With Saturn moving retrograde yesterday there is a definite shift in the energy, which can feel like a dampening of enthusiasm.  Over the next four months we will be urged to deepen into self-mastery and self-discovery.  It is not a time to push forward as we are being drawn inward to question, reevaluate, and reconsider our commitments, responsibilities, and where we are placing our attention, focus and energy.  We will be required to determine what is necessary and needed and what needs to be replace for the new to take shape.  As such, we must remain fully present to ourselves and our lives while accepting the flow of life, the cycles of birth, death and rebirth.  

You are being called to consciously create and dream a new experience of life into being while learning to intuit when it is time to act and when it is time to wait.  The energies now are guiding you to gain mastery over your instincts and impulses, to recognise how you are creating your world through the conditions of your energy.  As you move into this week be especially mindful of your energetic state and how this is influencing your experience of life.  You may be feeling the need to regroup and get your priorities in order.  Accept that this is a time where you must slow down and address whatever imbalances are arising and assess where you need to restore balance.
