The Missing Link Between Deep Sleep and Divine Purpose

Our ability to follow our divine purpose is directly linked to how well-rested we are. A sleep expert and yoga therapist offers wisdom.

These past two weeks have been highly stressful and frustrating for me. It has been hard to regulate my nervous system and get a good night’s sleep despite having an extensive yoga therapy practice and sleep coaching toolkit. And what’s been more alarming is that regardless of who I talk to, everyone seems to be in the same boat: trying to keep it together while feeling depleted and overwhelmed.

As a collective, we are grieving. Rapid change and uncertainty can have a negative impact on our health, emotional well-being, and quality of sleep. And to make matters worse, who do we turn to for support when we are all struggling in the same way?

In hard times, our beauty sleep and our spiritual connection to one another are more important than ever. Yet, it’s during hard times when they both tend to decline. This is because we are missing the link between deep sleep and divine purpose.

Insomnia: A Global Epidemic

Not being able to get a good night’s sleep is a common issue. Sadly, sleep problems plague up to 45 percent of the world’s population. This means that nearly half of your friends, family, or coworkers are silently battling sleep issues.

Sleep is crucial for maintaining good health, a high quality of life, and enough energy to fulfill your inner calling. If you’re having trouble sleeping, this might be a sign that you are holding unprocessed emotions, experiencing fear, or feeling a lack of control or doubt regarding your path.

The next time you are wide awake in bed, instead of feeling frustrated, ask yourself: What’s not in alignment in my life right now?

When working with my clients, I often notice their tendency to prioritize care for others at the expense of their own needs (sleep, personal care, and rest). They feel that they don’t deserve to take time for themselves and struggle to shake off the guilt of spending time, energy, or money on themselves, even though they rarely do.

Your Divine Purpose

When you feel content and that life flows easily, your thoughts, actions, and beliefs are likely in alignment.

Being in alignment with your divine purpose will look different for you in every state of your life. That’s why it’s so important to be connected and listen to the cues your body, mind, and soul are sending.

I see many people who are out of alignment with their souls’ desires, living instead in coulds and shoulds and trying to fulfill someone else’s destiny. They become depressed, anxious, resentful, and sick. I was one of those people.

In her book The Ambition Trap, Amina AlTai discusses something she calls the resentment line. Living below the resentment line means that your energy is either being drained or is nonexistent; that your efforts are coming at the cost of your joy and identity. This pattern urgently signals that it’s time to pause, recalibrate, or reset.

I was secretly resentful for years—at my partner, friends, family, and especially myself. For years, this resentment kept me depressed, sad, unmotivated, and deeply ashamed.

On the other hand, living above the resentment line, according to AlTai, can energize you and make you feel aligned with the things that matter to you. Only you know where this line is; you have to be honest with yourself and listen to your instincts, especially in turbulent times.

The Missing Piece

There is an often overlooked link between struggling to get your beauty sleep and identifying a clear vision for your divine purpose. People take for granted the positive ripple effect of loving and nurturing the most important relationship they will ever have, a relationship that needs to be prioritized, cultivated, and polished: a relationship with themselves.

You can be deeply devoted and connected to your higher power, but if you don’t love yourself, you will never be able to take action toward your divine purpose. You won’t dare set boundaries to protect your energy, sleep, and well-being. You will always confuse self-sacrifice with being in service.

You can practice yoga, pray, and finish the stress cycle every day, but if you don’t have a healthy relationship with yourself, deep down you will feel numb, empty, and “not enough.”

Self-love requires courage to prioritize your sleep—to nurture, love, and honor your feelings and needs. The only person who can give you that love and attention is yourself.

After working with my clients for a period of time, I begin to hear them say that “they’re nicer to themselves”—and, naturally, they get deeper sleep and look younger and happier. They come to me in search of better sleep, and they leave with so much more, including a healthier relationship with themselves.

I remember when I used to weep every time I saw myself in the mirror. I didn’t like the person I had become. Crying all the time, feeling sorry for herself, and being in physical and emotional pain.

I knew something needed to change, so I started small. I began accepting compliments, going on self-love dates, and mustering up the courage to go to therapy to help with my insomnia, anxiety, and depression.

I’ve come to terms with the fact that I don’t need perfect health or a perfect life to enjoy myself. I just need to be consistent and take care of myself first to be able to help others. Ten years later, I’ve never felt so in love with myself. I’m happy, healthy, and proud of the healing work I’ve done.

Your Journey, Your Compass

You are one of a kind—a living miracle. If you wake up in the middle of the night and you’re breathing, you have so much to be grateful for. Allow yourself to live your divine purpose as a joyful journey and not as a painful sacrifice.

Allow your self-love and inner guidance to be your compass—the deepest, purest, and most sacred guidance. This is how deep sleep comes easily. Not because it is earned, but because it is your birthright.

As I finish writing this article, I’m in my hotel room listening to the waves of the ocean. Even though I’m having the worst menstrual cramps I’ve had in years, my heart is full of gratitude because I took five days to relax, reconnect with my inner purpose, and go for sunrise walks alongside the most beautiful beach in the world.

If I hadn’t listened to my soul’s calling for “vitamin sea,” I wouldn’t have bought my flights, booked a hotel, or invited a friend to join me. I would have been frustrated in my apartment instead of enjoying this view.

I know that taking time off to travel to your favorite spot is not possible for everyone. But when you love yourself so much that you make yourself a priority, things fall into place in the most miraculous ways.

The missing link

The first secrets of the world that are related to our origin have been kept from us for centuries. Neither the “theory of evolution” nor the “theory of creation” explains the true origin of the human individual.

Darwin’s theory of survival of the fittest does not explain how humans overcame the thousands of errors in human DNA structure, while the creation theory ignores the impressive number of ancient fossils and artifacts found around the world. There is clearly a need for a true model of our origins.

Recently, these theories of the origin of modern man have been thrown into confusion by the discovery of fossils indicating that Neanderthal man, a primitive man, lived alongside Cro-Magnon, a modern man, in what is now Israel.

Surprisingly, these two races did not interbreed. There is only one solution to this mystery, writes author James Schreeve in his book “The Neanderthal Enigma,” and that is that Neanderthals and modern humans did not intersect or interbreed because they could not.

They were incompatible in terms of reproduction. They were two different species. In fact, scientific research has shown that the remains of modern humans in prehistoric Israel are no less than forty thousand years older than the remains of Neanderthals.

• This alone makes the theory of continuous evolution untenable.

This conclusion may also provide the answer to the question of the “missing link” between primitive and modern man, namely that there is no such link. Clearly, then, there have always been very different kinds of people, which means that a new model of human origins must be developed.

A growing number of archaeologists, theologians, and historians are defending the ready-made answers that conventional science has always offered. These scientists, however, do not simply evaluate these findings and consequently defend their ideas tooth and nail. They are as unyielding and determined as those who declare that the earth is flat and who defend their theories to the bitter end, despite mounting evidence to the contrary.

Many of the mysteries of our planet are related to artifacts that are thousands of years old. Among them are the discovered and translated clay tablets describing the ghosts of the planets Venus and Saturn with their seven satellites, observed in ancient Babylon without the use of telescopes.

Or what about the rectangular ziggurat built around 8000 BC? It was recently discovered near Okinawa, Japan, suggesting a people with advanced technology who lived long before the generally accepted date of the first civilization on our planet.

The question arises: Why don’t we know about our past and the many objects that have been found? Presumably much of the literature and artifacts have been deliberately destroyed over the centuries, all part of the plan in the grand scheme of things to keep people ignorant and asleep?

After the destruction of the Egyptian Library in the Temple of Ptah at Memphis, nothing was left. Similarly, 200,000 precious works disappeared when the library of Pergamum in Asia Minor was destroyed.

When the Romans destroyed the city of Carthage, they wiped out 500,000 books, and when Julius Caesar unleashed his war on Egypt, it resulted in the loss of the library in Alexandria, which was considered to be the greatest collection of books and manuscripts of antiquity.

Our distant past has been sucked into a vacuum, haphazardly filled with tablets, parchments, sculptures, paintings, and assorted artifacts, all carefully selected to mislead and lull us to sleep with a cocktail of half-truths and deceptions. The history of true science would be very different today if the collection of Alexandrian books had survived.

Our presence on Earth is not new, as you well know. History has been completely altered, especially regarding our presence.

It’s evident that they have “chewed and swallowed” hard on distorted, nonsensical, and baseless information, with the common excuse from the elites to you: “we need to keep certain things secret for national security reasons.”

Thus, they dragged on unfounded discourses about the reality of life beyond Earth.

Moreover, how has there been a leap in species evolution over the last two hundred thousand years? Clearly, they know that the “Missing Link” is nothing more than our direct intervention in the DNA of the human species on Earth.

This will soon be revealed as time dissolves and you transition from a reality based on dates, past, present, and future, into an eternal now.

This is something that the non-Federated Draconian and Reptilian elites fear, because time is something they can still manipulate well, distorting many things through it.

As you enter Unity, thanks to significant increases in your consciousness levels, those who operate in the shadows lose their temporal dominance and the ability to “go back and forth” in time, modifying and interfering with events.

This only happened due to permissions previously granted by the human consciousness level itself, which, grounded in a solid three-dimensionality, delayed and entrenched itself in a pattern of coarse survival, disconnected from the Inner Divinity and ignorant of the obvious: they are not alone in the Universe.

Our participation in Earth’s entire history is evident if you consider, at the very least, looking at the artifacts and monuments left behind, such as the Pyramids, the Moai of Easter Island, Stonehenge in England, the Nazca Lines in the Sechura Desert, in Southern Peru.

This is the minimum to observe. Anyone with a willingness to see that there is something beyond will find very solid and precise answers about us and our significant influence on the planet, and even more, your own participation, often from your multidimensionality.

And about this – multidimensionality – we wish to deliver a message to Neva soon.

While your history books were constructed to keep you prisoners of those who enslaved you, the hierarchies have worked to send Divine signs for you to finally free yourselves.

This is the time when Earth will return to what it truly is, without oppression and pain.

We know there are still many resistant to our messages, but it could not be otherwise, considering they have spent eons in a harsh programming that kept them in a closed and suffocating belief that the Universe is “a lifeless void.”

Friends, imagining Earth as the universal center and the only form of intelligent life is very boring.

When the moment is activated and our presence can finally be announced, and all observe that during all this time you were never alone, it will be a mix of joy and frustration for the time considered lost, but know that afterward, the joy of reunion with us will soothe all the hurt and anger that might initially seem present with those who kept you ignorant of cosmic reality.

They, the elites, continue in their attempts to block your consciousness in its continuous expansion, creating confusion and false statements about what is really happening in the skies.

They lie continuously and create narratives to divert your attention from what is truly happening.

Do not lose focus on the questions and persistent inquiries.

Ask, insist, make your strength and the power of the masses count against oppression.

They have nowhere to run except to speak the Truth.

We have left numerous signs, such as crop circles, which have been our way of maintaining contact with you over the last decades, preparing you for more direct contact.

The codes we leave activate in your subconscious a real memory of our existence and our kinship with you.

There’s an ongoing preparation for our arrival. As we’ve announced, not even 30% of our total fleet that is heading this way has arrived, and your scientific observers have already seen us traveling at the speed of light towards the Solar System.

Many of those within the seats of power in the world, who can no longer tolerate so many lies and having to pretend in front of cameras that everything is fine and there’s nothing outside Earth, are slowly releasing information because they know it’s the only way.

There’s great pressure behind the scenes for the Truth to be revealed as soon as possible to avoid even bigger problems for them (the elites).

The power of the people is increasing, as well as their consciousness level, and we will continue to show ourselves.

There’s a plan for us to show ourselves even more effectively in a central capital of the Planet.

We won’t inform the day or the hour, obviously, but rest assured, you’ll know it’s us once you see it.

The elites have known about our agenda since the mid-80s when our forces activated many of our channels on Earth and we began our more direct transmissions.

This agenda indicated exactly what is happening now, and they know what is to come.

Why do you think they started building their bunkers decades ago? Why do you think they’ve created even more chaos in recent decades? Why do you think they’ve created even more distractions and used the advent of technology to keep you busy and with your heads down?

All this to distract you from the obvious: The Galactic Command is present, we cannot oppose them, and the people of Earth will know what we’ve done – they think, the dominant elites.

Friends of Earth, this is a special moment in your expansion, and we continue to request much love in your daily lives.

We arrive at a time when celestial alignments will trigger changes on the surface.

Not panicking is the key to everything harmonizing more quickly and without physical damage.

One cannot deny that your tectonic plates are overloaded and that only good vibrations can contribute to their harmonization.
