Fear is the great separator of mind from spirit. While you fear, you are being kept away from the natural power of your divine inner connection. Within human consciousness, love and fear are opposites.

Fear will drive out love. Love will drive out fear. You choose which one you wish to concentrate your focus upon. You choose whether you will give your energy to love or to fear. Love is the antidote to fear and it can be brought back to the fore even in the most trying of times.

Giving thanks is the expression of gratitude, and gratitude is one of the most beautiful secrets in spiritual life.

Gratitude is an expression of love, and love is something which flows from the Creator of the universe through all forms of life and all forms of manifestation. Without love, life in the universe cannot exist. Love is the universal force of preservation which holds creation in manifestation.

The Natural Flow of Love

Love is as natural as the universe. By design, there is a tension between the forces of creation and universal love. It is this tension which controls the size of the universe, holding it within its envelope. It is this tension which regulates the size of an electron’s orbit around a nucleus. It is universal love which forms the force of attraction which retains electrons in their orbits, making atoms possible and therefore the existence of life as we know it.

You can block love, or you can allow it to flow naturally through you. Falling in love with another person is an allowance of the flow of love through your heart. In a world where everything has the appearance of separateness, it is a surrender to the underlying unity of all life. It is a place of apparent vulnerability, a willingness to take the risk that the illusion of separation will once again return if that love is later lost.

When you allow your heart to open to the universe’s flow of love, gratitude comes with that flow. Gratitude for being alive, for just existing, for just being in the flow of the adventure of life. Gratitude for the Sun that gives us life. Gratitude for the Earth that gives us our home in the cosmos. Gratitude for the people that you love, and for those who share your journey through life.

Gratitude flows unimpeded from an open heart. When you allow it, it flows as freely as the sunshine, unobstructed by judgments or conditions.

Quality of Life

Use the following affirmation. Keep repeating it while, each time, thinking more and more of what the words mean. It adds new meaning to the words, “Quality of life.”

Fear is the great separator of mind from spirit. While you fear, you are unable to trust your divine origin. It follows that people who pressure you to fear things in life want to keep you away from the power of your inner connection so that they may gain some kind of power over you.

For our quality of life, we have a wide range of available options. How we experience life is our own personal choice. It is the way we realize our reality, and it can be in alignment with the consciousness of our heart. The focus of this consciousness is our physical and psychic vibratory frequency and polarity. These are expressions of our imagined fears and the love of our heart in juxtaposition of each other. Our most powerful vibratory amplitude brings our entire being into resonance with it. Because of these energetic relationships, our choices for living become our reality.

If we have a determined focus upon the light in everything, we keep ourselves inspired. We can live in gratitude, love and joy. This is a personal state of being. It is not necessarily shared with humanity and has no connection with anything outside of our own unlimited imagination. Our personal vibratory quality is our signatory in creating our perspective on life. This is the filter that defines the quality and extent of our realization. As we clear the filter, our awareness opens to the infinite essence of Being beyond spacetime.

In realizing our infinite presence of awareness, we can enter a higher frequency environment of greater love and joy. Completely without fear, this spectrum of experiences is powerfully ecstatic and irresistibly wonderful. This is an energetic world of life-enhancement of every kind. The path to this world is open to each of us through our realization of its reality. It comes into our experience when we feel and imagine ourselves living in resonance with it.

Many worlds exist in the same place and time, but they are of different polarities and frequencies and do not interact. We have choices in every moment to flow with the energetic patterns that we feel are most fulfilling. As we practice being insightful with ourselves, we can understand how we create whatever quality of experience we think about and feel ourselves participating in. When we realize that our heart-consciousness naturally guides us to pay attention to what is life-enhancing and fulfilling, we can train ourselves to recognize this immediately and then align with its resonance. We can always be in alignment with the desire of our heart, while we emit its radiance and attractive power.

Many people in society today work at jobs they don't like, and find themselves with little or no time for activities that increase the quality of their lives. Such people are being kept out of alignment with their inner selves.

Traditionally, society has pressured people into conformity. Peer pressure to conform to an immediate social group begins at school because, from an early age, people are taught that they should conform to outside standards.

In England, the phrase "know your place" is used as a put-down to someone who has started to become outstanding in some way. In Australia, the traditional phrase is "cut down the tall poppies." In Japan, it is "The nail that sticks up will be pounded down."

However, this pressure towards conformity has been lessening in recent decades, and it will continue to lessen as people realize that there is strength in diversity. Diversity is natural. Conformity is unnatural. In the universe, every snowflake, every person, and even every proton is unique. Together, the sum of the parts makes up a perfect universe of infinite diversity.

Diversity is designed into the universe because the universe exists in order that Infinite Being, the All That Is, may gain an infinite variety of experiences. In the case of human beings as expressions of the one source, we have freewill so that we can makes choices. Making choices, and experiencing the results of those choices, is what human life is all about.

Inner alignment means becoming more of your true self. Your inner being is your true self, and by developing your inner potential, you express more and more of your true self.

In heart-centered, New Reality consciousness, mutual support is shared between people. That means that being different is good, developing personal skills is good, and exploring your own potential is good. Deep within, everyone is equal. However, in your unique form of expression in the outer world, you are different to everyone else. Not better or worse, not more-than or less-than; just different, because diversity is natural and is honored through mutual respect.

The New Reality of heart-centered consciousness is being built on this Earth, one person at a time. New Reality consciousness is a supportive and empowered state of consciousness, rather than the Old Reality consciousness of separation and fear.

When a person manifests their own unique, inner being, they become aligned, in the way that a laser beam is aligned, rather than being scattered by external should's and should-not's. A beam of laser light is powerful because it is coherent, not scattered in different directions. Your outer consciousness becomes more powerful when it is aligned with your inner being, not scattered in different directions.

When many people in society become aligned in their own personal power, the whole becomes far more influential than the sum of the parts. In fact, it becomes exponentially more powerful.

When enough pioneers choose New Reality consciousness, there will come a day when their powerfully aligned influence will reach a critical mass. Then, it will transform the remainder of society and, suddenly, everyone will "get it." Society, as a whole, will then realize that heart-centered consciousness is the way forward into creating its bright, new future.

There is so much happening in your world you must find it hard to keep up with it, particularly when it affects you personally. People are saying that doomsday is coming because they cannot see any end to the trauma and changes that have badly affected their quality of life.

There seems to be no end to the continual changes that are leading many into poverty and severely affecting their quality of life. Some ask why is it all happening now and what is the likely outcome. We wish we could see the immediate it and would assure you that in the long run it will be to your liking, and leave the old unsatisfactory ways of life behind.

There is a greater picture that you cannot see and as the energies continue to rise there will come a time when the light will become stronger, and leave the negative vibrations behind never again to blight your lives. It will be the culmination of humanity’s resolve and determination to remain strong and not give way to the pressures placed upon them.

At present success seems a long way off but be assured we are with you all of the time urging you ever onwards. We know you can do it and we will be backing you all of the way so that you do not become discouraged.

Some of you despair at the thought of having to live through such times, but we remind you that you knew what to expect before you took this incarnation. You may not realise it but you were prepared for this lifetime and the part you would play in it. So nothing happens by chance and all is a part of the great plan for Humanity.

In other words you have never been left alone to face your challenges and we back you up where possible or permissible. Be assured that all will work out as planned and there is light at the end of the tunnel of darkness. The dark Ones will follow their path and learn whatever lessons they need to rise up.

You normally carry your karma around with you and clear it whenever a suitable opportunity arises. Karma that is required to ensure lessons are learnt is applied when you are ready to handle it and normally assured of being successful. The whole set up upon

Earth is something like a school and opportunities are planned to enable you to continue evolving. It is the whole object of each life, and each ones experience determines how much they learn and progress. The goal is to raise your vibrations and move up into the higher levels until you become a Being of Light.

Understand that in the realm of freewill you accepted the challenge to see if you could overcome the interference of the dark Ones and still make progress. Their role is to play the opposition and do all they can to hold you back to see if you can overcome it.

It may seem a strange way to do it, but experience has shown it to be the best way that enables Beings of Light to evolve. The beauty of this system is that you will always get more opportunities to achieve success, and clearly we want you to be successful. Generally speaking the Light will always come out on top.

The system is well tried and tested and you always have the opportunity to see exactly what happened in your last lifetime on Earth. It is looked at and discussed with higher Beings who are far more experienced than you are and ultimately decide what you need to learn to continue your evolution.

Understand that you are never punished for any mistakes you make. On the contrary you are helped to overcome them. On Earth it is a different story because you are still at the stage where punishment is still thought as necessary to make people respond.

So you see that things are so much different on Earth as so few actually understand that at heart each soul is a loving person of unending kindness and compassion. However, some will manage to live up to their beliefs and are like a beacon of Light in the darkness of Earth.

Such loving souls are like a magnet to other people who are immediately attracted to them. Historically Jesus was one such soul who taught that you “should love others as yourself” and was a living example of what he preached.

It may sound hard to stay spiritual on an Earth that abounds with negative energies but when you do achieve it you will find it is a lot easier than you imagined. Keeping calm in all situations is extremely difficult as you are often unprepared for what happens. However, you can, so to say, pour oil on troubled waters and you will know exactly what to do. Your mere presence is of a healing nature and uplifts other souls who can “feel” your positive energy.

There is no doubt that someone who is of the Light does attract other people who feel good to be around them. The calming and loving energy of such people is a measure of how evolved they are. It is the level that you should aim for so never give up trying and for certain you will eventually be successful.

It is interesting that some souls can clearly see other soul’s auras and read them. The colours are meaningful and much like the rainbow run from red to indigo that is the highest vibration. Conditions of the aura can give a health reading and often show signs of impending illness.

There is much to learn about the human body that is remarkable as it self-healing in many instances, but many humans are totally unaware as to how it functions and pay little attention to its needs. However, if you wish a healthy life your body needs looking after and not abused, as otherwise it will catch up with you in later life.

I met a fascinating person today. He was a beggar of sorts, but he had no begging bowl, and he stood tall and Self-assured. He asked for nothing, but his presence spoke. I knew immediately who he was by the light in his eyes. He chose to stand in front of the local health food store, as beggars sometimes do. Some of them play music, some entertain, and some are just desperate. He was just himself. He wanted to meet heart-conscious people who are fearless, and who recognize him and are moved to converse. He wanted to affect every person who walks by with the psychic challenge for them to realize their state of being.

This is our challenge as well. What kind of energy do we express in every moment? Are we aware of it? Taking a step toward enlightenment includes accepting everything about ourselves and realizing the fears that created our self-limiting beliefs. We have allowed ourselves to create situations of fear and intimidation. Upon examination, we can understand that they have no basis outside of our own consciousness. Through our attention and emotional vibratory alignment we have allowed fear and negativity to enter our state of being, closing off awareness of our heart-consciousness and inviting negativity into our experience.

Without heart-consciousness, we are subject to ego-consciousness, which reasons and ponders based on its history, memories and logic, but does not deeply know anything. It is constantly under stress and fear of the unknown and of termination. We do not have to subject ourselves to poverty, fear and feelings of separation from others. These conditions all stem from our limiting beliefs about ourselves, and can be resolved by intentional awareness and our desire to know and feel our heart-consciousness through our intuition.

We have been given the choice of using our creative essence in whatever way we want and imagine, just by the polarity and vibratory presence of our thoughts and emotions. In every moment we are creating our experiences by the way we are, mentally and emotionally. Our experiences have taught us to know all about the energetic patterns of the dualistic, empirical world. We can recognize them all, and we know which ones we want to experience. By choosing to live intentionally in the energies that we love, we no longer experience those that we do not dwell upon. Even though they may be happening for others around us, they disappear from our lives.

Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self

We have already explained the need to keep positive even when those around are expressing negative opinions because of the hardships they are suffering. It is to be expected when events are often out of their control and bringing about problems that are seriously affecting their quality of life.

Much of it is avoidable but worldwide happenings are difficult to handle when thousands of people are left with a need for food, water, and housing.

It calls for international help but the needs of the people are so immense, even with the best of intentions it is often inadequate. However, as the immensity of the tasks is recognised, slowly but surely matters are being organised so as to ease the immediate problems.

They are not helped by the unnecessary war created by Russia, yet it has brought nations together that strengthens their resolve not to be at their mercy. Be assured that behind the scenes much is happening that will help end the war.

Much of what is happening is down to karma that needs clearing so that the souls involved can learn their lessons and progress towards the Light. We know that many of you have volunteered to help people through this period of upheaval, and you are to be commended for the sacrifices that you are making.

There are many souls helping in all manner of ways that ease the pain that others are feeling. They are to be found at every level of society and you call them the “unsung heroes” whose reward is to achieve the results they work for.

Their main task is to raise people’s hopes and show them how to get through such a demanding time, and assure them that every effort they make will bring acceptable results.

There is still much to be done to remove people from positions of power that are responsible for much of many hardships that are being experienced. So keep good faith in the powers that be that are directing events for the best outcome for all of mankind.

You may still have a period of tension and concerns about the future, but every effort is being made to lead you on to a path that ends with peace. Be assured that it will come, and much time and effort is being spent towards creating the ideal circumstances for it.

It all takes time and the effort is being put in to create the necessary opportunities needed for its manifestation. You would be pleasantly surprised if you knew how much organisation goes into providing the opportunities you need to progress out of your present troubles.

You are being prepared for a new life that is beyond your present imagination so be assured that all the effort you put in will be well worth it. Indeed you have been aware that previous lives have been a build up for this time, although not every soul has reached that point of readiness and understanding.

That is no problem as there is no disgrace in being slower to evolve, as another opportunity will always come up as each cycle develops and then comes to an end. As the expression goes “you have all of the time in the world” and no one is rushing you and great patience is always shown.

Do you realise that only an aspect of your true self evolves each time you take an incarnation. Once you have agreed to your plan for your next life, you then choose your parents-to-be so that they can take part in your development thus ensuring you are ready to fulfil it. Therefore your Guides are also aware of your needs and work with you to help ensure it all works out as planned.

Obviously there are times when problems arise and every means is used to get you back to your life plan. Realise it is so important that you successfully carry out your tasks, and in so doing you take another step towards a higher vibration that eventually means you no longer have to reincarnate, you have no further need for experiences in the lower vibrations. However, you still continue evolving and your goal is to eventually return to the Supreme Creator.

Probably the most acceptable gain is that you have parted ways with those souls of a much lower vibration who have caused much negativity upon Earth. You might be called upon to return as a Teacher, or some consignment where your experience can be used to great advantage.

All of the great Spiritual Teachers have volunteered because of their great love for Mankind. Helping those who follow on after you often takes place and such souls shine out like a bright Light in the heavens.

Life is by no means a random affair but is highly organised to ensure you get every opportunity to evolve. That is why you need a life plan so as not to waste an opportunity to do so.

You have only to look at the great Masters to see what we mean and appreciate that they are dedicated. They are “Love Incarnate” and the most gentle souls you are likely to meet and a perfect example of what you should aim for in your own life. Do not despair if you find it difficult to maintain a spiritual outlook but be assured every effort you put in will bring nearer to perfection.

Choosing Our Quality of Life

Choosing Our Quality of Life

Being responsible for everything that happens in our lives as humans requires our realization that in some part of our consciousness we aligned energetically with the vibrations in our awareness, and we continue to realize them as real. We are the ones who choose what kind of vibrations we pay attention to. No one can change that. We can flow through life in resonance with our heart-consciousness. This is the source of our conscious life force always. We have the free choice to align with it or not. It is our connection to universal consciousness. 

This connection opens to us when we can give up our attention to negativity, and we can focus on what is most life-enhancing for all of life. This focus opens us to awareness of infinite love in our essence. We can know that we have limited our awareness with the limiting beliefs that we accepted. in a way that is real for us, we needed to limit our awareness in order to participate fully in the human experience. 

When we feel that we have experienced enough in the realm of duality, we can choose to change our attention to completely positive in every moment. This is a complete reorientation of our awareness. Guided by our heart-consciousness, we can imagine the kind of life we would most love to have. When we can feel this deeply and continuously enough, we can choose to realize its reality for us.  We can realize that we are in an energetic level that brings joy and love. By constantly realizing that we are living in gratitude and joy, we continue to create experiences of the same quality. 

We have the choice of realizing anything, but to be human we have to focus our constant attention on being human, but it doesn’t need our full attention, especially when we realize that we have infinite awareness. We are playing a complex psychological game. Once we understand it, and become intuitively aware, we can live whatever quality of life we align with. By our constant alignment we are drawing the awareness of humanity into heart-consciousness.
