When you see them, it is not necessary to overwhelm them with praise… let them know you honor their contribution with a gentle smile and a nod of your head.

 

Sometimes, the smallest moments mean the most.

The Point of No Return

April 2026 is going to be one of the most transformative periods of the year.  It will be a catalyst month that shifts us collectively and individually.  We can expect our growth to accelerate in ways that will be both unprecedented and unpredictable as breakthroughs and unexpected endings clear space for new directions.  

April is the trigger that finally breaks the stagnation we have carried with the incoming energy creating a sense of urgency that will force us to shed old skins and the habits, roles and fears that no longer serve us moving forward.  What remains will be a clarified, authentic version of ourselves that is ready to build the new foundations that will define the next decade of our lives.  As such, events that unfold this month will have long-lasting effects.  

If you have felt stuck then this period will provide the necessary force to move forward, starting with today’s Full Moon, which will shine a light on where your life has swung into extremes.  You may feel a push-pull between your own needs and the needs of others prompting a release of toxic dynamics, old emotional baggage, or people pleasing habits that keep you trapped in old cycles.  Once the old dynamics are cleared, you will find a newfound sense of internal harmony that allows you to move through the rest of April with grace and authority.  Trust the fire of this transformation and allow it to burn away all that you have already outgrown.  Remember that your soul has been preparing for this breakthrough for a long time.  You are ready for the magnitude of what is coming.
