2025 has by no means been an easy year as the incoming energies have challenged us again and again to shift, change and transform. Much of what has needed to be addressed are the internal dynamics of our mental and emotional world where the roots of our imbalance, disconnection and separation lie. In these final months of the year, this process accelerates pushing us to clear away the energies, emotions, mental patterns, programming, and behaviours that keep us in a state of imbalance, disconnection and separation.

Today’s New Moon is a powerful one, which will bring light and attention to our core wounding. As a result, we can expect things from the unconscious to surface giving us insight into the nature of our patterns and what needs healing and what needs release. This is a period where we can gain clearer awareness of how our past pain continues to impact the way in which we show up, the choices we make and the circumstances we find ourselves in now. Old stories of rejection, betrayal, abandonment, shame and injustice may be highlighted giving us the opportunity to heal, and release what is no longer relevant to who we are becoming.

As you move into today, and the energies of the New Moon be mindful of the need for greater self-acceptance and self-compassion. See whatever surfaces as a gift, and as an opportunity for wounds to become wisdom. Lean into any discomfort and allow its deeper messages to be revealed. Be present and awake to it all knowing that any disruption is opening you to what needs to be seen, and witnessed for healing and transformation to occur. Remember that with each healing and release space is created for the growth and greater expansion of a new consciousness within yourself and your life.
