Discover the Precise Balance Necessary

As we navigate the fast moving shifts of this year, it is essential that we create moments of deliberate pause to ground, integrate, and recentre.  Right now, there is a palpable collective exhaustion in the atmosphere, a shared state of deep mental, emotional, and physical depletion created by the constant, compounding pressure of adapting and adjusting as old structures and energies dissolve.  Beneath the fatigue, there is a lift in the energies, a shift that is occurring that allows us to gracefully redirect our focus toward the long-term emotional and spiritual stability that is needed.   

Individually, we are being called to discover the precise balance necessary to sustain ourselves emotionally, mentally, physically, and energetically.  Today, the energy reminds us to slow down, protect our peace, and consciously let go of what feels heavy.  We are being reminded that we cannot carry the burdens of the past into the frequency of who we are becoming.  As you release the expectations, false urgencies, and emotional weights that do not belong to you, you create an open, quiet space within where your intuition and inner guidance can be felt and heard.  This requires you to move out of autopilot and into a space where you actively choose your commitments. It means setting firm boundaries with your time, turning away from unnecessary distractions, and giving yourself permission to rest when necessary.  

Your system needs a chance to catch up with the rapid changes that are taking place.  Soften your expectations of what you should accomplish today and listen closely to what your body is needing.  Reclaim your energy from the chaos around you and anchor yourself in the present moment.  By stepping back from the frantic pace of the world, you can clearly distinguish between what is yours to carry and what must be lovingly put down.
