing to embrace discomfort remembering that when you are willing to let go of what is comfortable freedom ensues.

Samuel: “Aaron and I wish to discuss with you the many facets of karma. What is that, you say? ‘Karma is karma is karma, either soul enhancing or soul destroying.’

“But not so fast, my dear human friend, I must tell you. It is much more complicated than that. In fact, karma does have many facets, and in most circumstances it can be relative, evolving, personal and or collective. In time you will find that karma can change, day after day, year after year, to one’s happiness or potential misery.

“Consider now a good deed done by a young child, a poor little waif, leading a hungry man to a free meal at an emergency food kitchen. The same good turn is now performed by a rich man. Are these two benefactors on equal karmic terms? Don’t answer me, but the rich man only wanted the ‘beggar’ away from his door. The youngster outshines the rich man myriad times over. Karma here is relative, to do with age and motivation.

“Think of the person with an interest in conservation. He or she is allocating more and more of available free time to, say, planting trees, or rescuing wildlife in distress. Karma here is greatly positive, strengthening, growing. One might correctly say it is of a cumulative nature.

“As well, for that caring individual, karma is entirely personal. He or she, as long as the undertaking is of a solitary kind, all goodwill is accrued by that one person. The picture changes entirely when such an individual contributor manages to motivate others to become part of his or her project. Some additional minor aspect of the total accrued karma is shared by the originator of such environmental thoughtfulness. Here the sum is greater than the whole of the parts. Here karma has evolved and has become a group effort.”

Teacher Aaron: “This is Aaron, invited to add my part to this teaching. With karma there is another side of the ‘coin’. One might say there is a reverse to the obverse of your ‘universe credits’ so frequently joked about. Our interest is with your having a clear understanding of the negative collective aspect of karma.

“Beware of those in charge of your nation on your behalf, indeed, those you collectively voted into power. Take heed of these changing times of mere lip service regarding citizens’ rights and democracy. Consider your responsibility for the behaviour of those you place in charge of yourselves. Your liability does not end at the moment you place your X on the ballot paper. You are meant to oversee their performances.

“Those living in a democracy freely share in the negative karma, although to varying degrees, in their nation’s wars and in the repression of minorities. Likewise do they share in the positive karma of their nation’s good deeds. Neither of these ‘karmic sharings’ apply to those ruled by a dictator … lucky for some.

“Samuel and I wish you good day. May the coming holy days bring you peace and tranquillity.”

The Akashic Record Keepers are sending their light, and they wish to express to you what a glorious existence this is! Oftentimes, the beauty of life can be obscured by its challenges. In this moment, they wish to bring you back to that which is true: You are a Star.

You are the most extraordinary collection of molecules and light and effervescent energy that has ever existed on the earth. They say there has never been anyone like you, and there will never be anyone like you again. In this moment, they want you to pause in quiet appreciation of yourself. They say, brush off the dust and look down to see your enduring sparkle.

This year has been one of tremendous beauty and accomplishment, and at times, great challenge - on the personal, individual level, and, as we see each day, in the world at large.

They say, humanity will emerge from this, and our light will be extraordinary.

Be a star.

Be a collection of light and magic that illuminates and guides others.

They say, tune into your soul essence, feel the light of who you are, and reflect for a moment on how you touch the lives of all those around you.

Be a shining star.

They say, do not hide your light. They ask that you express your wisdom and your essence in the ways that feel most comfortable for you: First and foremost, in the way you live your life, and then through physical expression such as writing, art, beautiful movement, or the spoken word.

Now, they ask you to acknowledge someone else.

Create a movement of energy by acknowledging something beautiful in someone you know and ask them to share their light with you. If you can, send an actual handwritten card to someone, old-school, postal mail. If this isn’t your best means of expression, send an email, or text, but do it now, if you will. They are seeking to create a waveform of energy right now, so dive in! Take this wave of love and acknowledgment they are sending to you. Drink it in fully, and then let it move through you to the next.

At the very least, reply to this note, and tell me about your essence. I would love to receive your light. :)

Facing and Resolving our Personal Challenges

We are created to be sovereign and free, eternal creators of experiences of unconditional love and joy, but we decided to limit ourselves in order to experience conditions that were unavailable to us in our true Selves. To make our experiences in empirical duality believable and meaningful, we had to blind ourselves to our true nature. We had to believe that we are mortal and fearful and can travel the path of self-diminishment and apparent self-destruction. Without knowing the process of transformation that we went through in our incarnation and that we can reverse, we have been doing our best to avoid the results of our attention and alignment with negativity. We haven’t even imagined that we are the creators of all of our life experiences. 

We can take our blinders off and open our awareness beyond the reality of negativity. Because we have allowed ourselves to be trained to believe in the reality of fear and death, we experience the results of those limiting beliefs in suffering and physical death. By changing our attention from negative thoughts and experiences, to positive scenarios filled with life-enhancing energies, we elevate our awareness to what we love. When we do this, we create the experiences of a greater reality beyond negativity. It can give us an understanding beyond our drama in time/space, opening ourselves to our infinite presence of awareness.

For our possible understanding of human life as one of many expressions of who we are in different energetic dimensions in our present awareness, we can use our power of intentional choice to create mastery in our realization of empirical reality. We create what we believe is real. We can intentionally change our realization, which draws our experience into resonance with our psyche. Through our realization of what is real, we can change, intensify, minimize or transform our roles as human actors.

Our Self-Realization depends upon our openness to our heart-consciousness and our willingness to transform our lives. If we are intentionally open to expanding our Self-Awareness, we can begin with imagining an experience that is a little beyond our current reality, but that we can believe is possible for us. By intentionally choosing in complete confidence to believe that it is real in our experience, we create its energetic quality, attracting resonating energetic patterns to manifest in our experience. Once this happens, we can go for something more challenging, until we absolutely know our inner guidance and our eternal present awareness beyond ego-consciousness.
