Today, the turbulence of the last few weeks begins to recede, leaving a clearer landscape for us to navigate. After all the intensity we can now exhale as new insigthts, understandings, and perspectives allow us to see with more clarity what lies behind all that we have been moving through. The incoming energies are focused on expanding our internal world, deepening our emotional awareness, and reconnecting us with the wisdom stored within our emotional bodies. As the same time a vital piece of our future is coming into sharper focus revealing exactly where our soul is calling us to expand and evolve next.

After the recent Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, you may be feeling restless or sensitive as hidden feelings and subconscious patterns continue to surface. It can feel chaotic but is ultimately helping you to see your life with clarity and greater understanding. With Mercury in retrograde this an ideal time to settle into quiet introspection and will allow your system to integrate the shifts that have occurred. Trust in the invitation to slow down and simplify. Remember that the old patterns, routines, and beliefs highlighted now are simply showing you exactly where you are ready to create space for something new.
