Through my writing I express my experiences, as if you, the reader, are part of me, and we are expressing together our experiences in the realm of love and joy.  Kenneth Schmitt

In every moment we can be feeling within ourselves for the vibrations of gratitude, love and joy. They come with their own vibrations and uplifting feelings, and they enable us to transcend as many of our limiting beliefs as we allow. Once we start on this vibratory level, it gets easier to continue expanding. It’s the initial threshold that we must cross. Our confidence grows in knowing that our awareness is unlimited. We can feel our unity in consciousness with everyone and everything, and we can understand our roles in the play of life.

We have felt many constraints upon us. They are all in our imagination, designed specifically for our awakening to our Infinite essence. Our ego-consciousness does not want to change. Anything unknown is received with fear. This is a consciousness that we have contrived in the imaginary world of the ego. From within this world, nothing beyond its polarity is known. To expand beyond the vibratory level of ego-consciousness, we can know gratitude, love and joy. We can be aware of our destiny, which we planned prior to incarnation, and we can understand why we wanted the circumstances we experience. We can train ourselves to be open to the vibrations of life-enhancement in every moment, as we go about our lives and interact with others.

Until we become transcendent even a little, the ego remains locked in limiting beliefs that keep us from delving deeper into our conscious essence. To transcend ego-consciousness, we can open our awareness to the light of life everywhere. Everywhere there is consciousness, there are conscious photons. They are an expression of our conscious presence without mass or location and our awareness beyond spacetime.

We have the capacity for very deep compassion. This is the perspective we can use in encountering life-diminishing and disturbing energies. Dark energy was needed to balance the light in a dualistic world of imagined separation of beings. As we move away from anxiety, fear and negativity generally, we can pay attention to the desires of our heart and its care for us. It comes with a feeling of powerful love and joy, aligned with the light of the conscious photons that we emit in increasing numbers, as we become more intuitively heart-centered.

In whatever way we wish, we can feel our essence drawing us into expanding awareness. When we are receptive, limitless abilities can enter our awareness. Positive vibrations come through the heart of our Being. We know what they feel like, and we’re naturally attracted to them. By paying attention to the levels of these vibrations, we can align our own presence with them. If we remain undiminished in this perspective, we can live in a new ethereal world’s dimension that feels wonderful. This happens when we’re ready for a complete transformation into intentionally creating our lives from a transcendent perspective. This affects all of humanity and opens up human awareness to greater love and light.

Through our powers of realization, we create the qualities of our experiences. Understanding how we come into realization of reality is a necessary process for resolving our limiting beliefs about ourselves. In our expressions as incarnated humans, we begin this process intuitively with our parents and care-givers. If we keep our pineal gland open as we mature, we expand our awareness into multidimensionality. If our pineal has calcified, we can use tamarind to clear it and open our awareness. Awareness is the beginning of realization. To expand our awareness, we must go beyond sensory impressions and logic and dive into our intuition. Intuition works with our imagination and inner feelings, in union with our conscience. It receives its impressions from the conscious life-force that enlivens us through the essence of our heart-consciousness.

When we can feel who we are in the eternal present moment, we may know our essence. This happens intuitively. We gain confidence that we are absolutely cared-for in every way and have no unfulfilled needs or desires. We are rooted in the present moment. Everything we can imagine happens in the present moment. When we can live as eternals in the present moment, we can have perfect health in perfectly-regenerated bodies, because this is what we can realize as reality. If we want to make this our reality, we can practice creating the vision and feeling ourselves living in it. By doing this, we train our subconscious mind to release its grip on fear and the potentiality of diminishment and death.

When we are focused intentionally on gratitude, love and joy in every moment, fear cannot enter our awareness and does not exist for us. Because everything arises from consciousness, which we control, we are creating moments that arise from the qualities of our focus of attention and are leading up to our realization of a greater reality. As we anchor ourselves in greatest love and joy, we align our vibrations with the consciousness that gives us life and everything we can imagine and more. When we open our receptivity in absolute confidence in our infinite essence and creative ability, every aspect of our lives becomes an energetic expression that enhances everything.

The more of our limiting beliefs about ourselves we can resolve and release, the closer we come to realizing the truth of our essence and our nature as fractals of the infinite consciousness that constantly creates us and everything in existence. It enhances our lives as we allow it. We are in complete control of our experiences through our power of realization, and our deprivation or fulfillment depends entirely upon our own beliefs about ourselves. There is a gigantic spectrum of possibilities for us to choose for our experiences.

True freedom is living without limits. For our ego-consciousness this is impossible, because the ego consists of limiting beliefs about ourselves. With our limiting beliefs and fears about aligning with anything unknown, we have as much creative power as we allow ourselves. Realizing our full creativity requires releasing all fear and doubt, and filling ourselves with gratitude, joy and life-enhancing energies for everyone and everything in our awareness always. We have blinded ourselves to our magnificent essence beyond time and space; nevertheless, it is possible to realize the truth of who we are. We must put the ego at ease, while we feel grateful, joyful, objectively aware, and deeply conscious. We can learn how to do this. Any of us can do it with practice. It can happen when we align with joy and vitality. Once we realize our pure presence of awareness beyond spacetime, we can no longer enslave ourselves. We can recognize our condition with all of the energetic patterns that are expressed every moment. Within our own consciousness, we choose which ones to pay attention to, as there are many such expressions available for our attention at all times.

Because we are fractals within infinite consciousness, and we live in a fractalized world, we have infinite choices about everything in our experience and awareness. These are available for our realization. We are designed to realize the reality of our choices. To make them our experiences, we can imagine and feel ourselves living in joyful scenarios with our choices, until they come into our experience.

Every experience we have is a result of the quality of our personal vibrations. The energy that we express by the qualities of our thoughts and emotions radiates from us into the quantum field, where it returns to us either as a lesson for expansion or as fulfillment of our desires. There is no punishment, only guidance to follow a transformative path through life.

Once we are fully aware of our intuition and inner guidance, we are filled with gratitude and joy. We are open to love and compassion for everyone. We are designed to be clear conduits of the divine consciousness of our Creator and to be the fully-aware masters of our entire lives.

For those of us who resonate with these energies, this is an important connection for us, and it will strengthen as we gain experience. The reality of all of this is dependent upon inner realization.

When we wish to participate in a greater way of living, we can go into a serene and inspiring space. While breathing deeply, slowly and rhythmically, we can calm our mind down a few octaves in activity so that we can enter a very relaxed state of mind, ultimately a theta level of brain waves. Calm, inspiring music can be helpful, but as we deepen our awareness, we may want to transcend it all and go beyond the vibratory level of conscious activity. Here we are free of our body awareness and can experience the reality of what we imagine and feel. We have control of our attention, which we can direct inward to our deepest consciousness. This is where we can know and feel our essence in union with the Infinite. If we desire it to be, this can be a state of complete transformation.

We can be in theta state as long as we can hold the vibration of unconditional love and deepest gratitude and joy in alignment with the energetic expression flowing through the heart of our Being. This is a kind of meditative trance that disables our participation in the body consciousness of the ego, but it opens our awareness in ways that we cannot imagine in ego consciousness. Accessing this awareness often gives us access to what we truly know about ourselves and our presence here. We can realize our unity in essence with the consciousness that creates everything.

When we practice enough and learn to control our mental processes and the focus of our attention, we can open ourselves to knowing everything and being able to create whatever we desire. This ability appears when we can keep our personal vibrations in alignment with Creator consciousness. It means becoming aware of our inner connection with infinite consciousness. We all have it, and it requires our attention and appreciation in alignment with its life-enhancing energies. We can learn to create in alignment with the consciousness of the Creator in deepest love and joy in every situation and imaginary scenario. We can live in these vibrations while also living in the world of human experience.

While living in this spectrum of energetics, we can invite the world of our experience to change in alignment with who we know we are. To the extent that we lose our focus and go into fear or doubt, we create negative experiences. If we can confront these with gratitude for the lessons of experiencing what we created, we can feel beyond the realm of limiting beliefs and open our awareness to the Consciousness of the Creator. Once we know the presence of this awareness, we can no longer be threatened. Negativity exists only in the dualistic realm of good and evil and is absent in the realm of love and joy. These are different levels of energetics and are separated by their energetic polarity and inherent levels of experiences.

As we enter the realm of divine awareness, every aspect of our lives becomes brighter and more vibrant. We can be on the journey inward to self-control and expansion into infinite consciousness. The only force that may keep us from this awareness is the limiting belief system that we have acquired, and which we must resolve and transcend in order to become true expressions of divine consciousness with infinite creative ability.

Our reality can be known only in the depth of our own Being and beyond ego-consciousness. In the popular perspective of humanity, the ego does not have access to our infinite essence. In order to know the true expanse of our potential awareness, we must resolve our belief in aging, suffering and death. We must make the leap in consciousness to knowing our timeless presence of non-localized awareness. When our attention is completely focused on our physical presence, we are unaware of our essence beyond the body. This awareness is limited by our beliefs about ourselves, our true nature and our capabilities.

Our ego does not believe that we have an infallible intuition and an eternal awareness. When we limit ourselves to ego-consciousness in the empirical world of good and evil, the challenge is to find a hint of something greater and a way to open our awareness beyond our limiting beliefs. In order to have a full human experience, we have had to make our beliefs strong enough that we could not transcend them, until we are ready to return to our expanded Self-Realization. When we feel a strong attraction for knowing more of who we truly are, we can open our awareness to the intuitive knowing in the heart of our Being.

Self-Realization comes when we release all of our desires and needs, and we allow ourselves to realize that we are infinitely powerful creators. This is our potential, and it becomes our experience when we realize what it is and how it feels. It means completely immersing ourselves in a new way of living. It is a new role in our play of consciousness. We become the intentional directors of our human experiences by how we use our attention and power of realization.

If we could read our energy signature, we would understand how we attract the qualities of experiences that we do. It depends upon our polarity and the interaction of positive and negative feelings and thoughts. If we are not completely positive, we have doubts about ourselves and fears about suffering. These disable our ability to create what we want. To gain awareness of our intuition and be able to rely on it, we can move ourselves beyond thought to just being a presence of awareness in full confidence of our infinite essence and abilities.

As we adjust our awareness to just being present, we can direct our attention to the radiance of our heart. This is the aspect of ourself that lives to enhance our life, regardless of what we do to it. When we align with our heart-consciousness we are in resonance with the consciousness that creates everything. Although it is everything, and it is nothing, because it is beyond time/space, it can be known from within. Its quality is life-enhancement in every way, and it is the energy that we can realize in gratitude as unconditional love and joy, and as the basis of all life. It manifests in every aspect of life, and it allows us to live in the energetic dimension that we choose to identify with. We can feel at home and comfortable anywhere, while empowering realization of our true essence.

We can be completely at home on this planet, knowing the depth of her Being and aligning with her deepest love for us. She knows us deeply as well and has been accepting all human energy in deep compassion. She longs for us to realize her consciousness and join her in supporting and enhancing all living beings. We already know how to do this.

Many highly-conscious Beings have been attracted by the radiance of Gaia, Spirit of the Earth. She is a goddess of beauty and love. We can sense in our presence an expansive awareness of living, highly-conscious Beings, whom we have been unaware of. They are in alignment with the energy of Gaia and are increasing her radiance. This is the reason for our presence here.

If we choose to join our hearts with Gaia, we begin to expand our awareness beyond the realm of good and evil and into the realm of infinite love and joy in the creation and enhancement of all life. This is her energetic quality, and it is strengthening. We can expand this process through our creative intent. As we align ourselves with the energetic qualities of vitality, fun and love, we modulate the energetic environment within our bodies and all around us with these qualities. We can find them within us and recognize them for what they are.

In this way we can begin to open our awareness deeper within to our innate knowing. This is the kind of knowing that wild animals have. They are attuned to the vibrations of Gaia and follow their frequencies. We have this same ability. We can avoid every kind of energy that is less than wonderful by being in gratitude, compassion and love in every moment. We can allow ourselves to be in this kind of mental and emotional state, while going about our lives. In our deepest inner knowing, we always are aware of everything around us and can choose the dimension we want to experience. By aligning with Gaia’s love and beauty, we create a great radiance of these energetic patterns, according to our clarity and focus of attention.

To enhance the love, compassion and beauty of Gaia, we can join her in alignment with our deepest innate knowing. It is like instinct, but it’s much clearer and more expansive. It is what we recognize as wisdom and deep compassion about ourselves for the conditions we have experienced. When we realize the deepest love and compassion, we move beyond ego-consciousness and into a greater dimension of positive energetics.

Until we are permanently beyond negativity, we will continue to learn how to transcend it. Everything that happens for us is a result of our conscious and subconscious intentions for our reflections. Once we learn to direct our attention to what we love and are attracted to in the deepest ways, we can completely transform our lives and open ourselves to our infinite essence and creative power in an expanding awareness of life and love.

If we want to, we can use our attention to transcend our limiting beliefs about ourselves. By opening our awareness to our intuitive knowing in the heart of our Being, we gain understanding that, in our essence, we are infinite and multidimensional. In every moment, we can align ourselves with unconditional acceptance and gratitude for all of our experiences. They are reflections of our energetic signature, which we create with the vibratory quality of our state of being. We are present within the consciousness that constantly creates everything, and we arise as fractals of infinite consciousness. We can imagine ourselves living in any quantum dimension that we can choose to pay attention to. Dimensions are numberless within and beyond the empirical world. Every time we change our perspective we move into another dimension. Usually this is subtle, but it can be dramatic. Our life experiences change in alignment with our state of being, which is a combination of our subconscious and conscious operations.

The subconscious holds our limiting beliefs about ourselves. To find them, we must delve deeply into the hidden parts of our consciousness, places that have been imprinted with great fear of survival on many levels. By opening our awareness to them in acceptance, and by understanding what they are in their essence, we can neutralize them in our subconscious. We can come to accept everything about ourselves with the acceptance of a loving parent, who wants to enhance and empower the lives of her creations. In our lives, we are playing the roles that we have created. Events in our lives are all creations of the energy of our attention and alignment.

By choosing to live in a single polarity, we can intentionally enter the deepest darkness or the most powerful light. Either choice creates a personal transformation. We can also move incrementally in either direction in our imagination and emotions, changing dimensions as we do so. The good or bad part for us is how we invite experiences into our lives and how we feel about them. All of this is personal choice. We can feel however we want. We are bound to events only by our willingness and vibratory engagement. By changing our attention and feelings, we enter another dimension, in which everything comes into alignment with our new state of being. We can know this by doing it.

Do you wonder about the nature of our reality and what’s beyond it? If we go a little beyond current quantum physics, to an intuitive understanding of infinite consciousness, we find that our reality arises from an essence within infinite consciousness, which includes all potentialities. We can have whatever our personal vibrations can align with. Our vibrations result from how we feel in our beliefs about ourselves. All of this is self-imposed. We are free to choose our limiting beliefs, or we can choose to be unlimited and free to be and express ourselves in alignment with our infinite essence.

How we express ourselves is how we create our lives. Our expressions are energetic and resonate with other energetic patterns in the quantum field, bringing their qualities into our experience. Everything we realize becomes our energetic creation for the following experiences. We are fully capable of creating our lives however we desire in our heart. It is this alignment that is the most powerfully creative, because it is in alignment with the life-enhancing life force in our consciousness. This energy is the fullness of love and joy and support for all conscious beings. Flowing with it in acceptance, and realizing infinite power to pass through energetic dimensions to a higher reality in every way that we love more and more, allows us to be aware of our invulnerability to diminishment. We can realize our essence beyond the empirical world of physicality. The qualities of our experiences arise from the energetic patterns of our personal electromagnetic radiance. We have absolute control of our realizations, when we are in resonance with our subconscious through our intuitive connection with our heart, whose vibrations come from our essence.

Since everything is consciousness, we benefit from expanding our awareness beyond our limiting beliefs about ourselves. We created our limitations in order to be able to know the reality of negativity. It is in our consciousness that we realize its reality. It has no essence beyond our realization, but in our limiting beliefs, we give it reality, and this reality becomes a pervasive realization in infinite consciousness. It is our creation, and it is how we have used our creative ability.

We have complete freedom to live in any dimension we desire. With our power of realization, we have infinite creative ability. Just the opposite of what our society believes, our realization forms the reality we recognize moment-to-moment. In changing our experiences from scenarios of deprivation, we can just choose to realize pervasive acceptance and love. Without the life force we gave to negativity by paying attention to it, it would have no effect on us. We can go to another energetic dimension in which negativity does not exist. All that is required of us for any experience we desire in resonance with our heart, is our energetic alignment.

We know intuitively how everyone’s radiant presence feels, and we have our own radiance to be aware of without limitations. When we come from infinite love and joy, we have an inspiring and disarming presence. Our radiance interacts with the quantum energetics beyond spacetime to create the energetic patterns that we recognize and experience as the qualities of our reality.

We are etherealists. We live in a realm that is not fictional or non-fictional. It's ethereal, and it operates differently from fiction and non-fiction. In the realm of fiction, we believe that it's not real. In the realm of non-fiction, we believe that it is real. In the etheric realm we don't believe in anything. We just know. We know our inner knowing, which is open to infinity. We naturally know everything we need to know in every moment. We just have to open our awareness to it. That means we have to give up fear, fear of every kind. We can help each other here, first to recognize the presence of fear, and then to examine it. Realize how it diminishes life. We want to expand, not contract.

Let's create a path through this rough spot, catch each other whenever it appears, and love it in acceptance and understanding. We just need to maintain our alignment with the consciousness of our heart. This is a type of reality that interfaces with the empirical world and also transcends it. It's a reality of conscious realization that is based on everything that enhances all life in every way. This is the environmental energy in a dimension based on gratitude and unconditional love. It is a third form of reality, and it exists beyond the physical world and interfaces with it. Sometimes the interface appears in both realities simultaneously. When this happens, it may appear to be magical in the empirical world.

All worlds and dimensions exist in our imagination. In the empirical world, we believe that reality is physical, and what is not physical or logical is not real. In the unreal world, nothing is believed to be real. The ethereal world exists in our conscious awareness beyond the empirical. We enter this dimension through our feelings and curiosity. The ethereal world is both real and unreal and it’s also different. From the perspective of the material world, it can be understood as naïve, romantic and dreamy. But in the ethereal reality, everything is supportive of life in every way. There is no anomaly or threat, because there’s no interface with their dimension, unless we go there with our attention and alignment.

We always go somewhere with our attention and alignment. These mental, emotional and inner knowing states of being create an energetic signature unique to each of us. Through our energetic signature, we create the qualities of our experiences. If we want to interface with the material world with abilities from the etheric world, we require absolute focus of attention and intention, altering and bringing into alignment the energetic qualities that are incompatible and not supported by naturally enhancing life force. This is another area where we can help each other.

In every moment, we are expressions of the essence of infinite Creator Consciousness. In our presence of awareness, we are experiencing, through our physical senses and our emotions, what we are constantly creating within the realm that we choose to pay attention to. When we open our inner awareness to realms beyond our ego-consciousness, we free ourselves to reside in our infinite essence, where we are completely fulfilled in every way and are able to feel our true majesty in the unconditional love that is the essence of universal consciousness. This life-enhancing energy gives us our creative ability and power. We just need to flow with it, by being receptive to it and open to everything.

In our openness, we are free to use our creative attention in complete confidence to project the energy of our essence through our imagination and emotions into our experiences. When we know that we are ineffably imbued within universal consciousness, we can trust ourselves to align with life-enhancing energies in every moment. We free our creative power to modulate the energies that are in our awareness in alignment with the consciousness of our heart.

An important element in our presence of awareness is the nature of our perspective on life. This is shaped by our limiting beliefs about ourselves. Through learning to penetrate the depth of our consciousness in a theta state of full awareness, we can recognize, resolve and release our limitations. We can understand that we are unique expressions of universal consciousness beyond spacetime. We are also given the ability to live however we want in the empirical world. Unless we block out aspects of our life force, we are unlimited in how we can live. It is the way we naturally want to feel and experience our lives.

By opening our awareness to the unconditional love and joy of Creator consciousness, which we live within, we free ourselves from all constraints and align ourselves with the energy of our essence. It is how we want to be in our true Self. All personal growth and expanding awareness must come from within. We cannot learn it from the experience of others. We are all inner directed and guided in our deepest consciousness. We become aware of this by wanting it. When we direct our attention to our inner knowing, it becomes clear to us. We may need intentional practice and keen observation of the energies that come up for us as we learn to enter deeper into our consciousness.

After eons of experience with life-diminishing energies, we have the choice of transforming our lives intentionally through awareness of our greater Being. We have been self-limiting beings. There is no force beyond ourselves that can control us without our permission. We share all the qualities and abilities of our Creator, and we have the opportunity to live in complete alignment with the consciousness that is the Source of everything. It is our natural state of Being in unconditional love and ecstasy, while supporting and enhancing all life everywhere.

We are all going to have to learn to live differently than we are accustomed. The abilities we learned to use in a world of duality are becoming outdated, and humanity is moving into a world of love and joy, where debt does not exist, and all of our life force is ours to create our heart's desires. No one will be siphoning off our life force any more. We are becoming truly free and enlivened beyond our former beliefs. Although this process is not yet fully visible, the old ways of accepting life within a containment of consciousness are fading. The sooner we learn to adapt to the new world, the better off we'll be. The transition has begun, and it will accelerate as more and more awaken to the truth of our Being.

We need to understand that we have taken on an artificially-limited intelligence in order to experience things that we could not experience in our true, limitless Self. The only way that we can know this is through our intuitive knowing, which we can sense deep within our awareness. it's a natural resonance that we've learned to be unaware of, but that is still faintly present as our conscience. By focusing on this kind of awareness, especially in the presence of beautiful music, art and nature, we can better align with it and open our awareness to it. Once we begin to pay attention to it, it's presence grows stronger and more meaningful in how we live. It's just focusing on what we love the most in every moment. it is the source of all wisdom and understanding.

There are ethereal realms that we can feel and imagine, but that are beyond words. They can become our realities in empirical experience within the boundaries of the physical world. Our feelings and imaginary visions maintain the quality of their vibrations (frequency and polarity) while adapting to the nature of the realm. In the vibratory patterns of life enhancement, we feel love, compassion and joy. Everything within their spectrum of frequencies can stay with us in the ethereal and modulate the energetics in the empirical spectrum.

All we need to do is daydream. In this state of being, we're unaware of our physical presence, and we're engaging in astral projection. If we can maintain our presence of conscious awareness while daydreaming, we can get in there and have fun. Just like lucid dreaming at night. For this we have to stay conscious while we move into the space between waking and sleeping or being awake and daydreaming. In each case, we're expanding our awareness beyond the limitations of the physical world. We can even live in the ethereal with friends. We could meet there in the ethereal cafe. It's beyond time and space, requiring our imagination and inner feelings that become knowing.

This is how we can experience and create our lives in multi-dimensions, all of which are real in the quantum field of all potentialities. By our recognition and realization in our imagination and inner feelings, we make them real in our experience in all dimensions in the present moment.

Who would have known that the way to personal fulfillment is through daydreaming. In our imagination we can create scenarios that we love and can feel that we’re involved in, to the point that they become real for us. We can’t interfere with the self-determination of another person. The best we can do is to make everything and everyone who resonates with our energy more desirable, brighter, more vibrant, and more joyful. If this is our goal, and it is what we practice doing, we can create the world we want from within our own consciousness. We create our reality when we can realize what it is. It already exists in the quantum field of all potentialities. We can align our imagination with the energetic patterns that we want to exist for us. We can stop creating our present reality and can make a leap in realization of the qualities we want to align with—the qualities that manifest as freedom, abundance, divine love, joy and great vitality.

Everything we need and want already exists for us. It’s within our ability to realize living with it. That’s an almost impossible task for us, simple as it is, because of the fear and doubt of the ego. It requires a spirit of adventure, willing to give up everything we believe we have and own, even though it’s not really ours. We have been entrusted with everything we have for as long as we need it. It’s presence in our life is held in reality for us by our realization of its reality, and not by ownership. By releasing it from our awareness, we dissolve our attachment by withdrawing the life force provided through our attention. We transfer our vitality to another imaginary vision that becomes the quality of our reality. Every vision is an expression of an energetic pattern in the quantum field. It is what we pay attention to. Our attention is under our control. Powerful forces can compete for our attention, but we ultimately have absolute control of how we feel and what we imagine in every moment. These are the energetic patterns that become our reality.

What’s important is not so much what we experience in the physical world, but how we feel about it and about our participation in it. If we feel that anything is lacking or is life-diminishing, it’s a sign to change to a life-enhancing state of Being, with no reaction to the energetics of our situation. We can be just observant, while feeling ourselves in the scenario we want. As we intend to create our life experiences, we need to be mindful of what we pay attention to and its relationship with life-enhancing energies. By continuing to be channels for gratitude, acceptance, love and joy, we feel wonderful, and we direct our life force to loving and joyous relationships that thrive with magic and miracles. These appear and feel like miracles only when we misunderstand how they are created. In truth, they are the natural results of our energetic state of being after we transform our attention to unconditional acceptance and love.

On the path to expanded consciousness, we come to realize the importance of gratefulness, love and joy in the way we think and feel within. Mental and emotional alignment with the enhancement of life brings us into the realm of love and joy. We enter another dimension of frequency patterns, realizing ourselves living in the energetics that give us what we love the most.

The ego cannot live in this dimension, because there is no fear. Ego-consciousness is an artificial construct that lives within the limitations of fear and doubt. It believes that it gets sick, grows infirm and dies. In the realm of love and joy, there is none of that. It’s a different spectrum of vibrations that we can actually live in, while also appearing to live in the realm of fear, which has comprised the energetic dominance of all aspects of our lives, but does not exist in the dimension that we can live in. It’s all a matter of our personal vibratory state. We learn to be free of negativity in our experiences by transferring our attention to the vibrations that turn us on.

When we’re able to imagine and realize living in a body that is always filled with vitality and vibrancy, it becomes our experience. We make it real for ourselves by resonating within its vibratory spectrum. That is the dimension that we can live in. We can be always grateful, which can be challenging while we’re still attracting some past energetic returns. We don’t have to fall into defense. By being in a state of gratitude and joy, we live in an energetic spectrum that is life-enhancing always.

When we live in the realm of love and joy, nothing can control us from fear, unless we allow it, because that energy does not exist in our dimension. From within the realm of fear, we cannot have a realization of life without fear, unless we can imagine how it might be to live in high vibrations with others who are doing the same. Then we can practice identifying with it, and finally we’ll be able to realize its reality for us. We become transformed, and everything in our life changes for the better. We live in the vibrations of life enhancement in every moment. It’s a realm of gratitude, love and joy, and it’s real for us in the timeless present moment. It is always now. The realization of this requires an opening in awareness, beginning with the creative use of imagination and ending with infinite consciousness.

In order to participate realistically in the empirical world of good and evil, we created limiting beliefs about ourselves and designed them to be able to entrance us so deeply, that we have not especially been interested in the unknown realms beyond. We have become fearful about our lives. Everything that we feel we need to survive is based on fear of not surviving. To mitigate this, we work and buy insurance, while we align ourselves with the limiting beliefs of feeling intimidated and of growing old and dying. Any different reality for ourselves is doubted and not participated in. Our ego-consciousness wants proof for what we can experience in another energetic dimension that the ego cannot perceive.

The ego cannot imagine how love and compassion can be more powerful than aggressive destructiveness. How can love and compassion overpower a nuclear bomb? This is the domain of stars, the brightest Beings in the cosmos. Because everything consists of wave patterns of energy, power resides in the control of energetics. This is the realm of consciousness, which is infinite, and in which we participate and have our essence. Our entirety is conscious, from the subatomic entities comprising our molecular structure to our entire empirical world. Consciousness is the cause of all energetic expressions, and we are the directors within consciousness.

When we realize that we have access to the cause of everything, in our unhindered conscious abilities, we can live without fear, because we can create any energetic patterns that we desire with our mental and emotional abilities. We can change the structure of a nuclear bomb by loving and directing the consciousness of the constituent elements. This is so far beyond ego-consciousness, that we cannot believe it, unless we are in tune with our true essence of Being. To do this requires absolute confidence in what we are intending. It is an intimate union with the consciousness that creates everything, the divine One. This is how we create miracles and become Self-sustaining and enhancing of all life.

To break out of our hypnotic human trance, we can become aware of our inner knowing and learn to trust ourselves beyond ego-consciousness. The ego wants proof for what it is not capable of knowing. In order to expand our awareness beyond the ego, we need to awaken our inner knowing, which is aligned with our conscience. Arising within infinite consciousness and Self-knowing, we are expressions of our deepest essence. Beyond our ego-consciousness, we are our own infinite presence of awareness everywhere and always. With our power of realization, we can create and alter empirical structures and experiences. My books contain lessons, one after another, in how to achieve this state of Being.

Our full realization of who we are can develop as a result of paying attention to our deepest love and joy. We are constantly created to live, filled with joy and vitality. By opening our inner awareness to these qualities, we can share our emotional awareness with all conscious beings and work with them for the greater expression of life in beauty and majesty.

The limiting beliefs we have about ourselves are so deeply held in our subconscious, that we don’t even realize that we have them. In our society, there is little recognition of their existence. Few of us dare to imagine what participation in infinite consciousness can be. Those who do become the masters of their lives. What holds us back is fear of everything unknown. We want to know everything, because this is our natural state of being. It is what we all want. We want our bodies to be beautiful, athletic and young. This is what happens for us when we are filled with the vitality of the heart of our Being. Only our vibratory state of being keeps us from realizing that this is our reality. Having a physical presence that allows us to experience the most in living, is what we want for our entire essence.

Because we all want to love and be loved on every level, this becomes our reality, when we are devoid of fear, judgmentalness, doubt and shame. When we can enter an entirely positive state of Being, we can imagine living and participating in the world we want. We can begin to realize some of our limiting beliefs for what they are, and what they do to us. With our own beliefs, we are our own enforcers of limited living. By holding our thoughts and emotions in positive, high-frequencies, we can dare to open ourselves to experiencing our presence in scenarios that we have not known. This energetic perspective can help us recognize the game we are playing as humans and how we can realize our natural state of Being, apart from any encounters intending to attract our attention.

Beyond our limiting beliefs, we have intuitive awareness as great and as grand as we desire for ourselves. Every experience can be an expression of love, joy and acceptance. These are the qualities that we constantly receive in our conscious life-force, arising in the consciousness of our Creator. In every moment we are created in our essence in the perfection of unconditional love, and we are free to do as we choose with it. If we choose to vibrate in positive, high-frequency life-enhancing ways of living and being in absolute confidence, we become the masters of our lives.

In the way we express ourselves for ourselves, we experience our own vibrations, regardless of any energies around us. If we are judgmental toward someone, we are that person in our greater consciousness, and we apply that judgment to ourselves subconsciously. That is the expression of our energetic signature. When we are compassionate toward others, we direct this energy toward ourselves by aligning with its vibrations. We can identify the energetic trance of others, while expressing our love in life-enhancing ways. We are not required to identify with the energetic state of anyone else, even if the actions and intentions of others are directed toward us. Through the thoughts and feelings in our unlimited nature, we create our state of being and its resulting quality of life, regardless of our environment and outer experience. Our outer experiences change according to our powerfully-directed intentions, both conscious and subconscious, when they are in alignment with the heart of our Being and the consciousness of the Creator, which we know intuitively.

We are created in the image of our Creator. Deep within, we can feel this and know what it is. If we are intent on realizing this as the essence of who we are, we can use our mental and emotional abilities in conjunction with our attention to open our awareness to our inner truth. When we open our awareness to our deepest knowing, we can understand the nature and purpose of our lives as humans. We can understand how we are playing a game of consciousness with ourselves.

In the vibratory range and density of the empirical world, we live within the boundaries that we have created for our awareness to be able to realize this world as real, with nothing beyond it. Enforced by our self-imposed limiting beliefs about ourselves, it is a nearly complete enclosure of our awareness. Realizing our true essence requires strong intention to open our awareness to greater consciousness and creative ability. As we begin to recognize the vibratory quality of our lives, there is a different kind of awareness that happens. It is an inner knowing beyond thoughts and words. We begin to realize everything we experience is created in our own consciousness. The qualities of our experiences are created by the energies that we pay attention to and align with. The forms can be influential, but the most important part is the polarity of our attention.

In every moment we are either mostly positive or mostly negative. When we are aware of our inner knowing, we are guided to a most life-enhancing perspective in unconditional love. Our lives become easy, stress-free and fulfilling. We can be constantly in a state of gratitude. When there is stress, it is because we have lost our inner knowing. In every moment we have the choice of intentionally aligning our attention with the vibratory qualities that we most want to experience. This process operates without a connection to our outer life, and it creates transcendence in every aspect of our lives.

From within our ego-consciousness, we cannot imagine this as our reality, and as a result, we do not experience it. We need to understand that apart from our conscious awareness, nothing exists, except the expressions of universal consciousness, which we participate in. Our recognition and attunement with some of these energies brings them into our experience as real. We can learn to change and direct our attention intentionally by practicing just being present in awareness. As our awareness deepens, we realize that we actually do know everything we need in every circumstance, as long as we don’t think about it, until our thoughts arise from our deepest knowing.

In order to deepen our experience of knowing the difference between living in alignment with the consciousness of our Creator and living without higher guidance, we have created the world of empirical dualism. This world has become so out of balance in favor of negativity, that it has become self-destructive and must be transformed, requiring us to open our awareness in a positive perspective and to align with energies that enhance all life. This realignment of our personal vibrations expands our awareness and changes everything.

When we know we’re about to change our presence in an energetic density from empirical duality to complete freedom in every way, it’s as if the set in the play that we’ve been acting in is changing, and we’re beginning to participate in a whole new act. We’re being invited to let go of all attachments of every kind, because we don’t need them anymore. We have the ability to influence our destiny just with the way we are. How we think and what we feel determine our energetic presence and attract resonating energies. This is not different from living in empirical reality, but there’s no time. As a result, our creations are instantaneous. We go to where we imagine we are. We create what we imagine we have.

What kind of situation we’re in is of no importance. What is important is our attitude and perspective. If we can maintain the energetic level of gratitude, love and joy, we move ourselves out of the dramatic challenges of duality and into a presence of fulfillment. In this realm, challenges do not exist, because there is no fear. Since we are the directors of our scene, we can create any scenario we want. We do not need limitations. We are our own eternal presence of awareness beyond spacetime.

With no physical presence, our awareness expands as far as we want to go. There are no limits. Guided by our deepest knowing and feeling, we can enter an environment of great joy, compassion and love. We can feel the freedom of expanded awareness. If we practice this, we can feel confident and open in the face of physical death. It is our transition from one act to another in a different play.

The changing of the eras is like this as well. We are moving into a dimension without negativity. The more positive we can be, the easier our life becomes emotionally, and the more fulfilled we feel. Knowing that our intuition is part of infinite consciousness, we’re able to act freely in whatever way we feel guided. We are not just individuals, we are intimately connected in consciousness with every entity in existence, and we know how to read the energies around us. We can pay attention to the ones we love the most in every moment.

Our entire lives are occurring within the consciousness of humanity, and we participate as much as we desire or feel responsible to. Our human person is a physical expression of our presence of awareness beyond spacetime. In the moment between waking and sleeping, we can experience this awareness. It’s like dying physically for a while. During this experience, all attachments in our lives disappear, and we begin to direct our participation in lucid dreaming.

Our conscious minds are a gift and a liability. They enable us to think and navigate through our experiences in the world of good and evil. It is only in this realm that the egoic self can express its realizations. Its fears keep it from realizing a world filled with love, compassion and joy. To change this requires a deep penetration of our consciousness, down to theta waves. We all have moments of this level of conscious awareness between waking and sleeping and in deep meditation. Here we can dream and explore our consciousness in clear awareness. We can unite with our subconscious in deepest love.  We do not need a subject or object. It is important to call forth and feel the love within. By aligning with its vibrations, we unite with it in the dimension of the creation and enhancement of all life.

This is the infinite source of our intuitive knowing.  As we begin to realize its presence within, we can realign the entire energetic structure of our personal consciousness. The secrets held within the subconscious reveal themselves to our awareness for our acceptance and our gratitude for the range of experiences and wisdom they have given us. With these realizations, we are released from our limiting beliefs about ourselves and can enter into a greater spectrum of awareness, in which we can realize that the world of humanity consists of a telepathic union of awareness and acceptance of empirical reality within defined limits of consciousness. In this world, there is no belief that a realm of unconditional love can exist for us. The ego’s fears are very deep, and it sees love as being vulnerable to predation. This is its limitation, which it cannot go beyond.

Our expanded consciousness comes into our realization through our intuition. It is infinite in its knowing and feeling, and we have the ability to be aware of all of it. It contains infinite wisdom and compassion, and it is aligned with the awareness of our Creator in infinite love and joy. By aligning with these vibrations, we can experience this awareness. Energetic alignment is how we experience anything. Everything has consciousness, beginning with every subatomic entity. Everything expresses its essence by its radiance of electromagnetic waves of the kind of entity it is.

We have much to learn about the power of our consciousness. By our vibrational state of being, we create the kinds of energy and experiences that express our energetic signature, which consists of our conscious and subconscious contents. In a theta wave state of being, we can align with the consciousness of anything and know everything about it and experience its state of being. By aligning ourselves with our presence of awareness apart from the body, we can transcend our physical presence. While in theta, if we can imagine living in a beautiful and athletic body, this is what we develop. By aligning with the consciousness of a wall, we can pass through it without molecular interference.  When we are completely in resonance with something, we are united in vibratory quality. When we are in theta and aligned with our inner guidance in the heart of our Being, we have no limits to what we can do. With great practice, we can have awareness within and beyond spacetime.
