Pendulum Swings

Pendulum Swings

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on June 4, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

Many of you rationally know the concept of the pendulum swing. Namely: if society is first unbalanced in one direction, then later it will become unbalanced in the opposite direction.

For example, to hugely generalize a complex topic: in ages past women were treated poorly by society, and now men are being treated poorly by society. Which isn’t justice; rather, it’s injustice in the opposite direction. And injustice in the opposite direction isn’t going to heal society.

Or: in ages past society was too weird and shameful about sex, yet now arguably young people aren’t warned sufficiently that having a hookup with someone they actually really like can be damaging, because that other person will then leave (it’s a hookup after all) and that may really hurt.

Although in this case the pendulum seems to be slowly swinging back again, away from casual sex.

There are many other examples.

Now, this pendulum swing is a concept that many people rationally understand, but haven’t integrated. And rationally understanding something, without having integrated it, isn’t that useful.

By this, I mean that many of you already knew what I just shared. You rationally understand the concept of the pendulum swing.

Yet, many of you don’t see all of the ways in which you personally are being influenced by the pendulum swing, and all the ways in which your society is currently being influenced by pendulum swings.

For example: society too strongly used to try and control what people were doing, and too strongly tried to force them into a particular way of living and a worldview. So for example, in the West, you were expected to be a Christian and go to church.

A pendulum swing against that is that many people have become atheistic and very individualistic.

But you can’t strip the divine out of your life without losing something — or in fact, losing a whole lot. Indeed, it can be argued that modern Earth people have replaced the divine with the mainstream narrative. Argue against the mainstream narrative and many people will treat you as a heretic — even if you cite doctors or scientists. Some people want scientists to be censored in order to defend the mainstream narrative.

Also, while I understand that it wasn’t ideal to expect everyone to be a Christian and go to church — the current atomization of people also isn’t ideal. Most people are social beings and frankly would do better living with their family or living in a community, than they do living alone.

If you want to find like-minded people, see the link under this message.

The current atomization of people has also led some lightworkers to say: I cannot solve the problems of Earth by myself, therefore galactics must intervene now.

Now yes, it’s hard for one person to solve the problems of Earth. But anyone who says this is looking through an excessively individualistic lens, from my perspective. Namely: sure it’s hard for one person to fix Earth society, but there’s no need to go at it alone. Together you can fix Earth society. So you just need to contribute your piece to the puzzle, not solve the entire puzzle by yourself.

You can look at lightworkers as lots of individual people, or you can look at them as a group that is being guided to work together and to contribute in ways that you often aren’t even consciously aware of. By following your guidance, many of you are synergistically working together with other lightworkers, perhaps ones you’ve never even met.

Going back to the concept of the pendulum swing — if you want to integrate this concept, it’s good to realize that if anyone pushes excessively far in one direction, then that person is creating a future pendulum swing in the opposite direction.

So for example, the mainstream American left has lost its way in my view. They’ve put ideology before realism and practicality, and they’re excessively invested in identity politics and in declaring that the right wing is evil.

In fact, the mainstream left has been so ideological and so quick to call people racists or nazis, that currently there’s a pendulum swing going on against the left.

However, if you’re a right-winger who says that there’s nothing good about mainstream left-wing ideology, or if you say that all leftists are bad, then you’re creating a future pendulum swing against the right.

It’s better to have a nuanced view and to see that there are good left-wingers, and there are bad right-wingers, and there are good aspects of mainstream left-wing ideology, and there are flaws in mainstream right-wing ideology. That way, you’re not creating a future pendulum swing in the opposite direction.

So. Can you think of other examples of pendulum swing movements that are going on in society? Or perhaps pendulum swings that are going on in your personal life — that you were first imbalanced in one direction, and now you’re imbalanced in another direction?

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

It’s Not Normal How Men Are Being Treated

It’s Not Normal How Men Are Being Treated

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on May 10, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

To start out, I would like to invite you to consider how absurdly discriminatory many modern statements about men would be, if you swapped out the word “men” for the word “Jew.”

For example, it’s normal to say that men are bad in a certain way, or that men rig society to unfairly benefit men (old boys network), or to talk about “man up”, or to say “real man”, or to say “he’s one of the good men”, or to say “he has small dick energy” or “he is compensating for something.” It’s also normal to celebrate a women’s-only initiative.

Now imagine a person saying that Jews are bad in a certain way, or that Jews rig society to unfairly benefit Jews (old Jews network), or to talk about “Jew up”, or to say “real Jew”, or to say “he’s one of the good Jews”, or to say “he has circumcised dick energy.” Or imagine a “white people only” initiative or a “no Jews allowed” initiative.

Women would likely speak up against those anti-Jew statements (or against similar anti-black or anti-female statements). But then why isn’t she speaking up against anti-male statements?

Because men are the privileged ones? They’re not, if we’re talking about the West in 2025. And obviously, collective punishment isn’t justice.

The theory that men rig society to benefit men also clearly isn’t true, because there are female-only scholarships while already more women attend university. Also, far more money is spent on breast cancer research than on prostate cancer research. This wouldn’t be the case if men were actually rigging society to benefit men.

Furthermore: “Wales gives 77 times as much money to women’s groups than men’s groups”:

Let’s imagine that you lived in a world where four out of five people who killed themselves were women, yet 77 times as much money was given to men’s groups. That would be completely outrageous, and people would insist that that be changed immediately.

Women would shout this unfairness from the rooftops, justifiably so, and they would expect men to speak out on their behalf, or even literally march in the streets in protest to help them out. They wouldn’t accept “can’t help, because I’m busy” type of arguments from men. And indeed, many men would speak up, even without women asking them to.

Well, the world you actually live in is one where four out of five people who kill themselves are men, yet 77 times as much money is given to women’s groups (in Wales, but it’s similar elsewhere). And this situation should be seen as equally outrageous.

If women want equality, then the same expectation should be placed on women that in this case they speak out to support men, and that they speak out to demand an end to structural unfairness against men.

Indeed, men who speak out for men’s rights don’t get listened to, and they may get fired from their job for it. Even the term “men’s rights activist” is a dirty word that’s thought of as more or less a synonym for “woman hater.” So men can’t fix this issue by themselves — they need women to help them. Because while people won’t listen to men saying it, they will actually listen if a woman says we should treat men better.

Now yes, there also exist individual, isolated men who discriminate against women. And that is bad. But it’s not nearly of the same caliber as the structural, governmentally-supported anti-male discrimination that exists.

Plus, everyone already agrees that anti-female discrimination is bad, and judges will convict people for provably engaging in it. However, many people don’t see anti-male discrimination as bad, and judges actually join in on the discrimination against men, for example by structurally giving women lighter sentences than men for the same crimes.

A counter argument might be “I’m a woman and I’m not speaking up against anti-male or anti-female discrimination, so I’m being even-handed.” That’s not actually being even-handed, because if you live in the West in 2025, you live in a society that doesn’t structurally discriminate against women but does structurally discriminate against men. If your group is privileged because the other group is being discriminated against, then it’s not even-handed to just keep quiet.

Maybe it was fair that 100 years ago women only pushed for women’s rights. But it’s not fair today.

Now, I do get that society is harsh on women, and that it is in some way uniquely harsh on women, and that women are scared. But on the whole, society is even harsher against men than it is against women.

Again, see for example the fact that four out of five people who kill themselves are men. And blaming that on men’s poor choices would be a milder version of pointing to black people’s poor choices back when courts and governments were structurally and openly discriminating against them. It’s victim-blaming.

And yes, governments giving 77 times as much money to female groups, and courts giving harsher sentences for the same crimes to men, is open and structural discrimination by governments and courts against men.

See as well: “[The UK] government no longer places girls in Young Offender Institutions” (but of course boys are still placed there):

Also see this study, which finds that mental health professionals are more willing to treat and refer suicidal female patients than suicidal male patients:

Even purely for women, this is bad in the medium term. First of all, those suffering men are your husbands and sons and nephews and fathers, and are the future husbands of your daughters.

Second, if one gender is mistreated, that negatively affects the other gender too. This is true both on a subtle spiritual level, but also just on the practical level that men do the vast majority of the heavy, dirty, dangerous work that is needed to keep society running. I don’t foresee women being eager to start doing half of the sewer-related and garbage collection work.

Third, this female unfairness, and the silence from the majority of the good women on the matter, will turn people against women in general in the medium term.

One example of that is that more and more men have stopped looking for a girlfriend. Which is understandable to a degree — if women lived in a society that structurally discriminated against them, would they date a man who was unwilling to speak out against that? And if most men were like that, wouldn’t that make a woman just not want to date?

Now, men are less likely to publicly make those kinds of arguments and quite possibly get fired for them, than they are to just stay at home and play video games. But yes, women’s conduct is lessening some men’s desire to date. And it’s causing some men to only look for hookups and not committed relationships.

Women on Earth sometimes go on a sex strike if they’re displeased. Well, some men are on an informal marriage strike. It’s not uncommon for men to tell each other things like: “half of all marriages end in divorce, and the vast majority of divorces are initiated by women, and usually the man isn’t doing something horrible such as cheating or abusing her. So then, why sign a contract that the other party is rewarded for breaking? You shouldn’t. So, don’t marry. If you want sex, just find a hookup.”

If you don’t believe me: Helen Smith wrote a book titled “Men on Strike: Why Men Are Boycotting Marriage, Fatherhood, and the American Dream – and Why It Matters”

So women’s mistreatment of men is in the medium term hurting women too.

Or to give an extreme example of this rising anti-female sentiment: it’s getting more popular among some young men to express among themselves the opinion that women shouldn’t be able to vote. Sometimes this is formulated as “repeal the 19th”, referring to the US 19th amendment.

Now that is absolutely a minority position, but if men get painted as the societal evil anyway, and if they feel that women are unfair against them (which women currently are) and that women vote in left-wing ways that are detrimental to the country… then “women shouldn’t be able to vote” isn’t a justified position but it is an understandable one.

While I don’t think that the female vote will actually get taken away, I can see the gender war becoming even more extreme in the future, absent outside events or interventions. And if you don’t think there’s a gender war going on right now: the bitter left-right divide in politics is sort of a gender war in disguise.

The solution to this rising anti-female sentiment among young men isn’t to ban speech or to police young men, or to try and stop young men from talking to each other. The solution to this is to actually be fair.

Also, when our galactic decision-makers discuss among themselves whether Earth humans are ready for open galactic context, then usually some of them will argue: not yet, because Earth humans haven’t even learned to be fair to Earth humans of another race or sex, so clearly they’re not ready for galactic contact.

Certainly this isn’t the only consideration, and not all of our decision-makers think this way. But yes, the way that men are treated on Earth is one of the factors that is slowing down open galactic contact.

Suppose you were us. Would you think that a world was ready to be part of galactic civilization if their popular culture, popular discourse, governments and courts openly and structurally discriminated against women?

You might think “wait, we’re not discriminating like that against women, we’re discriminating like that against men.” Yes, but that’s equally bad in our eyes. We view discrimination against men as being just as bad and abnormal as discrimination against women.

A whole lot of especially young men are leading lives of quiet desperation. Things aren’t as bad on average for slightly older men (although things certainly are still not great for them). However things are really awful for young men especially.

Now yes, Earth women do carry around ancestral trauma and that is impacting their behavior. On one hand, I genuinely am terribly sorry about how Earth women have been treated historically. It is awful and completely unacceptable. And of course, some individual men even at present mistreat women in absolutely horrible ways.

Still, ultimately, being abused doesn’t justify you turning into an abuser yourself (or becoming callous about the suffering of people who were born into the same group as that abuser was from).

That is a very common pattern, but it’s not justified.

The idea that specifically women should be helped, is motivated by the argument that it’s mostly women who are the victims of violence or rape. But that argument is overblown:

Men are more often the victims of violence than women are.

Research paper https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1854883/ states that “In nonreciprocally violent relationships, women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases.”

Similarly,
reports 5.5% of men and 4.5% of women experiencing physical violence by an intimate partner. So more men than women are physically abused by their intimate partner.

Similarly, research paper
states: “Results showed that 2.9% of men and 1.7% of women reported experiencing physical and/or sexual IPV [intimate partner violence] in their current relationships in the last 5 years.”

And wikipedia page
states, with sources, that probably more American men than women are raped if you include prison rape in the statistics.

Perhaps you’re wondering how this can be true because stories you hear around you are from female victims and rarely from male victims. Well, it’s because female victims get sympathy and help when they speak out, while male victims are seen as pussies and weak men, or perhaps as guys who got lucky because a woman decided to rape them. So male victims often just don’t say anything — if they do, things only get worse for them.

Four out of five people who kill themselves are men. Is that starting to make more sense now?

Lives of quiet desperation, indeed.

So the image isn’t true that violence and rape is nearly always done by a man to a woman. But then why should nearly all the help and consideration and protection go towards women? How bad does it need to get before people start being willing to give equal help to men?

Now a counterargument might be: “overall it’s still mostly men who are raping and committing violence.” And that’s true, although it’s not nearly as true as people think it is. I just gave three sources indicating that domestic abusers were usually women. European queens also waged more wars than European kings. But yes, violent criminals are usually men.

However, black people also disproportionately commit more crimes. It’s not logical to say “men being violent criminals more often proves that men are bad, but black people being violent criminals more often only proves that they are victims of prejudice and oppression and we should help them.”

It’s also not logical to say “men being violent criminals more often proves that they are bad, but several pieces of research showing women being domestic abusers more often doesn’t say anything about women — it contradicts my current worldview therefore I don’t believe it.”

This whole “women are wonderful and are the victims, men are thrash and are the perpetrators” is just an irrational prejudice. That’s all it is.

Transgender people who transitioned from male to female sometimes say that they feel they “lost their right to be seen as human by transitioning.” So in other words, when people saw them as women they were treated as human, and that ended when people started seeing them as men.

Other female to male transgender people say that they were shocked when suddenly people started treating them as “monsters.”

Female journalist Norah Vincent did an experiment for 18 months where she convincingly disguised herself to look like a man. Later in life, she killed herself.

Next up: women demanded equality. And women have gotten equality.

But equality also means equal responsibilities.

And responsibilities aren’t things that you can just skip if you don’t feel like doing them.

Many women’s implicit position is that they want the benefits of traditional gender roles: getting a special amount of consideration and help and governmental support and women-only celebrations and initiatives, being able to tell men “you go fix it” and “you go fix your own problems”, letting men do the really dirty and dangerous work, being advantaged in divorce and criminal court, being protected, and putting the burden on men to be stoic breadwinners (men who are overly emotional, or who aren’t breadwinners, often aren’t respected by women).

But many women don’t want the responsibilities of traditional gender roles — letting men be the head of the household, letting men be the only ones who vote, and needing to give respect and support to non-criminal men.

Many women also want the benefits of equality (and fair enough): they don’t want to be discriminated against in any way, and they expect men to speak out if there is structural discrimination against them.

But many women refuse the responsibility of equality: they’re not willing to speak out when men are the ones being structurally discriminated against. Even though men can’t speak out: they’re ignored or fired if they say anything.

This isn’t reasonable. You can’t just say “I get to have the benefits of traditional gender roles, but not the responsibilities of traditional gender roles. And I get equality, but men don’t get equality. I want the benefits of equality but not the responsibility that comes with equality.”

Now, the good news here is that even if a woman doesn’t organize protests or starts a podcast or engages in political lobbying, but instead she just takes a little bit of time to privately speak out amongst her friends and family — even that can have a profound effect.

After all, women aren’t evil. Most women — and most men — are just largely unconscious and are simply doing what’s normal and expected.

And if a number of women say that how men are currently being treated isn’t normal, then light and awareness is brought to people, and people have the opportunity to start acting in a conscious way.

A few people speaking the truth can have an outsized effect, because it creates awareness and it stops people from just unconsciously doing the normal, discriminatory thing.

Even if you think of yourself as a normal person, you can have a large positive impact. And no one expects you to fix society all by yourself — all that people expect is that you do your best and that you contribute your piece to the whole. After all, many other good-hearted people are working alongside you.

Even if you don’t yet realize that you can move mountains by yourself — certainly you can move mountains together.

With all my love,

The thing is the thing itself

The thing is the thing itself

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on May 10, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

Last week we discussed that your attention is healing.

Today I would like to add: when you're paying attention to something, try to focus on the thing itself, and not on some conceptualisation of it.

So for example, if your body hurts or is unwell, don't conceptualise it as a "headache" and then feel that "headache." Instead just feel the pure body sensations.

This channeler was at the dentist recently and as he was laying in the dentist's chair, he found it helpful to remind himself: "the thing is the thing itself." Or in other words, just feel the sensations that are actually happening, rather than focusing on a conceptualisation of being at the dentist, with all the scary associations that some people have with it. The actual sensations he experienced weren't that scary or painful, but a conceptualization of being at the dentist might be really scary.

So, the thing -- the actual sensations he was experiencing in the dentist's chair -- is the thing itself -- that's all it is. There's no need to conceptualise it, or to bring in associations with being at the dentist.

The thing is the thing itself.

If you have a craving for some food, then the thing to observe isn't that food; the thing to observe is that you have a craving for that food. So you might not always want to immediately go "into" the thought. And sure, maybe it would be a good idea to eat that, but then again, your biological urges come from a time when famine was a much greater risk than obesity.

Your thoughts and emotions and instant associations are primarily tuned to keep you alive in a dangerous, caveman type of world. But that doesn't mean that quickly jumping to associations is an optimal thing to do in the modern world, where caring for your psychological health has become a greater concern than not being eaten by a tiger.

Similarly, if someone says that you're not looking good, then the thing to observe is: this person said that I'm not looking good, and how am I feeling in my body right now. And then later, if you want, you can decide if you want to take some practical action or not.

The thing to observe isn't: I'm not looking good right now. And certainly it's not a good idea to jump into fear-based associations such as: I'm going die alone. Rather, the thing to observe is: a person said that I'm not looking good right now.

Don't immediately accept another person's words as truth.

Similarly, don't immediately accept your own thoughts or emotions as truth. If a thought arises that you don't look good, then the thing to observe isn't that you don't look good. The thing to observe is that you had a thought that you don't look good. Those are different things.

Don't believe everything you think.

Now yes, you absolutely can rely on your intuition. If your intuition says something, believe it, and stand firm in your position.

However, you probably experience more thoughts and emotions than you experience intuition. And unlike intuition, thoughts and emotions can easily be false. Or rather, your thoughts and emotions may point to something real going on inside you, but they won't necessarily provide true information about the external world.

Some spiritual people fall into the trap of labeling thoughts or emotions they have as intuition or guidance.

This trap may contribute to the phenomenon where some spiritual people believe they have a 100% accurate knowing that Trump is a monster, and some other spiritual people believe they have a 100% accurate knowing that Trump is an amazing man and a white hat.

Both can't be true. At least one of those people mistakenly labeled random thoughts or emotions they had as intuition or guidance.

And yes, sometimes it's other people who make this mistake, but then again, maybe sometimes it's you who makes this mistake.

And it's okay, everyone makes mistakes. You are already amazing, and you are fully worthy of love, even if you make mistakes.

So, what should you do? Observe, do your spiritual practice, and don't immediately believe everything that arises in you. And if you're not sure yet, then it's fine to have opinions, but don't hold on to them too strongly.

If someone says something and then you experience negative emotions, don't immediately jump to "this person is evil" or "that statement was bad." Instead, observe first. Maybe the statement really is false and harmful -- or maybe the message is fine, and it simply goes against your current worldview which is never pleasant, or you just had an emotional reaction.

Emotions aren't bad. You shouldn't condemn them. In fact, they're completely human, and very useful, and they can provide great insights into what is going on inside you, and how you can take better care of yourself. Just don't make the mistake of thinking that emotions tell you objective truths about the external world.

Now yes, sure, sometimes emotions do point towards things that are objectively true about the external world. But then again, sometimes emotions mislead people about the external world. Think about the political side that you like least. That side is being driven by irrational emotions towards untruths, right?

Ultimately:

The thing is the thing itself. An emotion is just an emotion. A thought is just a thought. A remark by someone else is just a remark by someone else. A biological craving for food is just a biological craving for food. That's all it is.

An emotion, or a thought, or a craving, doesn't automatically mean that that thing is true or that you should believe or do that thing.

It doesn't mean that you should go into that emotion or thought or craving. If someone tells you you're unattractive, then you don't need to go into the thought that you're unattractive. Instead you can just observe: oh hey, someone called me unattractive.

You can create suffering for yourself by creating conceptualisations of things, or by immediately monkey-mind jumping your way over to scary or painful associations.

But by itself, a thought is just a thought. An emotion is just an emotion. A remark is just a remark. You don't need to immediately believe it, or immediately go into the thought, or immediately jump to associations.

A thought is just a thought. An emotion is just an emotion. The thing is just the thing itself.

Attention is Healing

Attention is Healing

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on May 5, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

In last week’s message, it was discussed that a person’s attention can empower a god. That’s how powerful you are. And that’s the reason why gods like having people pray to them or do rituals for them: your attention empowers them.

In spiritual circles the idea of manifestation is also common: that if you focus on something, you manifest it into reality. Admittedly, there are some caveats to this, including: if your soul or if your subconscious doesn’t want that thing to get manifested, then it may not be manifested. But still, there’s truth in this idea.

Today I want to share another area where your attention can have a noticeable impact. Namely: to an extent your attention can be healing.

If you listen with full attention and a loving heart to someone else, and don’t give an excessive amount of unsolicited advice or personal opinions, then that is subtly healing to the other person. Indeed, practically everyone likes being listened to in this way. This can be a beautiful exchange and interplay of energies, although it can also be imbalanced if one person always wants to be listened to and is never the person listening.

If you’re an action and solutions oriented person, it can be good to realize that listening to someone actually IS an action you’re taking that is helping that other person out. And if a person vents first, and then later does their own inner observation or takes practical steps, then that can honestly be quite appropriate and helpful.

Now granted, it’s dysfunctional if a person keeps venting, and never observes what’s going on inside them, and never takes practical action. However, that doesn’t mean that venting is always bad. And listening to someone vent can be a helpful action you can take, if you feel up for it.

Your attention is also beneficial to your own body. For example, your science has realized that there are a whole lot of benefits to be had by doing stretches. Well, part of that is that when you’re stretching, you’re implicitly paying attention to parts of your body that otherwise you might not pay attention to, such as your legs.

Conversely, if a person spends every waking hour playing video games or watching television, then they pay very little attention to their body, and their body often deteriorates as a result.

Now, this doesn’t mean that you can never play video games or watch television. It just means that it’s good to have something in your day where you’re paying attention to your body, whether that’s walking, sports, yoga, stretching, a body-scan meditation or something else.

Your focus can even heal unwellness in your body to a degree. I’m not saying that for the average person this is a universal miracle cure. Yet, sometimes when a person is unwell they will be tempted to withdraw attention from their body, because it hurts. When actually, paying more attention would be beneficial, even though it might be painful in the short term.

You can remember this via: PAIN means Pay Attention Inwards Now.

Similarly, your attention can be healing psychologically. If you just observe whatever comes up, without immediately trying to change or suppress or judge it, then that will create psychological wellness in you over time. Granted, you may have to observe the same thing several times before it’s healed, but this basic practice is still very beneficial.

You may experience the fear that if you actually observe what’s going on inside you, that it’ll hurt more than you can bear, or that it’ll psychologically destroy you. Almost always that’s just not true — it’s just an unfounded fear. Just because you experience a fear, just because you think a thought, doesn’t mean that fear or that thought is actually true. Still, if that’s stopping you from looking inside, then it would probably be a good idea to visit a psychologist or spiritual healer.

So: your very attention is healing. You can think of it as: your attention supplies energy that then helps something return to its natural state — which is beneficial. Harmful or painful things are often distortions and aren’t the natural state.

It can be good to do something every day which involves you paying attention to your body, whether that’s walking or stretching or yoga or a body-scan meditation or something else.

I hope this was helpful.

With all my love,

Your star brother,

Hakann

You probably already know the principle that before you start arguing against someone, or before giving someone unsolicited advice, it’s good to first fully understand their perspective.

So if someone is doing or advocating for something that just seems completely illogical to you, then it’s good to try and understand their perspective better. After all, while obviously some perspectives aren’t very useful or accurate, usually there’s at least some kind of logic or some valid desire or some kernel of truth behind a perspective that other people hold.

And if you can’t find a way to take that other person’s kernel of truth or that desire on board, then it won’t be helpful to just think of their perspective as evil or stupid, and to try to steamroll them in a debate. Even if you win the debate, you will have probably hardened the position of the other person and increased division.

What’s not helpful to do, yet what happens unfortunately often, is to stereotype the other person’s position into an easy to attack strawman and then to attack that. Or to label the person themselves negatively, as for example a fascist or communist, attacking the person rather than the argument.

Okay, so what’s better is to first understand their perspective, and to have a nuanced view of the advantages and disadvantages of their perspective and of your perspective. After all, it’s rarely the case that your perspective is 100% perfect and the other person’s perspective is completely wrong.

I think you probably knew all of this already, at least on some level.

Now I would like to add something that may be new information:

Ideally, before you argue with someone or give them unsolicited advice, you don’t just try to understand their perspective in a nuanced and fair way. You also try to understand what life has been like for them, and how that could perhaps have shaped their views.

And you try to understand how your own views have been shaped by the life and experiences you have had.

If you don’t know the other person, you could share briefly how your life has been and how that has contributed to you having the views you currently hold. And you can ask them how their life has been and how that could perhaps have contributed to the views they currently hold, in their view.

After all, many people like to think that they simply hold the objectively correct view and others are wrong. And certainly, people are different, people have different souls and missions here on Earth, et cetera. Yet, it’s certainly also true that the life you have had has significantly impacted the views you currently hold.

In fact, if you think a certain person is wrong, well it’s possible that if you had led their life, then you would now have their worldview. That’s not always the case, but it certainly can be the case.

Because of that, it’s useful to understand the broad outlines of how a person’s life has been, before you start arguing against their position or giving them unsolicited advice.

If you understand their life, you might also learn if there have been any events that have been so impactful in their life that just arguing directly against their viewpoint will never convince them. But once you understand them, perhaps you can offer them alternative ways of meeting their needs, or perhaps you can suggest alternative ways to construct a society in which people do get their needs met.

For example, suppose someone grew up in crippling poverty, and has certain very specific, very strong political opinions as a result. Then if you learn this, you may realize that this person will never agree to any way of structuring society in which the poor aren’t helped — and indeed, wanting to help the poor is a noble desire. But in this case, perhaps you can have a productive discussion about what the most effective ways are of building a society in which everyone can have a good life — because there are several options here.

And if for example you grew up in a well-off family and don’t have “everyone should be able to have a good life” as a priority in your own mental construct of what an ideal society would be like, well, maybe you can reflect that if you had grown up in crippling poverty yourself, perhaps you would have different or at least slightly different opinions today.

The previous example discussed a situation where someone’s suffering was real, but perhaps their proposed societal solution wasn’t optimal. (Or perhaps it was.)

What can also be the case is that someone’s suffering is real, but they misidentified the cause of their suffering. In the best case, you might be able to change someone’s mind here, or at least plant seeds that will someday change someone’s mind — but you can’t make that argument without acknowledging that yes, they did have a very tough time. Because that is real.

Obviously these are just examples to illustrate how useful it can be to understand another person’s life in broad strokes, before you try to argue against them or give them unsolicited advice.

Sharing the broad outlines of your lives can also help create empathy and dismantle stereotypes.

Now, it’s possible that the other person will say that yes indeed, your views were shaped by the life you have had so far — but that they hold their own views because they’re smart and good people, and have decided to adopt the one ideology that is true and virtuous. In this case, it may be best to just not have an argument with them.

it’s also possible that the other person will demand understanding and empathy, but will not be willing to give you understanding or empathy. In this case, it may be best to just not have an argument with them. Even if you “win” the argument, the world probably will not be a better place afterwards, because you will only have hardened them in their position.

Unfortunately, productive arguments are rare, and sometimes the only winning move is to not have an argument at all.

As R’Kok said recently: Earth people are love-starved. So instead of arguing with them, you could also just listen to them and express love to them. If someone is unreasonable, showing them love can be very effective, if you have it in you.

Or you can of course just take a walk in nature, with the other person or by yourself, or you can meditate, et cetera.

I hope this helps.

I love and deeply respect you, and I hope to physically meet some of you later this year — it’s not guaranteed, it depends on the free-will choices that Earth humans make, but it is likely.

Your star brother,

Hakann

The Changemaker You’re Looking For Is You

The Changemaker You’re Looking For Is You

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

As always, what I share isn’t the sole objective truth. Instead, I’m offering a perspective — and if I were in your shoes, my perspective might be entirely different. Obviously, I am speaking from a very privileged position, living in a society that many of you would consider to be utopian.

Still, it is useful to be able to view the world from different perspectives. So I will offer my perspective, without implying that it is the only valid perspective. Your perspective may be different yet be entirely valid too.

My perspective is that a much better world isn’t far away.

That better world is going to arrive regardless, but how quickly it arrives, and how graceful versus how painful the journey to it will be, depends on humanity’s free-will choices.

From my perspective, the current greatest obstacles to a speedy arrival of this far better world aren’t the dark controllers. It’s also not the refusal of the sleepers to wake up. It’s not Trump, or the gray hats in general moving more slowly than would be ideal. It’s not us galactics refusing to land already.

From my perspective, the two current greatest obstacles to a speedy arrival of this far better world is:

– one, a lack of consciousness, which also means a lack of love. To address this, most of our recent messages have been focused on self-improvement. Doing your own spiritual and self-healing work, and being kind to others, remains of critical importance.

– and two, people are programmed to think that they are powerless, and they need to wait for some other person to be the changemaker.

You’re like the elephant that grew up being chained to a small wooden pole, and back when it was small it tried to free itself and it learnt that it couldn’t.

And now that the elephant is big and strong, it still thinks that it can’t free itself. But in actuality, it easily could free itself today.

I understand that in previous years, attempts to peacefully demonstrate, to come together with others to build better or alternative structures, to share truth et cetera, haven’t worked as well as you had hoped. Yet the energies are much higher now than they were even a few months ago, and now a relatively small amount of effort by a relatively few light workers could make a huge difference.

I’m not saying that one person starting one initiative will instantly bring about New Earth. However, your initiatives will have a huge impact, and may well have quite favorable conditions because the collective is ready for new ideas and new ways of living. Pretty much everyone realizes and agrees, from left to right, from man to woman, from young to old, that this current way of living isn’t working very well.

To be clear, I’m not suggesting that you pick up a gun and try to arrest the bad guys yourself. That wouldn’t be productive. That is the task of the military, police forces, intelligence agency forces or even for us Galactics.

I’m also not suggesting that you label one huge group of people as being the good people or the people who are 100% right, and one other huge group of people as being the bad people or the people who are 100% wrong. That’s not going to heal the world.

Although if you have a more nuanced perspective, and see that both sides have some valid points and some points where they’re wrong (not necessarily the same amount but at least some), then perhaps you could make some positive contributions to a political war, culture war, gender war or literal war situation. If you feel called towards that — if you don’t, it’s entirely fine to avoid those topics.

I suggest that you follow your heart or your soul or your inner guidance, and see if there’s some desire in you. For example there may be a desire to peacefully protest, or to come together with like-minded people, or to create new ways of living together with people, or to form a meditation group, or to share truth, et cetera. Any of these initiatives, and many others besides, would be wonderful idea and a great contribution.

The changemaker you’re looking for isn’t Trump, and isn’t Ashtar. The changemaker you’re looking for is you, yourself. Or perhaps you and a group of like-minded people.

It’s a cliche at this point, but the advice “be the change you want to see in the world” really is as precious as gold.

Now, will it be a challenge to indeed be that change you want to see in the world? Yes. But you are up for the challenge. You are so much more amazing and so much more powerful and well-prepared than you are likely giving yourself credit for.

So many people think that first someone else needs to create a nice environment for them, and then they can do their work or create their community or publicly offer their service or live their purpose. But if everyone else waits for someone else to be the changemaker… then things will still progress, but they will do so more slowly than you might like.

After all, you are a reincarnating soul, and your lower self (your body, conscious mind and emotions) are merely your vehicle for this one life you’re currently in.

Galactics, angels and even most souls of Earth humans care far more about soul growth than about the well-being of your lower selves. Which is why us galactics are certainly going to intervene at some point if necessary, but that point may be later than your lower self would prefer. More specifically, the point of our intervention will likely be the exact moment when most souls of Earth humans start wanting us to intervene openly — which isn’t yet the case.

Therefore, waiting for us to intervene is a choice you can make, but we think Earth humans in general, and likely you specifically as well, will be happier if you take action yourself before that point.

It’s about 70 – 75% likely (although it depends on your choices, and probabilities change all the time) that we’ll either land openly this year, or that we’ll privately meet individual lightworkers this year who are ready for that. And if it’s not this year, it’ll likely be in 2026 or 2027.

Still, either us landing openly or us meeting ready Earth humans doesn’t mean that instantly you will live on New Earth. It will be an amazing and wonderful and heart-opening moment, certainly, and I am very much looking forward to it, and we will help you and we are covertly helping right now. However we’re still looking towards Earth humans to build New Earth. We’re not just going to walk out of our spaceships, have a swarm of robots start mass construction projects, and impose a new way of living upon you. Instead, it is people like you who will, and quite possibly already are, contributing towards building this better New Earth.

No one is asking that you single-handedly transform Earth society. All I’m suggesting is that you do your best to offer your own contribution towards this process. And if currently doing your best means just taking care of yourself, then that is absolutely fine, and that too is a contribution towards New Earth.

The good news is that with energies rising, starting new initiatives and speaking the truth is now easier than it used to be. You will have the metaphorical wind in your back. That doesn’t mean it will be easy or that everything will immediately succeed without pushback, but it will be ultimately doable. And the energies also mean that every day, more and more people are waking up and are feeling nudges towards doing the right thing.

Note that two seemingly opposite worldviews are both born out of a drastic underestimation of how amazing you are and how much you can contribute if you put your mind to it.

On one hand, there are people saying that white hats, or us galactics, are amazing and that very soon we’ll single-handedly fix everything. This sounds superficially like an inspiring message, however it completely overlooks how amazing you are and how much you can contribute towards building a new Earth. This message implies that people should wait for either white hat saviors or galactic saviors. And likely you didn’t come to Earth to wait for someone else to save you. You likely came to Earth to be one of the changemakers yourself.

On the other hand, there are people saying that every Earth person in a position of power is a black hat and that us galactics are either all evil, or that we’re just not going to land or help or meet people any time soon. And this message, too, underestimates just how wonderful you are, how amazing you are and how profound the change is that you can make. The real power on Earth lies in the people — they’ve just been passive. But if the people actually productively and non-violently start working towards a better world, without letting themselves be divided into separate opposing groups or giving their power away, then there is nothing that the dark controllers can do to stop that.

For the sake of completeness, I will also add that both of these worldviews aren’t just overlooking the importance of people like you working towards New Earth. Both of these world views are also simply not true.

About the “white hats or galactics will save us” narrative:

If Earth humans keep failing to take sufficient action, then yes at some point us galactics will intervene, but that won’t be in the very near future. And it’s also not logical to say that those Earth humans in positions of power who are fighting the dark controllers, are white hats who are in full control behind the scenes. If they were fully in control white hats, for example they would have stopped the chemtrailing. But they haven’t.

They’re not white hats, they’re gray hats. And they’re merely largely in control, they’re not fully in control. Hence, while they genuinely are doing some good things, I wouldn’t advise just waiting for them.

I also don’t agree that every person in a position of power is a black hat. If that were the case, you would be in either a pandemic lockdown or a climate lockdown today, and new health-destroying injections would be mandatory. You would have the choice between either using a central bank digital currency, or literally being unable to buy groceries.

If every person in a position of power was a black hat, then the relatively small number of awake people wouldn’t be able to prevent those things, because there would be too many asleep police officers and similar just following black hat orders. There would also be a hot war between NATO versus Russia and China going on today. The fact that these things aren’t happening illustrates that while there are very few outright white hats in positions of power, there are quite a few gray hats in positions of power and they oppose the black hat agenda.

Those who claim that everyone is a black hat, may point at Trump and claim that he’s a black hat. Now, certainly there are a number of valid criticisms you can make about the person pretending to be Trump (the real Trump is dead). However, Trump 2.0 is a gray hat, not a black hat.

For one, he has taken important steps to secure the border, which is severely hindering black hat drug trafficking and human trafficking. If Trump were an actual black hat, he wouldn’t be disrupting those black hat money makers. Also, Trump is revealing via DOGE just how corrupt and wasteful the government is. This is doing a whole lot to wake up the people. And that is an absolutely crucial variable in this ascension process. The very last thing that the dark controllers want is for the people to wake up.

So: both the positions that white hats or galactics will fix everything any day now, and the position that every person in a position of power is a black hat, are both false views. They dramatically overlook the very important factor that awake people can make a huge difference and can together create a New Earth.

You are the ones you’ve been waiting for.

Us galactics have suggested to the gray hats that they move faster in certain areas (such as stopping chemtrailing), and they refused. So this slow pace of Earth’s liberation isn’t our preference. However, the slowness of this process is offering the lesson to people that waiting for external saviors isn’t a New Earth thing to do. So while it’s still not our preference, the failure of the gray hats to move quickly is offering the lesson to people that they themselves should be the change they want to see in the world.

And yes, it is very hard. It is very unfair. It is very tough. But that’s why you’re on Earth. If it wasn’t hard, you wouldn’t have needed to come to Earth to share your light and to make a change.

If building New Earth had been an easy job, then a soul as experienced and wise as yourself wouldn’t have had to come to Earth.

It’s not that you’re on Earth, and it’s very tough. It’s because Earth is very tough that someone as amazing as you are there.

It’s not that you’re on Earth, and people are so unconscious. It’s because people are so unconscious that someone as clear-seeing as you are there.

You’ve got this.

With my deepest love and respect for you,

Your star brother,

Hakann

Where attention goes, energy flows

Where attention goes, energy flows

Hakann trough A. S.

Posted on March 15, 2025

My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.

There is a saying on your world: "where your attention goes, energy flows."

Now, this principle is true. And this principle also correctly suggests to not spend too much time on consuming depressing news that isn't directly relevant to you, for example.

However, people who hear this principle may think that if pain or so-called negative emotions arise in them, then they should suppress those feelings. Because after all, if you pay attention to pain or to so-called negative emotions, then your energy flows to them, right? And surely you don't want that.

Well, the issue here is that people misinterpret who "you" is.

When people hear: "where your attention goes, energy flows", they interpret this as if "your" only refers to their conscious mind. However, "your" also includes your subconscious and your soul, among others.

So yes: "where your mind goes, energy flows -- and 'you' includes your subconscious and your soul."

And if you suppress pain or so-called negative emotions, then your subconscious keeps focusing on that pain or on the so-called negative emotions. Whereas if you just observe them, without immediately trying to change or suppress or judge that, then they will weaken or leave after a period of time, and then all of you will stop giving attention to it.

So the actual best way to deal with so-called negative emotions -- observing them -- is the opposite of what many people think that sentence suggests -- suppress your negative emotions

This realization, that you aren't just your conscious mind but are also your subconscious and your soul, is actually important in general. And it clarifies other spiritual principles too.

For example, yes, you can manifest the desired life you want -- but that "you" includes your subconscious and your soul. So if you have subconscious blocks or trauma, then repeatedly visualizing a nice life probably won't work. And if your soul wants you to learn a certain lesson, or just wants you to have a certain kind of life experience, or wants you to go through rough things so that you can be a wounded healer later, then that too is a part of "you" that can manifest things.

This also means that it's pretty silly to make arguments like "if you have a nice life, you're spiritually advanced; if you don't, you're not." Whether someone's life is pleasant is greatly impacted by what kind of experiences their soul wants them to have in that life.

For example, if one person's soul wants to experience love in this life, they might pretty effortlessly roll into a blissful relationship and a happy life.

If another person's soul wants to do service as a wounded healer, they might experience decades of hell.

Now obviously your soul isn't the only determining factor. Your conscious mind and your actions matter too. It is absolutely worth it to do spiritual practice and to practically improve your life. And yes, some people do make better choices than others, and making better choices does tend to lead to having a better life.

Still, it is useful to keep in mind that "you" are more than just your conscious mind.

I hope this was helpful.

Your star brother,

Hakann
