Your Ancestors are With You

When I am in the Akashic Records, I often feel the presence of those who came before me. I can sense the ancestors I never knew, but whose wisdom and experience I carry in my DNA.
They let me know that the work we do now doesn’t just heal us, it frees them as well.
Every time you forgive another person, choose love, or release an old pattern, your entire ancestral lineage feels the relief, too.
Your lineage is not a burden you carry, even if at times it feels that way. It is a rich storehouse of wisdom and experience, and an opportunity to uplift and elevate all those who came before you…
If you will, take a moment now to say:
“To the ones who came before me, I feel you, I honor you, and I thank you.”
This simple acknowledgment is powerful. It allows your ancestors to feel your gratitude. It gently returns to the source what was never meant for you to carry. And it opens a pathway of healing that touches generations you will never meet, but are forever connected to.
