The Akashic Records are not made of words.
They are made of frequency - vibration, feeling, resonance.
When we’re quiet enough, that vibration becomes language.
Not a sentence you hear, but a knowing that fills you.
If you’ve been seeking answers and not receiving them,
perhaps Spirit is asking for stillness and quiet, not action.
This week, try this simple practice:
Sit quietly and breathe in.
Place your hand on your heart.
Ask, “What do I need to feel right now, instead of figure out?”
This question alone can open more than any asking.
You don’t have to reach for the Divine. The Divine is already reaching for you.
Mantra for today: “The Akashic Records are not words. They are frequency. They are feeling. They are me. I listen. I breathe. I remember.”
