Creativity is the new paradigm for the next 7 weeks

Did you know that the planet Venus goes retrograde for 7 weeks starting today and I think that's a great thing.
Now Venus has a retrograde about every 2 years and in the same sign every 8 years. In 2015 it had a similar retrograde as the one in 2023, with an aspect to Pluto and Neptune as it does now, but not as close.
What does this mean for you? For everyone, it means a renewed need for creativity and creative expression.
You may need to do some inner child work as those wounds are revealed.
You could start a new relationship - the best one to start would be with yourself.
You could decide to leave that job, start a business, take up a hobby, or engage in some kind of creative activity that brings you joy, fulfillment, and expands your energy.
It's most important to be open to new potentials now and to surrendering to the process (hint: surrender means to stop resisting, not to give up).
Many people are saying that this Venus retrograde is not good, that it will bring problems and 'challenges'. I disagree.
'Challenge' is a word that can have many meanings.
If a toxic relationship ends and you wanted to try a little more, that's going to be challenging.
If you lose your job that was really making you unhappy before you have a new one, that's a challenge.
And if something in your life changes, even if you are ready for it, that's a challenge.
So I would take the word 'challenge' in the right context.
All change is challenging in some way, none of likes to be in new territory and unsure of how to proceed.
If you're feeling the energy gap between where you are now and where you would like to be, it's perfectly normal. Give those thoughts some creative space and see what happens.
Anything can be possible if we are willing to create some energetic space for change and transformation.
Shine on - we are in unknown territory so lights on and energy up!
