With today's new moon there is an emotional tension that is pushing us towards some kind of breakthrough.  This can be uncomfortable as we are urged to release ourselves from old patterns and stagnant emotions.  The energies are asking us to deepen into self-awareness and explore and reflect on what within us is needing to be transformed so that we are able to better express the essence of our soul, the truth of who we are.  This requires us to let go of outdated ideas and roles that no longer serve who we are becoming and trust that we have a place and a purpose in the world. 

You may experience sudden and startling insights into the patterns and emotions that are coming up for release now.  Internal and external forces may arise forcing you to face what may be inhibiting your self-expression, creativity and the flow of your life.  Observe what is arising and allow yourself to see where you are needlessly sacrificing, suppressing, denying and or dismissing your authenticity, power and energy.  What aspects of you are you hiding out of fear of rejection or shame?  What needs to be seen, reclaimed and integrated for you to be fully present to yourself and your life?
