As a lifelong shy person, writing these notes is an exercise in vulnerability. :) At the same time, there are experiences I would like to share from this magical world. This story about unconditional love is one very near and dear to my heart. I hope you enjoy it. :)

Unconditional Love

Yesterday I felt love for the first time. Not that warm, giddy, butterflies in the stomach, oh so delicious feeling we have when we realize we’ve met someone special. No, I think this was love, love the way it was intended to be, or love the way God would want it to be.  

I had an experience of love in which I saw and felt the totality of another person - all their history, all their personality traits, all their unhealed wounds. In this, I saw their wholeness, with no need for any part of them to be different. It was as if I felt every aspect of their experience in my body, saw their life through their eyes, felt everything they had ever felt. And, I accepted it all. Out of this acceptance came the most exquisite love I’ve ever felt. It was as if my heart opened up and the love just tumbled out and expanded into everything. There I was, regarding a person, and loving them so completely, it obliterated everything else.  

The beauty of this kind of love is there was complete awareness of everything, and in the same moment, complete acceptance. It was all okay. And even though I entered into the experience feeling some separation from them, there could be no separation when I saw it all. There could only be understanding, there could only be compassion, and tenderness, but mostly… there could only be love.

How can you not love someone once you know the totality of their experience? How can you not accept them when you can feel everything they’ve ever felt? It all made sense. Every word, every action, every reaction, it all made sense, and out of that space of understanding, I could do nothing but love.

Life brings so much to everyone. We all come in unprepared, and we all do the best we can. That’s what I understood in this kind of love. We all do the best we can. We don’t intend harm, we don't intend separation, opposition, or distance. We are always seeking to connect in our protected, leather-bound selves, some with more armor than others, and yet underneath, always, there is a heart yearning to connect.

Unconditional love sees everything and experiences it with warm neutrality,

like sitting in the sunshine by the beach in summertime, being conscious of the breeze,

the light, the scent of the salt air, and asking for nothing more.

My wish for you is that you experience this kind of love. It is life-changing, and so, so very sweet.

Ever so playfully, today, the Record Keepers say, "These times are not for the faint of heart!" What I observe in my own life and in the lives of those around me, is that great change is upon us. Massive, fundamental change, in which the very foundations of our lives are shaking apart. They assure me that we are all moving to higher levels of awareness - we are truly moving to Heaven on Earth - but this middle place can look a little uncertain at times.

If you are noticing the reverberations of change, whether mild or tsunami-like, they say use this time to go within. Drop into that still, quiet place in the center of your chest where your soul essence is stored. Or, go into the sanctuary of your heart. The destination doesn’t matter so much, it’s what we find once we arrive.

Rest your attention in this space and breathe into it until you feel peace. It’s there. Peace is always there. If you stay steady for a moment or two, you will find it.

Once you have found peace, keep breathing. Stay in this place as long as you can, if it’s 5 minutes, if it’s 20 minutes. Whatever you have, rest in it. This practice will help you move through this transition time in a softer, gentler way.

More than ever before, we are being asked - called, really - to trust ourselves, to go into this quiet space that is always within us. There is sanctuary here. What I’m observing in the consciousness, and what the Record Keepers suggest today, is that everyone begin to connect with themselves in ever deeper and more profound ways.

In service of helping you find this kind of deep peace and truly knowing that it is always available to you, I've been guided by Spirit to offer The Akashic Healing Sanctuary. Here we will gather together online once a week, and I will provide guided meditative experiences and powerful transmissions from the Akashic Records and Source energy. These Divine energies will allow you to find deep peace, healing, and new answers within yourself.

A Gift of Grace

Today, allow yourself to receive the benefits of all your hard work, your deep devotion, and your hours and days and years of reflection, releasing, and reharmonizing.

Allow everything that is left to simply go, now.

Imagine fine particles of the highest diamond white light coming through you and dissolving anything that is out of alignment, now.

Let your pain, let your wounds, let your memories dissolve.

Let anything that obscures the magnificence of your essence dissolve now.

Let it be simple.

Let Grace wash it all away.

We ask that you give this gift to yourself.

Then, as Love is the essence of everything, let yourself be loved.

And let yourself be Love.

We ask that you receive our gift of Grace this day.

Today, let’s continue our conversation about love. Last week, Spirit wanted you to get in touch with the highest aspects of yourself by writing a love poem to God.

This week, the Akashic Record Keepers would like you to bring that higher love into your day now. They would like you to write a love poem to someone close to you – your true love, a child, a friend, a beloved pet, or even a relationship you wish to develop.

To write your love poem, start by taking a breath in, and settling into your body.

Gently, breathe in again, and as you feel your lungs expanding, imagine yourself getting bigger, lighter, and freer.

If it feels right, you may start your poem like this:

“I love you.”

Then say something about why.

For inspiration, let me share a line from F. Scott Fitzgerald:

"You are the finest, loveliest, tenderest, and most beautiful person I have ever known, but even that is an understatement."

When you have given all your reasons why, say how your life has been changed by them.

“You see that which is most cherished and special in me, and I am greater because of it.”

Let them know how you really feel.

Then end as you began:

“I love you.”

Let someone know that you love them today, and fill their heart with yours.

The other day, as I was opening the Akashic Records of one of the lovely souls I am honored to mentor, I was shown that she was being held on the wings of butterflies and gently carried in life. It was so very beautiful, and we were both deeply moved by this special gift. The next morning, the energy of Butterfly (the Butterfly Kingdom) returned to me to express a very special message:

I come to you on the wings of beauty today. I wish to share with you the spirit of my world. You see how fragile I appear, you see how delicate, and yet I survive through all - all storms, all weather, all circumstances of life before me.

No matter what happens, I prevail.

As well, I begin my life in one form, which I must surrender completely to move to the next. I don’t know what will happen, I only know deep inside something must change.

Once transformed, I travel lightly through life. I live in a world of sunshine and frequency, and I go from flower to flower seeking color, light, and nectar. If I do not find what I am seeking here, then I just as easily go there. I can travel long distances in the course of the day, and I am content within myself as I travel, always.

I move with the winds, and I am supported and uplifted from beneath. Oftentimes I travel in the company of angels and fairies. Such fun! My light-hearted friends offer themselves to journey you as well.

What I wish to share most today is that I exist in an eternal state of lightness of being. I consciously go from one to the next, delighting in and engaging fully with life, with no worry about what is to come. I simply travel on the winds, knowing I am being moved in just the right way, at just the right time.

Today I offer you the energy of Butterfly: color, sweetness, lightness of being, and the absolute assurance that in every moment, you are held in grace and love and flow. :)

Just a little note on opening to Love today… :

Let go, into Love

As we awaken, as more radiant divine light filters into our bodies every day, Life expands us, Life opens us to bigger possibilities.

The veil between the worlds becomes thinner, and a recognition of those dear souls we have known before, the Ones we are here to know now in deeper ways, becomes more apparent.

 

Recently, I witnessed a lovely young woman as she experienced a powerful sense of recognition when she first met the leader of a daylong event. Her heart opened wide on the spot. He recognized her, too, and moments in, whispered in her ear they had shared past lives. Over the course of the day, the love between them gently, sweetly blossomed.

Although he was her teacher… although he was committed to another...

And yet, the love was palpable. After the sweet outpouring of the initial opening, her inclination was to withdraw and guard her heart. Though the likelihood of their being together was small, I encouraged her to let the love unfold without needing to know where it would go. I said, “Perhaps this One is a catalyst for you. Perhaps this One comes with a memory of love shared to help you open to love again.”

“Let go, into love,” I said.

And she did.

And the places in her heart that had been closed opened, as did the places in his, with no need for a destination.

I reflected then that we all have moments where we close our hearts, when we don’t move toward the love that is before us. And so today, I encourage you to see where your heart is closed, and let it open even more. Open to your Beloved, to your child, to your friend, or to someone you simply meet along the way. Let your heart open just a little bit more.

Imagine the radiant, shared field of sweetness we could create if each of us offered just a little bit more love today. What beauty would be possible then?

What would be possible, indeed.

Let go, into Love today.  :)

I asked the Record Keepers what they would like to share with you today, and this is what they offered:

Today, This Day

You are loved.

You are safe.

You are held.

You are extraordinary.

We come to you today in quiet awe of the magnificence of who you are.

You know not what tremendous courage it took for you to be here this day, this time, this lifetime.

Though you took it on with bright eyes and shiny enthusiasm, never do we forget the seeming challenge of earthly life once here.

Perhaps this day you feel bound by the confines of your daily responsibilities, perhaps you feel the abundance you seek has not yet come your way, perhaps you struggle with your own inner life or hold tender empathy for the struggles of those closest to you.

Perhaps you long for love and find it unfulfilled...

Yes, we see this all. And we are right here with you.

We oftentimes reach out and stroke your hair, in a gesture meant to soothe. We know you don’t always feel us, but we are there. We are always there.

As we move forward in this magnificent new energy, know that all things truly have become possible for you.

Know that your thoughts, and more than this, your feelings, carry greater weight for the potential of creation than at any time in your life time thus far.

How inspiring is this! How wonder-filled can your days now become!

Utilize this power wisely, and we say, enthusiastically.

Take this moment now while you are closely held within our loving embrace to imagine how you would like this moment, and this day, to unfold from here.

Then allow yourself the gorgeous luxury of expanding the vision to the months ahead.

Though it may seem to be just a regular day, know that magic abides always.

There is no better moment than the now to set forth that which you most desire.

And to know it can be yours.

We take a special moment to reach out to those Ones who feel overburdened by life, and for whom these words seem like a far-off dream.

Dear One, no matter your circumstances, you may also experience our enduring love for you and the potential that is always yours.

Today, in this moment, we encourage you to choose beyond that which you typically do. We encourage you to feel the warm soft blanket of our love coming tangibly around your shoulders now. We lift you up, we support you, we wish you to know that you are not alone.

And today, this day, we wish you to know all things are possible indeed.

Do take this moment to dream your new life into your present. We cannot wait to join you there.

I wanted to share something that came up in an Akashic Records session recently.

The lovely woman with whom I was speaking was struggling with the circumstances of life, with disappointment, with self-doubt. Everything felt hard.  

Perhaps you have felt this way at times, too… where everything you want is a struggle, and it is so difficult to find your way through.

The Record Keepers asked this one to write a love poem to God. A mystical love poem the likes of Rumi, Hafiz, and Mirabai - expansive and filled with love.

As these words came through me, I could feel their beauty. I could also feel it was the most perfect medicine.

“Write a love poem to God.”

Can you feel the energy of that now? It is exquisite.

To write a love poem to God, you must first get quiet within yourself. Take a breath and feel the sensations of your body and then drop in even more. Touch into your heart for moment, and see if you can feel the peace that always resides there. And then breathe in again.

Next imagine your mind or your awareness reaching up into the sky, into infinity. Feel the expansiveness there, feel your own self become without limit. Take an even softer breath now and let that limitless feeling expand.

Now touch into your heart, and see if you can feel the love that is always there. For good measure, breathe into your heart to amplify this feeling.

Now send this sensation up through the top of your head and into the heart of the Cosmos. Feel the expansiveness again.

Put pen to paper or fingertips to keyboard, and write the love note to God. And of course by God, I mean God/Spirit/Source/The All That Is, the Universe - however you imagine it. Write the love poem that God wants to hear, the one God needs to hear. It can be a few words or many stanzas. Write the love poem God needs to hear.

As you write this poem, feel yourself touching into the heart and the beauty of who you are, and expressing it freely.

If you indeed take the time to write this love poem, it will activate that which is most beautiful inside of you. Even more, it will let you know who you are. You will be made aware again of the beauty of your own heart.

When you finish your love poem, hold it up to the light, and read it out loud. This will transmit the vibration of it to the heart of the universe immediately. It will be lovely. When you are finished, press your love poem against your heart, and let its vibration fill your chest.

Breathe in your love poem until it feels complete. Then rest for a moment.

If you feel called, please share your love poem as widely as possible. Share it with the people you love, share it by email, post it on your favorite social media platform. The farther these vibrations can reach, the sooner the world can be transformed. Let this be your gift of love to God and to the world today.

One of my closest people is leaving tonight. He’s going on retreat, just for a week, but it seems like forever.

We talk every day, multiple times a day, and he’s one of those people who makes life worth living. But every few months, he goes off the grid to spend time alone in the silence. I wish this for him because it’s deep replenishment. But at the same time, it’s like a little death, no matter how many times it happens. It’s like the first time and the last time I’ll ever see him.

After he sent that final text message and I knew he was gone, a profound sadness overtook me. I realized it was grief. I decided to regard the grief simply as stored emotion wanting to move through. I took a breath and allowed the soft cloud of sadness to come forward. I wanted to cry, and I wondered why this was so sad. Was it events in this lifetime? A past lifetime? A childhood pattern seeking to be healed once and for all?

As I was reflecting on this, I spontaneously started to see lifetime after lifetime with him – as my student in Atlantis, my husband in the Midwest, my brother in the Italian Renaissance. Image upon image upon image came up, one after the other. I could feel that in each of these lifetimes the separations were tragic, as was so often the case in those times. Searching for some kind of good, I thought that perhaps by feeling each one of these losses I could finally bring them to rest. Those remaining scars in my soul might finally be healed.  

I allowed myself to watch the little movies of each lifetime and to feel the pain of the loss in each one. As I did this, what I became aware of is that love follows love. He was present in this lifetime and that lifetime and that lifetime, and here he is again in this lifetime.

Love follows love, love never ends.

This was one of the first times I truly felt the deep reassurance of our cycles of incarnation. We always come back together, and when we are apart, we’re connected in Spirit. I could feel his Higher Self blending with my Higher Self, and I knew that we would be together still, even while he was away in the silence. It was the first time I could feel there truly is no end and there is no beginning. There is only the eternal now moment.  

And, most of all, there is only love.  

I would like to pass this reassurance on to you, if you haven't felt it already. Or even if you have, take a moment to be with me now.

Breathe into your heart and breathe out any thoughts you have in the moment.

Think of the one person where you would like the assurance that the love is eternal.

Ask your soul or your Higher Self, if you will, to see the little movies of the other lifetimes. You may also simply ask to feel or know the eternal nature of your love.

Give this relationship the gift of these few moments of your precious attention. Feel the love that is always there.

And then when you feel complete, breathe in and breathe out a sigh of gratitude, and let go.

Love follows love. Love never ends.

I am so excited to introduce the Akashic Healing Sanctuary – your opportunity to experience the healing energies of the Akashic Records every week. I've received a few questions about the Sanctuary that I wanted to share with you now. Let’s dive in… :)

What is the Akashic Healing Sanctuary? 

The Sanctuary is your chance to receive the energies of the Akashic Records each week. Every Monday, we will meet live on Zoom for a group session where I will deliver an hourlong transmission from God/Spirit/Source in a guided meditative experience. You will feel peaceful and uplifted. Being in this sacred space together will give you greater access to your intuition and healing abilities and help you gain insight into the questions that are most on your mind. It is a beautiful way for us to connect as a group in the Akashic Records so that you will feel loved, held, and cared for throughout the week.

How does the Sanctuary work? What is the monthly subscription?

I created the Akashic Healing Sanctuary to provide an accessible, low-cost way to be in the healing energies of the Akashic Records each week. Once you join the Sanctuary, your first session is free, and you may participate in our weekly healing sessions for an ongoing subscription fee of $88/month. You may cancel at any time. For best results, I suggest that you make this a powerful start to every week.  

Do you provide readings for everyone in the group?

I do not provide individual Akashic Records readings for the group participants. I will channel information from Spirit about the collective themes of the group each week. The Sanctuary was created to be a non-interactive, meditative space where I bring through energies from the Akashic Records and God/Spirit/Source to move you to a state of higher awareness. Here you will have more effortless access to your Akashic Records and the answers to your questions, which is the greatest gift of all. My intention is that you will leave the session feeling uplifted, supported, and clear. 

Who is the Sanctuary for? 

Those who would like to experience the wisdom and healing energies of the Akashic Records…  

Sensitives and empaths who are seeking to be in the energies of the Divine for support, guidance, and healing…  

Akashic Records practitioners who would like to expand their ability to access wisdom from the higher realms even more…

Coaches, therapists, healers, and bodyworkers who would like to enhance their ability to tap into intuitive guidance...

Artists and writers who would like to heighten their connection to the Divine to inspire their creative works ...

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, the sessions are recorded and available immediately after the Sanctuary session ends. You will be able to listen to them as often as you like. You may use the recordings during meditation or while you sleep to support your healing and spiritual growth.    

I’ll miss one (or more) of the groups. What can I do?  

You will be included in the energetic container of the group whether or not you are present live. In addition, each session will be recorded, and the recordings will be sent out immediately after the group. You will be able to receive the frequencies in the moment as they are transmitted, and then you may listen to the session at your convenience.
