Today, Mercury begins its first retrograde of the year, drawing us away from the external noise and into the intuitive, expansive sanctuary of our soul. For the next three weeks, we are invited to slow down and embrace a space of deep introspection where healing and growth can take root. This energy encourages us to reconnect with our inner voice to refine, review, and clarify our path forward.

Navigating this period requires us to trust our feelings over rigid logic, using our intuition as our guide. As Mercury stations retrograde, the boundary between our conscious mind and the collective unconscious becomes thin, inviting us to see with our hearts. Because this shift occurs within a potent eclipse season, the insights that surface now are powerful keys to both our individual and collective healing, awakening and growth.

Expect emotional sensitivity to heighten as old beliefs, emotional patterns, and long-denied memories rise to the surface. Use the stillness to lift the fog, rewrite old narratives, and realign your perception with your deepest spiritual truth. Be mindful that the eclipses are clearing the path, and this retrograde is giving you the light you need to see where you are going. Let go of the need to know and understand it all at once. Focus now on finishing what was started, forgiving what was broken, and listening to the whispers of your soul that are so often drowned out by the noise of life.
