Deep shifts have occurred this year giving us a new understanding of ourselves and the strength needed to look honestly our lives and what must be healed, changed and transformed. Throughout the month of October we will be encouraged to become even more self-aware by gaining a deeper understanding of our past, how it has shaped us, and where what is unresolved continues to negatively influence us. As the Full Moon energies continue to move through us we can begin to see clearly how we have grown as well as what we have now outgrown. Underlying imbalances are surfacing to be seen more clearly. Patterns, situations and circumstances that need to shift will be amplified urging us to move beyond denial and confusion to see where our fears may be leading us astray.

We can achieve so much if we are willing to face what is holding us back and stop ignoring what is undermining our healing, our growth and the very transformation that is being demanded. Recognize that as old issues surface they bring the opportunity for deeper healing and greater release. Accept that you are being pushed out of any inaction or complacency. Allow the unconscious forces that have kept you bound and stuck to unravel. Examine your life objectively while determining what is necessary for you to live through the continual waves of change. Consider that your external experience reflects your inner life. As such, what in you needs to shift, heal,
