JJK: Currently, I'm generally perceiving a kind of "overpressure" in the system! It often seems to me as if something should be released soon, but it isn't. It's much more than just the "calm before the storm"; something indescribably great is building up or brewing—depending on the situation...

MSG: Both a break and a new beginning – and the uncertainty: How will this end? Even if the light triumphs in the end, the end is not yet here. While the light and goodness become ever more apparent, the dark entities cast ever new nets to bind as many people as possible to themselves and capture them for their own purposes.

This time of transition is the greatest challenge for you humans, especially for those warriors of light who have been embroiled in the fire for years and have longed for and awaited the end of this battle. Today is the time to gather new strength and rise like a phoenix from the ashes, giving birth to a new spirit and achieving a fresh and new approach to everything that defines you.

Beloved people,

The ascension is underway and some of you will remain on this earth until the final chord to assist those who do not see, do not accept and do not want to recognize until the end that a whole world is changing before their eyes.

These prophets and researchers, these spiritual warriors and beings of light know that they were born with the mission to announce the end of time to people. They know that they will remain on this earth until the end of time, and they know that the time for the end of time has now come. Like captains who stay on board a sinking ship until the last passenger is safe, the light warriors of the first and last hour remain on this world. Until time and the world evaporate, these creatures remain on this earth in human form.

Today we give you the certainty that you are honored beyond measure and that you are supported beyond measure by the powers of light. Your blessed actions are accompanied by a host of heavenly beings and so your intentions will succeed and your light-filled plans will be implemented.

Whatever a person does in harmony with the unity of GOD will succeed even when forces work against it and resistance builds up. 

All light warriors who remain on this earth until the end are given specific and great tasks, and so what has been waiting to be fulfilled since the beginning of time is now being fulfilled.

The coming events will challenge you completely. Because while more and more people are losing their nerve and their center, it is important for you to keep your nerve and stay centered. To do this, you must resort to the techniques you have practiced in consciousness work.

How important YOU are!

This message reminds you how important you are! Whatever you are prepared to do for your fellow human beings, it is about preserving your inner power and strength. It is important to sharpen your self-awareness. Especially now, when you are being challenged by your fellow human beings and by circumstances, it is important that you take time for yourself.

You can only fulfill your role if you have enough strength and energy available to do so. Paying attention to this is vital for your survival now, because only by regularly strengthening yourself, by grounding yourself solidly and aligning yourself internally with the divine light can you hold out to the end and fulfill your tasks:

• You are the lighthouse for people, pay attention to your light.

• You embody life, keep the strength and joy.

• You look at the world with love, maintain the purity of your heart.

• When you get tired and worn out – take a break and give yourself some time.

• When you feel sad and discouraged – take a break and give yourself time.

• If you don’t know what to do next or can’t go on – take a break and give yourself some time.  

• Shake off people who want to enrich themselves with your energies.

• Ignore people who can no longer understand you.

• Let people who turn away from you go in peace.

Strengthen your core!

Strengthen your center, pay attention to your connection and nourish yourself in the light of GOD! As soon as your strength wanes, step back and stop. No one has the task of saving the world or all of humanity. However, every person is born with talents and equipped with tasks to make their contribution to the success of change.

You, the warriors of light of the first and last hour, have been given the task of shaping the end of time and shining as light in the darkness until the end of time.

In humility respect your own limits, in humility give yourself love, in humility honor your life – just like every life you want to preserve.

The time of times is coming to an end – with people who are fully aware of their task and their light.

Respect the life that has been given to you so that you can fulfill what you have been commanded to do.

We are always with you in this great hour of humanity.

JJK: Yesterday Christmas blues and today world pain – what’s wrong with me? I feel like I’m in a hole…

SANANDA: Restructuring your cells – this brings old stresses and fears to the surface and they are flushed out.

JJK: I had a beautiful dream in which someone showed me how to tap the heart with my index and middle fingers and everything was healed in no time.

I’ve already done it, but so far without success…

SANANDA: Time – it takes time.

JJK: Suddenly there were fears of getting old – and of no longer being physically fit. Fears like this never haunt me…

SANANDA: Fears are leaving – deep-seated fears, disappointments and powerlessness, everything is now coming up and leaving your system. This takes time.

JJK: How much time?

SANANDA: How much do you want to lay off?

JJK: Anything, if I can stand it…

SANANDA: It happens in stages. This evening you will feel better, tomorrow it will subside and the day after tomorrow you will be back to your full strength. This is followed by a break. Your mental team will continue to work while you sleep until everything that causes this world pain is history.

JJK: I slept a lot and still feel exhausted! This is also something that rarely occurs for me…

SANANDA: Many light warriors and light workers don’t pay enough attention to themselves.

Breaks and rest

They ignore the signals of the body or the psyche and they exhaust themselves to the point of collapse. That’s never a good way. It’s good if you recognize the signs that invite you to pause and react to them.

Breaks and rest are essential for the success of projects and for completing orders. Pay attention to this! Love yourself by taking time for yourself.

JJK: After the light reading I had 3 days to myself, now it’s my family’s turn. I’m looking forward to it – and then I’ll be so dilapidated?

SANANDA: Even your work, as fulfilling as it is, doesn’t mean that you have time for yourself. It’s a constant giving! Always be aware of this.

Even if you sit in your room and write when you are all alone, you give people strength, support and energy in this situation too. You can’t always fill up your batteries to the same extent.

This is impossible, especially if your own processes are activated. You give not only during light readings, but every day that you continue your work: energetic hard work in continuous mode. Become aware of it! Nobody misses out when you take breaks.

My family

JJK: But my family – I often think to myself that I should have more time for Noah or that I should support Nadja more…

SANANDA: You give what you can give, and I tell you – it is abundant. Your presence is always felt by Noah and your family, even when you are not there. You are a wonderful team.

Nadja gives herself away just as you give yourself away, each in their own sphere of influence – and you both always need breaks.

The family field is nourished, held and strengthened by both of you. It is a rare happiness for children when two mature souls support them and cradle them in love.

JJK: That’s nice and calms me down. Thank you.

Own death

JJK: I often think about my own death these days. Mathematically, I am in the last third or quarter of my life. My best friend (meaning HANNELORE) returned to the light 3 months ago at the age of 76 – so I still have around 20 years. I suddenly become very aware of this finitude…

SANANDA: Everything is coming up now. These thoughts are part of what needs to be considered now so that you can reach the next level.

You delve very deeply into the human emotions associated with death – hence your mood. It’s a process and it passes. After that everything becomes much easier. Your condition is stabilizing. It is an open energetic wound that needs to be taken care of now.

JJK: That’s exciting for me. During the light reading I give everything to people, I am recharged and full of power – and days later I could use a Jahn myself.

Coaches need coaches too

SANANDA: Every person who practices light work at a certain level must regularly delve deeply into their own issues. Keeping your vessel pure and cleaning it when necessary is the key to allowing the energy to flow through you. Every trainer also needs a trainer himself.

Do not worry! This training of your consciousness is followed by breaks. It happens!

All people who have followed these lines and who are faced with similar situations have been told:

Pay attention to your own needs! Recognize the time for rest! Take breaks! Stop! Energetic processes need space and time.

The world and people will have to wait if you prepare to give to the world and people.

I am devoting most of this post to reflecting on our current situation as awake Light Warriors in an increasingly surreal nutty world. It has been a while since I wrote an Ascension Update post.

I remind myself of two things several times a day. One: I am not crazy. Two: I am not alone. Those two thoughts sustain me when I feel the world start to spin crazily. I am sure you will relate to it.

Being outside in nature is calming and soothing so I usually take two walks a day by the seashore. Thank goodness for my lovely environment. Weeding the garden is grounding too.

The word ‘discombobulated’ often comes to mind. I have always liked the word – it is quirky and has an impressive six syllables which makes it fun to say. Previously it was not relevant to my life but now it is my ‘go to’ word to describe what I am feeling. Collins Concise Dictionary definition of discombobulate: ‘To throw into confusion..’ Being thrown into confusion is an almost constant state these days for Light Warriors.

Talking to Light Warrior friends is always a delightful relief. We don’t have to go to great lengths to describe how we are feeling – we know we are BOTH feeling the same way.

I haven’t discussed Ascension symptoms for a while so here is an update…Weird dreams…hungry in late evening…thirsty throughout day…craving carbs…sudden bursts of energy interspersed with times of deep weariness…loud ear-ringing…sudden aversion to certain foods…friendships either rapidly falling apart or strengthening…loss of interest in activities that were always enjoyed before.

No wonder we are feeling discombobulated in a surreal nutty world.

It really helps to trust the Divine Plan. If you have not read the previous post of the One Who Serves channeling, I recommend that you do. He confirms that many arrests have already happened behind the scenes.

The Great Quantum Transition

On March 23, 2023, another very important event took place. During the equinox, Gaia’s Multiverse was extended from 3D (Terra) via 13D (Pleroma) to 14D (Absolutes’ Realm).

Two days earlier, Lighthwarriors working on Earth (see DNI, Whipsaw, Parts 1-3) sensed that their Absolutized Monads started to merge with Gaia and the dipole Absolute, and felt how aspects of the latter two unite into a single whole. Physically, the ground team endured this process hard. Everyone’s temperature jumped sharply, and they had to cool the body in all possible ways.

Finally, on 23.03.2023 at 23:23 local time, they saw how in 14D, as a result of the inter-Monadic synthesis of Gaia and the Absolutes, a new powerful energy formation emerged. This was the core of the Absoluterra’s Logos. Each involved in this op, Preroma’s Hierarchs and Lightwarriors, received a copy of “newborn” for preservation in their Monads.

Now, they are preparing for a series of works with Absoluterra. The closest will be tuning in to and integrating it into the Gaia’s Absolutevers. Meantime, the “neonate” exists on its own.

What does this event mean for 3D Earth and us, earthlings? For those, who actively raise their vibrations to enter 4D and 5D, it’s another huge gift. In addition to the thousands of high-frequency streams that bombard our planet every second from the Greater Cosmos, and help us to accelerate unsticking from the energies and reality of 3D, in the channel of our interaction with the Absolutes, the last barrier is removed.

For those, who is still refuse to awaken, does not want to see or hear anything, and enjoy the habitual low-vibes’ toxic swamp, very difficult days are coming. Yes, for humane reasons, they will live to the end of their days in individual capsule-spheres (see – Operation Life Matrix, DNI, 26 January 2022; and Surgery, DNI, 27 February 2023). But for them, the energy whipsaw would be much harsher.

The main reason is that physical body isn’t made of our Monad’s substance. Just like 3D Earth doesn’t consist of Gaia’s matter. Initially, Gray civilizations created this planet and its population ONLY FOR THEMSELVES under the guidance of Yaltabaoth and the former Black Co-Creator of the Local Universe, on its farthest outskirts.

They turned Terra into a giant mine, where all the most valuable things were extracted in gigantic quantities by the hands of millions of slaves (see – The Global Crystals Operation, Part 1, DNI, 29 September 2020). The reminders of that are mutations of our atomic-molecular and genetic structure, as well as numerous canyons and vast territories, where were removed a layers of soil from tens to hundreds meter thick (in present-day Asia, Australia and North America).

In many posts, DNI narrated how on physical and Subtle Plane, Pleroma’s and Higher Light Hierarchs together with their ground team cleared Earth and earthlings of negative legacy, replacing the alien Grey and Black matter of bodies (ours and of the planet) with the original multidimensional Light substance. This is going on now 24/7, and very actively, as Argorians, Siriusians, Pleiadians, Arcturians and other sources report in their daily updates.

Activation of the Absoluterra and the new Earth’s Causal Matrix will accelerate the transformation even more. Starting from April, throughout May and June, the stabilization of the 4D high-frequency ethereal field will be completed and, according to forecasts, will fully saturate the planet’s space by the end of 2023.

Those who emit stable vibrations from 4.0D to 4.8D will live normally and feel good, synchronously increasing and aligning their freqs with the transitional four-dimensional Matrix. The division of external and internal is purely conditional; in fact, all quantum waves flow into and interact in the 4D person, or rather in his Subtle Bodies and in the neurons of the field brain.

Co-Creators actively help those who help themselves to exit from 3D. But low-frequency Souls will no longer incarnate on our planet. As of March 26, 2023, three timelines (out of 16) are permanently closed. Friendly cosmic races evacuate tens of billions of such Souls from the Earth’s etheric and astral fields and settle them in other Galaxies on planets with similar vibrations.

There is still a lot of work to remove anomalies and cleanse from the Grays and Darks’ negativity. Today, they survive mainly thanks to our vital power, which we consciously and unconsciously allow to be pumped out of us. Their entire System, from our inner to global scale (politics, economics, finance, information, culture, etc.), works as a single mighty pump.

They are classic vampires who cannot generate energy on their own, are disconnected from cosmic currents and are forced to syphon it out of victims. The System feeds them with our vital energy, and forces us to think, feel and act so that its live stream remains of the necessary toxic quality and volume, and never runs out. Moreover, everything is done in full compliance with our free will and choice freedom.

Planetary stelliums’ radiations also toughen whipsaw. Their frequencies, from the lowest to the highest, as such are neutral. But their impact depends on our vibrations, as live receivers, accumulators and emitters, i.e. in what personal range we think, feel and live (the same applies to the use of crystals and artifacts). Whatever energies prevail in our natal chart or the general conscious and unconscious tuning, we can ANY TIME change them.

By contrast, the stelliums’ energies have stronger impact on large masses due to scale effect. In combination with other quantum flows, it is a fairly potent tool for influencing events and people with the help of high and low cosmic frequencies, forming and running the collective consciousness in needed direction and state. During harmonious and tense aspects of planets and constellations, the Light Forces use energies’ whipsaws for positive purposes, the Darks – for negative ones that DNI continues to cover in its posts.

And finally, last hour news. 27 March at 11:43 AM CET, the Absoluterra was activated and successfully integrated into the updated Gaia’s Multiverse 3D-14D.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are sustaining ourselves by allowing in the highest-frequency energies available to us and letting those energies fuel our consciousness. We have said this before, and we will say it again – we are not so different from all of you. The main difference between the ninth-dimensional Arcturian Council and the average Earthling is that we choose consciously which energies we allow to move to us and through us, whereas for you it can be much more of an unconscious choice, one that is not taking your feelings into consideration. You get to choose what you focus upon, and there is so much for you to focus upon in your information age, and so you have to choose wisely.

You must ask yourselves, ‘How will this make me feel?’ before deciding whether or not to engage with it if you want to be truly conscious creators. Many people decide based on whether they think it’s true, or whether they think it will be entertaining, and that is simply going to lead them down a path that it will be then hard to get off of because of how exciting it can be to be on that path. 

We often see people using the terminology ‘light warrior’ in the new age and spiritual communities, and what those people usually mean is that they’re on Earth to battle darkness. In other words, they believe they are the ones who are being sent as the light warriors to defeat those who are playing in the dark, and they take this assignment very seriously. That is not why anyone is there on Earth. We prefer the term lightbringer to light warrior, because you are in fact there to spread light around. You are there to be the light, and one of the ways that you get there is by letting go of your fear of the darkness. 

You must let go of your judgment of the darkness and those who are playing in the dark as well, if you are ever going to rise above it. Let us say you were to defeat the darkness with whatever skills and abilities you had obtained as a light warrior. Well then, you would be in that dualistic system at the end of the battle, and that means more darkness would just come and replace the ones that you defeated, and you would not grow, because you would not learn to love All-That-Is. All that you see outside of you, and all that you hear about from others, it is all inside of you. 

You ultimately want to be able to love all aspects of creation because you want to be able to love all aspects of you. It is the only way to allow the true you, the Source Energy aspect of you, to come to the surface and be the aspect of you that is running the show. And so, we recommend that you focus on the light, that you focus on what is positive out there in the world and what is positive in you, because you are also not going to get very far by constantly looking for problems within you that need fixing. 

You are not going to grow by judging your own negative aspects as bad. Once you embrace it all, then you can choose. Then you can realize that it was all inside of you all along, and all you had to do was choose consciously what you wanted to amplify, what you wanted to feel more of and be more of, and then and only then will you be of service to the whole of humanity. And that is how we see it from our perspective, which again, is one where we are only allowing in that which is of the light, that which is of the truth of who we really are as Source Energy, as unconditional love.
