This resonance is Earth’s natural heartbeat a low-frequency electromagnetic wave resonating at 7,83 Hz. Your brainwaves sync with it. When the resonance spikes you might feel tired, confused, jittery, anxious and uninspired for a time.

Schumann shifts will stir old emotions, past woundings and amplify intuition, this can trigger intense fatigue. When we Ground. Meditate. Unplug. The nervous system will Reset itself.

When the Schumann resonance spikes the Ascending all undergo rapid and accelerated transformation. Healings can occur overnight. The ascending self is elevating into higher consciousness and expanding into personal power.

Your rebirth may not be loud or visible, but it will be felt in the peace you no longer have to fight for. The deeper you go within, the clearer the picture becomes.

You were not meant to be understood by everyone. Your worth never shrinks just because someone else can’t see it.

When the Schumann resonance spikes in frequency, those consciously ascending may likely experience temporary disturbances in their nervous systems. During this time, the nervous system is undergoing intense repair and restoration.

It is important for the nervous system to feel safe and protected, it needs to trust the conscious state of being to steer clear of potential harm and strengthen to navigate through the challenges brought on by these energetic shifts. By creating a sense of security within, you can support the nervous system in adapting to the changes and integrating the heightened frequencies of the Schumann resonance.

The Schumann Resonance reflects our internal state of being. Its frequency spikes represents our collective conscious growth, transformation, and essence. External events mirror our inner being. We experience various symptoms based on our vibrational frequency.
