Can you see any of your creations until they are finished? Can you see the final product before it is a finished product? You cannot. You can only see parts of the final product until it is completed.

Can you hold the book in your hands before it is finished? Can you see the painting before you, before it is completed?

You can only see the final product when it is finished. So everything that you see is a final product of something that has already been created. Everything in your life.

By final is not meant unchanging, because you know you can create another book, another painting, another product… it is never final, just one creation out of many.

Your reality is the same. It is the clay out of which you mold your reality.

Therefore even the final product when it is completed can be remolded into a new product because you are working with the substance of creation, not with solid things.

If everything you see before you is the past, then you have an opportunity to create something different. And you get to see it before your eyes, experience it, when that creation, product is complete. When you are no longer adding to it.

Say it is a relationship you want to recreate. As long as you keep adding to what you want, you are still in the process of creating that final product. When you know for sure, this is exactly what I am wanting, now the product is ready to show up.

That is why those who are very specific about their relationships attract them.

It doesn’t matter what is, what is, is really the past, what has been created and has shown up.

If you can see it, then it is over, it is done. You cannot wrestle with it and change it anymore. You need to create something new.

Nothing is final because you keep recreating.

You are a creator, whether you see that evident in art, in music, in literature, in things, in games, in movies, you are one that creates. And you do so beyond physical things. You create for yourself experiences, you create environments, you create set ups for scenes to come.

While you may not have control over your entire creation, as far as the how and when it unfolds, you have complete power and choice over what you create.

And when you are convinced, when you are certain that you are the one creating in your life, then it won’t matter what shows up anymore, because you will recognize you have created using old tools, old concepts, old ideas and you get excited to recreate it all anew, create something new in its place.

You know you are creating different when you no longer see it as something to change, when you understand it is already done, already over. You know you are creating something new when you take from it what you no longer desire to create and fixate your attention on what you prefer to create. You know you are creating something new when you step outside of the beliefs that got you creating the final product you see in the first place.

You see you cannot create something if you don’t believe you can. No one will invest large sums of money in a project they think is a failure or impossible to achieve. You will only create what you believe you can create. You will know you are creating something new when you begin to believe different. To create the impossible, you must believe in the impossible, you must believe even the impossible is possible.

And this is the time to recreate it all.

Things will come around and around, until we learn to bless them rather than curse them. Even the unwanted is serving a purpose. And when you begin to bless everything as it is, knowing there is value in there, then you move beyond pushing and resisting and begin to bless everything as it is, and move past that experience.

It is the things that you push against that keep coming back for review, and if love is always the answer, then the opportunity coming is asking you to bless rather than curse, whatever it is, whoever it is. For in your blessing, your eye is on the solution, and in your condemning, your eye is on the problem. But every problem that arises calls for a solution and that solution is there, waiting for you to activate it, so you can see it. Ah yes, here is the value, the solution.

There is no punishment here, there is an opportunity to make peace with everything as it is. Because when you are in resistance, you are resisting your own natural state of well being and joy. So you learn to be selfish and bless instead, for your sake, for your well being, for your joy.

Anything that pops up that you call unwanted is only unwanted because you are resisting it. The moment you accept it is there, it exists, it has its place, it is serving a purpose, it has value, the moment you bless it instead, is the moment you stop resisting and allow yourself to move past it, so it doesn’t have to come up again.

And that includes anything, from a past lover coming back to a recurring pain, from a nagging boss to a loud neighbor, from a traumatic event to a current situation in the world. When you understand everything is serving as it is, then you begin to bless. The unwanted is pointing the way to the wanted, and in that sense it has value. The problems are pointing the way to the solution, and in that sense they are serving. What isn’t is pointing the way to what is. And what is, is always Source manifesting itself everywhere. What isn’t, is always your resistance to what is.

And so you ask, well how can Source be in war? And we say, Source is in the peace that the war inspires. Source is in the ease that pain inspires. Source is in the blessing that the judgment, the unwanted inspires. In other words, Source is always present, and your resistance is the only thing that is creating your experience, your version that is, of what is. What IS, is always present and your experience is simply your version, your definition of that. In your condemnation you push against Source and in your blessings you acknowledge Source. You, being Source Energy, in your resistance you push against yourself. Because Source is not up there but intimately flowing through you in fullness. You are made of Source stuff.

Ironically, you begin to send it out. The more love you send out, the more you actually fill, because, remember, everything you have is God’s anyways, so the Life Force flowing through you is now being directed into love, and more portals are opening within yourself so you fill up more.

When you are very self absorbed, thinking too much about one thing or another, you are not in the moment, and so you are not in love. You are in worry and concern mode. You are in control mode. So you let go and you turn the other cheek, and begin to send love instead. Now you begin to expand out, and to expand your field, allowing the Life Force to flow through you. You cannot control the Life Force to flow more rapidly and you cannot fool the Universe with a few statements.

Your focus doesn’t lie and your focus is either directed out with love, or directed out with judgment, or it is directed inward with peace or directed inward in absorption of some issue, problem, situation.

When you expand your focus and send love to all, you are included in the all. When you send healing to all, you are included in the all. That is the lesson sometimes, compassion for all, rather than the narrow concern for self. Perhaps that is a good start.

You cannot take from creation, for it is freely given. When you demand, things don’t work as smoothly, because your vibration isn’t pure. It may take more time as well, because you have expectations, you are in a rush. When you let go and turn your attention away from taking and begin to give, that is when the universe begins to give back. See the universe gives you more of the same. The takers always end up taken away. The giver always ends up receiving more. This is the metaphor of, to those who have more is given and to those who have not it will be taken from them. It is love that is being given or taken away, depleted more like it. And with love, all things are added. Love is the law of the universe.

Where is God?

God is intimately playing with you in every second of every day. Look for God in the value, in the higher emotions, in the qualities of all things and you will find Him there.

It is difficult to see God in things, material things, but if everything is made of the same one thing, God dust, then everything is made of God, of the quality of God being expressed.

Look for the value something provides, whether it is warmth or support, whether it is abundance or enjoyment, and you will find the value in there beyond the shape. Look for the high emotions expressed among people and you will find God in there. Look for love, kindness, laughter, joy, hugs, genius, creativity, and you find God in there. Look at nature and you will see God in the life that blossoms, in the variety, in the flow of the water, in the sprouting of a grain.

Look for qualities, look for value, look for higher emotions and you will find God there, playing with you, interacting with you, having that experience with you, co-creating that experience with you, in everything, through everything and everyone.

God is not some abstract concept, He is is here everywhere, present in everything. Present meaning expressed in some way, shape or form. Present meaning already here somewhere, somehow.

The empty space between all things is an energy field ever present, joining all things together in its oneness.That omnipotent, omnipresent presence is therefore everywhere, in everything, in everyone. How then, do you find God? You look for the value, the qualities, the higher emotions everywhere, and when you spot them, you then spot God in there. So you train your eyes to look for the positive, for the gifts in disguise, for the qualities, for the higher emotions expressed and you will find God everywhere, in everything, in everyone, interacting with you.

Then you will see, you are never alone, because that Presence interacting with you, is present at all times. And you begin to have a good day, every day, making it like a game, where you try to spot the gift in everything, where you try to find God in everything.

Remember, everyone has got everything. It is just a matter of how much it is expressed, if at all. But it is there. That quality is there. God is not only in the obvious, but in the not so obvious. You can say it is the love, the intelligence, the determination, the genius, the support, the joy, the life wanting to be expressed within everything. As a human you want to choose to express it, unlike nature that expresses it naturally, hence the word nature, natural expression.

As a human, you have to make the choice, because you have free will. Likewise, you have to make the choice to look for it or not.

You don’t need to know anything. Human beings like to know, but there are times when the less you know the better. Because if you want to be a creator, then you don’t want to know, you want to create, you see. When you know, you go with what you know, you begin to expect what you now know. But when you step into your position of creator, you don’t need to know anything except what you want to create.

An employee would want to know what to produce, they follow instructions. You are not an employee of the universe. You are a benefactor and so you can ask rather than be told.

There’s nothing you need to know. What is it you want to create for yourself is what you need to know for yourself if anything. The future is always the unknown, but you can make it a little known by sowing the seeds of what you expect to see and experience tomorrow. How do you sow those seeds? You must have them first, like any seed you want to plant in the ground, you must first have them in hand. That means you look inside for those seeds you want to sprinkle out. The one seed you are contains all the seeds manifest out there. She’s the mother of all seeds.

You give praise to everything. You bless everything. You find something to love in everything. And in that state of appreciating and praising and loving, you are dropping seeds and you are opening yourself to receive like seeds in return. So the unknown is not so much unknown when you take the time to define it, to think about how you want to experience it and you begin now most importantly.

Most people want to wait for evidence, for proof, before they begin to appreciate, but you can do it the other way around as well. You can begin to appreciate and love right here and now and when evidence turns up you can say you are already there.

There’s no need to know anything except how you feel in this very moment, for that’s the platform you are jumping from into the next experience which is your future anyways. The future is the next moment in time as much as it can be ten years from now. To live your life happily ever after is to live your life happy moment to moment.

That’s the key, the secret if there is any, that will allow you to receive everything you have ever asked for. Joy is literally the path and anything that is not of joy is resistance along the path. It can be as easy and simple as that. There are many happy people out there who don’t need to know anything because they are too busy living in the now, that their attention is not scattered over there, and as they fully embrace their now, they receive more and more to enjoy.

At the end of this journey, the amount of joy you feel is all you take with you, and if you have not lived a life of joy, you would want to come back to try again. But if you leave fulfilled, joyful, full with every experience you want to have, at peace with yourself and the world, then there is no need to come back and do it again. And while everything is transitioning to the next level, there is still an earth that has not transitioned yet for those who want to come back and play again.

For many people, this is their last incarnation they say, but if this is to be true then you must begin to live in joy so you have no regrets when you exit the playground, no attachments, no desires unfulfilled.

Think of a lover and think of earth as a lover. You keep coming back to that lover because you want to make it right between you two. You keep coming back because you want to experience the joy you know is possible between you and this lover. Why not begin now by turning to all that is of joy and live happily ever after so when the final transition happens, you choose the next level rather than change your mind at the last minute. And with that, you have everything you need to live your life joyfully.

Your 3D Struggles

Remember, ego operates within the confines of 3d. It is all about the external because that’s how it defines itself, with what it has, what it knows, how it looks, what it does, what it likes, what it believes. Ego identifies with the body, the environment, the job, the relationship, the money… it has. Ego also defines itself with the stories it made up, as to why this is so and why it behaves as such. Ego identifies with its fears that define its limits. It identifies with its past that define its limits.

The Higher self, the higher version of you, doesn’t operate from 3d. That’s why you can only find her, connect with her, when you step away from 3d, like when you meditate, go into silence, stop all thought about all the external things in your life. The Higher self, that jewel that is hidden in the shell of the 3d ego image, is always there, simply invisible, untouchable, unattainable to the one operating from 3d.

The Higher self won’t come to you unless you make an effort to step in her direction. You have to make the effort, every single time, to move closer to your Higher self, and so detach from the world of 3d, of form, for a while, so you can connect with that higher aspect of you, and not just hear her, but blend with her for a while, become familiar with her energy, live within her energy, her frequency, her vibration for a while, until it becomes all you seek.

What you want you already have. What you desire another to do for you, you can do for yourself. What you seek outside of you already is found within you. What you are waiting to hear even from the higher aspects of yourself, is already part of you, accessible to you, ready to be spoken by you.

You are not a puppet on a string, you are a free being, remember. Yes there’s a plan and your soul has a plan, but it doesn’t mean you fold your arms and await instructions, it doesn’t mean you go to sleep and wait to be awakened. It means you use your free will to decide in every moment, whether you want to move closer to your Higher self, to that higher version you are becoming, or whether you want to stay comfortable in 3d.

Your emotions are more than just telling you this thought is right or wrong, as in true or false. Your emotions are really telling you whether you are stepping in the direction of your Higher self or whether you are moving away. Whether you are on the bridge to 5d or back in the puddle of 3d. They lead you to your Higher self, to the better version of you, when you listen, when you pay attention, when you are honest with yourself.

And when you are aware of that war within, you have a choice to either continue the struggle or let go and join your higher self in the peace where she dwells.

All your struggles are 3d struggles, they are a fight you cannot win because you are fighting shadows. The external world is a shadow of the internal world that follows you wherever you go. Until you tend to the inner world of thought and feeling, the outer world remains the same. When you stand in front of the sun, it casts a shadow of you on the ground, but you cannot change the shadow, you have to change the original image, which is you, then your shadow changes as a reflection and nothing more.

You are always doing well from our higher perspective, because we are not keeping score of the mishaps. We are too busy counting every successful step forward. It will do you good to do the same.

It’s easy to sink to another’s level. In fact it is the easiest thing because you are influenced by their energy and therefore have the ability to match it or rise above it.

It takes mastery to remain in a higher state of vibration, of being, of responsiveness because it takes effort, awareness, choice to not sink to another person’s level. It doesn’t mean you see them as less, but like Jesus said, they know not what they are doing, in other words they are unaware of who they are, disconnected from their true being, true essence.

And that’s is a challenge for you when you face such individuals because in that challenge, in that face to face confrontation, you have a choice at that particular moment to be like them, to sink to their level, to disconnect from your essence, or to be the master that you are and remain in that state of connection, realizing, recognizing, knowing they know not what they are doing, without the necessity to judge, simply to recognize they are not being their full selves.

It takes mastery to not sink, to not get influenced, to keep aligning with spirit, with your essence, your higher self and that’s why it is mastery. So you forgive yourself when your sink and allow yourself to practice some more until you no longer need to practice. Like every master, you are a student first and you practice until the practice becomes you, therefore no longer needing to practice.

Recognizing these simple truths is always a big step in your advancement, growth, evolution, expansion. So it is all working perfectly for you to succeed, you see.

There is a movement forward in this universe that carries everything with it. Notice the spiral in everything from a shell to a planet’s motion to the galaxy. Everything is spiraling upward in that circular motion. Like water that flows, the entire universe is flowing in an upward motion, carrying everything with it. It is important not to resist the flow. Change is part of the flow, of the movement forward. Everything is changing. Things are temporarily, they are and they are not. It is important to flow with the changes and accept them for now, as they too will change.

There is a flow, an upward movement that is occurring across the universe at large, carrying everything with it on this smooth ride. You are changing, the Earth is changing, the entire landscape is changing for the universe is changing. It is important that you accept the change, that you flow with the change and not resist, so you can be carried forward in that movement, in that flow forward to more. Every spiral spirals out into more expansion and your universe is expanding in that direction to bigger and wider, but also higher, for like the steps on a ladder every revolution takes you a little higher.

It is an important time in the history of man, of Earth and of this universe, and you are participating at many levels. Versions of you everywhere are participating. You on Earth are participating. It is important that everything flows according to the Divine plan which has been set in motion, and like a spiral will keep spiraling upward. It is not an action you can stop, rather one you must flow with and align with, so you can have a smooth ride. Like water that washes to shore what doesn’t belong in the ocean, for water knows how to flow, the entire universe can be likened to a gigantic ocean that is carrying everything with it to shore, and everyone’s shore or salvation is the next level of existence.

There is a flow, a natural flow that is moving worlds and universes, and it is asking that you relinquish the fight and let go your resistance because it wants to carry you to greater heights. It is time. The time has come to usher a new phase, a new cycle, a new revolution and you are amidst that change, so allow it to be what it is and trust you will come out on the other end more victorious than you ever thought. The flow that carries you is eternal, it will keep carrying you forward no matter how you respond. You can call it the in breath of Source bringing everything closer to itself, and it is asking for your participation as the heir and beneficiary of that ride, to receive, to let go, to surrender and to flow with it. So relax and enjoy every moment that passes, that shall not come again, as you are moving away from where you’ve been, from what was, into the new.

There is a flow, a constant flow occurring in this universe, and the time has come for the entire universe to make a leap forward. Be among those who receive, those who accept the change, those who are rejoicing in that upward motion. Embrace the change, the temporary change, and allow yourself to be guided and led forward by the stream that is carrying with it this entire universe into the next dimension/evolution. You are loved. Everything in this universe is loved. Nothing and no one is left behind. It is up to each individual to move with the flow or to resist, but the flow is flowing nevertheless, ready, willing and able to carry everything and everyone with it forward. So be among those who receive, so you can flow with ease, supported by the stream that carries this entire universe forward in its motion.

We love you very much and want you to succeed, to flourish, to rise higher to new dimensions, new explorations, new heights where life is easier, better, more joyful, more fun, more full, more rich, more harmonious, more free, for the higher you go the easier it gets. Your world is only hard because it pulls you down with its concepts and limitations, but your soul, your spirit, your essence are not limited to this world, so that you can rise higher when you align yourself with the flow of life.

How did the hermits find fullness in seclusion if it wasn’t something to be found within? How did they reach enlightenment in seclusion, in silence, if it wasn’t part of the process? Of course you don’t need to seclude yourself anymore, but you do need silence still. In silence you can hear the voice within. In silence you can feel the world within. You can hear your own thoughts, you can be aware of your own emotions, and you can observe yourself without any outside influence telling you what it means.

How did the hermits feel fullness in a cave, unless that fullness was already within? The doing gets you going in the world you live in, while simultaneously it keeps you distracted from the world within you, the real world that is already full. When we say you are extracting those states and qualities from within you, it is because they are already there, independent of the outside events and circumstances, and it is up to you to reach inward and extract them out. You can be at peace no matter what’s going on, because you are at peace with you. You can be in love no matter who is there or not, because you are in love with you. You can be in joy whether something is happening or not, whether you are doing something or not, because you feel the joy from within yourself, the joy of being, the joy of being one with Source, the joy of being Home.

How did the hermits do it back then? They realized everything they are looking for on the outside already existed on the inside, and they withdrew from the world, from the outside, in order to find what they seek within. And when they did, they were a changed person, because they became the master they realized they are. You all can do this. Mastery is not reserved for a select few. The only reason Ascended Masters and Enlightened Beings walked amongst you is to show you what is possible, not to tell you they are the exception.

You will become the master yourself once you detach from everything outside of you, and no longer give meaning to anything outside of you, as being more powerful than you, more valuable than you. When you finally realize you are the source of all your experiences, and you are the source of all that you feel, and all you create in mind, then you realize you have the keys to the kingdom. That you can create whatever you desire without moving from where you are. That you can create any experience without anything happening or changing on the outside. That you can travel to far distant lands without leaving your couch. And we are not talking about some virtual reality game that you plug into, but the vast spaces within yourself, the infinite capabilities of your own mind. For remember, that mind is connected to universal mind as much as it is connected to any other mind on your planet. You can call it the collective consciousness and the universal consciousness which contains all consciousness. When you tap into the storehouse of infinite consciousness, you can see what your eyes cannot see. You have access to knowledge that your fellow men don’t. You have access to information that the world around you cannot provide.

How did the hermits do it? They withdrew their attention from the world outside and delved into the world within, the world of creation within. You always create from within, never from without. They turned within to the source of their happiness or misery. They turned within to the source of their creations, their experiences. They turned within to the well within themselves of infinite riches, far beyond any riches they could find on Earth.

And it is a beautiful time on your planet, because having access to these states and emotions within yourself is now easier. For despite all the distractions, the energies coming in are supportive of you. There is an outpouring of energy coming to your planet from every angle at this moment, all for your upliftment, for your elevation, and these energies touch you without you even knowing. They come from everywhere, from your earth, from your animals, from your planet life, even within the air you breathe. Your evolution and transformation is being facilitated by higher beings offering you their light and love through these energies. Love and light that you can’t help but feel at some point no matter what you are going through. And so there is hope, because you are receiving, and your are changing, and luckily for you, you don’t have to retire to a cave. But you have to allow yourself some moments of silence, during which you open to receive more than what you can ask for, because we see you from a different perspective, and know what you need at a deeper level, at an energetic level, and we are all delivering to you one by one, wherever you are, in sleep and in wakefulness. So be ready for more, because more Is the mantra of this universe. More and more and more. It is infinite. So enjoy the ride!

You don’t have to do anything at all, your natural essence will naturally emerge. You just have to stop doing what suppresses your natural essence from emerging. You have to then let go trying to impress, to make things happen, to grab and hold on to, to prove, to justify, to be better than. You just have to let go what is not you in order for your natural essence to emerge.

You see, it’s not something you have to do, rather it is something you have to let go of, which is the notion that who you are is this body and this character. The idea that the Divine is this body and character. In other words, that the ego is equal with the Divine. The Divine is your natural essence, the ego is a man made construct, it is not Divine. It is an illusion, all the opposite of the Divine. Ego is limited, insecure, attached, focused on the external, on the physical, born from the physical, lives in the physical, is impressed by form, attached to form, attached to the doing. Your essence is the being that doesn’t need the physical to be, that doesn’t need to be doing anything in order to be, to exist.

The ego, the identity you have taken on, is only part of this world. Of course in the real reality which is infinite and eternal, you are all bodies, all qualities, all characters, all roles, and still none of them. It is like an actor who is able to take on any role and yet knows he is none of these roles. Your capacity to take on any role is infinite, but you are not any of these roles you play. That’s key because you are always playing, acting if you want on the big stage, universal stage on which we are all playing together in visible and invisible degrees.

Your natural essence is not something you need to earn or even bring out, indeed. It is not something you need to prove or be worthy of. Your essence is who you are, and when you are not standing in the way, your natural essence always emerges, for that which is within you is bigger than anything else, stronger than any illusion. But you can play within the illusion for as long as you like, you can go back and forth for as long as you like, as you are a free being, loved regardless, that is, unconditionally. There is no limit, no restriction, no requirement that is ever set upon you. In fact, you set these upon yourself, the ego sets these upon the character it is playing, believing in the character to be this or that. Your essence is infinite in potential, it is eternal and never dies, or changes, or gets blemished by any role you play.

And so, when you are wondering what to do to feel better, to raise your consciousness a little more, to reach a little higher, the answer is always, stop doing what you are doing, rather than do this or that. When you are judging, when you are complaining, when you are finding fault, when you are finding lack, when you are pushing against, trying hard, you are in effect blocking your natural essence from emerging. It is only when you let go that you find relief, that you find peace, and allow your essence to come to the surface. You can never snuff out the light that is within you. You can diminish its luster, you can hold a blanket and diminish its radiance, but you can never extinguish it. It is the light of Source itself, and you can never extinguish Source.

Therefore, be at ease, be in love, be in joy, is not something you need to try to be, it is something you naturally emanate when you allow yourself to let go of everything that is in the way. Every worry, every concern, every want, every desire, every complaint, every fault. To love unconditionally is to allow the mistakes to happen, and hold the other in the highest light, seeing them rise from their mistakes as a new being. And that is what Source sees in you every time you trip, every time you block the light, every time you stand in the way of your natural essence and live in the shadow of who you are. Because Source knows who you are, how powerful you are, and that it is impossible to stay there for long without realizing you are on the wrong track. And that is good news, because when you do realize you are running in the opposite direction of Source, of the light and love that you are, the feeling of unease becomes intolerable, and you cannot but run in the opposite direction, back into the arms of the Most High, back into the bosom of your true self, back into the essence of who you are.

There’s nothing you need to do that you are not already doing. There’s nothing you need to know that you don’t already know. There’s nothing you need to prove. There’s nothing you need to do, because who you are is a being of light, of love, of joy, and when you allow who you are to surface, it won’t matter what you do, where you are, or who is there. Because then, you will be connected to Source, acting as Source, in all you do, say, think and feel, and that is the ultimate place where you want to be.

We are the watchers. We stand united, united in our thoughts, in our vision. We see you climbing that ladder to more of you, sometimes with ease, sometimes with effort. We recognize your contribution and the part that you are playing, and we honor it all as part of the larger game we are all playing.

We are the watchers watching you from afar and yet we are as close as your breath, for in essence we are one. We have been watching your transformation without interference. We have been watching and keeping that vision alive for all of you to march forward to the 5th dimension where you now belong. It’s been planned all along. Nothing is random. It is all happening according to plan, a larger plan of which you are an integral part.

Today we come forward to remind you of how precious you are, of how loved you are, of how supported you are on this journey to ascension. You’ve been here before and you managed well, so it’s not something new for you. We told you previously to believe in yourself for you are more capable than you know. And though trouble may come, challenge may arise. you are not here to fight these at all. You are here to embody more of you, more of that powerful presence that is you.

While your soul has a plan, you as an individual have a choice, always have. It would be nice if you can trust the larger part of you to show you the way as it was planned from the beginning, so you don’t have to struggle along the way, for sooner or later you are going there, singing or screaming you are going there.

We urge you to start taking good care of yourselves. We urge you to start paying attention to your emotions. We urge you to let go of all that you cannot control.

We are the watchers, we stand united in our vision for your ascension. We believe in you, we trust you will make it through. And now it is time that you believe, that you trust it is so.

We leave you now in peace. We will keep monitoring your progress. We will keep holding that vision for you. We will keep standing in that higher place unaffected, because we know, we trust things are unfolding in perfect order for you to rise to your glorious destination.

We are one. We are complete. United we stand in support of you.

The path to ascension is the path to your freedom and liberation. But how can you get there if you don’t know what it means? How can you get to unconditional love if you don’t know what love means, when your idea of love is about possessing?

Forget love, start with appreciation. You don’t have to love something to appreciate something about it. You don’t have to love your home to appreciate sleeping on a soft mattress. You don’t have to love your neighbor to appreciate the fact they keep to themselves or keep an eye on your house when you are away. You don’t have to love the chair to appreciate the support it gives you when you sit on it. You don’t have to love your car to appreciate the fact it drives you safely to where you need to go. Start here.

Forget joy and bliss, for your idea of joy is attached to the doing of something or being with someone or achieving something. Forget joy, start with feeling better. When you make a choice that feels better than the other choice you could have made,you are on the path to joy. Start with feeling better.

Forget being light, start by lightening your load so you feel lighter. start by delegating to universal forces all that is heavy and then you will be on your path to light.

Forget compassion, for your idea of what it means feels like pity and resistance. Send those suffering your prayers to overcome. Send them the intention you would like to receive if you were in their shoes.

To move forward on that path to freedom and love, you need to open up to different ways and expressions of what it means.

Forget abundance, start with enough. You don’t need to have plenty of everything in every moment but you can recognize when you have enough of what you need in every moment and make that enough.

When you have a full belly you ate enough. When you wake up refreshed you slept enough. When you put time and effort on a project you worked enough. When you go to the store and stand in the aisle that’s full of products and variety you have enough to choose from. Start with enough.

If the path was like a measuring stick, don’t measure yourself with the end of the stick. Take note of moving a little more towards the end, for that is the path and the end is a destination.

So forget perfection as a final product and start with better, a little better.

You need to charge the way you look at things and measure things in order to be free of these concepts and definitions and move past them. And when you release the definitions, the boxes that define things with borders, now you are free to move beyond these boxes, beyond 3d.

It is a path, a direct line to more, so you start where you are and move to a little better.

Feeling a little better.

Appreciating a little more.

Feeling a little fuller.

Feeling a little lighter.

And the time will come as you move on that path, when you would have become lighter, larger, bigger, better, fuller…. a larger version of you.

Don’t make it complicated.

Don’t make it hard on yourself.

You can say the journey is to move from an automatic reactive state into a heart centered, consciously creative state.

Since day one, you came into this world and you were told how it works, what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is bad, what is acceptable and what is not, what you should and shouldn’t do, and it became the blueprint to navigate this world/reality. So you spent your life in reactive mode, reacting to everything happening based on these parameters and definitions of what this or that means.

And then one day you decide you no longer want to feel this way, and you move into another level of creator-hood. But it is the first level, when the ego’s idea of better, more, stronger, comes into play. So you begin to consciously create better from a self serving state, the ego state who wants to be better than, stronger than, richer than. And you begin to show others on the outside, with all the stuff that you gathered, that you are better, bigger …

And then, the heart must open, so you are no longer creating from the self serving ego, that relies on the external things, and begin to create from the heart, by accessing these states from within. The organ of the heart is on the inside of the body, and so to create from the heart is to create from the inside.

Now you begin to create these states of better, of more joy, more harmony, more abundance from the inside and operate from there. And since there are so many subjects on your world with which you are involved, you repeat that cycle in every area, with every subject, until you’ve mastered them all. That’s why you’ll see some people in control in one area but out of control in another. Say business vs relationships.

And when you finally open your heart, you will begin to see it all perfect at that level. The reactive state is perfectly reacting. The ego state is perfectly creating its self serving end. The heart state is perfectly creating these states from the heart, no longer creating on the outside, reacting to the outside.

And when you mastered all these subjects on your planet; what’s over there and its half stories, your family, friends, money, your governments, the stranger you meet, your colleagues, your business … now you have the opportunity to stay and guide others or to transition to the next level and help them from there.

In a nutshell, in practicality, that’s the journey, to move from a reactive state to a conscious state which must go in degrees, for ego comes first. Then the heart opens when ego realizes all it has built on the outside is not enough, that there is something inside missing. And when you master all these subjects in your life, in your world, you would have become the master you intended to be, and you would have become higher and larger, therefore becoming that larger, bigger, wiser version of you, what you call your higher self.

And the game repeats, for you to reach higher and create from higher to higher and up, back to the infinite heart of The One.
